The well-documented global slaughter of the elderly has shocked millions.
In care homes, nursing homes and hospitals, the elderly were deliberately and cold-bloodedly murdered by doctors and nurses acting under “orders” from above.
Politicians and advisers decreed that the elderly should be denied medical care, and thousands who did find themselves in institutions were treated without compassion, caring or proper, decent care.
The elderly were denied contact with relatives or friends and were kept in isolation for many months and in some cases for years. Residents were told that they had to be jabbed with a so-called “vaccine” that was known not to work and to be dangerously toxic. Thousands of elderly patients were killed by a vaccine which should have been classified as too dangerous to use as landfill.
The elderly were locked in, forced to wear masks (which did much harm and no good) and subjected to conditions which would have aroused an uproar if they’d been applied to illegal immigrants or dangerous prisoners.
The fake pandemic which was designed, marketed and sold to a gullible public in the spring of 2020 was always an essential part of the globalists’ plan for the Great Reset.
And the elderly (at least, those who weren’t billionaires or well-connected) were always regarded as a disposable nuisance.
The abuse which became an official, integral part of institutional care in 2020 continues today. Remember: nothing happens by accident or coincidence anymore. The elderly are being eradicated from our world as though they are nothing more than an annoying infection.
Polls show that by far the most significant “–ism” in the world today is ageism. Discrimination against the elderly causes far more real misery than racism or sexism but the law is surprisingly weak on those who attack the elderly, and the mainstream media constantly gets away with deriding and marginalising the elderly in a way that they would never consider acceptable if the targets were chosen because of their sex or race. The media is obsessed with trivial complaints about alleged racism (“he had difficulty in pronouncing my name”) and small examples of what is considered sexual misbehaviour (“he complimented me on my new hairstyle”) but the elderly are murdered without anyone in the media wielding a sentence in protest.

Checks and Balances
We may have to look to other situations in our lives to see it, because we behave differently in different environments. Perhaps we don’t complain at work, because our coworker overdoes it, but maybe we do it with our friends. Maybe we aren’t controlling at the office, but we’re used to being in control at home, and this is why we feel so irritated not to be in control at work. Even if we look and find that we are not engaging in the same behavior that we see as negative in others, we can still learn from what we are seeing in this person. The truth is, human nature is universal, and we share many of the same tendencies. What we see in others can always help us to understand ourselves more deeply.
Having the ability to see something in another person, and
automatically bring this observation back to ourselves, is like having a
built-in system of checks and balances that enables us to be
continually engaged in self-exploration and behavior change. When we see
behavior we don’t like, we can make a concerted effort to weed it out
of ourselves, and when we see behavior we do like, we can let it inspire
us to engage in imitation. Through this process, we read our

Moving In Real Time
The desire to press fast-forward can lead to escapism and denial, both of which only prolong our difficulties and in some cases make them worse. The more direct, clear, and courageous we are in the face of whatever we are dealing with, the more quickly we will move through the situation. Understanding this, we may begin to realize that trying to find the fast-forward button is really more akin to pressing pause. When we truly grasp that the only way out of any situation in which we find ourselves is to go through it, we stop looking for ways to escape and we start paying close attention to what is happening. We realize that we are exactly where we need to be. We remember that we are in this situation in order to learn something we need to know, and we can alleviate some of our pain with the awareness that there is a purpose to our suffering.

that you are not alone; we all instinctively avoid pain. But in doing
so, we often prolong our pain and delay important learning. As you

Five people have died from the strain, according to the UK Health Security Agency, while 135 sequences have been detected in the UK so far, and there are believed to be around 104 cases as some people have been sequenced twice.
Professor Stephen Griffin, chair of Independent Sage, said that people should go back to testing regularly and wearing face masks to protect from the virus.
He told MailOnline: “This may seem like a throwback to last year, but the reality is the virus continues to do harm and those least able to cope continue to suffer.
“In the absence of population-scale mitigations… the focus remains upon individual risk which is, for many, now much lower.
“If [the] government won’t act to enable everyone to ‘live’ with Covid, vulnerable people will continue to require precautions and, ideally, others will act with an appropriate level of altruism.”
The new strain, known as XBB.1.16, was first identified in January and emerged from two previous potent strains of Omicron, BA.1 and BA.2.
Research indicates Arcturus could be one 1.2 times more infectious than the last major sub-variant.
Arcturus has been monitored by the World Health Organisation (WHO) since 22 March, which upgraded it to a “variant of interest” in mid-April.
In the UK, the virus is currently most prevalent in London, the North West and South East, with the median age for cases being 74.54.
Dr Vipin Vashishtha, a paediatrician and former head of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics Committee on Immunisation, told The Hindustan Times that Arcturus’s symptoms include a high fever, a cough and “itchy” conjunctivitis or pinkeye.
Vaccine production was ramped up in India and compulsory face masks have been introduced in some states, with hospitals carrying out mock drills after the virus ripped through the country. It is also now on the rise in Australia.

