 In September 2025, Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer introduced a new digital identity scheme for the UK. The Government says it will prevent illegal working and make public services simpler to access. Officials mention convenience, security and inclusion, but they do not explain who will control the system, how it will be used or what people can do if it is misused.

Right now, the digital ID scheme is a large and unnecessary move toward more government surveillance. It follows a pattern of government overreach and could leave older people and those with less money excluded from society. Advertising the scheme on YouTube before the consultation ends also shows a troubling attitude toward democracy, which should worry everyone, no matter their views on digital identity.

The Government claims that proving your identity is complicated and difficult, but this is open to debate. For generations, people in Britain have used passports, National Insurance numbers, driving licences, bank statements and utility bills to prove who they are. This system is intentionally spread out. No single authority controls it, so there is no single point of failure, and no one institution can take away someone’s ability to prove their identity.

The United Kingdom has a distinctive and hard-won tradition of resisting national identity schemes. When wartime identity cards were retained after 1945, the public mood turned sharply against them. In 1951, a motorist named Clarence Willcock refused a police officer’s demand to produce his card. The subsequent court ruling was so emphatic in its defence of individual liberty that the cards were abolished shortly afterwards.

The belief that the state must answer to its citizens, not the other way around, has continued. This led to the cross-party rejection of Tony Blair’s Identity Cards Act, which was repealed in 2010 after strong public opposition. WHO Partners with Singapore’s Temasek to Develop Digital Health Wallet System

 The World Health Organization has announced a partnership with Singapore government-owned investment firm Temasek Holdings to develop what it describes as 'interoperable digital health wallets' for global use. The initiative builds on digital documentation systems used during the COVID-19 pandemic and follows recent amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations.

The partnership, announced earlier this week, will begin with a pilot program involving the 11 member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). According to the WHO, the program aims to create a 'replicable model' for potential export to other countries. Thousands of Americans are being prosecuted for forging COVID-19 vaccination status

When the pandemic was in full swing, there was no shortage of headlines about vaccine mandates and people losing their freedoms, their jobs and their professional licenses over their concerns about the safety of experimental COVID-19 jabs. As the dangers of these vaccines becomes too obvious to ignore, you’d be forgiven for thinking that this is no longer an issue, but the truth is that numerous Americans are being quietly prosecuted by the Department of Justice (DoJ) right now for resisting the vaccine.

Journalist David Zweig has compiled a report based on court documents demonstrating how the DoJ is currently spending hundreds of thousands of dollars prosecuting people who forged their COVID-19 vaccination status during the pandemic.

Many of those being targeted by their efforts are local doctors and midwives who forged vaccine cards, and it is important to note that most of them did not do this as a way of making money. Instead, they did it because they had legitimate medical concerns about the safety of the jabs for their patients, many of whom needed vaccine cards to keep their jobs or otherwise take part in society.

One of the cases he highlighted was a midwife practice in upstate New York known as Sage-Femme. Its medical center status allowed it to order doses of the vaccine and receive legitimate vaccine cards from the government. However, they destroyed the doses they received and filled out the cards for their patients anyway, claiming they had been vaccinated when they had not. As a result, they were hit with two indictments against separate staff members.

This case is particularly interesting when you consider the fact that midwives tend to be liberal and Democrats, flying in the face of the prevailing belief that those who avoided the vaccines were Republicans who were doing so for political reasons.

He also pointed to the case of a California naturopath named Juli Mazi, who gave her patients “COVID-19 homeoprophylaxis immunization pellets” rather than the official jabs but filled out official cards for them anyway. WHO’s Digital Health Certification is a step towards setting WHO up as the power centre of a One World Government

 On 5 June 2023, the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) and the European Commission (“EC”) announced the launch of a digital health initiative in which the WHO will establish a global covid vaccination certification system based on the European Union’s (“EU’s”) already existing Digital Covid Certificate.

