The Pandemic Preparedness Narrative Gets a Reality Check

No, pandemics don't kill 2.5 million people each year, and no, the risk from infectious disease isn't increasing. The WHO's 'pandemic preparedness' ambitions need a reality check, and a new report does just that.

While much of the debate around pandemic preparedness takes place behind closed doors, RCR had the opportunity to take part in that conversation at Australia’s Parliament House in June.

In June, RCR’s Head of Legal, Katie Ashby-Koppens, joined international experts at Parliament House in Canberra for a series of briefings with Australian Senators and Members of Parliament at the invitation of Senator Alex Antic.

The briefings focused on one of the most significant international public policy changes currently underway: the World Health Organisation’s pandemic reforms and what they mean for Australia....<<<Read More>>>....

WHO pandemic alerts no longer require proof of illness, document states

The WHO’s latest influenza assessment states that “evidence of illness is not required” for laboratory-confirmed cases of influenza A with pandemic potential to trigger mandatory international reporting.

The reporting gateway is based solely on “laboratory-confirmed” infection, a designation that relies on real-time RT-PCR testing.

WHO technical manuals acknowledge that PCR tests measure fluorescence, not the presence of a live virus, and that false-positive signals can arise from contamination, reagent cross-reactions and heat-induced chemical changes.

The new guidance lowers the evidentiary threshold for activating international pandemic response mechanisms that previously accompanied lockdowns, travel restrictions and vaccine mandates.

Health freedom advocates argue the policy shift centralizes decision-making power in laboratory data while removing observable clinical illness as a prerequisite for global action....<<Read More>>>...

The WHO’s High-Price Pandemic Plan Is Built on Smoke and Mirrors

The recent release of Anthony Fauci’s diaries, followed by his refusal to answer questions in an appearance before a US Senate committee by invoking the Fifth Amendment protection against self-incrimination 111 times, highlighted a stark divide in how the Covid pandemic was handled by public health authorities. This is as true of Australia as of the US.

Repeatedly, against the certainty expressed in public to justify official statements on the origins of the virus and on lockdown, mask and vaccine policies, their private contemporaneous conversations confirm that even the top scientists were making decisions based on scientific uncertainty.

Consequently, one of the key legacies of the public-private gap is growing distrust of official claims. That scepticism should extend to the future pandemic agenda. We rely on the World Health Organisation to co-ordinate among countries to prevent scourges such as pandemics reaching our shores, or at least mitigate their effects. In doing so, we must defer to an army of international bureaucrats who work in such institutions – a deference that relies on trust.

Their salaries and careers depend on convincing us to part with more of our money to support their work. Yet, according to a new article on international pandemic financing in the Cambridge journal Health Economics, Policy and Law, the WHO and World Bank rely on dubious assumptions to calculate the return-on-investment case on which all major international efforts to mitigate future pandemics rely.

This should alarm governments. Mitigation is worth investing in, as pandemics will occur from time to time. But the article shows that current investments will have an overall detrimental effect on global health. Most starkly, it suggests a deep rot in the quality of institutions we rely on as stewards of this commonly accepted global good....<<<Read More>>>...

Why is the WHO Driving a Hantavirus Panic?

Yesterday, almost 2,000 people, mostly young children, died of malaria because they could not access effective and relatively cheap treatment quickly enough. About 4,000 people died of tuberculosis (TB), including many young adults leaving orphans. This happens every day. Progress in reducing these numbers is stalling, partly due to the continuing economic damage from the COVID-19 response.

In the past two weeks three tourists unfortunately died among about 150 passengers and crew on a cruise ship MV Hondius off the west coast of the African continent where most of those malaria and TB deaths occurred. The Hondius had a hantavirus outbreak, known to have infected fewer than 10 people but including at least two of those that died.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates that 10,000 to 100,000 hantavirus cases occur every year, spread across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. The current media coverage and WHO news conferences therefore concern about one thousandth of the cases expected this year. Europe averages about 2,000 to 5,000 – they simply have not been newsworthy.

Hantavirus is transmitted from mice and rats through their faeces, urine, saliva or bite. The Andean variety, which occurred on the cruise ship, can also sometimes transmit from a sick infected person. However, as the low number of cases on the ship demonstrates, the risk of human-to-human transmission is not great. It is, however, a nasty virus, with reported mortality around 15% of cases and sometimes significantly higher.

