Microsoft Adds Age Verification System to Windows

The age-check machinery is coming to Windows, and Microsoft has already handed developers the playbook even though the system itself remains switched off.

According to a report from Reclaim The Net: Free Speech, Privacy, Digital Rights, the company has published developer instructions for an application programming interface that is not yet live. Once activated, the API will let Windows 11 apps learn a user’s age bracket and whether that age has been confirmed by an identity provider.

The brackets are blunt: under 10, 10 to 12, 13 to 15, 16 to 17, and 18 and over. Verification status arrives as one of five results — Verified, Unverified, OptedOut, TemporarilyUnavailable, or NotApplicable.

Microsoft has not named the identity providers that will carry out these checks, nor has it said what proof they will demand. The company states only that the second value returned by the interface will show “whether the user’s age has been independently verified by the identity provider.”

Redmond presents the tool as a privacy safeguard, a way for apps to learn an age range without receiving a date of birth or other personal details. Microsoft describes it as a privacy-preserving mechanism meant to help developers satisfy child-safety rules. The same report argues that legislation demanding this kind of technology in operating systems is really about making age checks, and the identity checks that follow, a routine feature of digital life.

An age signal does not hand over a user’s exact age. It instead lets an app change content, features, or access based on the reported range and verification status. Microsoft lists uses that include user-generated content, social and communication tools, in-app purchases, virtual currencies, and maturity-rated media.

The interface is still dormant. Microsoft says it will not return usable data until it is turned on later in the year and is releasing the documentation now so developers can prepare. Anyone who calls the API today will be told the user’s age is unknown and that verification is unavailable.....<<<Read More>>>...

Tech giant Microsoft backs EXTINCTION with its support of carbon capture programs

Microsoft's aggressive CO2 removal programs could starve plant life of carbon dioxide, the essential building block of photosynthesis, triggering a catastrophic collapse of ecosystems.

Its Climate Innovation Fund has allocated $793 million toward carbon reduction, catalyzing an additional $12 billion in climate-related investments. The company dominates the carbon credit market, purchasing 63% of global removal volume in 2024 alone.

Carbon capture is a globalist scam to justify centralized energy control while failing to address real pollution. These programs allow corporations to profit from carbon trading while continuing industrial poisoning and geoengineering. Removing CO2 would devastate agriculture, forests and marine phytoplankton – the foundation of the food chain. Past mass extinctions (like the Permian-Triassic event) were driven by carbon cycle disruptions.

Mike Adams warns that every dollar spent on Microsoft funds mass death and urges consumers to shift to Linux, which is open-source, user-friendly and not aligned with depopulation agendas.

Tech giant Microsoft is supporting carbon dioxide (CO2) capture programs, which could trigger a catastrophic collapse of Earth's ecosystems.

The Health Ranger Mike Adams took to Brighteon.social to warn that the tech giant's climate agenda threatens to starve plant life of CO2, the essential building block of photosynthesis. Microsoft's aggressive decarbonization strategy risks an "Extinction Level Event" for humanity and the biosphere, Adams reiterated.

The Natural News founder's post comes as Microsoft accelerates its billion-dollar investments in carbon removal technologies. The Big Tech firm's Climate Innovation Fund, launched in 2020, has already allocated $793 million toward carbon reduction and removal projects, catalyzing an additional $12 billion in climate-related investments.

The company dominates the carbon credit market, purchasing over 63% of global removal volume in 2024 alone. Recent deals include an $800 million agreement with Fidelis and AtmosClear for 6.7 million tons of removals and a 10-year contract for 3.3 million metric tons with Stockholm Exergi.

The latest expansion of Microsoft's carbon removal portfolio includes a July 2025 deal with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and Denmark's Vestforbrænding to retrofit a waste-to-energy facility with carbon capture technology. The Gaia project, set to launch in 2029, aims to sequester 500,000 tons of CO2 annually while supplying heat to 10,000 homes. Microsoft Senior Director Brian Marrs framed the initiative as aligning with European Union waste policies, stating it "helps unlock more carbon-free energy." ...<<<Read More>>>...