This vaccine passport system will be expanded into a Global Digital Health Certification Network (“GDHCN”) run by the WHO that will include “a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.” The vaccine passport will also, in time, cover all recommended vaccinations.

WHO members have approved a $6.83 billion budget for the next two years, which will require a 20% hike in mandatory member fees.

The budget increase is needed because the WHO is being set up as the sole decision-maker over public health globally through the proposed pandemic treaty and International Health Regulations (“IHR”) amendments, each of which reinforces the WHO’s authority and power through different avenues while erasing national sovereignty and human rights.

Baked into the Pandemic Treaty we also have One Health, which perfectly dovetails with The Great Reset narrative. WHO announces launch of “digital health certification network” – will this become the prophesied Mark of the Beast?

 On Monday, United Nations (UN) World Health Organization (WHO) director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus officially announced the launch of his globalist body’s long-awaited “global digital health certification network,” which in many ways looks like it could be part of the prophesied Mark of the Beast.

The purpose of this new WHO network is to track and limit the movement of people all around the world based on their obedience to government orders, especially during a “public health emergency” like the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19). When the next “pandemic” is launched, the WHO will be ready and waiting with this new network to control everything.

It seems as though the WHO’s plan is to use this new network to oversee all buying and selling, i.e., commerce and the economy, during the next contrived global event, whatever that might be. Only those who can show digital proof of having obeyed the government’s dictates, whether that be to get another “vaccine” or to receive some kind of electronic microchip implant, will be allowed to live.

 The proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (“IHR”) are a completely different set of proposals to the “Pandemic Treaty” that will not need to be signed by any President or Prime Minister, nor would the proposed amendments require the advice and consent of the Senate or Parliament.

Amendments to the IHR were adopted in 2022 without Senate/Parliament confirmation. The amendments that are currently being proposed could easily be adopted in the same manner in either May 2023 or 2024.

Among the 307 amendments to the IHR proposed by 94 member nations of the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) are several that would seek to implement a Global Digital Health Certificate.

The World Health Assembly (“WHA”) meets from 21 to 30 May 2023. In preparation for this meeting, they have been uploading documents. These documents include a progress report referred to as ‘Report O’. This report states that they going to implement a Global Digital Health certification network.

The Secretariat has also been exploring options for the digitalisation of the International Certificate for Vaccination or Prophylaxis, particularly in the context of the measures implemented in relation to covid-19 pandemic, and will continue to explore options for interoperability platforms for the verification of validity of such digital certificates. Indonesian Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin, who spoke about the plan on behalf of the G20 host country earlier in the summit had called for a “digital health certificate” using WHO standards.

Germany’s Health Minister Wants Vaccine Passports To be Colour Coded for Compliance, Just Like China

German Health Minister Karl Lauterbach has announced that the nation’s digital contact tracing and vaccine passport app, Corona-Warn-App (“CWA”), will start assigning different colours to citizens based on whether they received a Covid-19 vaccine within the last three months.

The CWA will assign one colour to citizens who add proof that they received a vaccine within the last three months and a different colour to citizens who add proof of vaccination that’s more than three months old. Only those with the colour showing that they’re “freshly vaccinated” (have received a vaccine within the last three months) will be exempt from Germany’s mask requirement in public indoor spaces.

Other citizens, including those who received multiple vaccines but had their last vaccine more than three months ago, will have to show proof of recent recovery from Covid or a current negative test to get an exemption from this mask requirement.

Germany’s Berliner Zeitung noted that the colour codes in the vaccine passport app would “give different rights in the future” and said the system would put citizens who are already quadruple vaccinated on the same legal footing as those who are unvaccinated.

Berliner Zeitung also reported that this new German vaccine passport system would be similar to China’s colour code vaccine passport system. China’s system assigns a green, yellow, or red code to citizens. Those with a green code are allowed to move freely, those with a yellow code may be asked to stay home for seven days, and those with a red code have to quarantine for two weeks.