So, among the 170,000 average deaths in the world each day, and thousands from the WHO’s traditional priority diseases, why the excitement over Hantavirus? Why the pictures of hazmat-suited emergency response crews and desperate contact tracing when we don’t usually notice? Why is the Director-General of the entire WHO spending so much time on this, when diseases of poverty are rising and basics such as nutrition funding are falling? A fascinating question.

The WHO wants the United States and Argentina to rejoin, and WHO Director General Tedros Ghebreyesus has raised this in his hantavirus briefings....<<<Read More>>>...

Hantavirus: The fear machine is starting again; this time, you should recognise it, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny says

Corporate media is creating fear around a hantavirus outbreak, following a familiar pattern of creating fear before providing context, similar to previous “outbreaks” like covid, monkeypox (MPOX) and bird flu.

Hantaviruses are a class of viruses that can infect humans, typically through inhalation of aerosolised rodent urine, faeces or saliva, with human-to-human spread being very rare.

Despite the low number of cases and deaths worldwide over decades, there are already 13 documented hantavirus vaccines and gene therapy programmes in active development.

Once again, it’s the Hegelian dialectic: problem, reaction, solution....<<<Read More>>>...

Is This Part 2?

Here we are again, potentially at the start of another fake psyops which has classic signs of BS written all over it.

How many people will fall for this again? Believing the media report and insurgence of fear narratives relating to a supposed virus caught from rats?

Last time it was from bats. Funny first bats and now rats ... it has the total identity of a blatant lie and deception to scaremonger the frightened human sheeples.

So many will currently be believing this 'developing' crisis that the WHO states will not be a pandemic. You know damn well as the snowball begins to roll it won't stop. Crisis actors galore will appear in photos and video footage in the coming days and weeks to fortify the fear that those behind this BS are trying to generate. They are eager to have ANOTHER fakedemic ... another chance to get their poisons pumped into people's systems in order to maim, injure and kill to aid their depopulation agenda.

Quoting from a Facebook page by Guy Anderson (Author of Rise of The Clones, Tesla and The Cabbage Patch Kids and Conspiracy Theories), his assessment of this developing situation is spot on!

"The latest psyop appears to be the “alleged” hantavirus outbreak, aboard the MV Hondius. In my opinion, it’s the perfect example of how modern society is now being flooded with constant warnings about outbreaks and potential health emergencies.

Medical authorities claim that the illness involves the Andes strain of hantavirus, which can allegedly cause severe respiratory complications (where have we heard this before) and has a fatality rates approaching 50%. Despite the apparent seriousness of the illness, the World Health Organisation (Bill Gates) continues to state that the wider public risk remains low and that there’s “currently” no reason for panic.

However, this certainly hasn’t stopped the story from dominating headlines across television, newspapers and social media platforms around the world, who now treat every “virus” as a major international event. Whether it’s bird flu, monkeypox, C0V1D variants or hantavirus, the public is being constantly subjected to an endless cycle of fear-driven coverage, specifically designed to keep people anxious and constantly expecting another pandemic.

Yet, there’s very little evidence to suggest that viruses are transmitted in the way we’ve been told, or that they actually exist at all? Not so long ago we were told to trust our bodies own immunity and would often hear doctors telling us not to worry, it’s just a virus. But in 2020 everything changed…

This constant bombardment is causing growing distrust, because people increasingly feel that fear itself has become part of the system, rather than simply a by-product of reporting. The pattern now appears predictable, with every new “virus” story quickly leading to discussions about restrictions, medical responses, pharmaceutical solutions and eventually the possibility of yet another vaccine!

I strongly believe that the public is being psychologically prepared for a future where outbreaks, emergency warnings and mass vaccination campaigns become a permanent feature of everyday life. Many people no longer see these stories as isolated health incidents, specifically because the governments, media organisations and pharmaceutical companies all benefit from maintaining a climate of continuous fear and dependency upon medical intervention."

Very well said and described much better than we could of!

It is likely that this post, due to its 'controversial' content, will be taken down, especially as it is odds on the the Hantavirus is destined to become another world wide scaremongering tool by the likes of WHO and its controllers.

