Your Voice as Healing Medicine
When we hum, chant, or sing, the vibrations travel through the chest and throat, stimulating the vagus nerve — the body’s main pathway for calm and connection. This resonance ripples through us like a tide washing up on shore, softening tension, deepening breath, and gently quieting the mind. It’s these moments that bring us back to total in-the-moment-ness, catalyzing a whole new way of being and doing in the world.
And as the voice begins to rise — even softly, even imperfectly — we awaken a truth that words alone can’t touch. The sound that we create from within becomes a bridge back home to ourselves. It grounds us when life feels heavy, liberates us from emotional overwhelm, and restores a quiet kind of joy that doesn’t need to be performed — only felt. In sound, we cultivate harmony in the mind, body, spirit, and heart. (Daily OM)

Salt lamps: A natural solution for cleaner indoor air
But one ancient remedy — salt lamps — is gaining attention as a natural way to purify indoor air. These decorative lamps, which emit negative ions, may help counteract harmful particles while adding a calming glow to living spaces.
While outdoor air quality often dominates public health discussions, indoor environments can harbor higher concentrations of pollutants. According to a study published in the Frontiers in Endocrinology, air pollution is "an important modifiable risk factor for significantly increased morbidity and mortality." Particulate matter (PM), in particular, greatly impacts health and exerts many deleterious effects on the human cardiovascular system.
Clinical studies show that short- and long-term exposure to PM—tiny solid and liquid particles (e.g., dust, smoke, liquid droplets, etc.) found in the air — is linked to an increased risk of death from cardiovascular issues such as ischemic heart disease, heart failure and ischemic/thrombotic stroke. PM2.5, which refers to fine inhalable particles with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers or less, has been found to endanger the hearts of older adults by contributing to oxidative stress and inflammation.
Historically, halotherapy, or salt therapy, was used in natural salt caves and coastal regions to treat respiratory ailments. Today, salt lamps have found their use in modern homes, leveraging the same mineral benefits in a convenient, aesthetically pleasing form....<<<Read More>>>...

Oranges: A nutrient-packed superfood with timeless benefits
Sweet orange, the variety most commonly eaten today, was introduced to the Mediterranean region by Portuguese traders in the 15th century. By the 16th century, Spanish explorers had brought oranges to the Americas, where they flourished in warm climates like Florida and California.
Today, Brazil, the U.S. and China are among the top producers of oranges globally.
Oranges are renowned for their high vitamin C content, but their nutritional profile extends far beyond that. A medium-sized orange (about 131 grams, g) can provide...<<<Read More>>>...

Magnesium: A potential breakthrough in managing fibromyalgia and migraines – new studies offer hope
However, a 2022 clinical trial and mounting evidence suggest magnesium — a mineral critical for nerve function and energy production — may offer relief for millions.
The study, which tested magnesium supplementation on fibromyalgia patients, revealed a nuanced yet promising effect: participants with moderate stress levels experienced significant reductions in stress and pain scores.
These findings, coupled with historical trends of widespread magnesium deficiency, position the mineral as a cornerstone of future treatment strategies....<<<Read More>>>....

Oxygen stimulates the body to heal
Infected root canals and cavitations are also common causes of chronic health problems.
Oxygen therapy stimulates your body to heal itself. You can stimulate joint cartilage to grow, strengthen your immune system, kill off pathogens, keep viral infections at bay and much more.
Alternative treatment modalities that can help facilitate healing where conventional medicine fails include prolotherapy, ozone therapy, prolozone (a combination of prolotherapy and ozone), hyperbarics, chelation, UVBI (ultraviolet blood irradiation), EBOO (extracorporeal blood oxygenation), photobiomodulation and more....<<<Read More>>>...

Natural Remedy Written In The Bible: Extremely Powerful 3,500 -Year-Old Remedy Cures For All Diseases
Contemporary science has acknowledged their active action, and it has included in modern pharmacotherapy a range of drugs of plant origin, known by ancient civilizations and used throughout the millennia. The knowledge of the development of ideas related to the usage of medicinal plants as well as the evolution of awareness has increased the ability of pharmacists and physicians to respond to the challenges that have emerged with the spreading of professional services in facilitation of man’s life.
Ever since ancient times, in search for rescue for their disease, the people looked for drugs in nature. The beginnings of the medicinal plants’ use were instinctive, as is the case with animals. In view of the fact that at the time there was not sufficient information either concerning the reasons for the illnesses or concerning which plant and how it could be utilized as a cure, everything was based on experience.
In time, the reasons for the usage of specific medicinal plants for treatment of certain diseases were being discovered; thus, the medicinal plants’ usage gradually abandoned the empiric framework and became founded on explicatory facts. Until the advent of iatrochemistry in 16th century, plants had been the source of treatment and prophylaxis.Nonetheless, the decreasing efficacy of synthetic drugs and the increasing contraindications of their usage make the usage of natural drugs topical again.
The oldest remedy used almost for every pain, burn or disease from the beginning of era is made from olive tree parts. Be it leaves, olives, olive seeds, they are all used for remedies....<<<Read More>>>...

A Word on "Colloidal Silver"
Extensive research into the curative properties of silver conclude that silvers works on a wide range of bacteria, without any known side effects or damage to the cells of the body, and that is safe to take with other products. Regarding the innate ability of silver to control infection, research shows that all infection causing organisms tested were destroyed by the silver ions, including some that were resistant to all known antibiotics….no undesirable side effects of the silver treatment were apparent.
The fact the silver kills bacteria is being rediscovered – something which has been known and applied for centuries. The presence of colloidal silver near a virus, fungus, bacterium or any other single celled pathogen works as a catalyst disabling its oxygen metabolism enzyme – its chemical lung, so to speak. Within a few minutes the pathogen suffocates and dies and is cleared out of the body by the immune system, lymphatic and elimination systems...read more>>>...

Why turmeric may be the diseased liver's best friend
A new clinical trial published in the journal BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine is shedding light on turmeric's remarkable liver protective and regenerative properties. South Korean researchers at the Clinical Trial Center for Functional Foods, Chonbuk National University Hospital, tested their hypothesis that turmeric may improve liver function by administering a fermented form to subjects, 20 years old and above, who were diagnosed mild to moderate elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels, a maker for liver damage and/or dysfunction.
Sixty subjects were randomized to receive 3.0 g per fermented turmeric powder (FTP) or placebo 3.0 g per day for 12 weeks. The treatment group received two capsules of FTP three times a day after meals, for 12 weeks. Not only did FTP significantly reduce ALT levels in subjects but also reduced serum aspartate transaminase (AST) and gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT), two additional enzymes which when elevated are commonly associated with liver damage. The effects were maintained as long as the subjects remained on the treatment. Also, FTP was well tolerated and without significant adverse effects...read more>>>...
