Shapeshifting or Clever Computer Graphics?

 Is this video for real? Or are we looking at clever computer graphics? I encountered a clean shaven gentleman in Auckland back in 2003 who did this very thing ... he looked at me and as I stared his face changed and his eyes took on vertical slits like this woman appears to.
