Is Spiritual Growth Compatible with Material Success?

There is a problem among spiritual seekers, those who seek truth and meaning in life, travel to remote locations, spend time in deep meditation, and experience altered states of consciousness, all to find answers to life’s burning questions. This is an admirable task to embrace as a human being and perhaps the most essential adventure in life. After all, what is it all worth if you don’t know yourself? Who is living your life?

Before COVID, Americans, Canadians, Europeans, and Australians, to name the significant so-called free democracy zones, could not even understand the concept of tyranny. To them, it was an ugly chapter in human history, an episode that happened somewhere, a long time ago, seemingly unrelated to their lives. However, COVID changed this and brought tyranny home. Thus, a copy of the Soviet Era oppression became the prevalent narrative—something we lived through in the past.

How the Ego Forms the Matrix We Seek to Escape

In a world where the quest for freedom often leads us to explore new philosophies, spiritual practices, and even technologies, we find ourselves in a paradox: the very thing we seek to escape is within us. The matrix we’re so desperate to transcend is not some external, oppressive system but the limited ego self we’ve constructed. Through the lens of self-realization and self-inquiry, we can begin to understand that this egoic matrix is the illusionary world that binds us, and our true liberation lies in seeing through it.

The concept of the matrix often conjures images of a simulated reality controlled by external forces, yet the real matrix is much closer to home. It’s the ego—the collection of thoughts, beliefs, and identities that we mistake for our true self. This egoic self is the lens through which we perceive the world, filtering reality through our fears, desires, and conditioning. It creates a false sense of separation, making us believe that we are individual entities navigating an external world, disconnected from the wholeness of existence.

The ego is adept at crafting stories, projecting them outwardly as reality. It convinces us that our thoughts are real, our identities fixed, and our separation from others and the universe inevitable. But what if the world we see merely reflects this internal matrix? What if the true journey is not about escaping an external force but dissolving the internal structures that keep us bound?...<<<Read More>>>...

Signs You’ve Had a Mystical Experience

There is one particular state of consciousness that can change your life forever.

This holy moment can only be described as “ecstatic” in that your connection to life expands significantly.

In this profound state of being, you feel that life is full of beauty and sacredness – yet this feeling is not subjective but is instead an objective phenomenon that is outside your personal self.

Theologian Rudolf Otto called this experience “numinosum.” But in this article, we’ll refer to it as the mystical experience.

All throughout history, the mystical experience has been referred to as a “religious” or spiritual experience, where the few mystics that recorded their experiences reported it as a rapturous and undifferentiated sense of profound Unity with all of existence.

There have been many descriptions of the mystical experience throughout the ages. A few of my favorites are firstly the ancient Greek word and mystical Christian concept of Kenosis, or divine emptying. Such an intriguing word has been used for centuries to describe the state of divine receptivity that closely mimics what it’s like to have a mystical experience. In psychology, the closest terms that capture this mysterious state of being are Abraham Maslow’s description of “Peak Experiences,” and psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s concept of “flow.”...<<<Read More>>>...

Reflections on the Spiritual Path: Navigating Expectations and Attachments

Embarking on a spiritual journey is a profound experience that often confronts our deepest fears, desires, and beliefs. As we walk this path towards self-discovery and enlightenment, we inevitably encounter the twin challenges of expectations and attachments, which can hinder our progress and cloud our clarity.

This article will explore these obstacles in-depth and offer insights on successfully navigating them.

Expectations and attachments are like two sides of the same coin regarding emotions. Expectations often stem from our desires, hopes, and beliefs about how things should be. In balance, they can give us a sense of direction and purpose.

However, when these expectations become disproportionate or rigid, they can become unhealthy attachments—attempts to manipulate our surroundings or impose limitations on others.

Finding harmony between expectations and reality is key to fostering emotional intelligence and nurturing healthy relationships. Unmet expectations can trigger feelings of disappointment, frustration, or even resentment, straining our connections with others....<<<Read More>>>...

Signs You’re Out Of Spiritual Alignment

Do you ever get a nagging sensation that something is not quite right inside of you? I’m not talking about a kink in your neck or an upset stomach – this is deeper than that. Maybe it’s a limitation within yourself, or a lack of flow and direction where there once was an abundance.

Familiar with any of those?

Of course you are, because you’re human! If you didn’t encounter occasional slumps, I’d be worried that you had a screw loose.

Inhabiting these earthly bodies on this physical plane, it’s normal to sometimes feel out of alignment with who we truly are. Yes, it’s our responsibility to recalibrate and reconnect whenever we can, but it’s silly to beat ourselves up every time we fall out of the saddle....<<<Read More>>>...

What Is a Spiritual Awakening?

[Spiritual Awakening Process]: A spiritual awakening is the dissolving of the illusion that you are separate from oneness.

In this profound experience of dissolving, your energy intelligently breaks down your sense of separation, typically starting with your ego.