On a final note, the theory of viruses spinning around everywhere is BS in our opinion. NO virus has ever been isolated in a laboratory. Its mere theory. There are dangerous pathogens that can enter the human body, and the resultant immune defence response creates a defence mechanism that can be deemed a virus ... but it is only an immune reponse. It is this immune response that we are being conditioned to be scared of. Not only that, they are trying to condition people to accept their vaccines and other life threatening medicines in lieu of the human bodies immune system. Sadly, after the last fakedemic, there are literally billions of people who are permanently damaged with little or no immune defence left in their bodies. It is said and also horrific ... and sadly, if it did come to the forced vaccines like last time, they will willingly roll up their sleeves and accept the jabs again and again.

We need to somehow find a collective backbone and the ability to shake off the horrendous brainwashing being inflicted on the 'useless eaters' and we need to do it quick. A final message .... do not fall for the latest round of BS.

African nations assert themselves and manage to postpone finalisation of WHO’s Pandemic Agreement

Finalisation of the World Health Organisation’s Pandemic Agreement has been postponed again due to disagreements, particularly from a large bloc of African countries.

Although the main Agreement was adopted in May 2025, it cannot enter into force or be opened for signature until the contentious Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing (“PABS”) annex is finalised. Until then, the treaty remains incomplete. Due to disagreements on PABS, instead of meeting the target deadline at the 79th World Health Assembly in May 2026, the deadline for completion has been pushed to the 2027 World Health Assembly.

The African states have correctly identified that WHO is attempting to impose centralised control reminiscent of the colonial era.

WHO is prioritising the interests of its major financial sponsors, such as Bill Gates and pharmaceutical corporations, over the needs of low-income countries and populations. It has become a tool for wealthy donors and corporations, rather than a legitimate public health agency.

“The United States withdrawal from the WHO offers an opportunity, but it is the low-income countries on the receiving end of the WHO’s capture that need to drive change. The pushback on the Pandemic Agreement suggests that this may be happening,” David Bell writes...<<<Read More>>>....

Hantavirus: Another PsyOp?

We suggest you make a note of the link to this story located at the <<<Read Me>>>... at the end of the article, as it is very possible this post will be taken down in the coming days or weeks.

 +++++++++++++++++++

In recent days, it’s been all over the news. The discredited World Health Organisation is attempting to justify its existence by managing a highly publicised Hantavirus “outbreak” on a cruise ship.

The whole debacle is reminiscent of the Diamond Princess in February 2020, shortly before WHO declared the falsified covid pandemic.

I seldom publish my thoughts in an article, so please note: This is an opinion piece. It is an article that is not intended to provide facts but is intended to encourage people to think for themselves.

The United Nations (“UN”), as most of our readers know, is a non-governmental organisation which the Rockefellers consider to be their own little project. And WHO is a specialised agency of the UN.

Currently, Channel 4 is pushing the hantavirus narrative. Reminiscent of the passenger liner, the Diamond Princess, during the early days (February 2020) of the covid PsyOp, Channel 4 has been attempting to raise fears about a deadly virus on the cruise ship MV Hondius, which is currently anchored off the coast of Cape Verde awaiting evacuation.

If you listen carefully to the words behind the hype, a suspected hantavirus outbreak has possibly caused three passenger deaths, although the cause of death has not yet been confirmed. Multiple passengers have fallen ill, although only two have been confirmed as carrying the hantavirus, so that bastion of honesty and integrity (sarcasm) the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) claims....<<<Read More>>>....

The Pandemic Treaty Fails Again: It’s Time to Talk About Replacing the WHO

Finalisation of the much-heralded Pandemic Agreement, the flagship of the World Health Organisation’s pandemic agenda, has just been postponed again after another failure to resolve disagreements. Despite heavy pressure from the WHO and European Union in yet another meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, a large bloc of African states is refusing to sign on to what the states consider a clear colonialist agenda. Which of course it is, aimed at putting Covid-era wealth transfers on a more permanent footing.

The WHO, for reasons explained below, is doing what it is paid to do. Major financial sponsors of the WHO have much to gain from getting this agreement through. It has fallen on African leaders, attuned to the model of rich countries and their corporations imposing rules designed for wealth extraction, to protect the rest of us from the farce that the current public health approach to pandemics has become.

The fact that the agency tasked with building capacity and promoting sustainability of low-income health systems is instead doing the opposite now needs to become the central issue of this whole shabby episode. It is time for the international public health community to face itself and decide on which side – people or profit – it should stand....<<<Read More>>>....

