2020 Crop Circle #18

Potterne Field, Nr Devizes, Wiltshire.
Reported 4th August 2020

Is that the world tree, Yggdrasil, I see represented before me? Yggdrasil is an immense ash tree that is centre to the cosmos and considered very holy by Norse Mythology. Yggdrasil (from Old Norse Yggdrasill) is an immense mythical tree that plays a central role in Norse cosmology, where it connects the Nine Worlds. However, there are only 5 worlds represented here. So this might not represent Yggdrasil.

It might even represent the early Mesopotamian Tree of Life. In Babylonian mythology, the Tree of Life was a magical tree that grew in the center of paradise. The Apsu, or primordial waters, flowed from its roots. It is the prototype of the tree described in Genesis: the biblical Tree of Paradise evolved directly from this ancient symbol; it is the symbol from which the Egyptian, Islamic, and Kabbalistic Tree of Life concepts originated.

Energetic Sweeping

[Daily Om]: In some of our lives, sweeping has become an activity performed without much thought. In many cases, sweeping is a lost art, replaced by the noisy, efficient vacuum cleaner.

But in several cultures and religions, sweeping the front and back porch every morning is regarded as an important cleansing ritual that prepares the ground for new energy on every level--physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.

It is often employed to sanctify a space and prepare it for a ceremony. This seemingly simple action has the power to clear away the old and make space for the new. It stirs up the energy in a place, clearing out the astral buildup that is the natural by-product of the presence of humans.

This kind of sweeping is not about cleaning the area of dust. In fact, the broom doesn't have to actually touch the ground to be effective....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Defining Sacred Space

Sacred Space defines a protecting boundary around an area we feel safe within; safe from harm or interference. It has been a tradition within magic and within religion for millennia. Sacred Space can be initiated by a simple prayer; by a magical incantation or by deliberate physical construction.

It could be said that a deliberate construct exists that keeps this virtual reality safe within a boundary line; that make this virtual reality invisible from prying eyes. Maybe, maybe not.

But the power of thought or perception can define and create the reality that an individual sees. Thought forms are real and act on the simple premise that when something is thought; the sounds of those thoughts create a waveform ... and around that waveform sounds of the same vibration congregate. The end of this process is then the manifestation of sounds into apparent solid forms.

The creation of the power of boundaries works in the similar fashion. When the boundaries of a sacred space are created ... they come into existence. More often not that they cannot be physically seen but they can be physically felt. Sacred Space is a powerful reality - Matthew James

A Calm Sacred Space ....

WELL. That was quite a day! A door & a chapter is now virtually closed. There can be no going back ... but what lies ahead is a new challenge .

I've watched some of the Spain Vs Portugal game in between that two popular soap dramas, both which dramatic scenes. I was lucky to turn over onto the game moments before most of the goals! Yes ... not lucky time but insight/foresight (I kept telling my wife there would be a goal then turned over onto a LIVE game and there before our eyes were goals being scored!)

I now need to chill. I need to evoke a very calming and relaxing sacred space here in my 'man cave' (The spare bedroom filled with all my magical wares) ... to my left is a drawer with all my incenses. Its time to choose an appropriate one (Perhaps the famous Nag Champa or maybe Sandalwood or Dragons Blood) ... then let it burn whilst in my mind I enter observant mind mode to evoke a calm space ....

HERE GOES ...

Defining Sacred Space.

The space you feel safe; the space in which you find peace; the space which you define within a protected boundary, whether by magical intention or by mental assertion. Sacred Space is a room in the house, or a specific special location ... a place where you can be you.

Sacred space is a vital part of our lives, somewhere where we can relax and unwind. Somewhere we can venture to in order to escape the crazy notions of the mad world out there.

Quite common for the magician is that Sacred Space is a defined place which is ventured to with the mind during meditation or contemplation. It becomes second nature to induce this state of safety with keywords or key thoughts. It is essential within magical practice that a state of sacred space is reached, as with it the magician can practice true discipline and true concentration ...Matthew James

What Is Sacred Space?

Sacred space is any space or area that has been dedicated to a sacred (holy) purpose. An emphasis on sacred space is found in all of the world’s religions and traditions and they all have places set aside as holy, that they use for worship, prayer, and important rituals. The name for this space differs according to faith (church, mosque, synagogue, sanctuary, temple, nature, etc.), but the point remains the same: it is a place where believers can encounter the Divine in a special and powerful way.

Sacred space can be a quiet, inspiring space for rituals like meditation or yoga, a place to work your life magick, or a place in your home or outside in nature where you feel more connected to what’s meaningful in your life.

I believe that YOU are sacred space.

Your body houses your soul, and your soul is sacred… so therefore you are sacred space and your body… a temple. (goddesslifestyleplan)

Sacred Sites and Energy Fields

Waking Times: All of the sacred sites, wherever they exist in the world, are placed on vortex points called “conductivity discontinuities”. At these places the geomagnetic field of the earth interacts with the telluric currents (the magnetic flow across the face of the earth), and, when the two intersect, there is a certain concentrated electromagnetic field which influences the body’s own energy field. This is what stimulates our states of consciousness when we’re at these sacred sites. A lot of ancient texts, including the Indian Puranas and the ancient Egyptian building texts, have the same commonalities, which talk about a time before a massive global deluge struck the earth and wiped out, what they called, “cities of knowledge”. These cities of knowledge have now been found, in part of the myths that have been written about them and by people like Graham Hancock, who has found that there are indeed enormous cities 120 feet below sea level.