A spiritual awakening is realized throughout your body, heart, mind, and soul, but no sooner has that erupted than you are forced to see how limited you have been in so many regards. That bright light shining in the inner most depths of us asks us a potent question: "Now that we know the truth, will we clean up our home or will we try to ignore our illusions, pain, and misconceptions?"

There's no one way that people experience an awakening. The awakened state embraces all experiences and states of awareness. However, there are some common trends in awakening. For some people, spiritual awakening is a sudden, penetrating moment where something is seen and realized. Sometimes there's a lot of energy/heat/sensation in and around the spine, which is a hallmark to what many people call a kundalini spiritual awakening. Sometimes, a spiritual awakening is a profound moment of clarity about something or some aspect of one's self. Sometimes, a spiritual awakening is a kind of collapse where someone finally lets go of something, and the truth is revealed.

People experience spiritual awakenings in many, many ways. However, the arising of truth within you definitively stays. Your life is the altered by the awakened energy. This energy takes over, and for a time, a person feels rather out of control and even lost. But the person has been found, and the question now is: do you embrace the awakening or do you resist? ...<<<Read More>>>...

Ego Death: 7 Terrifying and Illuminating Stages

[Wake Up World]: “Waking up is an endless losing what you think you know, like a wave of destruction that leaves nothing but what is true.” – Unmani

Death is a word that we humans usually associate with darkness, mourning, decay, and general creepiness.

We spend our entire lives running away from, avoiding, and denying the fact that we will someday physically die.

However, the death that I’m talking about in this article isn’t the typical kind of death we fear.

The death I’ll be referring to is the most beautiful, illuminating, awe-inspiring, expansive, enlightening, and paradigm-shattering experience you could ever go through.

This experience is known as “ego death,” and for every serious spiritual seeker, it is a pivotal part of the spiritual awakening journey....<<<Read More>>>...

Galactic Family of Light: Vision of Future Landing Now

[Wake Up World]: Before the caterpillar becomes the butterfly, it goes through the chrysallis phase where everything breaks down into a kind of mush. That’s the situation Homo Sapiens finds himself in right now. It’s dense, challenging, confusing, but entirely necessary on the path to the resplendent butterfly. And the being he is about to become, DIVINICUS, is truly majestic, 5D, multidimensional. For those that undertake this metamorphosis, you will find yourself be birthed into a Galactic Family of Light.

Yes these End Times are confusing. But for those with the vision to get above the karmic construct of the old 4D layer, future-landing-now is already looking bright and sunny. Those who complete this often tortuous journey will realise and remember that there is a vast family of souls out there in the cosmos, a tremendous mosaic of colourful beings, with phenomenal awareness and skills of co-creating with the universe. DIVINICUS is set to emerge into this family, reconnected with the natural cycles of life, drawing truly “free energy” through his being directly from the Universal Torus....<<<Read More>>>...

A Cure For Wellbeing

[Waking Times]: The parade of events over the last year have rendered us wounded upon society’s battlefield. For all of us, it is merely the measure to which we have allowed its impression to influence us. Our adrenals, instincts and nerves have been frayed under the gravity of all that has happened. Though we justifiably can claim victim to most of what has, is and may occur, it exists only in the way we choose to perceive.

Understanding no generation of humanity has ever experienced such a degree of anarchy, delusion, mania and upheaval is just the tip of the iceberg. Our willingness to heal is most vital during these times to see who we have all become amid these great adversities and challenges.

“Illness is the opportunity to heal.”

Our commitment to ourselves and each other has been well-defined. Unless of course it is not observed and honored. As human beings, we are all related. Not just by blood, also by instinct, intellect, emotion and soul. These qualities run much deeper than lineage and are infinite and eternal. However, we are desensitized to the vulnerabilities of our nature, thought, feeling and intuition to appease our fears, insecurities and self-righteousness. Our virtues become our weaknesses and our iniquities are weaponized as our strengths. More often than we acknowledge, our ego disrupts our relationships with ourselves and each other. Our personal oblivion is the destroyer of possibility.

Human society and social reality are a virus. There is no easy or polite way around this stark truth we have enabled with our arrogant agendas, insatiable desires, unconscious fears and selfish intentions. Disease has become our common nature. Its toxicity is within and around us. It festers in the air we breathe, the food and water we consume, the thoughts we entertain and the feelings we harbor. We are both the virus and the cure, though our focus is often on the former. Therefore, we enable our ego to highjack all facets of our being, projecting darkness into our lives and society. We have been deceived into believing this is our true power. When we seek to know why there is so much disease, the answer is glaring back at us in the mirror....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Are You Addicted to Spiritual Escapism?

[Wake Up World]: Aren’t you sick and tired of running?

As a species, we’re always running and hiding from everything, whether we know it or not. We run from love, forgiveness, mental ideas, other people, beliefs, inner fears … but above all else, we run from ourselves.