Despite moving to this colour code vaccine passport system, Lauterbach has admitted that the goalposts could shift at any time and that if too many freshly vaccinated people make use of the mask exception, Germany will change the rules and close the exception....<<<Read More>>>...

 A report by the Tony Blair Institute has recommended the adoption of digital IDs to help solve the problem of illegal immigration in the UK.

The report argues that one of the reasons the UK has an illegal immigration problem is the government’s failure to do away with a black market of agencies and employers who give jobs to illegal immigrants. So, it proposes a “digital identity verification” system that would be mandatory for every UK resident seeking work or benefits.

To obtain the digital ID, an immigrant would have to prove that they reside in the UK legally through the verification of their passport or an equivalent document.

However, all citizens would have to have a digital ID.

“The UK is an attractive destination partly because parts of our labor market are under-regulated, which means it is easier to work in the informal economy (and therefore disappear off the radar) than in countries where you must prove your right to work and reside,” said the report.

Good News: Macron’s Minority Government Defeated Over Vaccine Passports

 Opposition MPs defeated a proposal by Emmanuel Macron’s Government to extend vaccine passports for travellers entering France, requiring them to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test. It was one of the first bills put to parliament by the new minority Government, raising major doubts over the President’s ability to pass new laws. The Telegraph has more.

The vote saw the three main opposition parties – the far-Right National Rally (RN), the hard-Left La France Insoumise (LFI) and the Right-wing Republicains (LR) – unite to defeat the minority Government by 219 votes to 195.

The bill’s defeat was met with wild cheering and a standing ovation from opposition lawmakers, in footage that was widely circulated on social media.

The proposal marked the first big test of the Government’s ability to pass laws since losing control of the National Assembly last month. Mr. Macron failed to win a majority and could not form a coalition Government, severely curtailing his ability to push through domestic reform and meaning laws have to be passed on an ad hoc basis.

Francois Braun, the country’s Health Minister, lamented on Wednesday that an “alliance of circumstances” had led the National Assembly to reject part of a law intended to fight against the Covid pandemic.

Elisabeth Borne, the French Prime Minister, also condemned the blockage.

“The situation is serious. By joining together to vote against the measures to protect the French against Covid, LFI, LR and RN prevent any border control against the virus. After the disbelief on this vote, I will fight so that the spirit of responsibility wins in the Senate,” she wrote on Twitter.(Read More)

WHO partners with German telecom company to create global COVID-19 vaccine passport app

The World Health Organization (WHO) has partnered with German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom to create a global Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine verification app.

Deutsche Telekom is one of the world’s largest telecommunications corporations. The WHO’s partnership is with one of the company’s subsidiaries, T-Systems, an internationally operating information technology company.

The WHO’s partnership with the company is meant to “link every person on the planet to a QR code digital ID” that will allow for the establishment of a global vaccine passport verification system.

Once tested to check COVID-19 vaccinations, this QR code-based software solution would be expanded to allow the app to check for other vaccinations as well, such as polio or yellow fever.

“COVID-19 affects everyone. Countries will therefore only emerge from the pandemic together,” claimed Garrett Mehl, unit head of the WHO’s Department of Digital Health and Innovation. “Vaccination certificates that are tamper-proof and digitally verifiable build trust.”

“WHO is therefore supporting member states in building national and regional trust networks and verification technology,” he continued. “The WHO’s gateway service also serves as a bridge between regional systems. Dangers of the incoming Digital ID system

 Following a public consultation, the UK Government has confirmed plans to draw up new legislation making virtual forms of ID accessible via a phone app or website for instance, as trusted and secure as physical documents.

At the moment there is a huge push by those seeking to make money by offering Digital ID services, and the Government to justify why Digital ID checks are a fantastic idea. All of the mainstream news on the subject only lists the alleged positives.

