Making Life Work for You

[Daily OM]: Sometimes we have so many varying responsibilities in our lives, ranging from work obligations to caring for children to running a household, we feel we cannot possibly make it all work. We may feel overwhelmed in the face of it all, ending each day feeling hopelessly behind schedule. 

However, regardless of how frustrating this can be, these are the parameters that make up our lives, and we owe it to ourselves to find a way to make it work. Rather than buckling under the pressure of an impossible to-do list, we might take a moment to view the larger perspective.

Like the president of a large organization, we must first realize that we cannot do every job ourselves. The first step to sanity is learning how to delegate some of the responsibility to other people, whether by paying someone to clean our house or trading childcare duties with another parent. 

In addition, we might find places where we can shift our expectations in ways that make our lives easier. For example, expecting ourselves to create a healthy home-cooked meal every night after a full day of work, errands, or caring for an infant or toddler may be a bit excessive. We might allow ourselves to order in food once in a while without any guilt. Accepting the adjustments needed to make our lives work is an essential ingredient to being at peace with our situation. ...<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

The ‘Conspiracy Theory’ Charade

[Waking Times]: Biden’s “National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism” report last week declared that “enhancing faith in American democracy” requires “finding ways to counter the influence and impact of dangerous conspiracy theories.” In recent decades, conspiracy theories have multiplied almost as fast as government lies and cover-ups. While many allegations have been ludicrously far-fetched, the political establishment and media routinely attach the “conspiracy theory” label to any challenge to their dominance.

According to Cass Sunstein, Harvard Law professor and Obama’s regulatory czar, a conspiracy theory is “an effort to explain some event or practice by reference to the machinations of powerful people, who have also managed to conceal their role.” Reasonable citizens are supposed to presume that government creates trillions of pages of new secrets each year for their own good, not to hide anything from the public.

In the early 1960s, conspiracy theories were practically a non-issue because 75 percent of Americans trusted the federal government. Such credulity did not survive the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Seven days after Kennedy was shot on November 22, 1963, President Lyndon Johnson created a commission (later known as the Warren Commission) to suppress controversy about the killing. Johnson and FBI chief J. Edgar Hoover browbeat the commission members into speedily issuing a report rubberstamping the “crazed lone gunman” version of the assassination. House Minority Leader Gerald Ford, a member of the commission, revised the final staff report to change the location of where the bullet entered Kennedy’s body, thereby salvaging Hoover’s so-called “magic bullet” theory. After the Warren Commission findings were ridiculed as a whitewash, Johnson ordered the FBI to conduct wiretaps on the report’s critics. To protect the official story, the commission sealed key records for 75 years. Truth would out only after all the people involved in any coverup had gotten their pensions and died.

The controversy surrounding the Warren Commission spurred the CIA to formally attack the notion of conspiracy theories. In a 1967 alert to its overseas stations and bases, the CIA declared that the fact that almost half of Americans did not believe Oswald acted alone “is a matter of concern to the U.S. government, including our organization” and endangers “the whole reputation of the American government.” The memo instructed recipients to “employ propaganda assets” and exploit “friendly elite contacts (especially politicians and editors), pointing out… parts of the conspiracy talk appear to be deliberately generated by Communist propagandists.” The ultimate proof of the government’s innocence: “Conspiracy on the large scale often suggested would be impossible to conceal in the United States.”...<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>....

HAARP Upgrade: National Science Foundation Funds Observatory At HAARP Facility To Study Upper Atmosphere

[David Icke]: A five-year, $9.3 million National Science Foundation grant will allow the University of Alaska Fairbanks Geophysical Institute to establish a new research observatory dedicated to exploring Earth’s upper atmosphere and geospace environment.

The Subauroral Geophysical Observatory for Space Physics and Radio Science will be housed at the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program site in Gakona, Alaska.

The facility’s 33-acre Ionospheric Research Instrument will be the centerpiece of the new observatory.

A second NSF-funded project will add a lidar at the site, which will allow the study of other regions of the upper atmosphere. A lidar sends pulses of laser light to determine the composition, temperature and structure of regions of the upper atmosphere from 90 to 150 kilometers.