We are always running AWAY from something and running TOWARDS something else. But what happens when we manage to catch up to that thing we’ve been running towards? Usually, the “finish line” that we’ve been working so hard to reach is a mirage. This “magical” special place we’ve wanted to reach ends up disintegrating before us, leaving us empty again.

As we progress through life, we always feel restless. How often have you sat down and just felt needlessly happy … not because you finished a goal, were complemented by another or bought something cool … but for no reason whatsoever? Just for the joy and honor of being alive?

Blaise Pascal once said, “All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room.” Pay attention to this sentence; it is overflowing with wisdom. This simple, but unspeakably powerful observation, points to the heart of our problem: restlessness that comes from a fear of meeting ourselves.

Why are we so afraid to meet ourselves as we are? Why are we terrified to sit down with the thoughts and emotions that cause us great pain?

We are forever aiming for something else. We are forever trying to BE someone else. We can never quite be happy with us, as we are, right now...<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Do We Have the Power to Defeat the Deep State?

[Waking Times]: Yes, indeed! With just one “Key,” we have the power to conquer any challenge!)

Have you noticed that despite the fact that the world has been in “lock-down” for weeks and even months in some places, everything seems to be moving faster than ever?

As the pressure continues to mount all around the world and information is coming at a feverish speed, the energy seems to be reaching a climax – and this is why I believe that we’re now experiencing what some ancient spiritual prophecies have called the Quickening!

No doubt, we’re living through very confusing times, and while we may not have a definitive cure for many things these days, the cure for confusion is always clarity! Therefore, let’s start with the one thing at the center of all this chaos!

The Big Scary Leviathan! For those of you of who have never heard the word “Leviathan”….according to many cultures, religions and traditions, the Leviathan is an all-powerful demonic creature that must be overcome. Regardless of whether it’s a mythical creature or just a metaphor, most of us have our own personal Leviathans to overcome at some point in our lives.

However, the Leviathan doesn’t initially appear as a demon or an omnipotent creature. Instead, it first appears as a type of deity (aka someone or something to which we look up to and give our power), then as it reveals it’s true nature, we eventually demote it to an irreproachable demon or creature, and then, eventually, we realize that it’s a destructive monster that must be overcome at all costs!

Right now, the Great Leviathan known as the Deep State is at the center of all the chaos in the world, and while it is threatening the future of humanity like never before, we must overcome this Leviathan together!...<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

How Being Rigid and Stuck in the Past Hinders Our Evolution

[Wake Up World]: Have you ever noticed how the stiffest trees are the ones that crack the easiest, whereas bamboo and willow survive by bending with the wind? The same principle applies to humans. When we are rigid and stuck in the past, we are more likely to “crack” under pressure from the winds of change.

The only constant in existence is change. If we resist that change, we will become angry, afraid, and a whole slew of self-destructive emotions. Being rigid in a world that shows that everything is flexible and changing is a recipe for disaster. We cannot stop change, but we can adapt to it. We will have an easier time living life when we accept that change happens and that we can make the most of where we are right now.

There are two primary mindsets people have: being afraid of change and being courageous in spite of change. Fear tethers us to what we feel comfortable in. Courage opens us up to opportunities that may lie in the future-present, regardless of what changes occur. Even every crisis or problem can become an opportunity for our personal and collection evolution....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

What is Your Spiritual Quest?

[Wake Up World]: Many people will experience some kind of spiritual quest in their lives, whether they consciously recognize it or not.

This quest may manifest as a kind of inner hunger which is very difficult to satisfy, or it may show up as restlessness or even irresponsible behavior, driven by something you can’t quite put your finger on.

It can be difficult to ascertain whether what you feel is the stirring of a spiritual quest or simply unease with your life circumstances or something in your mental health that needs attending to.

However, if you’re also experiencing other signs of a spiritual awakening, there’s a good chance that what you’re feeling is connected to your instinctive need to resolve something spiritually.

Common signs of spiritual awakening include...<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

The Four Stages of Spiritual Growth

[Waking Times]: Einstein has a well-shared quote in our modern day which says, “we cannot solve a problem with the same level of consciousness that created it.”

This is a powerful realization for humanity to embrace as we explore pathways to regenerate the vitality of our living planet and build systems for living that will sustain us harmoniously into the future.

But if a shift in consciousness is what is required… how do we actually do (or be) that? How do we create a shift in who we are being such that it positively impacts our visions and our actions in the world? And how do we gauge our progress on the path?

In recent times, our path of personal and planetary development has been influenced by a myriad of different perspectives in science, spirituality, indigenous wisdom and multiple schools of self awareness, self development, movement and thought.

Ancient and modern practices have merged with the intent of helping us shed limiting patterns and past experience in order to more powerfully align with the infinite possibilities of life....read more>>>...