On May 5, Microsoft’s Skype will shut down for good

After more than 21 years, Skype will soon be no more. Last night, some users (including Ars readers) poked around in the latest Skype preview update and noticed as-yet-unsurfaced text that read "Starting in May, Skype will no longer be available. Continue your calls and chats in Teams."

This morning, Microsoft has confirmed to Ars that it's true. May 5, 2025, will mark the end of Skype's long run.

Alongside the verification that the end is nigh, Microsoft shared a bunch of details about how it plans to migrate Skype users over. Starting right away, some Skype users (those in Teams and Skype Insider) will be able to log in to Teams using their Skype credentials. More people will gain that ability over the next few days....<<<Read More>>>...

Now is the time to bring censorship giant Microsoft to heel

Silicon Valley is a famously difficult environment for incumbents. Today’s unstoppable juggernaut can quickly become tomorrow’s has-been. Just ask Xerox, Intel, or Yahoo.

So it says a lot that Microsoft is still on top as the world’s second-largest company by market cap, fifty years after its founding and more than thirty years after becoming the juggernaut of American software.

The company has thrived through both good and bad periods for tech and under both Republican and Democrat presidencies. The company pairs technical talent with real political savvy, and that savvy has been on full display with the arrival of the second Trump administration....<<<Read More>>>...

Microsoft CEO hints that upcoming AI “misinformation” censorship tools might DISABLE your Windows PC for questioning establishment narratives about the election

To ensure the 2024 election goes smoothly for the globalists, Microsoft is unleashing artificial intelligence (AI) to stop the spread of "misinformation" that threatens to allow an unapproved candidate to win.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella revealed to NBC's Lester Holt on NBC Nightly News' January 30 edition that his company hopes to use the latest advancements in AI technology to fight "disinformation" that he fears could result in another Donald Trump win.

"This is not the first election where we dealt with disinformation or propaganda campaigns by adversaries and election interference," Nadella explained to Holt.

"We're doing all the work across the tech industry around watermarking, detecting deep fakes and content IDs. There is going to be enough and more technology quite frankly in order to be able to identify the issues around disinformation and misinformation."

In the future, Microsoft's AI endeavors could make it possible to shut down people's personal computers (PCs), should they be caught accessing or spreading information that Nadella feels is a threat to democracy.

Nadella says he is encouraged by the fact that Big Tech corporations like Microsoft are increasingly partnering with law enforcement to crack down on information that threatens the establishment, but he feels a whole lot more needs to be done to keep a lid on the spread of unapproved information....<<<Read More>>>...

Elon Musk says Microsoft developing real-life Skynet AI to control “every facet” of human life

Despite his own companies' dystopian endeavors, billionaire electric vehicle (EV) guru-turned-hypocritical social media icon Elon Musk is blasting Microsoft for its artificial intelligence (AI) plans.

A new Microsoft AI chip called "Maia" is set to be the cornerstone of the company's budding AI infrastructure, which competes with that being created by Musk, hence his criticisms of it.

Maia, we are told, will bring artificial generalized intelligence (AGI) to "every facet" of human life. AGI differs from the isolated AI applications many people now know about in that it supposedly represents actual "intelligence" minus human inputs, i.e., ChatGPT.

"ChatGPT and MidJourney AI are cool, novel applications, but they only function within a specific domain – an AGI is more like the science fiction computers we have seen in the Terminator franchise," explains Wlt Report.

It is probably because of billionaire eugenicist Bill Gates' original ties to Microsoft that the company is now an easy target for Musk, who is attempting to court conservatives into believing that he is somehow any different from his competitors....<<<Read More>>>..

Peeping through the windows: Microsoft to incorporate MANDATORY AI systems in Windows 11 to SPY on all your computing activities

Microsoft has made an announcement stating that it will be incorporating robust built-in artificial intelligence (AI) integration across its Windows 11 operating system, and already privacy experts and advocates are concerned.

