Today’s breaking news is that a paper published on the government’s website has revealed that the infamous “PCR” test is of no use in detecting whether a live infection is present.

Ministers are said to be fearful of a furious public backlash in reaction to what is now known to be an ongoing fraud used to spread disinformation about the infectiousness of a flu-like bug that can prove serious in a small number of cases.

In essence what has happened is this:

The “PCR”test has been carried out on a large and growing number of people.

This has inevitably produced a large and growing number of “positives”.

The test has a number of possible flaws and proneness to inaccuracy and many have criticised the irresponsibility of using it as proof of the spread of any disease.

However, if properly done can detect the presence of minute amounts of the remnants of genetic material from various viruses, the COVID19 virus among them.

The detection of the presence of these leftover bits of genetic material DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN the person is currently infected with a live virus.

It can show, for instance, that the person was to one degree or another previously infected (and often so mildly they scarcely noticed) and some of the viral material from the previous infection has not yet been flushed out of their system. The PCR test then detects these remnants and produces a “positive”.

T-cell study adds to debate over duration of COVID-19 immunity

[SOTT]: A small but key UK study has found that "cellular immunity" to the pandemic SARS-CoV-2 virus is present after six months in people who had mild or asymptomatic COVID-19 - suggesting they might have some level of protection for at least that time.

Scientists presenting the findings, from 100 non-hospitalised COVID-19 patients in Britain, said they were "reassuring" but did not mean people cannot in rare cases be infected twice with the disease.

"While our findings cause us to be cautiously optimistic about the strength and length of immunity generated after SARS-CoV-2 infection, this is just one piece of the puzzle," said Paul Moss, a professor of haematology at Britain's Birmingham University who co-led the study.

"There is still a lot for us learn before we have a full understanding of how immunity to COVID-19 works."

Experts not directly involved with the study said its findings were important and would add to a growing body of knowledge about potential protective immunity to COVID-19.

The study, which has not yet been peer-reviewed by other experts but was published online on bioRxiv, analysed the blood of 100 patients six months after they had had either mild or asymptomatic COVID-19. It found that while some of the patients' antibody levels had dropped, their T-cell response - another key part of the immune system - remained robust.

[David Icke]: Italy’s prime minister has announced plans to introduce a nightly curfew on the entire country along with further measures including the closure of bars and museums, while shopping centers will be shut at weekends.

Giuseppe Conte said on Monday that the country will set a new nationwide curfew, running from 9pm until the following morning, amid soaring Covid infections. He warned that hospitals would be overrun in 15 of Italy’s 20 regions by next month unless the government intervened now.

In light of the latest report on Friday and the particularly critical situations in some regions, we are forced to intervene with a view to mitigate the contagion.

Speaking to the Chamber of Deputies, Conte said that they would also be dividing the country into three areas depending on the risk level, but national measures would be limited and specific.

Restrictions imposed on the whole of Italy include the nighttime curfew, limiting travel in and out of certain areas, as well as the closure of shopping centers at weekends. Meanwhile, museums, bars, video game halls and exhibitions will be forced to shut. Urban transport capacity will also be limited to 50 percent.

An official announcement is expected to be made to the public on Monday evening following the prime minister’s summit with regional officials during the day.

Details of the regional restrictions are not yet known, however, Deputy Labor Minister Francesca Puglisi has told Sky TG 24 that schools may be impacted.

Canadian Doctors & Professors of Medicine Come Together To Oppose A 2nd Lockdown

Professor Carl Heneghan, a former doctor and now medicine expert at the University of Oxford, today vented his frustration about the 'panic' being stirred up over the coronavirus crisis.

Meeting with MPs on Parliament's Science and Technology Committee, he insisted coughs and colds spike every September when children head back to class, and become even more common during the winter.

But Government messaging about the deadly consequences of Covid-19 and forcing entire towns and regions into lockdown – rules that now cover 9.2million people – have left members of the public 'fearful' and 'terrorised'.

He said there has been a 50 per cent increase in reports from family doctors seeing patients with chest infections that have the same symptoms as the coronavirus.

Professor Heneghan's comments come as the Government is complaining of skyrocketing demand for coronavirus tests from people who are worried they have it.

National test-processing laboratories are crumbling under the pressure of the more than 200,000 swabs per day they are being inundated with and people are even turning up at A&E departments or queuing outside test centres desperate to be seen.

The Oxford scientist said coughs will continue to surge into the winter months and there will also be a spike in deaths and people in hospitals – some will be caused by coronavirus, he said, but most won't.

During an off-the-record briefing in which comments weren't attributed to individuals, experts suggested the second wave won't be nearly as bad as the first. This is not a view openly expressed by the Government.

The officials believe that a combination of local lockdowns, social distancing measures and medical breakthroughs will substantially reduce both the death rate from Covid-19 and the number of cases over the coming months.

If the experts are right, this is fantastically good news. Chief Medical Officer Chris Whitty, for example, has previously warned that a second wave might be worse than the first.

On April 30, he said it was 'plausible for a second wave to actually be more severe than the first if it is not mitigated'. Covid-19 was 'a very long way' from being finished off and 'eradication was technically impossible'.

Somehow Professor Whitty's pessimism of a few months ago has given way, if not exactly to optimism, then to an appreciably less apocalyptic view on the part of government experts.

Of course, the scientists could be wrong. They have been on several previous occasions.

But as we know the PCR test is utter bollocks. These tests only test for the virus directly (PCR tests) or antibodies to the virus. The fact that a person tests positive does NOT equate to actually having the disease.