But there are also a number of potential drawbacks to the widespread use of Digital ID. Your Government just doesn’t want you to know about them.

Firstly, there is little information about who and what is collecting information, from scanning behaviour in a retail store to potentially checking the use of government services.

The last few years have made it very clear that the security of databases, either private or government, is not assured. Moreover, citizens’ access to the data collected on them, its uses, and their own rights to it are unclear.

Secondly, the capability to track people via digital ID by geolocation means that there is at least the capacity to monitor people all the time, with or without their consent. It isn’t clear what rights people will have to this tracking, what ability they will have to control it, or how it might be used.

Thirdly, the rise of artificial intelligence means that, as data from Digital ID systems is gathered, algorithms are being built that may have a major impact on people. These systems, though, like the data itself, are neither transparent in operation nor clear even as to who or what is building them, and for what purposes.

It may be, in the future, that people will find they no longer have consumer options such as low-cost bank loans due to the decisions of algorithms whose workings are not transparent to the public.

Fourth, all the systems of Digital ID and data-gathering are vulnerable to security breaches. The Equifax breach, for example, compromised an astonishing 145.5 million Social Security numbers. Because of the potential for cyber breaches, hacks in the future could even larger and put entire systems at risk.

With authorities starting the journey to normalise the use of Digital ID, breaches have the potential of becoming even more disruptive than they are now.

Lastly, but not least by any means, the introduction of Digital ID’s poses one of the gravest risks to human rights of any technology that we have encountered.

Ultimately, social credit systems, such as those that are currently being developed in China, will be based on digital ID, thereby enabling or disabling our full and free participation in society.

By developing facial recognition and AI & machine learning technologies in parallel with systems for a Digital ID, we are not simply establishing an identity to access basic social services. Digital IDs will become necessary to function in a connected digital world.

This has not escaped the attention of authoritarian regimes. Already, they are working to splinter the internet, collect and localize data, and impose regimes of surveillance and control. Digital ID systems, as they are being developed today, are ripe for exploitation and abuse, to the detriment of our freedoms and democracies.

You may be thinking that this would never happen in the West and it is only unique to China. But they already enforced it here without you realising it, through Covid-19/Vaccine Passports.

Mandatory COVID passports have almost nothing to do with public health and everything to do with social control. Why? Because the Covid-19 injections do not prevent infection or transmission. In fact, real-world data shows the vaccines make someone more likely to be infected and transmit the virus.

So Vaccine Passports make absolutely zero sense from a Public Health perspective. But they make perfect sense for enforcing a Digital ID and Social Credit system....<<<Read More>>>...

Amidst Questions Of Stolen Election, Macron Launches Digital Identity App

 The French government has announced the creation of a new digital identity app for citizens to access private and public services, in line with a broader push for digital identity systems in Europe.

Just days after the re-election of globalist President Emmanuel Macron, the Ministry of the Interior has announced that it will be crafting a smartphone application to house a new digital identity.

The biometric app, which is based off the new identity card, was signed off in a decree by Prime Minister Jean Castex and Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin on Tuesday.

The app will allow users to scan their physical identity card and it will be uploaded to be used to access public or private services.

The new system comes in place of the previous attempt by the government in 2019 to implement a digital identity. Dubbed the Alicem, the proposed system proved controversial and was ultimately scrapped over backlash over the use of facial recognition and fingerprints, broadcaster BFMTV reported.

The new digital identity will not record such personal features, however, it will contain details such as names, date of birth, a photo, and both email and physical addresses.

According to the government, the application “allows the user, in particular, to generate electronic certificates containing only the identity attributes whose transmission he considers necessary to third parties of his choice”...<<<Read More>>>...

Why Fake Vaccine Passports and Digital IDs Will Mean the End of Privacy and Personal Freedom

 Meanwhile, a report all about the dark fate's desire to control us with passports and digital ID's. When the singularity comes in 2030, the dark fate really hopes to have this as part of the eternal future. It will not be the case!

