FAA warns against 5G rollout as airlines upgrade radio altimeters to avoid interference

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has warned against any distribution of 5G technology due to concerns regarding interference with aircraft equipment. Its warning comes amid airports upgrading their equipment to avoid untoward incidents involving the frequency.

Back in January, the FAA issued notices to airmen (NOTAMs) that warned of disruptions caused by 5G and C-band frequencies on aircraft equipment. These disruptions caused by 5G affect “altimeters, automated landing, heads-up displays/enhanced flight vision systems and helicopter autopilot hover modes. These purportedly arose from the airline regulator’s monitoring of such incidents, with the FAA recording more than 100.

Major U.S. airlines are busy retrofitting radio altimeters because of possible interference from 5G C-band wireless services. However, they are now asking for an extension – which they did through a Nov. 15 letter to the White House. The letter penned by major airline industry players called on the Biden administration for a grace period through the end of 2021.

The aforementioned letter – which included American Airlines, Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and others as signatories – cited worldwide supply chain troubles as the cause of the delay. “Air carriers will likely be unable to fully meet either the December 2022 deadlines for smaller regional aircraft and many large transports or the July 2023 retrofit deadline,” they wrote.

Do UK Councils Have the Authority to Roll-Out 5G Infrastructure?

[The Expose]: UK councils, all of them no matter their size, do not have a legal duty to provide street lighting. It follows that they also have no legal duty to provide 5G equipment to residents that is being attached to those lamp posts.

The reason councils are not legally obliged to provide street lighting is purely for financial reasons: to avoid claims of negligence or failure to provide street lighting in the event a resident injures themselves under poor lighting due to broken lamps.

“Currently, it seems to me that councils may want it both ways, i.e., no responsibility in law for failing to maintain their lighting equipment, and then the facility to rebuff any potential claims should personal injury cases arise connected to the retro-fitting of non-safety tested, potentially hazardous 5G infrastructure,” Cardin says.

There’s a crucial legal point here that I’ve never seen mentioned or covered anywhere else and I’ve been aware of it for a good few years.

All UK councils, no matter their size, have no duty to provide street lighting. So, all the lamp posts in all the streets in urban and rural locations everywhere in the UK are provided under a power. This was voluntarily taken up a long time ago, since well before I was born, anyway! The exercise of their power in this area serves them well financially because it helps them to outflank most legal claims where a loss or injury has been suffered due to faulty equipment.

Now, the important point to make is that given they have no duty in law to provide any lamp posts or associated equipment, then it would correspond that they have no duty to provide 5G facilities to customers when that 5G infrastructure is actually ATTACHED to these lamp posts. I believe they (elected AND unelected council officials) are therefore in NO position to complain that they MUST provide superfast broadband speeds to their residents – because there is no legal duty in existence requiring them do this.

Dubai strikes deal with American car company to launch self-driving taxis

[Natural News]: American self-driving car company Cruise will launch its first “robotaxi” service in Dubai in 2023, with plans to have nearly 4,000 vehicles in operation there by 2030. The company, which is backed by American vehicle manufacturer General Motors, will also establish a new company in Dubai to handle the deployment.

Cruise has entered into an agreement with Dubai, a city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates, through 2029 to operate self-driving electric taxis – better known as robotaxis – and commercial ride-hailing services. The agreement makes Dubai the first city outside the United States where Cruise plans to operate commercially.

Dubai will also be the first non-U.S. city to launch the Cruise Origin, a self-driving electric shuttle developed by Cruise and General Motors. The company says that the shuttle will be built at Factory ZERO, Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Center, an all-electric vehicle assembly plant operated by General Motors.

The facility is the first automotive plant in the U.S. to use 5G technology. The plant uses Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband service.

News of the agreement was announced Monday, April 12, on Twitter by the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The sheikh attended the signing of the partnership between Cruise and Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). In his tweet, Sheikh Mohammed added that he discussed the future of smart mobility and its prominent developments with Jeff Bleich, chief legal officer at Cruise.

In addition, Sheikh Mohammed said the first-of-its-kind partnership is an important step towards realizing the city’s Self-Driving Transport Strategy. He said their goal is to convert a quarter of the total transportation in Dubai into self-driving trips through different modes of transportation by 2030.

The sheikh added that Dubai’s push towards self-driving technology would greatly benefit its economy and the environment. This push could also reduce transportation costs in Dubai by 900 million dirhams ($245 million) annually and save Dubai 1.5 billion dirhams ($400 million) by mitigating air pollution.

On Thursday, March 25, 2021, almost everyone I spoke with, both here in Santa Fe and elsewhere in the U.S. and Canada, said they were not feeling well and had not slept well the previous night. Since that was my experience as well, I began to ask for details and started taking notes. The stories were consistent and shocking.

By the next day it was obvious to me that something extraordinary was happening. I did some research and discovered that we are still in a time of low solar activity, so I ruled that out as a cause. However, my research suggested a reason: an unprecedented number of satellites had been launched into space the previous day. SpaceX had launched 60 satellites Wednesday morning (4:28 UTC) and OneWeb had launched 36 satellites Wednesday night (2:47 UTC Thursday). In addition, SpaceX had suddenly increased the speed of its satellite internet connections on Wednesday to more than 400 Mbps, as reported online by some of the people who are beta testing its service.