A positive test does not make you a Covid-19 case (Hallelujah – the penny is dropping)

[David Icke]: I cannot help thinking that the “second wave” of this virus is a bit like the Victorian legend of “Spring Heeled Jack”: a useful fiction intended to keep the children quiet. In both cases there are sightings which do not, by themselves, add up to any existential certainty. Jack has, of course, inherited this policing role from the dreaded “R” number, which even the most thick-headed members of the commentariat are beginning to suss is of no use when infection rates are low.

So, the PM has pivoted. With its now-familiar casual dishonesty the Government is alerting us to “spikes” in “cases” in some parts of the country. As with most deception, the deceit resides in the language. There are no spikes in cases, there are increases in positive tests (entirely consistent with increases in test activity – and in fact explained by them). A case is not the same as a positive test unless you think it is of no significance whether someone has symptoms or not.

There is a qualitative and very consequential difference between testing positive for this virus and being a “case” of it. This is a distinction the Johnson-Whitty-Hancock axis of perpetual control seems to have decided to collapse. From the start of this crisis the government hid behind very second-rate scientists to project an interpretation of correct response which was purely numbers-based. Mathematics is the Queen of the Sciences: it does not follow that important qualitative distinctions are never invisible to Her.

Instead of informing us of epidemiological risk, the PM decided in March to deprive us of the right to assess our lives for ourselves. This amounted to more than a confiscation of our civil liberties. It was also an assault upon our personal systems of value. Some of us do not believe that death is the worst thing that can happen to us. Some of us do not believe that illness is to be avoided at all cost. Some of us prefer to live our lives within a framework of belief in the transcendent. Johnson’s interventions in March were a form of secular aggression against that preference.

And this has been the problem. I do not want my PM to be religious. But I want a Conservative PM to at the least have a religious sensibility. I want those who presume to govern me to have humility. I want them to know that however powerful they seem to be in the moment that history is laughing at them from the perspective of the longer term. Europe has seen a surge in coronavirus cases since easing lockdown, WHO warns, with 30 countries seeing numbers rise amid fears of a second wave

'Thirty countries have seen increases in new cumulative cases over the past two weeks. In 11 of these countries, accelerated transmission has led to very significant resurgence that if left unchecked will push health systems to the brink once again in Europe,' he warned.

What Spike? Hospitalization Data Show No Indication of a Second Wave

The only way to answer that question is to watch as the data roll in. Arguably the best data to look at to see if a second wave is beginning are the hospitalization numbers.

The media frequently reports the biggest and most dramatic numbers, often devoid of context. The number of cases has been reported regularly since the early days of the pandemic, and yet we know that the number of cases can be misleading.As more people are tested and re-tested for the virus, more results will come back positive, with the current number of confirmed cases exceeding 2 million in the U.S.

But if we know anything, it is that increases in the number of confirmed cases do not accurately convey how quickly and widely the virus is spreading.

Antibody tests and even the examination of sewage in some cities suggest that the number of infections is likely much higher than the number of confirmed cases.

Infection R rate has risen ABOVE one in the South West of England - meaning the disease is spreading - as Britain announces 202 more Covid-19 deaths in the lowest increase on a Friday since March 20

Tonight's SAGE RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR throws out the utter bollocks number of 202! But now, fed up with pumping out the macabre, sick and fearmongering death league graph ... they now want to scare the crap out of the British people with the headline that the disease is spreading again ...

It's bollocks because the R number is based on Sage predictive modelling ... and its highest figure is 1.1. It DOES NOT mean that's where the fabled R number really is!

AND remember, what the sickos want you to forget ... included in all the figures are the Care Homes where the disease is still running riot. It's not spreading on the streets.

It's all about conditioning and control. Preparing the human sheeples for the dreaded second wave. Then ANOTHER lockdown ... then they will literally BEG for the Kill Switch RNA genetically modifying vaccine!!

This time next week, the numbers will be around 130 - 160 ... and they will still say they are too high. Then as we get towards the end of June the numbers will be around the 80 - 100 mark ... then watch the figures go back up ... and the 'Brainless Loonie Movement' will be blamed ... then its the big threat of a retract of the loosening into a 2nd lockdown. All as planned. 

[Daily Fear & Bullshit]: The reproduction rate of the coronavirus could be as high as 1.1 in the South West of England, officials warned today meaning the virus is on the brink of surging out of control in the rural region.

Officials at the Government Office of Science, which is headed by Sir Patrick Vallance, confirmed that the R rate in the South West is now somewhere between 0.8 and 1.1, which is a higher estimate than any other part of the UK. The R rate for Britain as a whole, however, has not changed in the past week and remains between 0.7 and 0.9.

The South West is the only region which could have a value higher than one, the dreaded point at which each infected patient starts to infect more than one other person and an outbreak starts to grow again. Last week the region's estimate was 0.8-1.0, showing it has risen in the past seven days.

East of England currently has the lowest estimate, with its 0.7-0.9 making it the only region where the figure is definitely below 1.

The worrying news came as Britain's coronavirus death toll rose by 202 today in the lowest Friday jump in 12 weeks, taking the UK's total victims to 41,481. We've had plenty of discussions with people on the streets of the UK in recent weeks, and 95% of these people agree that this social distancing is not about the virus; nor is it necessary. Indeed, one person, today, on the streets of Preston, told us that he worked in a factory of 5000 people, with very little social distancing in place, and not ONE person has had Covid-19.

So in our mind, this crazy and insane idea to increase social distancing from 2m (The WHO recommend 1m) to 3.6 metres is totally BULLSHIT.

High street stores must give each consumer at least 108 sq ft (10 sq m) of 'dynamic space' to move around, according to a new study.

The research also found each person requires 118 sq ft (11 sq m) in larger retailers and 129 sq ft (12 sq m) for outdoor areas.

Experts say the coronavirus pandemic could continue for 2 more years