[David Icke]: When the European Union launched its Green Pass initiative in June 2021, it was supposedly intended to reopen the bloc’s borders and make international tourism possible once again. But within months it was being used by many Member States to exclude unvaccinated people from accessing many public spaces and basic services. Italy’s government has used its iteration of the Green Pass to effectively ban almost four million people from being able to earn a living. In Austria the government locked down around two million people for not being vaccinated, before relenting five days later and locking down everyone else.

This has happened despite the fact that the EU’s own Green Pass legislation stipulates that “[t]he issuance of [Covid] certificates… should not lead to discrimination on the basis of the possession of a specific category of certificate.” The Council of Europe, Europe’s preeminent human rights organisation, went even further, arguing not only that no one should be “discriminated against for not having been vaccinated” but also that the vaccination should not be mandatory.

To complement its Green Pass, the EU has already launched a digital wallet that will be used to store peoples’ surnames, first names, dates and place of birth, gender or nationality, as well as enable Europeans to identify themselves online. This is part and parcel of the digital identity revolution being spearheaded by organisations like the World Economic Forum, Gavi, and ID2020.

In a similar vein, the U.K. Government quietly announced on December 27th 2021, just weeks after introducing its vaccine passport system, plans to develop a “digital identity and attributes trust framework” that will “enable employers and landlords (letting agents) to use certified identification document validation technology (IDVT) service providers to carry out digital identity checks on their behalf for many who are not in scope to use the Home Office online services, including British and Irish citizens, from April 6th 2022”.

Once vaccine passport/digital ID systems are established, mission creep is virtually guaranteed. But don’t take my word for it; the French defence contractor Thales Group laid it out in an internal blog authored by its Head of Digital Identity Services Portfolio, Kristel Teyras:

The ambition is huge; both in terms of scale – as it applies to all EU member states – and also in the power it would grant to citizens throughout the Bloc. For the first time, citizens would be able to use a European Digital Identity wallet, from their phone, that would give them access to services in any region across Europe.

Note Teyras’s use of the verb “would be able to” in the second sentence. As German finance journalist Norbert Häring points out, “if we want to remove the gloss . . . we would only have to replace ‘be able to’ with ‘have to.’”

Austria U-Turns on Vaccine Passports

 [David Icke]: Austria is due to start phasing out its Covid restrictions on February 19th, with almost all going on March 5th, although the Government hasn’t said whether it will now abandon plans to make vaccination mandatory, a law that was due to be enforced on March 15th. Reuters has more.

Austria will lift most of its remaining COVID-19 restrictions by March 5th, including scrapping an earlier closing time of midnight for bars and restaurants and allowing nightclubs to reopen, Chancellor Karl Nehammer said on Wednesday.

The Government said the steps were being taken cautiously with daily new infections hovering below their record peak and a manageable situation in hospitals due to the smaller incidence of severe cases in the latest wave of the coronavirus, dominated by the highly contagious Omicron variant.

The easing of curbs as Omicron has proven to be milder than earlier variants will deepen doubt about whether the Government will implement a recently enacted law making vaccination against COVID-19 compulsory – the first such measure in the European Union.

The law, due to be enforced from March 15th, has done little to raise one of the lowest vaccination rates in western Europe.

“On March 5th the bulk of the restrictions that so burden people will be lifted,” Nehammer told a news conference.

The Government recently announced that as of this Saturday unvaccinated people can return to restaurants and non-essential shops if they have been tested. Nehammer said such proof of testing, recovery or vaccination would also be scrapped and limits on the size of events would be lifted by March 5th.

[The Pulse]: everal researchers from various academic institutions in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada have published a new paper in pre-print form titled, “The Unintended Consequences of COVID-19 Vaccine Policy: Why Mandates, Passports, and Segregated Lockdowns may cause more Harm than Good.”