In a new study published in the journal PLoS Genetics, researchers have extracted genomes sampled from Pictish burials to explore how they are related to other cultural groups in Britain.
The study showed that the Picts descended from local Iron Age populations who lived in Britain before the arrival of people from the European continent, such as the Romans, Saxons, Angles and Vikings. Additionally, the researchers found genetic similarities between the Picts and present-day people living in western Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Northumbria.
According to the study: "The DNA sequenced from seven individuals interred in a Pictish cemetery showed that the individuals had no common ancestor on their mother's side. This finding suggests that females may have married outside their own social group and runs counter to older speculation, such as that mentioned by the great English scholar Bede, that the Picts were matrilineal; that they had had a society based on kinship through the mother's lineage.
The latest discoveries corroborate the prevailing archaeological hypotheses that the Picts were the descendants of the Iron Age population of Britain. Compassion
We practice small acts of compassion every day, when our loved ones are short-tempered or another driver cuts us off in traffic. We extend our forgiveness by trying to understand their point of view; we know how it is to feel stressed out or irritable. The practice of compassion becomes more difficult when we find ourselves unable to understand the actions of the person who offends us. These are the situations that ask us to look more deeply into ourselves, into parts of our psyches that we may want to deny, parts that we have repressed because society has labeled them bad or wrong. For example, acts of violence are often well beyond anything we ourselves have perpetuated, so when we are on the receiving end of such acts, we are often at a loss. This is where the real potential for growth begins, because we are called to shine a light inside ourselves and take responsibility for what we have disowned. It is at this juncture that we have the opportunity to transform from within.
This can seem like a very tall order, but when life presents us with
circumstances that require our compassion, no matter how difficult, we
can trust that we are ready. We can call upon all the light we have
cultivated so far, allowing it to lead the way into the darkest parts of
our own hearts, connecting us to the hearts of others in the

Mind, matter and the danger of subjectivism
However, this move carries dangers since it threatens to steer the gaze inwards a little too much. Thus, Goethe rightly remarked that "Know thyself" is often no good advice: rather, he argued, we urgently need to look into the mirror that other people hold up to us. The trick here is to distinguish between those individuals who are well-disposed toward us and who themselves are far along in their development, and those who are pursuing their own destructive agenda and threaten to draw us into their downward spiral.
No, withdrawing into our own minds is not a solution and quickly leads to irrationality and subjectivism.
The mystic at least has the advantage here of acknowledging a divine or spiritual world and thereby presupposing an external truth to which he has access through introspection. Indeed, if this access is genuine, contact with the higher world prevents the arbitrariness of pure subjectivism. However, there is a risk of self-deception: then the mystical access to the higher world becomes a merely theoretical argument for rejecting the inconvenient truth as it is reflected to us from the outside.
A better path is to recognize the material world as vital and to take it seriously. At the same time, however, we must see it in light of the Higher that appears to us in it and through it. The key to the mystical thus lies in the experience given to us by the material world. What points beyond it is our gaze, the reading of our experiences, our vision behind the appearances through the appearances. It follows inevitably that an exact understanding of the material world is also and especially necessary: it is here that science, common sense, and the mystical converge.
However, this vision, this view of the material that transcends the material, does not depend only on the intellect, but is located, so to speak, at the intersection of thought, subtle emotions, and the body. To use a crude but helpful image: our entire body is like an antenna that is receptive to higher impressions. Many resonate with the idea that our society is in major upheaval. As I have pointed out for many years, this is for good reason driven by the evolutionary pressure of corruption being exposed.
We are in a powerful moment where we have the chance to reshape a society that is holding us down and keeping us from thriving. But in order to get there, we have to think and feel more deeply.
Simply changing out a politician or two isn’t going to get us there in my view. To truly thrive, we must look deeper. We must look to our mental, emotional, and spiritual selves as well.
This also leads us to something deeper: simply blaming those in positions of power as ‘the bad guys’ isn’t going to get us anywhere. It doesn’t seek to grasp the totality of what is at play, and it will only keep us at war with one another. After all, without a change in ourselves, what’s to say new people in the same positions of power won’t do the same thing?
I believe forgiveness of the ‘shadow’ must be embraced as we integrate that experience into our story as a whole.
To
me, the nature of our consciousness, spirituality, and hearts are at
the center of expanding our ability to re-imagine society and free
ourselves. We don’t get true freedom through laws, rules, and new
politicians. Sure those play a part, but true freedom is gained through
inner mastery. When embraced, inner mastery is at the heart of