No new construction is expected under the NSF funding to create the observatory, which will be a station at which researchers can monitor and receive data from instruments. The university hopes to add additional instruments over time at the $290 million Gakona research site.

The five-year NSF grant will allow scientists to investigate how the sun affects Earth’s ionosphere and magnetosphere to produce changes in space weather. Their work will help fill gaps in knowledge about the region, which is important because ionospheric disturbances can disrupt communications systems and cause damage and outages to power grids....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>....

Whilst you’ve been distracted by Hancock’s affair, PHE released a report revealing 62% of alleged Covid deaths are people who’ve been vaccinated

[The Daily Expose]: Breaking news on the morning of Friday June 25th revealed Matt Hancock has been having a secret affair with his aide Gina Coladangelo. We imagine it’s all the nation has been talking about since the images of Hancock embracing the millionaire lobbyist were published, it’s certainly all over the mainstream media and we doubt it will cease to be front page news any time soon.

But because you’ve been busy delighting in Hancock’s embarrassment, you’re probably not aware that Public Health England released a report on the very same day which showed the majority of alleged Covid-19 deaths are significantly higher in people who have had at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, with the highest number of deaths occurring in people who are supposed to be fully vaccinated.

The report titled ‘SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern and variants under investigation in England’, is the 17th technical briefing on alleged variants of concern in the United Kingdom and makes for extremely interesting reading once you realise what the statistics are actually telling us.

PHE have compiled a helpful table which shows the number of alleged confirmed Delta variant cases in the UK alongside the number of alleged deaths due to the variant. The table shows that since the 1st February 2021 up to the 21st June 2021 there have been 9,571 alleged confirmed cases of the Delta variant in people over the age of 50. Of these 8,025 had been confirmed in the past 28 days alone.

But the data shows that people over the age of 50 who are unvaccinated account for just 10% of the alleged confirm Covid cases, whilst those who are fully vaccinated account for 37% of the alleged confirmed cases. A further 40% of the alleged cases are people who had received one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine at least 21 days prior to their alleged confirmed Covid-19 infection.

When the Covid-19 vaccines were given emergency use authorisation the authorities did not have a clue as to whether they would work. The limited trials carried out only measured whether or not a vaccinated person suffered serious disease if infected with Covid-19, they did not measure whether a vaccinated person could still become infected with Covid-19, and they did not measure whether or not a vaccinated person could still spread the virus in line with the mainstream accepted germ theory.

It is claimed that the vaccines reduce the chances of suffering serious illness if infected with Covid-19 significantly, so although a significantly higher amount of vaccinated over 50’s have a confirmed case of the Delta variant compared to those who are unvaccinated, you would assume that the opposite would be seen in the number of people who have allegedly died to the Delta variant?

Because Mr Hancock has told us time and time again that the Covid-19 vaccines are our only route back to normal and we must come forward, roll up our sleeves and get the jab when called upon to do so. So the vaccines must surely do what they say on the tin? It’s not as if Mr Hancock would lie to us, is it? He might have lied to his wife of fifteen years and engaged in an affair with an aide who he appointed to scrutinise the Department of Health as well as awarding her Taxpayers money for doing so, but he wouldn’t lie to the British people, would he?

Unfortunately, it looks like Mr Hancock has been lying again and instead of the Covid-19 vaccines being our route back to normal they are instead quite the opposite. Children With “Locked-In Trauma” Prescribed Antidepressants

[Richie Allen]: The number of children being prescribed antidepressants is at an all time high. The so-called pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns have seen a 40 per cent increase in drugs being prescribed for under-17’s.

Repeated lockdowns, isolation, school closure and fear of spreading the virus has left many children suffering “locked-in trauma.” According to The Telegraph this morning:

More than 27,000 children were prescribed antidepressants last year, the figures show, with numbers peaking during the first lockdown, and two thirds of cases involving girls. Overall, the figure was 40 per cent higher than five years ago, when 19,739 children were prescribed suchdrugs.

Experts said growing numbers of children were being medicated, because waiting lists for help from psychologists and psychiatrists were too long.

Psychologists claim that children have become anxious about normal activities and that social distancing and fear of infection is leading to behavioural problems.

Earlier this week the BBC reported that children as young as 5 were having panic attacks about playdates and expressing fears about leaving their homes.

