5 Things You Realize When You Wake Up and Question Reality

Ever get the feeling that reality isn’t really what we think it is?
The further science, technology and human evolution take us the more questions we have about the nature of reality and the role of consciousness.

Is this a hologram or an illusion?

Are we dreaming or in a simulation?

Do we shift between parallel universes as we make different choices?

And what of the spiritual dimensions?

Are human beings really just a single unified cosmic consciousness experiencing itself from billions of points of isolated and limited perception? Does anyone know for sure?

Few are privy to the secrets of reality, but the journey of awakening begins when one starts questioning everything. Whether it be the big global conspiracies, secret societies, the corporate control matrix, big pharma and the medical cartel, the banking establishment, the shape of the earth, or the purpose of life, the journey is at first an inquisition.

Along the way you notice ways in which approaching life with an open-mind changes you, and how it turns long-held beliefs and assumptions upside down, forever altering your perception and relation to it all...read more>>>...

People do not lose their hearing even after death

No surprise really when it is consciousness that hears not the brain...the ears decipher the signals sent to them by consciousness.

++++++++++

It is generally accepted that before death, people’s senses gradually fail, and they are not aware of what is happening around.

But recently, a group of neurologists from the University of British Columbia (Canada) came to the conclusion that dying people do not lose their hearing not only until their last breath, but also for some time after death.

The researchers turned to patients of St. John’s Hospice, recognized as terminally ill, but still in their right mind, with a request to participate in the experiments.

The essence of the experiments was that when the process of dying began, a cap with electrodes was put on the head of the subject. At the same time, completely healthy people who made up the control group also participated in the study.

Both of them were given simple melodies to listen to, changing their tone. At the same time, with the help of electrodes, the reaction of the brain to listening to the compositions was monitored.

Hospice patients were put on music twice – when they fell into an unconscious state, and after death was recorded – that is, after cardiac arrest. And – here is the strangeness – in the control group, and in those who were unconscious, and in those who had just died, the brain in response to the “music” gave out almost the same data. The activity curves almost coincided.

Experts believe that a person hears sounds while the brain gives at least some signs of life (this also happens within a few seconds or minutes after death).

It is possible that the dying also understands what the people around them are saying. There are cases when survivors of clinical death then accurately conveyed the meaning of the conversations that were conducted by those around them – for example, their relatives or representatives of the medical staff. And some described in detail the actions of these people....<<<Read More>>>...

Ex-CIA officer on UFOs: There’s a whole other reality that surrounds us

The CIA and the UFO mystery have been linked since 1947. Since then, a number of CIA officials and former US military personnel have directly promoted UFOlogy by making surprising remarks.

R. James Woolsey, Derrel Sims, Lue Elizondo, David Fravor, and other former CIA and US military officers have described how the existence of reality all around us that we are unable to see could be a major component of the UFO phenomenon.

Jim Semivan and John Ramirez, two veteran CIA personnel who have exhibited a personal interest in UFO/UAP issues and cases, appeared on the George Knapp show to discuss the CIA’s participation in the research of UFOs as well as their own experiences....<<<Read More>>>...

Quantum immortality: “I died, but woke up in an altered reality”

Have you had an unexplained accident where you should have died, but due to same random stroke of amazing luck, you managed to survive?

Were you ever so ill, you narrowly escaped death? Afterwards, did you remember events differently from those around you?

One possible explanation is that you may have indeed experienced death in another timeline, but your consciousness continued in an alternate reality.

Quantum immortality started as a thought experiment in the late 1980s, and later was more fully developed by physicist and cosmologist Max Tegmark.

It suggests we may die many times throughout our lives. With each passing, our consciousness moves, slides, jumps or shifts to the closest timeline, very similar to the one where we died....<<<Read More>>>...

The Illusion Of Reality

Waking Times: A new internet meme, related to confabulation, is known as the Mandela Effect. This is a situation where a number of people have memories that are different from available evidence. The term was coined by Fiona Broome, who says she, and other people, remember Nelson Mandela dying in the 1980s, rather than in 2013.

She argues that common memories which appear mistaken could be explained by the existence of parallel universes that are able to interact with each other. A common thread of discussion regarding this “effect” is misremembering the Berenstain Bears being spelled as, “Berenstein Bears.”

The “Mandela Effect” is named after South African anti-apartheid revolutionary Nelson Mandela, who became a topic of interest in the year 2010 by people noticing with surprise that he was alive at that time–since many people remembered him having died while incarcerated.

Observations of dead people alive again are just one of many types of Mandela Effects, with other notable examples including changes to song lyrics, movie dialogue, movie scenes, physical geography, physiological anatomy, and product names.

The Mandela Effect is one of those things most people won’t believe in until it happens to them. Like falling in love or going through heartbreak, the Mandela Effect is something you have to experience in order to fully embrace....read more>>>...

Why Two Scientists Developed an Extraordinary Way to Extend DMT Trips

Waking Times: Known in drug lore as “the businessman’s trip” for its lunch-break-sized 15-minute duration, DMT (N,N-dimethyltryptamine) is infamous for blasting its users into vivid alien worlds. It’s among the most literally hallucinogenic of all the psychedelics. Now, a pair of veteran researchers have proposed a method to safely extend the experience beyond its short length.

Dr. Rick Strassman and Dr. Andrew Gallimore published their paper in Frontiers in Psychology last month, under the name “A Model for the Application of Target-Controlled Intravenous Infusion for a Prolonged Immersive DMT Psychedelic Experience.” Its implications could turn DMT research on its head, allowing for new scientific (and potentially, medical) insights into the principle ingredient in ayahuasca. Using techniques borrowed from anesthesiology, the method will regulate the amount of DMT in the body and, more importantly, the brain. Though still untested on no-doubt-willing psychonauts, Strassman and Gallimore’s technology is all but ready for assembly...read more>>>...