A traditional witch’s words to live by

- Do not take more from the Earth than you need to live. We are mere visitors here; the Earth is eternal. Wealth and fame are not necessary ingredients for a magical life.
- Know that the joy of life is a gift. Look after yourself and love yourself.
- Embrace both your light and dark sides. There is light and dark within you just as there is in nature. Learn to use both sides of your power with intent. Learn when to use both sides and be wise in the fact that sometimes you need to be darker to actually protect the ones you love.
- Power is a sacred gift and must be used wisely and with humility. Power should never be used to prove your ability or in any form of competition with others.
- Be certain of your intentions when performing any act of magic. Magic is neither good nor evil, the intentions of the witch determine the path it will take.

Perception of reality depends on our experience
Take Plato’s Allegory of the Cave. This ancient Greek thinker believed that all the objects around us are just shadows (ideas) of forms. This is how he describes our false perception of the world.
In the allegory “The Cave”, Plato describes a group of people who have lived chained to the wall of a cave all their lives, facing a blank wall.
The people watch shadows projected on the wall from objects passing in front of a fire behind them and give names to these shadows. The shadows are the prisoners’ reality, but are not accurate representations of the real world.
The shadows represent the fragment of reality that we can normally perceive through our senses, while the objects under the sun represent the true forms of objects that we can only perceive through reason.
According to Plato, the objects of experience are imperfect imitations of forms. Let’s say that a mathematical triangle in abstraction looks perfect, but in fact there are no perfect triangles in nature.
Therefore,
those triangles that we deal with in the so-called real world are only
imperfect reflections of the ideal form. And the same with other things.

Net Zero is Being Mugged by Reality and the People Are Waking Up
The eco-zealots in the think tanks, the civil service and the Green Blob have been trying to do both. Consider, for example, the oft-repeated claim that wind and solar power are cheap, which is demonstrably false, and carefully overlooks the fact that a renewables-dominated grid would require trillions of pounds of electricity storage to make it function without backup. As a result, we have seen gigawatts of wind and solar power installed, and the slow strangulation of investment in conventional energy sources. However, nature, refusing to be taken in by all the claims of ‘cheap renewables’, has responded with 20 years of relentless electricity price rises.
The silver lining to the very dark cloud of the Ukraine war and the energy cost crisis that followed is that most people now realise that a world with rising energy costs is not very pleasant at all. Others have been awakened, perhaps rather unexpectedly, by the Biden administration’s decision to launch its own Net Zero spending spree. It is rapidly becoming clear that this has the potential to turn into a disaster for the U.K.
Already unable to compete with the cheap energy and cheap labour of the Far East, many businesses are now having to face the reality that they will soon be unable to compete with the U.S. either, because of its abundance of cheap gas and its tidal wave of subsidies. Even companies that have been here for years are now thinking of upping sticks and crossing the Atlantic to take advantage of the green bonanza on offer. The U.K. and much of Europe are therefore facing an exodus of businesses, and a drying up of foreign direct investment. That could be catastrophic for the economy, and for Government finances already reeling from the pandemic.
The realities of Net Zero are also hitting home for the general public. The threat that the project represents to livelihoods and liberties is becoming more evident by the day. Recently, the mathematician Norman Fenton tweeted an excerpt from a Government-funded report that set out what Net Zero U.K. might look like: no airports, no shipping, no beef and lamb to eat, and most food imports eliminated. Sounds grim, doesn’t it? Lots of people thought so, and the tweet went viral, garnering over three million views.
The threat of being effectively locked into a 15-minute zone of a
city has also concentrated minds. Anti-ULEZ protests are kicking off,
and civil disobedience has followed in their wake, with cameras
vandalised, bollards ripped out and barriers destroyed. Awareness of the
threat of programmable digital currencies, which would allow the
authorities to dictate your purchases (“No beef for you this week!”), is

The call of the wild, the call of our ancestors
For some, the call of the wild is subtle and creates gentle openings of the heart. For others, the call of wild resounds more loudly and may emerge from a challenge or crisis situation, which opens the awareness to new possibilities that would otherwise not be considered. As the call becomes clearer, news paths unfold ready to take you on a journey, but do you dare take that first step? And is it really a new journey? No. You are being called back. Back to nature by your ancestors.
The
call of the wild and, of course that of our ancestors, speaks uniquely
to each soul. It may be creative inspiration that emerges, or an opening
of the heart that creates a desire to share and give more to others. It
may come through a healing relationship which transforms life totally
and unexpectedly. Inner wisdom and intuition can flower in the most
unusual of circumstances, as spiritual connections are always speaking
to us through both our inner and our outer lives, calling us, showing us
signs, offering the chance of rebirth back on our original path, should

