The Real Magna Carta

The Magna Carta of 1215 is celebrated globally as the foundation of modern liberties and rights for its stipulation of equality before the law and its placing of monarchs and rulers under it. However, significant as the 1215 charter is, the document sealed in June of that year between King John and his rebellious barons was a prototype, far from the final version set out in law. That came ten years later in 1225.

The 1215 text was not even named Magna Carta, but the Articles of the Barons. Its 63 clauses agreed between John and the barons arrayed against him did not survive much beyond two months, as the opposing forces were soon back at war with each other. Capitalising on the civil war in England a French invasion followed. John's death in October 1216 did not end the conflict, though a revised Articles of the Barons - with one-third of the original causes dropped - was issued in Bristol in November by the new king, Henry III, then only nine years old. It was only after the defeat of the barons and the expulsion of their French allies a year later that we arrive at 'Magna Carta', the 'Great Charter', when in November 1217 a further four clauses related to forest laws and rights were transferred to a new Charter of Forest Liberties. What was left, the larger part, became the Great Charter, marking the peace settlement at the end of the civil war. Lawful Obstruction Is Given Right Through the Guaranteed Freedoms of Magna Carta Article 61

[David Icke]: Author of books “Forgotten Word” and “The New System,” Sam Jane Brown continues her sincere and stunning message that governments are enforcing acts that do not serve the people. Brown, in her website The Magna Carta Article 61, clearly describes the aspects of The Magna Carta Article 61 as the only true law. She is of the opinion that it is time to take back control of the world through that common law, especially, “The Right to refuse to abide by any Law, Legislation, or other Statutory instrument which has been put in place invalidly by said unlawful government which violates any Constitutional safeguard.”

So far everything I have predicted in my books is coming true with a vengeance,” said Brown. “Governments are truly overstepping common law, and I don’t see the media telling the entire truth. What people need to do is take back control of the governments, which are mandated to serve the people not the other way around. Imagine a world where the people could make reasonable and mindful decisions about the changing aspects of the pandemic lockdown? The public is truly disenfranchised and stripped of their rights and civil liberties.”...<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Magna Carta 1215. Article 61 Made Simple

No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, nor will we proceed with force against him except by the lawful judgement of his equals or by the law of the land. To no one will we sell, to no one deny or delay right or justice.

Magna Carta - a Common Law document - came into being in 1215; a contract between the knights, barons, clergy, townspeople and the King. Magna Carta affirmed the right of the People to such things as trial by jury, and protection from excessive fines.

In 1297 the Model Parliament confirmed Magna Carta in statute law. Much of this statute has since been repealed. Yet while Parliament can repeal or amend any Act of Parliament (statute), Parliament was not a party to the original Common Law contract, and cannot, therefore, amend or repeal it lawfully, and thus its original provisions remain intact....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...
