 One way to determine whether a suggestion is worth following is to look at the evidence presented to support it. Is WHO’s Pandemic Treaty in its death throes?

 The World Health Organisation (“WHO”) Pandemic Treaty negotiations made no significant progress at the end of 2024. Several countries, including the US, have expressed opposition to the treaty.

Developing countries are concerned that the treaty would impose surveillance and obligations under the guise of pandemic prevention and Donald Trump has said he plans to withdraw the US from the WHO on day one of assuming office.

The Treaty’s future is uncertain, with some doubting whether an agreement will be reached by the May 2025 deadline.

WHO’s Pandemic Treaty negotiations are failing; they are blaming it on vaccine patents

 Maybe 5% of the negotiations regarding the World Health Organisation’s Pandemic Treaty and amendments to the International Health Regulations (“IHR”) are about a trade agreement. The other 95% are about global control of information, pandemics and medicine through the World Health Organisation (“WHO”), says Dr. Meryl Nass.

In an article published at the end of last month, Nature wrote that for almost a year nations have been negotiating the terms of a Pandemic Treaty and the talks are due to conclude this year, but countries are poles apart on key issues. WHO’s Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has recently acknowledged that the talks were in trouble, meaning that the deadline might not be met.

“The ideal outcome would be for high- and low-income countries to have the same access to life-saving vaccines, drugs and other tools to combat a global health emergency, at a fair and transparent price,” Nature wrote.

One of the ways Nature suggested this could be achieved was “funders could retain certain intellectual property (IP) rights to be used only when there’s a necessity to develop and distribute products equitably.”

The Nature article lamented that the latest version of the treaty text does not include, for example, the waiver of IP rights. “Some European countries say that the World Trade Organisation (WTO), not the WHO, is the organisation to host discussions relating to IP rights,” Nature explained.

The World Health Organisation’s (WHO) Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus will share the stage on January 17 with WEF Executive Committee member, Shyam Bishen, is preparing to be at a forum on January 17th titled “Preparing for Disease X.”

Canadian government lobbies WHO to include climate change in the definition of a pandemic emergency

 According to the Canadian government, the World Health Organisation’s “new instrument” to control populations in the event of an infectious disease outbreak should be expanded so it is an “all-hazards approach.”

As part of this approach, Trudeau’s government named global health emergencies for which WHO should issue diktats. They include climate change, air pollution, and chemical contamination.

On Monday, Conservative Member of the Canadian Parliament Leslyn Lewis posted on Twitter a portion of a response to an Access to Information Request from the Canadian government about their input submitted to the World Health Organisation.

Tedros the Terrorist urges parliamentarians to support WHO’s IHR amendments and Pandemic Treaty process

 In a newly released video statement, the World Health Organisation (WHO”) Dictator General urged nations to support their efforts to bring the amendments to the International Health Regulations (“IHR”) and the Pandemic Treaty to a timely conclusion.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, an Ethiopian terrorist and human rights abuser, laid out the world’s problems as he sees them and then the solution.

The problem is the covid pandemic didn’t go as well as hoped. The solution is the IHR amendments and the Pandemic Treaty, which he calls a Pandemic Accord.

1. “Upended lives and livelihoods, disrupting societies and economies.” No. The response to the manufactured covid pandemic did that.

2. “Exposed and exacerbated political fault lines within and between nations.” Does that mean before covid, there were no political differences? Or does he mean that WHO just didn’t realise that they existed? It’s typical WHO psychobabble – vague, meaningless terminology.

3. “It eroded trust between people, governments and institutions fuelled by a torrent of mis and disinformation.” Yes, that’s true. It’s a natural consequence of governments, institutions and non-governmental organisations, such as WHO, persistently hiding facts, withholding live-saving information and outright lying to the public for nearly four years while at the same time suppressing, censoring and targeting those who dare to question their narrative.

4. “And it laid bare the inequalities of our world with the poorest and most vulnerable communities the hardest hit.” There is an element of truth to this but not in the way the Dictator General hopes you will think. For example, the communities that were hardest hit by unnecessary, ineffective and destructive shutdowns were the poorest who were told to stay at home without receiving any income. Also, those who have been vaccine-injured in the poorest communities have little to no hope of getting the assistance they need. On the other hand, covid has laid bare the inequalities between the self-styled elites and the world’s population. The world’s megalomaniacal wealthiest have been exposed as hypocritical, deceptive and the greatest risk to our lives, our livelihoods, our communities, our economies and our world....<<<Read More>>>...

“Let’s declare a pandemic amnesty” — Not

I’ll admit, I nearly spit out my coffee when I saw Brown Professor Emily Oster’s new headline in The Atlantic this morning. It’s the headline we’ve been waiting to see — and, in the revisionist, gaslighting style that’s become the journalistic norm on the response to Covid — it’s about the closest thing to an outright admission of guilt that we’ve seen since Covid began.

The article is about as pathetically transparent as it is self-serving. Gee, I wonder what Oster did and said during Covid for which she might want amnesty…

Oh…

There’s a lot wrong here. First, no, you don’t get to advocate policies that do extraordinary harm to others, against their wishes, then say “We didn’t know any better at the time!” Ignorance doesn’t work as an excuse when the policies involved abrogating your fellow citizens’ rights under an indefinite state of emergency, while censoring and canceling those who weren’t as ignorant. The inevitable result would be a society in which ignorance and obedience to the opinion of the mob would be the only safe position.

Second, “amnesty,” being an act of forgiveness for past offenses, first requires an apology or act of repentance on the part of those who committed the offense. Not only has no such act of repentance been forthcoming, but in most cases, establishment voices like Oster’s have yet to stop advocating these same policies, much less admit they were wrong. With no accompanying act of contrition, these calls for “amnesty” in light of rapidly-shifting public opinion have a real ring of fascist leaders calling for “amnesty” after losing the War....<<<Read More>>>...