The Cycle of Life
Whatever the case, such a shift is momentous as it signals a time of confronting our own mortality as we confront that of our parents. In addition, it can bring up issues about how well they cared for us when we were young. We may also find ourselves consumed with fear at the thought of losing them, even if we’ve been on our own for a very long time.
Talking to other friends and family who are going through similar experiences can be a large source of support. They can help us look at both the unresolved past and the unfolding present, and we are free to talk only about ourselves. Sometimes we need the kind of undivided attention a friend can offer in order to deal with the material that comes up at this time of our lives.
In many ways, this time of life signals a rebirth as we examine our individual past, as well as our familial past. As our parents’ lives move toward completion, we are able to see what they did with their time on earth, what we have done so far with our time, and what we might want to do with the time we have left. These challenges and blessings are all part of the cycle of life.
A Unifying Theory of Evil
This is one of the most difficult questions for civilized man. Many of us can recognize the results of evil intuitively: evil causes vast human suffering; revokes our sense of human dignity; creates an ugly, dystopian, or disharmonic world; destroys beauty and poetry; perpetuates fear, anger, distress and terror; causes torture and bloodshed. Nevertheless, there are always some people who seem to remain ignorant of its presence — or, incredibly, see specific visceral atrocities as justified and even good.
Those of us who have taken a stand for freedom over the past few years know instinctively that a great evil has occurred. Millions of people have lost their livelihoods, fallen into depression and committed suicide, suffered indignities at the hands of public health authorities and bureaucrats, died or suffered unnecessarily in hospitals or from experimental gene therapies marketed as vaccines, were denied the ability to say goodbye to their loved ones or celebrate important holidays and milestones...were denied, in short, the meaningful experiences that make us human.
To those of us who suffered directly, or who saw our highest values suddenly dismissed and decreed expendable, we feel that evil in our bones and we know that it is there, still hanging over our heads, as the world keeps turning and others, incredibly, go about as if nothing had ever happened.
But from whence does such evil come, and who is ultimately responsible for it? This is a harder question to answer, and there is much debate surrounding it. Is evil the result of conscious, willful intent? Or is it a side effect of something that was originally more benign?
Should we feel compassion for people who were "just doing their job," and in so doing, became the tools of injustice? Should we excuse ignorance, or cowardice? Do the perpetrators of evil generally have "good intentions," but make honest mistakes or succumb to selfishness, greed, habit, or blind obedience? And if this last scenario is the case, how much lenience should we allow them, and how accountable should we hold them to be for their actions? ...<<<Read More>>>.....

The proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (“IHR”)
are a completely different set of proposals to the “Pandemic Treaty”
that will not need to be signed by any President or Prime Minister, nor
would the proposed amendments require the advice and consent of the
Senate or Parliament.
Amendments to the IHR were adopted in 2022
without Senate/Parliament confirmation. The amendments that are
currently being proposed could easily be adopted in the same manner in
either May 2023 or 2024.
Among the 307 amendments to the IHR
proposed by 94 member nations of the World Health Organisation (“WHO”)
are several that would seek to implement a Global Digital Health
Certificate.
The World Health Assembly (“WHA”) meets from 21 to 30 May 2023. In preparation for this meeting, they have been uploading documents. These documents include a progress report referred to as ‘Report O’. This report states that they going to implement a Global Digital Health certification network.

The Secretariat has also been exploring options for the digitalisation
of the International Certificate for Vaccination or Prophylaxis,
particularly in the context of the measures implemented in relation to
covid-19 pandemic, and will continue to explore options for
interoperability platforms for the verification of validity of such

is working with partners to establish a Global Digital Health
Certification Network, which is intended to enable Member States to

Naomi Wolf: No more normal placentas since COVID-19 vaccine rollout
The DailyClout CEO obtained the information from midwives she had talked to. According to the midwives, placentas of vaccinated mothers are shrunken and have a silver-gray color. These signs mean that the placentas are not big enough to sustain a normal baby.
Wolf shared her interview with California nurse-midwife Ellen Jasmer, who has seen these silver-gray placentas since 2022. “Some of these are shrunken. She showed me an image of a placenta that was like two inches in circumference, which is narrower, shorter and smaller than a normal placenta. Normal, healthy placenta is deep purple, or maroon and kind of thick. They’re a home for a baby for nine months,” Wolf said.
Jasmer also told Wolf about what she dubbed as “COVID bumps” or calcifications all over the placenta. According to the DailyClout CEO, these are visible to the naked eye.