According to Microsoft, the inclusion of AI is intended to enhance the usability and speed of Windows 11. However, concerns have been raised by certain experts who fear potential privacy invasions resulting from AI integration within Windows 11. The extent to which “Windows Copilot” will be integrated into various aspects of Windows 11 remains uncertain at this time, but since it’s Microsoft and Bill Gates, we’re not optimistic that things will be on the level.

At first glance, it seems that Microsoft’s newly integrated AI will have the capability to analyze all the content on your computer using its artificial intelligence engine, regardless of your preferences. The introduction of a feature called Windows Copilot, which utilizes AI to interact with Microsoft’s cloud-based systems, was announced for Windows 11.

According to Microsoft, Windows Copilot aims to assist users in achieving greater productivity and simplify the process of app development for programmers working on Windows applications.

Although Windows Copilot has the potential to enhance productivity, concerns arise regarding the increased access it provides Microsoft to users’ personal information stored on their computers. The integration of AI in Windows 11 may grant access to user keystrokes, saved data, and deleted information. This data could be vulnerable to hacking, misuse, or even collection by Microsoft itself, much like Google already does....<<<Read More>>>...

Microsoft Was Granted A Patent To ‘Mine Human Body Activity’

On March 26, 2020, at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic and in the midst of the lockdown, Microsoft was granted a patent by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Patent WO 060606 declares that ‘Human Body Activity associated with a task provided to a user may be used in a mining process of a cryptocurrency system.’

The patent goes on to state,

“A server may provide a task to a device of a user which is communicatively coupled to the server. A sensor communicatively coupled to or comprised in the device of the user may sense body activity of the user. Body activity data may be generated based on the sensed body activity of the user. The cryptocurrency system communicatively coupled to the device of the user may verify if the body activity data satisfies one or more conditions set by the cryptocurrency system, and award cryptocurrency to the user whose body activity data is verified.”

The ‘body activity’ Microsoft is referring to with regards to this patent includes radiation emitted from the human body, brain activity, body fluid flow, organ activity, blood flow, body movements such as facial movement, muscle movement and eye movement. It also includes other activities that can be sensed and represented by images, waves, signals, texts, degrees, numbers or any other information/data.

Dr. Vandana Shiva explains,

“The patent is an intellectual property claim over our bodies and minds. In colonialism, colonisers assign themselves the right to take the land and resources of indigenous people, extinguish their cultures and sovereignty, and in extreme cases exterminate them. Patent WO 060606 is a declaration by Microsoft that our bodies and minds are its new colonies. We are mines of ‘raw material’–the data extracted from our bodies. Rather than sovereign, spiritual, conscious, intelligent beings making decisions and choices with wisdom and ethical values about the impacts of our actions on the natural and social world of which we are a part, and to which we are inextricably related, we are ‘users.’ A ‘user’ is a consumer without choice in the digital empire.”

So what does our future hold? Where are we heading? So many initiatives today are being done under the guise of goodwill and necessity, and it’s not easy for some to think that these initiatives are instead more rooted in greed and the desire for power and control...<<<Read More>>>...

Microsoft’s relationship with the Chinese government could be considered treasonous – as they assist in espionage against America

[Natural News]: Why is Microsoft working with Huawei, a Chinese telecommunications company that is under federal investigation for carrying out espionage against America?

Senator Tom Cotton, Josh Hawley and Marco Rubio penned a letter to Microsoft on August 7. The letter demands answers from Microsoft because they have been working with Huawei and the Chinese government to develop listening devices that could eventually be used to spy on millions of Americans, right in their own home.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order banning Huawei products from American homes. Not only does Huawei work closely with the Chinese government to monitor citizens through technology and AI, but they are also under investigation for working to subvert the U.S./Iran nuclear arms agreement. Blacklisted by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Export Administration Regulations Entity List,” Huawei is set to experience $30 billion in revenue losses in 2019.

Microsoft temporarily complied with the Huawei ban and stopped selling the company’s laptops online. However, after evaluating the extent of the regulations, Microsoft agreed to continue selling existing inventory of Huawei laptops in their Microsoft store. Microsoft is actually proud of its work with the telecommunication industry in China, which must comply with the communist Chinese government...read more>>>...
