The Nine Realms

According to Norse cosmology, the known universe was composed of Nine Realms. These realms were Asgard, the near-perfect home of the Aesir deities; Jotunheim, the fallen world of the monstrous jΓΆtunn; Midgard, the land of humans; Alfheim, home of the elves; Hel, a resting place for the dead; Vanaheim, the world of the magical Vanir deities; Nidavellir, the subterranean realm of the dwarves; Niflheim, a frigid land of ice and snow; and Muspelheim, a realm of heat and flame.

The Nine Realms hung on the branches, or else grew from the roots and bole of Yggdrasil, the world tree, which gave structure and form to the cosmos. Their position within Yggdrasil determined both their core characteristics and their connections to other realms. Though the realms were distinct from one another, their boundaries were surprisingly porous. Intrepid travelers, both mortal and divine, could and did traverse the liminal spaces between worlds. Asgard and Midgard were connected via the great rainbow bridge known as the Bifrost, making it possible for deities to influence the humans who adored and abhorred them in equal measure....<<<Read More>>>...

The Sumerian Tablet That Describes What Happens If You Refuse to Go Into the Light After Death

Sumerian tablets recovered from Nippur in 1896 preserved something unexpected. These Sumerian tablets didn't record a king or a battle. These Sumerian tablets described death — not as myth, but as a sequence of stages documented with the same precision used for grain harvests and trade agreements.

The language is strangely specific.

Conditions appear in a fixed order. Experiences are recorded as expected rather than imagined. Near the center of the damaged inscription, the text reaches one moment the scribe treats as the most important detail of all.

Not a judgment. Not a punishment. A choice. ++Consciousness remains intact. Memory remains intact. Then something approaches — uncertainty gives way to calm, confusion gives way to recognition. A radiance appears that waits without demanding and remains open to whoever is ready. What happens to those who refuse is where the surviving lines become difficult to ignore — because the stages described here appear strikingly similar to accounts reported by people who briefly died and came back. That resemblance may be coincidence. Or something else entirely.

An ancient clay tablet describes Noah’s Ark as a round and massive ship

An ancient clay tablet, believed to be over 4,000 years old, tells of the materials used to build one of the most famous ships in human history: Noah’s Ark.

More importantly, an ancient clay tablet describes Noah’s Ark as a spherical and massive ship.

According to the researchers, the clay tablet tells that the construction of the ark used materials, exact dimensions and the “true” shape of the ark.

According to the curator of the British Museum Irving Finkel, one day he was approached by a man holding a strange clay tablet. Many have claimed that he received the ancient piece from his father, who in turn received it from Egypt in the 1940s.

The clay tablet “turned out to be one in a million,” Finkel explained. Beginning in 1750 BC, it tells the Babylonian “flood story” and also describes the “true” shape of the ark.

When the gods decided to destroy humanity with a flood, the humorous god Enki warned a man named Atrahasis (“Babylonian Noah”) who was to build the Ark.

However, the Ark of Atrahasis was round in shape....<<<Read More>>>...

Unicorns in Africa: the fascinating story behind one-horned creatures

One-horned creatures are found in myths around the world. Although unicorns in different cultures have little to do with one another, they have multiple associations in European thought.

For example, the Roman natural historian Pliny the Elder wrote about unicorns in the first century AD. The unicorn features in both medieval Christian and Celtic beliefs, and is Scotland’s national animal. The unicorn’s prominence in European culture spread across the globe with colonisation.

In southern Africa, colonial European ideas encountered older indigenous beliefs about one-horned creatures. I’ve highlighted this in a recent research article about some of the region’s rock art....<<<Read More>>>...

The Origin and Evolution of Dragon Myths Across Cultures

Dragons are mythical creatures that appear in legends and folklore around the world. They are often depicted as large, reptilian beasts with wings, horns, claws, and fiery breath.

But why do so many different cultures have stories about dragons, even though they never existed in reality? (Really?)

One possible explanation is that ancient people misinterpreted the fossils of extinct animals, such as dinosaurs, and imagined them as living monsters. (ALITD OPINION - Its actually the OTHER way round - dinosaurs are the fossils of dragons!) ....<<<Read More>>>....

Ancient Astronaut Evidence: Flying Gods Across Cultures

Ancient astronaut evidence is often linked to images of “flying gods” carved across the ancient world. Different cultures—from Mesoamerica to Egypt to the Pacific—show deities seated, framed by serpents or birds, or descending from the sky. Do these scenes hint at craft and cockpits, or are we projecting modern tech onto sacred art?