Waiting lists for counselling and psychotherapy are so long, that doctors are putting children on antipsychotic drugs. I cannot find the words to express how awful this is. Look what they’ve done to our children.

Will there ever be a day of reckoning for Johnson, Hancock, Vallance, Whitty and Van Tam? The buck stops with them. They have destroyed the lives and the futures of millions of children. They did it willingly. They did it knowingly.

Auschwitz would be too good for them.

Bad Days

[Daily OM]: We all have days from time to time when it feels like the world is against us or that the chaos we are experiencing will never end. One negative circumstance seems to lead to another. You may wonder, on a bad day, whether anything in your life will ever go right again. But a bad day, like any other day, can be a gift. 

Having a bad day can show you that it is time to slow down, change course, or lighten up. A bad day can help you glean wisdom you might otherwise have overlooked or discounted. Bad days can certainly cause you to experience uncomfortable feelings you would prefer to avoid, yet a bad day may also give you a potent means to learn about yourself.

You may consider a bad day to be one where you've missing an important meeting because your car stalled, the dryer broke, and you received a piece of very bad news earlier in the morning. Multiple misfortunes that take place one after the other can leave us feeling vulnerable and intensely cognizant of our fragility. But bad days can only have a long-term negative effect on us if we let them. It is better to ask yourself what you can learn from these kinds of days. So Much For Social Distancing: Matt Hancock Had Affair With Aide Whilst Forcing Covid Restrictions on British Public

[The Daily Expose]: In an unexpected turn of events (yet unsurprising), it has been revealed that Health Secretary Matt Hancock has been having a secret affair with his aide Gina Coladangelo.

Whilst he encouraged the implementation of lockdowns, social distancing, and compulsory face masks on the nation, Hancock was cheating on his wife with the millionaire lobbyist.

The pair were caught on camera kissing at his Whitehall office, where the image was leaked by The Sun who was sent the image by a Whitehall whistle-blower.

The whistleblower told The Sun: “It was shocking that Mr Hancock was having an affair in the middle of a pandemic with an advisor and friend he used public money to hire.”

A government spokesperson said that the appointment of Gina as an aide had been made “in the usual way” and no rules had been broken.

According to a friend of the health secretary, Matt Hancock had “no comment on person matters.”

Matt Hancock has been married to his wife Martha, an osteopath, for 15 years, whilst Colandangelo is married to Oliver Bonas founder Oliver Tress.

This is the same health secretary who told the nation that there was a deadly virus that was spreading like wildfire through the country and that the only way we could flatten the curve was by social distancing, wearing a face mask indoors and stay at home where possible.

The same man who went on TV to preach hands, face, space to terrified Brits who were convinced by fearmongering that any human contact would spread the virus and end up killing someone’s grandma.

The same man who advocated for mandatory Covid vaccinations for care home and NHS staff to help “protect” patients from “potentially infectious” staff, whilst he broke social distancing rules to manhandle his mistress.

Yet again, this instance only shows that it really is one rule for us and another for them. After all, it is “Do as I say, not as I do.”

Freedom vs. The Machine – Geneticists and Their Weapons

[Waking Times]: Genetic determinism: the belief that an individual’s character, thoughts, and actions are the result of his genes.

Freedom means: being free from, and outside of, ironclad cause and effect.

Which side of the argument will win? Nothing is riding on this…except the future of the human race.

For the past 150 years, genetics has been emerging and taking center stage as the pre-eminent philosophy of life on planet Earth.

For most people, philosophy is of zero concern. They refuse to believe it can influence their lives in any way.

However, we currently have the RNA COVID genetic treatments called vaccines, targeting billions of people. According to the bought-off experts, these destructive treatments are working, in machine-like fashion, to protect us from a phantom virus.

The genetics on which the vaccines are based occupy a distinct philosophic position: our thoughts and actions are the effects of our genes; scientists can interfere with that structure and replace it with another genetic framework, which in turn will impose new all-consuming actions, thoughts, and biological alterations upon us.

One new machine taking over from an older machine.

But there has never been a genetic cure for any disease. All attempts to prove that a disease stems from genes have failed. In this sense, genetics is a long con, both scientifically and philosophically.

