Tonight's IPod Playlist features the legendary rock band DEEP PURPLE. One of my all time favourite bands ever since I first heard the opening bars of 'Smoke On The Water' ...

The playlist features MKI, MKII, MKIII and MKIV Deep Purple, as well as the current line up with Steve Morse on Guitar, and includes many of their all time classics such as Smoke On The Water, Burn, Black Night etc ...

I'm listening to some of these tracks as I write ... memory lane!

Playlist #1 of 2013

It's another self indulgence time. Another ITunes playlist. Another one featuring classic rock music. This time its a top 20 featuring Mk 1 Rainbow (RJD on vocals); MK 2 Rainbow (Graham Bonnet on vocals) and MK 3 Rainbow (JLT on vocals).

Classics like Stargazer, Weiss Heim, I Surrender, Man On The Silver Mountain etc .......

I'm fathoming out a way to develop podcasts featuring some of these playlists ... but then there is the task of adding the podcasts here ...??
