Ajna Chakra stimulation

To stimulate the Ajna chakra or '3rd. eye' ...set a tone in one ear which frequency is equal to 50Hz and a tone for the other ear which frequency is equal to 60Hz.

The frequency of binaural beats is equal to 10Hz, and average frequency is equal to 55Hz.
55Hz is frequency of note "A" on musical scale. This frequency stimulates Ajna chakra.

For example:

To stimulate 3rd. eye:
Left (or right) ear: 50Hz
Right (or left) ear: 60Hz