I’ve Been Saying It For A Year – Climate Lockdowns Are Coming

[Richie Allen]: Climate Depot’s Marc Morano told Tucker Carlson on Tuesday, that there are plans to use lockdowns to tackle climate change. Morano has seen World Health Organisation memo’s, including a report from a staffer who called for lockdowns to fight climate change.

I called this a year ago on The Richie Allen Show. I was stunned at people’s compliance with the first lockdown. It occurred to me then, that some time in the near future, climate change might be used to justify confining us to our homes and limiting our right to travel.

I thought if they can get away with this using the excuse of a relatively harmless virus, why not climate change?

I said I believed that some day soon, driving would be rationed to reduce our carbon footprint. In a given neighbourhood, people living in houses with even door numbers, might be permitted a Sunday drive on the first and third weekends of the month.

Those living in odd numbered houses would be permitted to take the car out on the second and fourth weekends. It might sound crazy, but as Marc Morano has discovered, they are openly discussing using lockdowns to save the planet.

You Never Know Until You Try

[Daily OM]: When contemplating whether to do something or not, a plucky voice in our heads may say, "You never know until you try." This is time-honored wisdom that encourages us to be game rather than to hold back. It reminds us that it is only through experience that we learn about this world and ourselves. Even if we regret the outcome, we have learned something, and the newfound knowledge is almost always worth it. 

This wisdom can be applied to situations both large and small. From crossing the Atlantic on a boat to trying Ethiopian food, there's only one way to find out what it's like. We have all had experiences where we tried something we didn't think we'd like and fell in love. We may have found ourselves stuck with nothing to read but a "boring" book, only to kick-start a lifelong passion for Victorian literature. We may have decided that sailing was not for us until we fell in love with someone with a boat. On the other hand, we may try tofu only to learn that it is truly not for us. In this case, we gain greater self-knowledge from the experience. And yet, we might still remain open to trying it prepared in a different way. [David Icke]: A top WHO official says that mask mandates and social distancing should continue indefinitely in order to protect against new variants of COVID-19.

The comments were made on Sky News by Special Envoy on Covid for the World Health Organisation (WHO). Dr David Nabarro. Nabarro suggested that there would be a long list of mutations of the Indian variant which would in some cases evade the protection offered by vaccines.

“We will go from Delta to Lambda and then on to the other Greek letters, that’s inevitable, and some of these variants will be troublesome,” he said.

“I’m basically saying variants are going to go on coming. That’s part of life, we need to pick them up fast, we need to move quickly if we see them in a certain location, we need to build the management of variants into what we call our Covid-ready strategy, which is going to be the pattern for the foreseeable future,” he added.

According to Nabarro, mask mandates and social distancing need to remain in place for the foreseeable future “as part of our defence” against COVID, particularly in regions which have high infection rates.

Dr Peter McCullough reveals the Covid-19 Vaccines are Bioweapons and a CDC whistle-blower has confirmed 50,000 Americans have died due to the jabs

Should You Get Vaccinated?

[SOTT]: The CDC, FDA, and NIH aren't disclosing how many people have been killed or disabled from the COVID vaccines. The mainstream media isn't asking any questions; they are playing along. Academics in the medical community are nearly all clueless, urging people to get the safe and effective vaccine. When I tried to bring this to the attention of leading academics they told me I was wrong and not to contact them ever again. Sound too hard to believe? I don't blame you. But there is a reason that this article is the most popular article that has ever been on TrialSiteNews with over 1M views so far. It's because everything I've said is true. And nobody will debate me live about it. They all refuse.

Based on what I now know about the miniscule vaccine benefits (less than a .5% reduction in absolute risk), side effects (including death), current COVID rates, and the success rate of early treatment protocols, the answer I would give today to anyone asking me for advice as to whether to take any of the current vaccines would be, "Just say NO." Waiting for Novavax (and other traditional vaccines) is a much safer option. If you get COVID in the meantime, treating with early treatment protocols that incorporate fluvoxamine and ivermectin is vastly superior to getting the most dangerous vaccine in the last 30 years.

Vaccines are particularly contraindicated if you have already been infected with COVID or are under age 20. For these people, I would say "NO! NO! NO!"