Ancient myths repeatedly describe sky-beings who arrive with knowledge. Serpents with feathers, world trees, and divine messengers appear in many traditions. These overlaps fuel the idea that cultures far apart recorded the same visitors.

However, new summaries by archaeologists and indigenous scholars stress that similar symbols can arise independently to express power, fertility, sky, or cosmos....<<<Read More>>>...

Lost tale of Merlin and King Arthur legend deciphered from hidden manuscript

The fragment was sewn inside another book.

An intriguing sequel to the tale of Merlin has sat unseen within the bindings of an Elizabethan deeds register for nearly 400 years. Researchers have finally been able to reveal it with cutting-edge techniques.

It is the only surviving fragment of a lost medieval manuscript telling the tale of Merlin and the early heroic years of King Arthur's court.

In it, the magician becomes a blind harpist who later vanishes into thin air. He will then reappear as a balding child who issues edicts to King Arthur wearing no underwear.

The shape-shifting Merlin - whose powers apparently stem from being the son of a woman impregnated by the devil - asks to bear Arthur's standard (a flag bearing his coat of arms) on the battlefield. The king agrees - a good decision it turns out - for Merlin is destined to turn up with a handy secret weapon: a magic, fire-breathing dragon...<<<Read More>>>...

Nature Spirits Said To Inhabit Earth’s Astral Plane & Interior: The Gnomes

Many ancient cultures have stories and texts which refer to ‘magical’ and ‘mythical’ lands that co-exist alongside our reality. Whether these places are actual physical places, or places that reside in ‘another dimension,’ for lack of a better term, has been the subject of great discussion within various material throughout the ages.

These stories can be found in ancient Buddhism (like the legend of Shambhala) and Vedic philosophy, along with oral stories passed down from Native cultures throughout the world.

Regardless of what tradition the stories come from, however, it’s clear these weren’t just fables, but in fact, a part of reality that many experienced and witnessed....<<<Read More>>>...

Creepy supercomputers run by lab-grown human BRAINS unveiled by WEF-funded scientists

A fear narrative story line for the pantomime ... you decide if this a NASA like jack-a-nory style storyline or a truth....

++++++++++

If you thought some aspects of AI’s capabilities were creepy, brace yourself for FinalSpark's new “Neuroplatform” that is run by lab-grown human brains.

The Swiss tech startup is selling access to biocomputers that use a series of small lab-grown human brains for power, which means they only need “a fraction of the energy required to power a traditional computer.”

Not surprisingly, the scientists’ work is being funded by the globalists at the World Economic Forum.

The new bioprocessing Neuroplatform is powered by these tiny brains, with as many as 16 of them working together to power it. It has already been adopted by nine institutions and is being lauded for its ability to save energy. The company boasts that 16 of these lab-created brains use a million times less power than the traditional silicon chips that power such systems.

Neuroplatform combines hardware, software and biology, and it is considered “wetware” because it involves a biological component. It relies on a setup of Multi-Electrode Arrays (MEAs) that are used to house the 3D masses of brain tissue, with each MEA holding four lab-grown brains interfaced with eight electrodes that both stimulate them and record their data processing....<<<Read More>>>...

Isle Of Avalon

An enigmatic hill rises out of the mist over the flat moors of southwestern England. Though worn by use, a terraced pathway, believed to be at least four millennia old, winds around and up the hill - a labyrinth. At the pinnacle stands a tower, the remnant of a medieval church long since destroyed, but now a symbol of the locale's enduring spiritual power. Nestled at the hill's base is the Chalice Well, where you can drink of its legendary healing waters. The hill is Glastonbury Tor, overlooking the market town of Glastonbury. You are here to explore Glastonbury's rich and varied spiritual history.

Glastonbury has been a place of spirituality and pilgrimage for at least several thousand years. Long-established as a Druid center of learning and sanctity, the town became host to the first Christian church in the west, built on the site that later housed the Glastonbury Abbey.

The abbey grew in prominence as a center of learning and spirituality in its own right, and was a significant medieval pilgrimage destination.

Glastonbury is now visited by pilgrims of myriad beliefs interested in its treasure trove of mystical sites. Once a small cluster of islands rising above the submerged Somerset Levels, Glastonbury plays host to the myths of Avalon - the sacred Druid island spiritual center later tied to Arthurian legend. The ruins of Glastonbury Abbey provide modern pilgrims a peaceful atmosphere for meditation. Walking the labyrinthine path up the Tor is not only a spiritual journey, but also allows ever-widening views of the green countryside. The gardens at the Tor's base provide an idyllic spot for thoughtful contemplation after drinking from the restorative waters of the Chalice Well.

