Astral Projection Made Easy

Astral Projection is the term commonly used to describe the process of being able to directly perceive and explore physical and other realities in a non-physical form. The experience itself is also referred to as an 'out of body experience' or OBE.

There are many modern methods which are of use in developing your ability to explore the universe from a non-physical perspective, but the vast majority of these are unnecessarily complex. The fact is that the ancient occult techniques for achieving astral projection are many times simpler than the ones taught today, and yet they are just as effective - if not more so.
One particular technique has been used for hundreds, if not thousands of years by occult practitioners from all walks of life, and it is this technique which you will now learn for yourself:

To begin, darken the room by turning off lights and closing any blinds or curtains. Ensure that the room is warm so that your physical body will be comfortable throughout the exercise.
Sit in a comfortable armchair and close your eyes. Spend a few moments allowing your mind to grow calm and relaxed, then visualize yourself standing on the top of a steep green hill in the countryside. It is a warm day. The sky is blue and everything is quiet. There isn’t another human being to be seen for miles around. Standing here, you are hundreds of feet above normal ground level. Way down below, you can just make out some trees in the distant fields.
When you have created this image in your mind as strongly as you can, feel your body growing lighter and lighter, until you are absolutely convinced that you could easily soar through the clouds like an eagle. Now decide to do just that. Start running down the hill as fast as you can, with your arms outstretched, and feel a sudden 'whoosh' as your body leaves the ground and begins to soar higher and higher into the sky. The ground below gets more and more distant, and soon you look back at the hill you were standing on and find that it too is now way below you. Enjoy the feeling of weightlessness you now have. Do a few somersaults in the air. Then realize that you are, right now, experiencing consciousness beyond the body.
You can now go anywhere you wish, either by willing yourself there instantly or - and this is more preferable for beginners - by flying to your desired destination. When you wish to return to normal physical consciousness, all you have to do is think of your physical body in its normal physical setting.