French Space Agency Releases Information About UFOs: 600 Cases Over 64 Years

The paper concentrates on 290 of these incidents when the unidentified aerial device had (or may have had) an impact on flight safety.

While the study has received little attention, there are several data points that are essential in establishing or verifying particular aspects of the phenomena. Community Versus Commodity: The Hidden Battle That Affects Us All

[Waking Times]: If, as Krishnamurti said, “It’s no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society,” then it stands to reason that remaining “well adjusted” has kept us in a perpetual state of ecocide.

Our society poisons the air it breathes, the water it drinks, and the food it eats. And then it has the audacity to poison the minds of its citizens by convincing them that this is somehow “progress”.

The problem is that we don’t have a healthy sense of community. What little sense of community we do have is wrapped up in the unhealthy society that we were born into. It’s caught up in the nine-to-five daily grind and the rat-in-a-cage drudgery of a fear-based lifestyle that’s codependent upon a corrupt state. And this is happening on a global scale. You would be hard-pressed to find a healthy society: that is, a society that does not poison its air, water, food, and minds.

It all comes down to perspective—or the lack thereof. We have been conditioned by a sick society to perceive the world as a commodity that belongs to us. In order to cure ourselves, in order to no longer be sick, we must find a way to flip our perspective into perceiving the world as a community to which we belong.

It will require unlearning what we have learned from the profoundly sick society. It will require unwashing the brainwash and reconditioning the cultural conditioning. It will require living a courage-based lifestyle despite the fear-based lifestyle that surrounds us. It will require becoming interdependent from, rather than codependent on, the profoundly sick society. It will require obtaining an eco-centric perspective while rejecting the egocentric perspective that got us into this mess.

Head of BBC’s Children In Need Wants All Children To Receive Covid-19 Vaccine Without Parental Consent

[The Daily Expose]: An ex-BBC journalist has stated that all children should receive the Covid-19 vaccine, even without parental consent.

Rosie Millard, a former BBC art correspondent, and current chair of BBC’s charity Children In Need stated in a debate or Good Morning Britain (GMB) that she “can’t wait for all children to get vaccinated.”

Millard, who often takes part in various live debates on TV and radio, said: “I think it’s a public health issue. Children do get Covid, they do suffer. But the fact that children have not been vaccinated at all yet is a massive issue.”

During the debate when the issue of side effects was raised, Millard responded with “There is no evidence that this vaccine, the Pfizer or AstraZeneca, has a detrimental effect.

“We need to return to normalcy. We cannot do that without herd immunity, we cannot do that without everyone being vaccinated. We cannot have a quarter of the population not being vaccinated.”

Rosie has four children, all of which have received the Covid-19 vaccine except for one, to which she exclaimed: “One’s been vaccinated this morning – hurrah!”

During the live debate which aired on June 22nd, Rosie was questioned about her stance on vaccine consent, where she stated that she believes that children should be vaccinated even without parental consent.

She said: “When your 14-year-old gets into the front seat of a car, do they ring to say ‘Dad, can I put my seatbelt on?’

Rosie Millard was appointed as the chair of the BBC’s charity Children in Need in 2018, taking the position from Stevie Spring CBE who had chaired the charity for nine years.

Speaking to the BBC about her new role in 2018, Rosie said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be appointed Chair of BBC Children in Need.

“It’s a great privilege to join an organisation that makes such a difference to the lives of so many children and young people across the UK. I’m looking forward to making my own contribution in the years to come.”

It seems like Rosie is living up to her promise of contributing to the lives of children throughout the UK by seeking to get them all vaccinated without their parent’s knowledge or consent…

The worrying part of all of this is why is the head of a children’s charity advocating for all children to receive an experimental vaccine that has caused over 949,287 adverse reactions ranging from mild to serious, since its rollout in December 2020?

Rosie falsely made the claim during her GMB appearance that the Covid-19 vaccines – particularly the Pfizer and AstraZeneca jabs – do not cause any detrimental side effects, but she failed to mention that 86% of children an adverse reaction to the Pfizer Covid vaccine in clinical trials.

Trials carried out on children in the US aged 12-15 revealed that the majority suffered an adverse reaction ranging from mild to serious. 1,127 children were given one dose of the Pfizer vaccine, and of this 1,097 recieved a second dose. Of the 1,127 children who received one does of the jab, 86% suffered an adverse reaction, whilst out of the 1,097 children who received a second dose, 78.9% experienced an adverse reaction.