Because of its contemporary renaissance as a pilgrimage destination, Glastonbury has evolved to meet the needs and interests of its visitors. After visiting the town's mystical locations, you can browse the myth and spirituality book shops or relax with a cup of tea at one of the local cafes.

Popular Notions Concerning the Sidhe Race

(Sacred Texts): From the earliest ages the world has believed in the existence of a race midway between the angel and man, gifted with power to exercise a strange mysterious influence over human destiny. The Persians called this mystic race Peris; the Egyptians and the Greeks named them demons, not as evil, but as mysterious allies of man, invisible though ever present; capable of kind acts but implacable if offended.

The Irish called them the Sidhe, or spirit-race, or the Feadh-Ree, a modification of the word Peri. Their country is the Tir-na-oge, the land of perpetual youth, where they live a life of joy and beauty, never knowing disease or death, which is not to come on them till the judgment day, when they are fated to pass into annihilation, to perish utterly and be seen no more. They can assume any form and they make horses out of bits of straw, on which they ride over the country, and to Scotland and back. They have no religion, but a great dread of the Scapular (Latin words from the Gospels written by a priest and hung round the neck). Their power is great over unbaptized children, and such generally grow up evil and have the evil eye, and bring ill luck, unless the name of God is instantly invoked when they look at any one fixedly and in silence.

All over Ireland the fairies have the reputation of being very beautiful, with long yellow hair sweeping the ground, and lithe light forms. They love milk and honey, and sip the nectar from the cups of the flowers, which is their fairy wine.

Underneath the lakes, and deep down in the heart of the hills, they have their fairy palaces of pearl and gold, where they live in splendour and luxury, with music and song and dancing and laughter and all joyous things as befits the gods of the earth. If our eyes were touched by a fairy salve we could see them dancing on the hill in the moonlight. They are served on vessels of gold, and each fairy chief, to mark his rank, wears a circlet of gold round his head.

The Sidhe race were once angels in heaven, but were cast out as a punishment for their pride. Some fell to earth, others were cast into the sea, while many were seized by demons and carried down to hell, whence they issue as evil spirits, to tempt men to destruction under various disguises; chiefly, however, as beautiful young maidens, endowed with the power of song and gifted with the most enchanting wiles. Under the influence of these beautiful sirens a man will commit any and every crime. Then when his soul is utterly black they carry him down to hell, where he remains for ever tortured by the demons to whom he sold himself.

The fairies are very numerous, more numerous than the human race. In their palaces underneath the hills and in the lakes and the sea they hide away much treasure. All the treasure of wrecked ships is theirs; and all the gold that men have hidden and buried in the earth when danger was on them, and then died and left no sign of the place to their descendants. And all the sold of the mine and the jewels of the rocks belong to them; and in the Sifra, or fairy-house, the walls are silver and the pavement is gold, and the banquet-hall is lit by the glitter of the diamonds that stud the rocks....Read More>>>...

Journey's into Spirit-Land

In many Indian myths we read how the shamans, singly or in companies, seek the Spirit-Land, either to search for the souls of those who are ill, but not yet dead, or to seek advice from supernatural beings. These thaumaturgical practices were usually undertaken by three medicine men in concert. Falling into a trance, in which their souls were supposed to become temporarily disunited from their bodies, they would follow the track of the sick man's spirit into the spirit-world. The order in which they travelled was determined by the relative strength of their guardian spirits, those with the strongest being first and last, and he who had the weakest being placed in the middle. If the sick man's track turned to the left they said he would die, but if to the right, he would recover. From the trail they could also divine whether any supernatural danger was near, and the foremost priest would utter a magic chant to avert such evils if they came from the front, while if the danger came from the rear the incantation was sung by the priest who came last. Generally their sojourn occupied one or two nights, and, having rescued the sould of the patient, they returned to place it in his body. Not only was the shaman endowed with the power of projecting his own 'astral body' into the Land of Spirits. By placing cedar-wood charms in the hands of persons who had not yet received a guardian spirit he could impart them his clairvoyant gifts, enabling them to visit the Spirit-land and make any observations required by him. The souls of chiefs, instead of following the usual route, went directly to the sea-shore, where only the most gifted shamans could follow their trail. The sea was regarded as the highway to the supernatural regions. A sick man was in the greatest peril at high water, but when the tide was low the danger was less. The means adopted by the medicine-men to lure ghosts away from their pursuit of a soul was to create an 'astral' deer. The ghosts would turn from hunting the man's soul to follow that of the beast.---"Myths of the North American Indians" by Lewis Spence.

