HAPPY 7TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY KRISTINE!! 
It's seven years to the day that I said "I do" beneath the Oak Tree on Takapuna Beach in New Zealand. It was a very special day. It truly represented our commitment to each other. I may not have been truly that well at the time. But in the past seven years our marriage has proven to be as hardy and lasting as that old oak tree under which we tied the knot!
Traditionally a 7th Wedding Anniversary is awash with copper gifts. It's gemstone is Lapis Lazuli. Okay. A little puzzle for you Kristine. As you know I am a little 'obsessed' with symbolism .... there is a COPPER kettle and a LAPIS LAZULI elephant here on this post. You will probably suss the meaning of the elephant ... it is a revered animal in India etc. It is symbolic of the strength and the endurance of our commitment to each other. But what then is the meaning of the kettle?