Reported adverse reactions included fever, fatigue, headaches, and diarrhoea.

Of course, Rosie Millard simply forgot to mention this when urging parents to get their children vaccinated on live TV.

Just remember that this is the sort of person who is currently running a children’s charity that seeks to “ensure every child in the UK is safe, happy, and secure.” Does vaccinating children without their parent’s consent sound like an initiative that would keep children happy, healthy, and safe?

The long-planned script unfolds – as Jimmy Krankie delays Scotland’s ‘Level 0’ Freedom Day until July 19 with social distancing, masks and working from home until AUTUMN (and therefore through the Winter) – amid fears Johnson will have to follow her lead again (Read the same script she is reading).

[David Icke]: Nicola Sturgeon raised the prospect of some Scottish Covid restrictions remaining in place into the autumn today as she postponed ending the country’s lockdown by three weeks.

The First Minister brought her country into line with England by pushing the country’s downgrading to Level Zero back to July 19 because of the spread of the Indian variant. 

She pledged to scrap all laws covering Covid restrictions by August 9 – but admitted that Scots might well be asked to voluntarily continue social distancing and wear masks in some situations after that date. Scotland was meant to have its own relative Freedom Day on June 28, but rates of infection, particularly across the most populous central belt, led to today’s announcement.

Ms Sturgeon told Holyrood that life would feel ‘much, much less restrictive’ after August 9. She also pledged to ‘encourage support’ for continued home working after workplaces are fully able to reopen. 

The setting of these dates is likely to raise pressure on Boris Johnson to set out what measures might remain in place after England’s Freedom Day on July 19. Ministers are yet to set out what mitigations like social distancing and mask wearing may remain in place, with Michael Gove leading an ongoing review.

Scottish Conservative leader Douglas Ross asked the First Minister about other mitigations which would be required beyond August 9. She said there may still be advice around physical distancing, even if it was not a legal requirement.

Ms Sturgeon said: ‘If you’re with somebody who’s not fully vaccinated, if you’re with somebody more vulnerable, if you’re in a place where the ventilation is not particularly good, it would make sense to continue to pay attention to a safe distance to people that are not in your close contact group.’

Hancock: “Very Significant Flu Vaccine Drive This Winter!”

[Richie Allen]: Yesterday, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that flu will come out of retirement this Winter. This morning the Health Secretary Matt Hancock said that plans are afoot for a “significant flu vaccination drive this Winter, to protect the NHS.”

Speaking to Times Radio Breakfast, Hancock said:

“We are worried about flu this winter because people’s natural immunity will be lower because we haven’t had any serious flu for 18 months now. We had a difficult winter in 2019, we didn’t have flu at all really this last winter because of the restrictions that were in place for Covid. So, it is something we are worried about. We are are going to have a very significant flu vaccination drive this autumn – potentially at the same time you might get your Covid booster jab and your flu jab at the same time, we are testing whether that can be done.

We do need to make sure we protect the NHS this coming winter. We have got time to do the preparation for that now, though, and make sure we are as vaccinated as possible, because that is the way to keep people safe.”

Hancock may well go down as the greatest liar in all history. I wonder what do they have on him? Of course flu never disappeared. That’s a double whopper with cheese and bacon. Flu was simply rebranded Covid-19. That’s not to say that I am claiming that Covid-19 doesn’t exist. I’ve never said that. How could I know?

But flu doesn’t just disappear because of social distancing. A cough or a sneeze travels 25 feet remember. Masks are useless. Flu thrives when people stay inside for prolonged periods, in poorly ventilated homes. Those are facts. Flu never went away. People with flu were told that they had covid-19 after submitting themselves for a redundant PCR test.

Winter is going to be fun then. The pressure to take a flu jab and a covid booster will be immense. Will those who submit to the jabs have more freedom over the Winter months? Probably.

While appearing on SKY News this morning, Hancock repeated that vaccines are the only way back to freedom and the only way to protect the NHS. This morning, just as every other morning, the car park next to the vaccination centre in Salford is full.

I run past it every day. Each time I do, my heart sinks.