The Fairy Investigation Society

For a brief moment after World War One, everyone was obsessed with fairies.

It started with a series of black and white photographs, showing two schoolgirls in Edwardian clothes frolicking in the garden with tiny, winged fairies.

To the contemporary eye, it's no surprise the photos of the Cottingley Fairies were faked. But in 1920, when the camera was still considered a mysterious and scientific instrument, they captured imaginations far and wide.

Even the great writer and intellectual Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, of Sherlock Holmes fame, championed the photos as evidence that his spiritualist inquiries were based firmly in the real world.

The Cottingley Fairies might be the most recognisable example of early-20th-century interest in the 'fair folk', but they are certainly not the only one. There was, in fact, a society of people, some of whom were hugely influential, who met regularly to discuss fairy sightings and hear from people who'd had their own fairy experiences.

During the horrors of World War I, many people sought comfort via all manners and mediums of supernatural practice. And fairies, being as they were conveniently located at the bottom of the garden, were particularly popular.

Simon Young, a British historian and expert in folklore and accounts of the supernatural, gives a frank account of the original Fairy Investigation Society.

He says it was "an organisation that was set up in the United Kingdom in the 1920s by a bunch of bohemian eccentrics in London"...<<<Read More>>>...

Enki & Enlil, Kings of the Annunaki, Architects of the Intervention

You can palpably feel the desperate yearnings of many a human soul to emerge from the darkness so many languish within on the planet right now. What if we could reach out to the architects of the intervention, cause them to regress into their karma, and so reverse-engineer the energy field that is encasing people? That’s exactly what benevolence is undertaking right now through close encounters with the Annunaki leadership, Enki and Enlil, the architects of the intervention.

The Annunaki came from Niburi, a planet orbiting Anu, otherwise known as Sirius C. The star system went through a shattering shift to higher consciousness around 120 million years ago which obliterated the civilisation there, of which the Annunaki were the elites. They are highly sophisticated and erudite beings, tremendous energetic manipulators. They have since been the architects of many civilisations in our galaxy and our own solar system, such as on Mars.

Through direct exchanges with them, during the catastrophic breakdown of Sirius, they perceived they had been “abandoned by God” and even deceived, as the guidances they received had seemed to lead them to oblivion. Unfortunately, it was their misinterpretation of the guidance that led to the destruction. They’d misunderstood the authentic processes of Ascension into a higher 5D paradigm. Instead, they dumped their karma without fully processing it out. It caused a shattering effect at a soul level.

Nevertheless, the leadership under the brothers Enki and Enlil, escaped the devastation in their spaceships, recovered a degree, and with thinly bottled wrath and rage, embarked on an unswerving motivation to rebuild their civilisation in other constellations – whatever the cost. The creation of slave species, through genetic manipulation, was a key tenet of their agenda. To them, it seemed the necessary thing to do.

They are a powerful warrior race that wouldn’t be easily deterred. They discovered ways to create slave species to their mission – the Orions for example, who were duped into following a new paternal leadership in the Annunaki, programmed to carry out their various machinations and creations. Genetic hybridisation they considered a key architectural skill – they could shape civilisations according to their needs and agenda. They did so without empathy or remorse. How is this possible?

In recent exchanges, in exploring how and why they hybridised Homo Sapiens, they considered they were bringing earth humans “out of the dark ages”. Creating the voice box, for example, which appeared in the human genome literally overnight. No other ape or hominid has naturally evolved that way over millions of years – if the voice box is such an evolutionary advantage, why not? They majorly adapted the human genome and showed early humans how to exploit the earth’s resources to create rich and abundant cities.

That’s how they gained the advantage. But at what cost?...<<<Read More>>>...

What Is the Wild Hunt?

Across Central, Western and Northern Europe, the Wild Hunt is a well-known folk myth of a ghostly leader and his group of hunters and hounds flying through the cold night sky, accompanied by the sounds of the howling wind. The supernatural hunters are recounted as either the dead, elves, or in some instances, fairies. In the Northern tradition, the Wild Hunt was synonymous with great winter storms or changes of season.

The hunt was said to pass through the forests in the coldest, stormiest time of the year. Anyone found outdoors at the time would be swept up into the hunting party involuntarily and dropped miles from their original location. Practitioners of magic may have sought to join the berserkers in spirit, while their bodies remained safely at home. Grimm postulated the story inevitably changed from pre-Christian to more modern times. The myth originally began as a hunt led by a god and goddess visiting the land during a holy holiday, bringing blessings, and accepting offerings from people. They could be heard by the people in the howling winds, but later became known as a pack of ghouls with malicious intent.