The paper explains that there has been a limited evaluation regarding the consequences of these policies, and hypothesizes that they’ve been counterproductive and harmful in several ways, some of which are outlined below.

600 Austrian Police Demand Govt to Cancel Tyrannical Mandate

[Humans Are Free]: 600 Austrian law enforcement officers have written to the Austrian Interior Minister, requesting that proposals for forced vaxing be withdrawn and that prejudice against the unvaxed be ended.

The letter, written on January 10, was signed by three law enforcement personnel who purport to representing nearly 600 of their coworkers and was written to Austrian Interior Minister Gerhard Karner.

“We do not want to face the population in a threatening manner during what are predominantly peaceful demonstrations which were organized due to the increasing dissatisfaction of the people with politicians,” wrote the authors of the letter.

Numerous protests were held around Austria last weekend, which would include Vienna, wherein approximately 20,000 protesters came to the streets on Saturday to denounce proposals to declare jabs mandatory for all citizens over the age of 18.

In response to the letter, the Austrian Ministry of the Interior stated that “the people who signed [it] can be assigned a clear political orientation.”

“85% of the 32,000 Austrian police officers have already been vaxxinated, that is a clear statement,” the ministry added.

The letter’s authors, on the other hand, refuted this, claiming that they are not affiliated with any political party.

“We are not far-right or far-left extremists, we are not anti-vaxers … we are a group of several hundred police officers from the whole of Austria … united by our concern for the rule of law, freedom of thought, our fundamental rights, as well as our health,” they wrote....<<<Read More>>>....

CDC’s Walensky now admits that covid vaccines “can’t prevent transmission” … so what’s the point of vaccine passports?

[Natural News]: In a recent interview with CNN‘s Wolf Blitzer, Rochelle Walensky, queen of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), admitted that Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” do not prevent transmission of the so-called virus.

Walensky explained to Blitzer that what the jabs “can’t do anymore is prevent transmission” – but when did they ever stop transmission? It seems, based on the latest data, that the people getting sick and spreading disease to others are those who took the injections.

Walensky and her husband, by the way, have raked in millions from the plandemic, so of course that is why the jabs, the masks, and every other form of fascism has been thrust upon populations all around the world.

“Did Walensky just kill the vaccine mandates?” asked Tom Fitton, head of Judicial Watch, in a Twitter response to Walensky’s admissions on CNN.

Walensky also recently appeared on Fox News Sunday to discuss her beliefs about the new Omicron (Moronic) variant of the Fauci Flu, which she admitted “tends to be milder person by person.”

According to Walensky, more and more “cases” of Moronic are “com[ing] into the hospital,” so in her opinion people should continue getting jabbed with more and more “boosters” until this alleged crisis comes to an end.

“In some hospitals that we’ve talked to, up to 40% of the patients who are coming in with COVID-19 are coming in not because they’re sick with COVID, but because they’re coming in with something else and have had to, COVID or the Omicron variant detected,” Walensky added....<<<Read More>>>...

Novak Djokovic & The Anti-Scientific Stupidity of Vaccine Passports

[The Pulse]: Tennis star Novak Djokovic, after a long flight to Australia to play in the Australian Open, had his visa cancelled after his vaccine exemption documents were not accepted. Australian border officials denied him entry.

Djokovic spent the night trying to convince the authorities he had all the necessary documentation, but the Australian Border Force issued a statement saying he failed to meet entry requirements.

“The rule is very clear,” Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said. “You need to have a medical exemption. He didn’t have a valid medical exemption. We make the call at the border, and that’s where it’s enforced.”

Djokovic was transferred Thursday morning to a secure hotel controlled by immigration officials that also holds asylum seekers and refugees. He has still not disclosed his vaccine status, but has long been quite outspoken about mandatory vaccination measures. The decision of whether he will be allowed to play in the tournament remains in limbo as his case has moved to the law courts. The tournament begins on Jan 17, 2022.