WHO Emergency Use Listing scheme is designed to override national vaccine approval processes while taking no responsibility

The World Health Organisation is developing a supranational vaccine authorisation mechanism – the Emergency Use Listing – which allows it to influence regulatory decisions inside sovereign states.

The mechanism aims to override national authorising bodies’ safety measures while absolving WHO and its funders of any legal responsibility.

In the following, Yaffa Shir-Raz and David Shuldman explain how WHO implemented this mechanism in Israel in 2020 using a Bill Gates polio vaccine, which, during the twists and turns of the global plot, required the help of the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency to implement the scheme.

“Israel was the first Western arena in which the EUL mechanism was put into practice. This is not merely a local event. It serves as a test case for a new model – a practical examination of the WHO’s ability to shape approval processes in a Western country without bearing direct regulatory responsibility,” the authors write.

“Beyond the damage to sovereignty, the danger in this [EUL] model is deeper. [Unlike a national regulatory system,] the WHO does not bear legal responsibility within states and is not subject to judicial or parliamentary oversight there.”....<<<Read More>>>...

WHO Partners with Singapore’s Temasek to Develop Digital Health Wallet System

The World Health Organization has announced a partnership with Singapore government-owned investment firm Temasek Holdings to develop what it describes as 'interoperable digital health wallets' for global use. The initiative builds on digital documentation systems used during the COVID-19 pandemic and follows recent amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations.

The partnership, announced earlier this week, will begin with a pilot program involving the 11 member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). According to the WHO, the program aims to create a 'replicable model' for potential export to other countries. The digital wallets will initially contain digital international certificates of vaccination or prophylaxis, with plans to later expand to 'broader personal health summaries' ...<<<Read More>>>...

How “Unprecedented” is the Kent Meningitis Outbreak?

Are the students being given lumbar punctures to test for any virus in the spinal chord? That we believe is the only way to test for meningitis.

++++++++

Wes Streeting has expressed concern about the rapid spread and severity of the meningitis outbreak in Kent. According to UKHSA health officials, the number of confirmed cases has risen from 15 to 20. Streeting described the outbreak in Kent as “unprecedented”. Therefore, we thought we’d take a look at the data.

Based on UKHSA annual surveillance reports (2010-2025), the number of meningococcal cases in England decreased significantly, from approximately 1,915 in 2010 to 1,010 in 2015. This downward trend continued more gradually, reaching below 700 cases by 2019. In 2020, the number of cases dropped dramatically, largely due to COVID-19 restrictions. Following this decline, cases began to rise again, stabilising at roughly 340-400 per year.

The case numbers for infants declined markedly from 2010 to 2019, dropped sharply in 2020, and then rose again post-pandemic. Teenagers and young adults formed the second-largest group, following a similar pattern of decline. Adult cases were lower overall but still showed the same temporal trend.

Across all age groups, cases decreased substantially over the decade, with a clear disruption in 2020 and partial recovery thereafter....<<<Read More>>>...

WHO claims radiation from EMFs is safe; WHO is plagued with conflicts of interest and flawed studies

WHO claims that electromagnetic radiation from sources such as 5G and smartphones is safe. But independent researchers disagree, citing concerns over cancer, mental health and other health risks.

The International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields has criticised WHO for conflicts of interest, flawed methodologies and downplaying of health risks.

The official line from the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) and others says 5G and other sources of electromagnetic radiation are entirely safe, but independent researchers with no financial backing from, in this case, the Telecoms industry have a very different view.

The public, as always, is largely in the dark. The same “tin foil hat” attributions abound. Quite apart from any electromagnetic mechanisms, there are also huge concerns about excess time on smartphones and devices in childhood linked to an increase in mental health difficulties,

Your smartphone, your Wi-Fi, your smart meter, your other smart gadgets and much else all use radio-frequency radiation (“RFR”), but what physical effect is this having on you and your family’s health? Where can the truth be found? Although we only ever hear publicly that RFR “should” be safe, a glimpse behind the scenes reveals a raging battle amongst scientists in an attempt to control the narrative.

This struggle comes at a time when the governments of the world are awaiting the forthcoming WHO Environmental Health Criteria monograph, which will pronounce on the health risks or otherwise of exposure to electromagnetic fields, including RFR. Even more critical is the upcoming possible reclassification of RFR as a probable cancer risk by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (“IARC”). The stakes could not be higher....<<<Read More>>>...

