"Through many religions you will hear different stories and ideas regarding what Spirit is, but it is for you to determine your own views and beliefs, which you will do through time.
However when I talk about Spirit, I am talking about a living being that has existed on the earth plane before. A person or an animal, who has passed over to the ‘other side’ and is trying to communicate with us.
Through Mediumship we have discovered that there is Eternal Life; we continue to live back in the Spirit Realm, this is where we came from initially, before we came to the Earth plane to learn our lessons in life.
This is also why many people have past life memories and children especially, can relate these to their parents."
