The mystery of Life’s flow lies in the paradox that while it seems we
are directing things, in truth, a greater force is carrying us—and the
deepest freedom comes when we recognize this flow and begin to move with

Meaning of Life VS. Purpose of Life (the Difference!)
It’s an age-old, primordial question at the heart of all humanity.
What’s the point of going through all this fuss? Why were we born? Why do we die? WHY does everything exist anyway?
If you’ve come to this page, you’re likely at a crossroads in life. You might feel lost and completely without a clue as to what your true calling is.
Perhaps you’ve searched for years, but nothing quite “fit” or seemed right. Or perhaps, you’ve only begun the search recently and feel completely stranded, overwhelmed, and demoralized.
Deep down, you want to make your life mean something. You want to dedicate your time to doing what you love. But HOW?
WHERE do you start?
Wanting to know what the meaning of life is can be compared to opening a humungous can of worms: question after question comes spilling out. Pretty soon, we’re curled up in the fetal position choking on a huge existential crisis grub.
Sound macabre? That’s not half of it.
Wondering “what is the meaning of life?” is often at the core of dark and dreary human experiences such as the Dark Night of the Soul, identity crisis, and existential depression.
Sometimes, the more we search for answers, the more they evade us, leaving us feeling hopelessly lost and like victims of life....<<<Read More>>>...

Stop Your Energy Drains
It’s essentially an old school bead-based calculator. You move a bead to one of two sides to keep the tally. The implication of this tool is that the total number of beads stays the same…they just get moved around within the frame.
Could the abacus be some sort of analogy for our own personal energy metrics—that what we give is taken from us?
As someone who used to ignore messages and signs that I was overextending, who used to “do it all,” and who suffered from no small amount of productivity addiction, take it from me: your decisions count, they cost, and they keep you stuck.
We are in a weird and wild time. A friend showed me a picture of a t-shirt with a picture of a cup of coffee and a glass of wine with the caption,“how I tell time.” Is this how it’s meant to be? Just get by until you die? I reject that. I bet you do, too. But we are all, at least most of us in westernized countries, struggling with the syndrome of our time…it’s called overwhelm.
Psychiatric drug manufacturers love this syndrome because it sends you right into their hands. Stimulants to increase your focus and task-orientation, antidepressants to take the edge off of all that feels intolerable, and benzos to silence your blaring internal alarm system. Is it possible, however, that overwhelm is a wise response to a real problem? The problem, which comes with the illusion of control and mastery as a source of happiness in life, is one of hyperstimulation coupled with indiscriminate choices of where to put our attention.
We’ve been sold a pile of lies predicated on our fear response. Media has us by the throats, hanging over a barrel of horrors. We are kept jumping at every beep, bing, and bong our technology makes because we are enculturated to feel like we might otherwise miss out. We stay in toxic relationships because it seems easier than leaving. We go to jobs that suck because we can’t envision the escape hatch. We are prisoners in a cell with a wide-open door, although we don’t know that we can just. Walk. Out. But how?...<<<Read More>>>....

The Meaning of Life May Be Life Itself
According to the conventional scientific view, we human beings are just chemical machines (or “throwaway survival machines,” in the phrase of arch materialist Richard Dawkins) whose only purpose is to survive and reproduce our genes. Otherwise, there isn’t really much of consequence in our lives.
We may attempt to create other kinds of meaning — for example, by following a religion, trying to become rich or famous, or trying to make the world a better place — but all we’re really doing is following our genetic and neurological programming. Even our consciousness, the feeling of having experience inside our own heads, may not really exist, or may exist only as a kind of shadow of our brain activity....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Outcome Versus Income
One of the greatest quotes that I have seen to explain this is the following: Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for, in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it. Why then do we link our value to having more and more things, more money, more wealth, to impress those around us?
The sad part of that equation is that most are trying to impress people that we have never met and probably do not like. I am not in any way downsizing the idea of having nice things, and having great wealth, I am just insinuating that maybe we are placing too much of our individual value and success on earthly things.
When we are born, and when we die, physical and monetary things are meaningless. What then is money and physical things that we spend most of our lives chasing?...<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Living Your Life Purpose: Are You in the Flow?
At this point you’ve already gotten plenty of practice and worked through your head game per the last phase. If you haven’t, go back and re-work it because in this phase you’re no longer doubting yourself or your mission. Now you’re living your purpose.
Being on your path is living your purpose, doing it, being it. It means you’ve identified and accepted your life purpose. You’re ready and willing to live it and you are.
Our life purpose is what we committed to do before we incarnated on earth using our skills, talents and gifts. Your purpose may be similar to someone else’s but as we are all unique, it won’t look the same. For example, your purpose, like many others, may be to be a healer. What kind of healer you are and how you do it will be different from the next person, even if you are using the same modality. Everyone has their distinctive twist on how they do things. And you are you. No one has your energy, personality and life experiences except you....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...