On Saturday I sent out a newsletter asking how widespread this was. I wrote only that I and others had not been feeling well for a couple of weeks and had gotten suddenly much sicker on Wednesday and Thursday, completely unable to sleep, hurting and itching all over. I gave no other details.

City Stops 5G Deployment due to Health Concerns (Including Infertility) and Locals Opposed to Being “Guinea Pigs”

[David Icke]: Cities AND entire countries have taken action to ban, delay, halt, and limit 5G installation AS WELL AS issue moratoriums due to health, safety, environmental and economic risks.

Kalamata, Greece is now one of them due to concerns about exposure causing infertility and other health issues.

The Kalamata City Council in Greece has decided to block further development and operation of the 5G network program due to concerns that it may cause infertility in the local population.

The council held a meeting and considered the radiation of the mobile network upgrade to be dangerous and most councilors voted in favor of halting testing, adding that the network should only operate in Kalamata when corresponding networks were in place in the rest of Greece.

The proposal to terminate the contract by the end of the year was voted in by 16 members, reported the Greek City Times.

The decision calls for the termination of cooperation with Wind network “until such technology passes from the experimental stage to the full implementation stage,” announced the Council.

Pentagon Releases Huge Slice Of Spectrum For 5G

[David Icke]: After a remarkably fast interagency review, the White House today announced a massive transfer of electromagnetic spectrum from military use to commercial 5G. It will be the “fastest transfer of federal spectrum to commercial use in history,” US Chief Technology Officer Michael Kratsios told reporters proudly this afternoon. But, Kratsios and Pentagon CIO Dana Deasy assured reporters ahead of the announcement, the rush won’t compromise military readiness or operations.

The 100 megahertz of spectrum runs from 3450 MHz to 3550, so-called mid-band frequencies prized by 5G developers because they allow longer-ranged transmissions than the millimeter-wave spectrum that makes up most of what’s been available in the US so far. Kratsios and other officials told reporters shortly before this afternoon’s announcement that the move would dramatically expand 5G access for all Americans – fulling a congressional mandate in the 2018 MOBILE NOW Act – and strengthen potential competitors to Chinese giant Huawei in the global market.

Currently, Deasy said, “the 3450-3550 mHZ band supports critical DoD radar operations, including high-powered defense radar systems on fixed, mobile, shipboard, and airborne platforms, [including] air defense, missile and gun fire control, counter mortar, bomb scoring [during training exercises], battlefield weapon locations, air traffic control, and range safety.”

That’s a wide range of military functions, many with life-or-death significance for either training safety or outright combat. Deasy and other officials didn’t detail how the Defense Department would work this massive transfer. 5G Judicial Review 2020

[Waking Times]: Devices like Cellphones, Wifi, and Bluetooth all operate on the microwaves band of the spectrum. When it comes to cellphones, a new generation of cellular standards has appeared approximately every ten years since 1G systems were introduced in 1979 and the early to mid-1980s. Each generation is characterized by new frequency bands, higher data rates and non–backward compatible transmission technology.

The 2nd Generation, or 2g, featured cell phones with texting and pictures. The 3rd generation came about around 2000, with the introduction of phones with some internet, video, and images. The 4th Generation came around 2009 with the introduction of smart phones with instant streaming of video, as well as the use of apps.

As we move into 2020, the shift to the 5th generation, or 5g, has begun. In addition to being promoted as the solution to 4k movie downloads, the new technology is expected to herald the beginning of Smart Cities, where driverless cars, traffic lights, pollution sensors, smart phones and countless other smart devices interact in what is known as “The Internet of Things.” The IoT is a fancy way to say that we will be surrounded by hundreds of thousands of interconnected devices and sensors which are gathering mass amounts of data that will be used to show you advertising and monitor your habits, and other uses that we can’t even predict yet.

The switch from 4g to 5g is a change unlike those of previous generations. One notable difference is that 5G technology uses much higher frequencies, ranging from 10-300 GHZ. 5g is using millimeter waves which do not travel far and are easily blocked by trees, buildings, and walls. Dutch State Secretary Admits 5G Will be Used for Crowd Control

[Humans Are Free]: To everyone’s surprise, State Secretary of Economic Affairs and Climate, Mona Keijzer recently made a connection between #5G and Crowd Control during a debate on 5G.

At the moment, Arena Amsterdam, where a 5G mast has been placed, is already working with Crowd Control by means of a data-driven assignment under the name Location Based Services.

Hereby, the data from visitors’ mobile phones are tapped, stored and analyzed. This is so to say applied for guaranteeing safety and to control the behavior of visitors.

Scanning mobile phones is therefore an essential part of Crowd Control. But in the end it can also be used as an electromagnetic weapon by releasing radiation at a higher intensity onto crowds, causing enormous itching and pain to the skin. But the application can go much further than keeping demonstrators under control, for example.

It is already possible to control the behaviour and thinking of people with implanted chips in combination with 5G.