Nipah Virus Triggers Another Bout of Hysteria in the Media

A large outbreak of hysteria occurred in the media over the past week regarding a small Nipah virus outbreak in eastern India. ‘Hysteria’ is the correct word in terms of proportionality. It is not, unfortunately, the right word in terms of intent. Ten years ago this episode of Nipah virus disease would barely have rated a mention internationally, and certainly not stimulated airport screening and travel warnings – there have been many larger outbreaks of Nipah virus than this one which did not.

The change over recent years is not that people have lost their minds. It relates to the adoption of the fear-panic-profit model that has entrenched itself in international public health. Tens of billions in annual funding are on the table, and they depend – with the thousands of salaries and exorbitant Pharma profits tied to the pandemic industry – on the maintenance of a constant sense of imminent threat.

The World Health Organisation reports two cases from this Nipah outbreak, which is fewer than usual. As is common, they involve health service personnel, a group that is often infected by the virus before the diagnosis is clear in the patients they care for. Nipah virus infection historically has a high mortality rate among those infected, and each death is a tragedy, especially in those who are infected through caring for others. The deliberate hysteria and fearmongering these cases are being used to promote will kill lots more, because they divert resources from programmes aimed at far worse health problems. But using small recurrent outbreaks to promote fear is a business case that is too attractive to too many. This Nipah outbreak is simply its latest iteration....<<<Read More>>>...

Scientists accuse World Health Organization of downplaying cell phone cancer risks

A consortium of scientists (ICBE-EMF) has issued a report claiming the World Health Organization's (WHO) reviews on cellphone radiation safety are critically flawed and provide no credible assurance that the technology is safe.

The ICBE-EMF alleges the WHO reviews used unreliable methods, primarily by inappropriately applying meta-analyses to dissimilar studies, which can obscure evidence of harm. They also raise concerns about potential industry bias and conflicts of interest among the review authors.

Despite the flawed methods, the ICBE-EMF notes that the WHO's own reviews found evidence linking radiofrequency radiation to specific cancers in animals (corroborated by human studies) and reduced male fertility, but these findings are being downplayed.

The report argues this downplaying stems from an outdated "thermal-only paradigm," which incorrectly assumes radiation is harmless unless it heats tissue. Modern science shows biological harm can occur at lower, non-thermal levels.

The ICBE-EMF demands the WHO recommission its reviews with proper methods and conflict-free authors. They urge a precautionary approach, shifting the burden of proof to the industry to demonstrate safety, especially for vulnerable populations....<<<Read More>>>...

The WHO Pandemic Accords Consolidate the Power of the Covid Clerisy on a Global Scale

Amendments to the decades-old International Health Regulations came into effect on September 19th. A new Pandemic Agreement, adopted in May, will be opened for signature after a pathogens access and benefits sharing deal that is expected to be reached next year.

The WHO Pandemic Accords, as the two documents are known, are a good example of the type of global governance initiatives on which there is a consensus among technocratic elites, but against which there is a rising populist revolt.

Two other examples that were mentioned by President Donald Trump in his UN address on September 23rd are immigration and climate change. The speech was a wide-ranging defence of national sovereignty against globalism....<<<Read More>>>....

US and three other countries reject WHO’s IHR amendments; the UK, the global censorship hub, is not one of them

On 18 July, the US officially rejected the World Health Organisation’s (“WHO”) 2024 amendments to the International Health Regulations (“IHR”), citing threats to national sovereignty, free speech and constitutional protections.

If not rejected, the amendments would have allowed the WHO to influence lockdowns, vaccine documentation and pandemic declarations without approval from elected officials or public input.

Austria, Italy and Israel also blocked the amendments before the 19 July 2025 deadline, each emphasising the need for local control over health policy and rejecting unelected global oversight.

Countries that did not formally reject the amendments by the deadline will be bound by them starting 19 September 2025, while four nations have until the 19th September 2026 to opt out.

People can still take action by checking their country’s position, pressuring local representatives, informing others and organising efforts to defend national health autonomy....<<<Read More>>>...

‘The Agenda: their Vision, Your Future’: The digital prison that awaits us all

“The prophecies made in 1931 [in ‘Brave New World’] are coming true much sooner than I thought they would … The nightmare of total organisation … has emerged … and is now awaiting us, just around the next corner.”—Aldous Huxley, Brave New World Revisited, 1958

‘The Agenda: Their Vision, Your Future’ is a feature-length independent documentary produced by Mark Sharman; former UK broadcasting executive at ITV and Sky (formerly BSkyB).