The numerous variations of the legend mention different leaders of the hunting party. In Germany the leader is known by various names, for instance, Holt, Holle, Berta, Foste or Heme. Yet one figure frequently appears in the majority of versions: Odin (also called Woden). Odin is known by two particular names which relate to the time of year the Wild Hunt was alleged to occur, JΓ³lnir and Jauloherra. Both of these roughly mean Master of Yule, a festival celebrating the change of the seasons....<<<Read More>>>...

The nine worlds of Norse mythology

The Norse universe consists of nine worlds. These worlds are only referenced a few times throughout the myths and are not specified, but are thought to be (in no particular order) Asgard, Vanaheimr (Vanaheim), JΓΆtunheimr (Jotunheim), Niflheim, Muspelheim, Álfheimr (Alfheim), SvartΓ‘lfaheimr (Svartalfheim), NiΓ°avellir (Nidavellir), and MiΓ°garΓ°r (Midgard) – which is our world.

These worlds are connected by a great ash tree named Yggdrasil, which runs through the centre of the universe. An eagle lives at the top of Yggdrasil, while the dragon NiΓ°hΓΆggr (Nidhogg) lives at the bottom and chews on its roots. The squirrel Ratatosk runs up and down Yggdrasil’s trunk, carrying messages between these two creatures – and they’re not particularly nice messages either.

In addition to holding everything together, Yggdrasil is also a source of wisdom and is where the Γ†sir often gather for meetings. At the foot of the tree is UrΓ°arbrunnr (Urd’s well), which is associated with the three Norns or “fates”.

Under another root is MΓmisbrunnr (MΓmir’s well), which is where Odin gave up his eye as payment for a drink in order to gain the well’s knowledge. It is also thought that Yggdrasil is the tree that Odin hung himself on, again in the pursuit of knowledge....<<<Read More>>>...

The Salmon of Knowledge

In the Fenian Cycle of Irish mythology, the story of the Salmon of Knowledge tells how Fionn Mac Cumhail became the greatest man of all Ireland.

According to Irish mythology, the first people in Ireland were Bith the son of Noah, his daughter Ceasair with her husband Fintan mac BΓ³chra, and Ladhra who had piloted their vessel to the island. They had also 50 virgins. As time passed the pilot Ladhra left to find his own path and Bith died leaving Fintain with Cesair and the 50 women.  This was all too much for Fintan so he left the women and moved away on his own. Grief at the loss of her men caused Cesair to fall into a deep melancholy and she died.

Not long after the death of Cesair a great flood, the Deluge, came about. It wiped the world clean with only Noah and his family safe in their ark. However, God is merciful and he felt a feeling of sorrow for Fintan. Instead of condemning him to die in the raging waters he allowed Fintan to become a salmon and in this form, he survived the terrible event.

After the waters receded, Fintan the salmon swam up to the Boyne River from the sea. He eventually found a deep quiet pool in which he could regain his strength. Now around this pool, God had allowed nine hazel trees to grow and on each tree he allowed nine nuts to grow. These nuts were filled with all the knowledge of the world.

As the seasons passed and autumn approached, the nuts of wisdom matured and fell, one after the other into the pool where Fintan was swimming. He devoured each nut as it touched the water and so all the wisdom was passed onto him. From this, he was known as “ An BradΓ‘n Feasa” or “BradΓ‘n an Eolais” which mean the Salmon of Knowledge....<<<Read More>>>....

Heyoka Empath: The Most Powerful Type of Empath

Empaths are people who have the power to feel the feelings of others, and their pain too. The interesting thing about empaths is that there is a different kind of empaths, out of which the Heyoka Empath might be the most powerful one, as they are considered to be the most spiritually attuned out of all.

What is a heyoka empath? Heyoka is a Native American term meaning “sacred clown” or “fool”. Seems an odd terminology for what we now consider to be the most powerful type of Empath. The translation of heyoka gives us a little clue into the true meaning the Native Americans tried to put behind the word. In English, it would be more appropriate to describe a Heyoka Empath as someone who sees the world differently and acts in a way that is the opposite of normal.

When you meet a Heyoka in person, they act as a great emotional mirror. What you see in them will show you what you must work on to grow and evolve spiritually. Connecting with a heyoka can be an emotional experience. You may leave feeling angry or leave feeling an incredible sense of love.

As an emotional mirror, whenever a Heyoka senses an emotional reaction in you, they use it as a guide of what to reflect back to you that will help you most on your journey....<<<Read More>>>>...
