Midazolam Matt admits DNR notices were abused during the covid “pandemic”

 Former UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock stated that ‘do not resuscitate’ (“DNR”) orders were wrongly applied during the covid pandemic, and a systemic review of all DNR notices put in place in early 2020 should be considered.

The Telegraph reported yesterday that while giving evidence to the UK Covid Inquiry on Friday, Hancock said it was “obvious” the orders had been “wrongly applied” in some circumstances and backed an investigation into their use during the pandemic.

Hancock acknowledged that the issue of consent is crucial and expressed his support for a review, although he could not recall ministers looking into it during his time in government due to their focus on preventing the problem.

He insisted he acted “immediately” on concerns over the inappropriate use of DNRs during the covid crisis when he was first alerted to them. And claimed to have acted immediately on concerns over the inappropriate use of DNRs, using the daily press conference to address the issue and discussing it with NHS leadership.

The UK government was threatened with legal action over inconsistent advice on DNRs during the pandemic, leading to the publication of new patient-facing guidelines in July 2020.

A 2021 survey by the care watchdog found that blanket DNR orders were imposed on care home residents without their consent, and people with learning disabilities were also affected, showing a disregard for disabled people’s rights. Age UK described the findings as “extremely disturbing” and confirmed concerns that people’s rights were disregarded during the pandemic.

During his testimony, Hancock also made the case for future lockdowns, despite questions over their justification. Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson has expressed doubts about the effectiveness of national shutdowns in defeating the virus. We’re told that serious illness in Covid-19 presents pneumonia and accompanying respiratory insufficiency. Therefore typical symptoms include breathlessness, cough, weakness and fever.

We’re also told that people who suffer deteriorating respiratory failure and who do not receive intensive care, develop acute respiratory distress syndrome with severe breathlessness.

Meanwhile, Midazolam is a drug that has been used in executions by lethal injection in the USA. It can cause serious or life-threatening breathing problems such as shallow, slowed, or temporarily stopped breathing which may lead to permanent brain injury or death.

Knowing that, would you use Midazolam to treat “patients” suffering Covid-19?

Because that’s precisely what the then Health Secretary, Matt Hancock decided to do.

Data taken from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) shows us that during April 2020 there were 26,541 deaths in care homes, an increase of 17,850 on the five-year average. This is half the amount of alleged Covid-19 deaths during the same period.

We now realise that these deaths were not evenly spread. NYC had a huge surge in deaths, but nearby Boston did not, they had a rash of asymptomatic cases. Bergamo Italy had an 800% increase in excess deaths, nearby Po Valley did not.

A closer look reveals an alternative possibility – a panicked pandemic response may have been helping to drive deaths up. Foreign healthcare workers abandoned their posts in Italy, while fearful relatives – the traditional elderly carers in the Italian family system – stayed away from those stricken. The Telegraph (United Kingdom) has obtained more than 100,000 WhatsApp messages sent between Matt Hancock and other ministers and officials during the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “pandemic” that reveal a coordinated deception campaign.

The investigation found that Hancock and other British politicians were more concerned about saving face than with doing the right thing for the British people. Midazolam Used on Death Row and Ventilated ‘Covid’ Patients Under Controversy (Bit late but welcome all the same)

 The same controversial sedatives used on death row inmates during the execution process have recently come under greater scrutiny in the treatment of the elderly and end-of-life patients in palliative care and those with COVID-19.

Sedatives such as midazolam (Versed), diazepam (Valium), and clonazepam (Klonopin) work as depressants on a person’s central nervous system to slow down brain activity and calm people. All of these are in the class of drugs known as benzodiazepines.

Such drugs have ranged in use from being administered to sedate prisoners during the execution process to easing the anxiety of elderly or end-of-life patients in palliative care.

During COVID-19, sedatives like midazolam were used on intubated patients agitated by the ventilation process.

“It was used with a combination of medications to try to help people manage their agitation,” said Dr. Joel Zivot, an anesthesiologist and associate professor of anesthesiology and surgery at the Emory School of Medicine.

Likewise, a nurse who works at a North Carolina hospital and requested not to be named also confirmed its use in hospitals during the pandemic.

“Sometimes it was my go-to for ventilated patients so you don’t have to put them in restraints,” she told The Epoch Times.

“It’s a potent sedative used in the operating room or in the ICU or when patients incubated on a ventilator,” said Dr. Paul Marik, who, prior to resigning in January of 2022, served as chair of the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. “To give it to a non-ventilated patient would be medical malpractice.”...<<<Read More>>>...

Matt Hancock Squirms, Runs & Hides when asked for Evidence for Asymptomatic Transmission and that Lockdowns work

 Matt Hancock, former UK Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, was confronted by Heiko Khoo on 12 July at the Royal Statistical Society, London. Khoo asked Hancock what evidence he based the narrative that asymptomatic transmission occurred and lockdowns slowed the spread of a virus:

“The entire principles you started the lockdowns with, the measures with, were based, effectively, on an unproven, at least that time, a totally unproven argument that asymptomatic infections were a significant factor driving transmission. And there was no evidence for that whatsoever. The only evidence was based on one German woman, sorry one Chinese woman in Germany, who was taking large amounts of ibuprofen in order for her to prevent her from having symptoms. Now, I’m not saying that pre-symptomatic people who are just becoming ill couldn’t transmit, at least in that first phase. But there was actually no evidence backing that up.

