Pushing Away Emotions
It’s possible to bring forth the old feelings you’ve pushed aside and experience them in a safe and enriching way. It may sound silly to set aside time to feel your old wounds that you haven’t dealt with, but this can be a very beneficial healing experience. Find a safe place and pick a time when you can be alone. Make sure that you feel secure and comfortable in your surroundings. Bring to mind the circumstances that originally triggered the emotions you’ve been pushing away. You may need to revisit these circumstances by reading relevant entries in your journal or using visualization to relive your past. Once you have triggered your long-denied emotions, let yourself feel your feelings, and try not to judge your reactions. Cry or sound your emotions if you need to, and don’t block the flow of your feelings. Allow any thoughts that are connected to your emotions to surface. As you release the feelings you have pushed inside of you, you’ll find yourself healing from the experience associated with these emotions.
When you deal with your feelings directly, they can move through you rather than staying stopped up in your body as emotional blocks that can sometimes turn into disease. Acknowledging your emotions instead of pushing them away allows you to stay emotionally healthy and in touch with your feelings....<<<Read More>>>...

Quiet Please!
Emotional Hunger
There are times when we become conscious of a deeper hunger that won’t be satisfied physically. Often, this is a signal that our emotional needs are asking to be met — perhaps we are carrying the weight of past experiences, chronic stress, or unmet needs. Instead of viewing this as a battle to be won with restriction, we can approach these moments with healing and self-compassion. By gently acknowledging the emotional root causes of our cravings, we can make healthier choices from a place of love, nurturing our inner well-being rather than just managing what is on our plates.
When we treat ourselves and our bodies as we would a trusted and loyal companion, we keep our energy free from negative thoughts that would complicate our journey. Our bodies are not our enemies, and we are not fighting a battle. Instead, we’re investing our attention into the care and support of a beautiful creation: our own selves. With this shift of perspective, we can create a more sustainable path where health becomes a natural byproduct of self-love. (Daily OM)

Connecting With Your Intuition
And how quickly the thinking mind rushes in with doubt. “Am I imagining this?” What if I’m wrong? What if it was just a coincidence? And so the sign is explained away. The body’s warning is softened. The dream is forgotten — not because you’ve failed to listen, but because the noise of life has a way of getting in the way.
Yet this ancient wisdom never leaves you. And when you’re ready, you can reconnect with it. When you do, the shift will be beautifully undeniable. You’ll feel steadier in your choices, more trusting of your path, and more deeply connected to your purpose. In this way, your intuition stops feeling mysterious and begins to sound more like a familiar voice — one that’s been guiding you all along....<<<Read More>>>...

So What Is A Pathworking?
They can cause physical effects in the everyday world, which is the main reason why they have been in secret for so long. It is also the reason why rigorous training in the control of imagination faculty is such a feature in magical schools and orders.
Scientists tell us that the journey we build in our mind is as real to the brain as our daily experiences. The world of the subconscious mind is a real world with real beings. The water is just as wet, the sun is just as hot. The only difference is that we can do things in that world we cannot do in this world. Why? Because in the inner world we admit to no barriers. We use the same powers and senses we have in the real world, but there we believe in them. We think we are dreaming, but it IS real and can use the finer matter of that world to change this one ………

Recovering From Burnout
From the outside, you may still appear capable. You may continue meeting deadlines, caring for others, and doing what needs to be done. Inside, however, your body and mind may be asking for a kind of restoration that one free weekend cannot provide. What’s needed may not be more self-care layered onto an already full life, but a meaningful pause — an opportunity to rest, relax, and refresh your mind.
In everyday life, that pause may look like asking for help, speaking honestly about what has become too much, or protecting time when you are truly unavailable. It may mean giving yourself permission to step away for a while, reconnecting with someone who helps you feel less alone, or seeking the support of a coach or wellness expert. You don’t have to rebuild your entire life overnight. Sometimes recovery begins with one compassionate choice — one small decision that creates a little more space to breathe...<<<Read More>>>...

How the Ego Forms the Matrix We Seek to Escape
The concept of the matrix often conjures images of a simulated reality controlled by external forces, yet the real matrix is much closer to home. It’s the ego—the collection of thoughts, beliefs, and identities that we mistake for our true self. This egoic self is the lens through which we perceive the world, filtering reality through our fears, desires, and conditioning. It creates a false sense of separation, making us believe that we are individual entities navigating an external world, disconnected from the wholeness of existence.
The ego is adept at crafting stories, projecting them outwardly as reality. It convinces us that our thoughts are real, our identities fixed, and our separation from others and the universe inevitable. But what if the world we see merely reflects this internal matrix? What if the true journey is not about escaping an external force but dissolving the internal structures that keep us bound?...<<<Read More>>>...
The Gift of Soulful Reflection
Since everyone sees and experiences the world differently, it’s important to choose a type of retreat that works best for us. Even though a friend or loved one may recommend something, we have to trust our intuition and select a path that really connects with what our soul needs most at the time. The most essential thing is to be willing to respect our unique stage of development and to be patient with ourselves since any thoughts or issues that arise are simply part of the process of healing. Just remembering that a retreat is an intense period of time where serious soul searching takes place can help us allow whatever may happen to us to fully unfold. Going on retreat may sound like a vacation, but most retreat experiences ask you to look deep inside of yourself, and sometimes this can be uncomfortable or stir the pot of our soul.
Putting our trust in the retreat process will make space for the necessary work we have to do, making it easier for our hearts and minds to fully explore the innermost reaches of our soul. By paying attention to these messages, we pave the way for greater healing and transformation, since spending time in contemplation at a retreat will give us the gift of insight and understanding that we can use in all aspects of our daily lives....<<<Read More>>>...

Could It Be Your Liver?
Your liver could be one of the hidden culprits behind some of midlife’s most frustrating symptoms. When it’s not functioning at its best, you may find yourself sleeping poorly, running low on energy, gaining weight more easily, or feeling unlike yourself in ways that are difficult to explain.
These changes can be discouraging, especially when you’re doing your best to care for your health.
This happens because your liver does far more than support detoxification. Behind the scenes, it helps filter and process hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
But when the liver becomes overwhelmed, some hormone byproducts may be reabsorbed and recirculated instead of efficiently cleared. As a result, symptoms such as night sweats, mood swings, brain fog, low energy, and stubborn weight gain may become more pronounced.
Fortunately, there are natural, effective ways to support your liver and help your body move toward greater balance — without harsh detoxes that leave you feeling depleted or dry clinical advice that is difficult to apply. Sometimes all it takes is the right holistic solutions paired with simple lifestyle changes, and you can begin to transform how you feel while supporting your health and happiness in a whole new way.