In fiction and fact, there have always been people and organisations with ambitions to control the world. And now the oligarchs who pull the strings of finance and power finally have the tools to achieve their global objectives; omnipresent surveillance, artificial intelligence, digital currency and ultimately digital identities. The potential for social control of our lives and minds is alarmingly real.

The plan has been decades in the making and has seen infiltration of Governments, local councils, big business, civil society, the media and, crucially, education. A ceaseless push for a new reality, echoing Aldous Huxley’s ‘Brave New World’, or George Orwell’s ‘1984’.

‘The Agenda: Their Vision, Your Future’ examines the digital prison which awaits us if we do not push back right now. How your food, energy, money, travel and even your access to the internet could be limited and controlled; how financial power is strangling democracy and how global institutions like the World Health Organisation are commandeered to champion ideological and fiscal objectives.

The centrepiece is man-made climate change and with it, the race to Net Zero. Both are encapsulated in the United Nations and its Agenda 2030. A force for good? Or “a blank cheque for totalitarian global control”?....<<<Read More>>>...

US and Argentina announce plan to create an alternative global health system after withdrawing from WHO

US Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Argentine Minister of Health Mario Lugones signed a joint declaration to reaffirm their countries’ withdrawals from WHO and build a new global health cooperation model.

The new system aims to be based on scientific integrity, transparency, sovereignty and accountability, and will be free from totalitarian impulses, corruption and political control.

The decision to pull the US out of WHO was declared by President Donald Trump in January. The following month, Argentine President Javier Milei announced his country would also be withdrawing from WHO. The Argentine government justified its departure in a statement earlier this week, saying that WHO’s prescriptions do not work because they are not based on science but on political interests and bureaucratic structures....<<<Read More>>>...

WHO’s Pandemic Agreement is adopted despite concerns about unelected institutions imposing global policies

Members of the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) adopted a global pandemic accord on Tuesday, 20 May 2025; 124 countries voted in favour, no countries voted against, while 11 countries abstained and 46 countries were not present. The total votes cast don’t add up, but those are the numbers WHO has declared.

For the countries that abstained – of which, shamefully, the UK was not one – their concerns included loss of national sovereignty, lack of legal clarity and the risk of unelected institutions imposing policy.

Please note: The Pandemic Agreement has been called various names over the years. It has also been referred to as the Pandemic Treaty, Pandemic Accord and WHO Convention Agreement + (“WHO CA+”).

To ensure the Pandemic Agreement was adopted by the easiest possible route, WHO had determined that a vote need not take place, and instead it would be adopted by “consensus.”

Surprised that a “democratic institution” did not want to have a vote, Slovakia requested that a vote on the draft Pandemic Agreement take place, which Tedros the Terrorist attempted to stop hours before the vote was scheduled.

The vote was conducted by “a show of hands,” by “representatives” holding up their name plates, and then people counting the number of name plates raised. Which way countries voted was not recorded. It all sounds a bit dubious and fraught with error, with no way of checking whether an error, inadvertently or deliberately, has been made. A “show of hands” might be a good way to gauge how many bags of sweets to buy for a school outing, it certainly isn’t the way to vote on a global agreement.

To watch a video of the vote, go to WHO’s 78th World Health Assembly webpage, HERE, and select the ‘Committee A’ tab shown under the current video. Then from the list of ‘Committee A’ videos, select ‘WHA78 – Committee A, Second Committee A Meeting, 19/05/2025 – 18:50-21:40’. The “show of hands” voting begins at timestamp 02:47:20. The results were (see timestamp 03:08:08):

Number of members entitled to vote, 181
Number of members absent, 46
Number of abstentions, 11
Number of members present and voting, 124
Number of votes in favour, 124
Number of votes against, 0
Number of votes required for the majority of two-thirds of members present and voting, 83

Yes, the Chair read out that the number of members present and voting was the same as the number of votes in favour; 124. In other words, the Chair claimed that all countries that had representatives present at the meeting voted in favour of the Pandemic Agreement. When no name plates were raised during the time allotted for votes against the Agreement, the so-called country representatives gave themselves a standing ovation....<<<Read More>>>...