“The second point … you mentioned the lockdown measures forecasts. You said there wasn’t 40 years of data, Neil Ferguson has been working on forecasting for decades and the fact of the matter is: all his epidemiological forecasts have been wrong – every single one of them. And not by a factor of one or two but by a factor of 10 or 20 or 30 or 40 … every single case he was vastly incorrect. And the argument that there would be 500,000 dead had there not been a lockdown has no basis in fact. It’s pure speculation. But because you can compare it with other countries around the world you can see … there’s no evidence whatsoever that the lockdowns made any beneficial difference to the number of deaths.”

After fudging answering the point about forecasts, Matt Hancock responded: “The second point, asymptomatic, is really important … there was not the formal evidence of asymptomatic transmission on a clinical trial basis and therefore it didn’t get into the formal advice to me.  [David Icke]: The former Health Secretary is an unreliable narrator when it comes to his handling of Covid. This may trouble his publishers, who have paid him for a “tell-all” book.

For instance, Mr Hancock has forgotten ever claiming at the start of the pandemic that he had “thrown a protective ring around our care homes”. In fact, he was bold enough to deny using the phrase then, subsequently telling Andrew Marr: “Well I said that much later, about what we were doing for the winter plan, and it’s been interpreted.”

This is untrue. Unfortunately for Mr Hancock, and his loose grip on recent history, people called journalists filmed him saying it and even wrote down what he said.

There is a record of him repeatedly claiming to have thrown a “protective ring” around care homes. For example, at a Downing Street press conference on 15 May 2020, Mr Hancock said: “Right from the start, it’s been clear that this horrible virus affects older people most. So right from the start, we’ve tried to throw a protective ring around our care homes.”

Why does this matter? Because instead the Government’s policy killed a lot of people. High Court judges have ruled that the Government acted unlawfully when it decided to discharge untested hospital patients into care homes at the start of the pandemic. As we report today, ministers and officials missed more than 20 warnings about the fatal dangers of their approach. Their policy killed tens of thousands, campaigners believe.

Psychopath Midazolam killer Matt Hancock to have personal WhatsApp and emails searched in court battle over ‘Covid’ test contracts he awarded as Health Secretary

 [David Icke]: Matt Hancock is to have his personal emails and WhatsApp messages searched as part of a legal battle over millions of pounds’ worth of antibody test contracts handed out during the coronavirus pandemic.

A High Court judge ordered that both the former health secretary’s government and non-government communications used for Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) business should be searched for relevant material.

The proceedings were brought against the DHSC by the Good Law Project, who claim that more than £80m in contracts were awarded unlawfully. The legal campaign group say that Abingdon Health received three contracts in April, June and August 2020 that were not published until October.

The Good Law Project also claim that the contracts were awarded secretly and directly to Abingdon Health without advertisement or competition and that they “comprise very substantial unlawful public subsidies”.

Mr Hancock has denied any wrongdoing, insisting that he was not involved in the awarding of the contracts and that they were approved through formal processes.

Petitioning the High Court to order a search of the former health secretary’s “non-government communication systems” — which is believed to include WhatsApps — Good Law Project barrister Joseph Barrett said that Mr Hancock was the “ultimate decision-maker” in awarding the contracts and that he had used multiple personal email accounts for government business.

[Richie Allen]: Speaking in the House of Commons this afternoon, Health Secretary Matt Hancock suggested that people who refuse a covid-19 jab, will be refused treatment on the NHS.

Hancock was responding to a question from Tory MP Liam Fox about the vaccine status of those currently receiving hospital treatment for the so-called Delta variant.

Hancock said:

“I think that there is a material difference between the states responsibility to offer the vaccine to all adults.

And the duty that we have when somebody has not been offered the vaccine is greater than the duty we have when we have offered a vaccine but somebody has chosen not to take it up. And there is a material difference between those two situations.”

Hancock’s colleague Andrea Leadsom interjected and said:

“Can I take (it) one step further? If I choose not to say, not to have a yellow fever jab when I am going to a place that suffers yellow fever, the government of the united kingdom takes no interest whatsoever in my illness status. So when my right honourable friend says that he has less of a duty, surely what he means is that he has no duty at all. It is for people to take up the vaccine.”

Hancock replied:

“Up to a point and the point is should you take that as an absolute principle, then there is a challenge, should there be an overwhelming demand on the NHS that would impact on others. And of course with a communicable disease, there is an impact on others in terms of spreading the disease so we do have to have an eye to that.

That’s why I phrased it as I did. But in terms of the argument that my right honourable friend is putting, I think she and I concur in the broad thrust of the case being made.”

Nobody in the chamber batted an eyelid. The Secretary of State for Health said that those who refuse a covid-19 vaccine, might be left to die if they contract a respiratory infection and the NHS is otherwise engaged, presumably treating those with vaccine injuries. Welcome to dystopia.