Sacred temples around the world have inscriptions that talk about these places as being fundamental to transforming a person into a god or a bright star. This wasn’t so much a physiological change as it was a shift in one’s state of mind. The whole purpose was to have a shamanic experience whereby for a few minutes, or, if you were able to stand it, for a few hours, you were able to release yourself from your body – part of your soul or subconscious was able to transcend the physical world and somehow connect with an astral reference library...read more>>>...

Strong proof that there's water on Mars as Curiosity rover discovers rounded off pebbles

Daily Mail: 'Scientists exploring Mars have discovered that water once flowed in streams several feet deep, fuelling speculation that the planet could have once supported life. The news, which has left top NASA scientists 'excited', comes thanks to photographs of bedrock beamed back from the red planet by the Curiosity rover. There have been previous signs that water existed on Mars long ago, but the images released on Thursday showing pebbles rounded off, probably by water, offered the most convincing
evidence so far of an ancient streambed which could have been waist-deep.There was 'a vigorous flow on the surface of Mars,' said chief scientist John Grotzinger of the California Institute of Technology. 'We're really excited about this.' The discovery did not come as a complete surprise. NASA decided to land Curiosity inside a spot near the Martian equator, Gale Crater, because photos from space hinted that the spot possessed a watery past. What has surprised scientists are the mild temperatures recorded by the weather station on board Curiosity. On more than half the days Curiosity has been exploring Mars, the daytime temperature has been above 0°C, according to the Remote Environment Monitoring Station (REMS)...read more>>>...

Defining 'Sacred Space'

Sacred space at its most basic, is a place which invites the contemplation of divine mystery, and encourages an attitude of spiritual openness.

A sacred space is not necessarily where answers are grasped or understood. Rather it is a place where questions are asked, conversations occur, rituals are perpetuated and silence is heard—all in the attempt to find answers. But this, in itself, raises further questions!

Ritual Cleansing With White Sage

Step-by-step instructions for ritual cleansing:

Before performing a cleansing of a space, it’s best to cleanse yourself, mentally, emotionally, and physically. For the physical cleansings, take a shower and use a sea salt scrub with peppermint or take a hot bath with sea salts. For the mental and emotional aspect, as you bathe, picture all frustrations, annoyances, and disappointments leaving you and pouring down the drain along with the dirty water.

Put on fresh, clean clothes that are comfortable. Light-colored, natural fabrics work well in most cases. If you are performing the cleansing ritual as a result of highly negative activity, its best to wear black clothing to protect yourself from whatever is causing the disruption.

See yourself surrounded by white light and beam it out as far as you can. This protective shell will serve to allow you to complete the ritual safely.

Picture whatever force will be helping you with the cleansing (God, gods, goddesses, watchers, elemental forces, etc.) and ask for assistance.

When you arrive at the space you will be cleansing, take a moment to meditate on your purpose for being there. Take several deep breaths and let all tension leave you.

Upon entering the home or space, sprinkle Holy Water and say, “God’s peace be in this home and in all who live here.” – Optional, but recommended.

Light the sage, sweetgrass braid, and incense (cedar or sandalwood). Once they begin to glow, blow out the flame. Put them in a shell or fireproof bowl to avoid burning anything.

Pick up the sage wand and beginning at the entrance of the house or other space, move counterclockwise through the space. This direction is called “wittershins” and is the direction used for banishing unwanted energy. If you feel so compelled, you may also clear the space moving in a clockwise direction. Try it both ways and see which feels right to you. Move along the entire perimeter of the home, waving the smoldering sage wand up and down or in a circular motion to allow the smoke to permeate the area. Outline windows and doorways, open closets and cabinets, to insure that there is no place for the negative energy to hide. As you wave the wand, say the prayer that appears at the end of this section. If you have a favorite psalm or prayer you feel comfortable with, then feel free to use that instead.

If the home has more than floor, cleanse the main floor first, then proceed to the other floors.

Once this is complete, pick up the sweetgrass braid and move around the perimeter once again, this time in a clockwise direction. Imagine light reaching to every corner of the space.

At the end of this portion of the cleansing, thank whatever Powers helped you to clear the space and declare that this space is now filled with love, light, peace, and happiness.

Cleansings can be done whenever you feel it needs it. Symptoms that tell you the space needs to be cleared include a heavy feeling in the air, unusual or more frequent moodiness of the people living in the space, a stretch of “bad luck,” or any other type of disruption taking place.

In between cleansings, the area can be kept clear by burning cedar or sandalwood incense and by being thankful for the many wonderful things in your life.

Giant Underground Chamber Found on Moon By India's Chandrayaan-1 Spacecraft

The Indian Space Research Organization has discovered a "giant underground chamber" near the Moon's equator, in the Oceanus Procellarum area discovered by the Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft—more than one mile long (1.7 kilometers) and 393 feet wide (120 meters)-big enough to contain a small lunar city. The Indian researchers have published a paper detailing their findings and talking about the possibility of making this giant underground vault as a future human base. The settlement would be protected from radiation, micro-meteor impacts, dust and extreme temperature changes by the lava structure that provides a natural environmental control with a nearly constant temperature of minus 20 degrees Celsius (-4 degrees Fahrenheit), unlike that of the lunar surface showing extreme variation, maximum of 130 degrees Celsius (266 degrees Fahrenheit) to a minimum of minus 180 degrees Celsius (-292 degrees Fahrenheit) in its diurnal (day-night) cycle. In addition, lunar explorers would only need minimal construction, without the added cost of having to use expensive shields against the hazardous lunar environment. (Daily Galaxy)
