Could gravity be evidence that the universe is a computer simulation?

 The problem here is with the concept of gravity. We are told there is gravity but it can be traced to an unproven freemasonry theory. It is not absolute fact ... the idea of a computer simulation is bang on the money.

We live in Matrix: The Scientific Case for a Simulated Universe

 The simulated universe theory implies that our universe, with all its galaxies, planets and life forms, is a meticulously programmed computer simulation. In this scenario, the physical laws governing our reality are simply algorithms. The experiences we have are generated by the computational processes of an immensely advanced system.

While inherently speculative, the simulated universe theory has gained attention from scientists and philosophers due to its intriguing implications. The idea has made its mark in popular culture, across movies, TV shows and books – including the 1999 film The Matrix.

The earliest records of the concept that reality is an illusion are from ancient Greece. There, the question “What is the nature of our reality?”, posed by Plato (427 BC) and others, gave birth to idealism. Idealist ancient thinkers such as Plato considered mind and spirit as the abiding reality. Matter, they argued, was just a manifestation or illusion.

Fast forward to modern times, and idealism has morphed into a new philosophy. This is the idea that both the material world and consciousness are part of a simulated reality. Our reality could have been created by people from the future

 Rich Terrill, a computer scientist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, believes that our universe could very well be a simulation with artificially intelligent inhabitants who believe in their world.

“We live in one generation from those gods who create these universes,” he said. Terrill meant that our reality was created by people from the future. And he is not alone in his opinion.

Mathematician, philosopher and physicist Nick Bostrom of the University of Oxford thinks the same way.

Meta alone is building two massive data centers with plans for $600 billion in U.S. infrastructure over three years. The official narrative tells us these data centers will power chatbots, image generators, and autonomous vehicles. That is likely a cover story. The real endgame, as I see it, is to reach what Rizwan Virk calls the 'simulation point' -- the moment when a civilization becomes advanced enough to create indistinguishable simulated universes. Ancient texts and modern physics both hint that our own reality may be one such simulation. If that is true, then the data center buildout is not about serving human users; it is about spawning digital gods. This is not mere speculation -- it is the logical conclusion when you connect the dots between computer science, quantum physics, and the relentless push for ever-greater power and dominance over our world.

The case for our reality being a simulation grows stronger with each scientific discovery. The Planck length and Planck time reveal a digital, pixelated universe -- not a continuous one. How To Test If We’re Living In A Computer Simulation

 Physicists have long struggled to explain why the universe started out with conditions suitable for life to evolve.

Why do the physical laws and constants take the very specific values that allow stars, planets and ultimately life to develop?

The expansive force of the universe, dark energy, for example, is much weaker than theory suggests it should be – allowing matter to clump together rather than being ripped apart. A common answer is that we live in an infinite multiverse of universes, so we shouldn’t be surprised that at least one universe has turned out as ours. But another is that our universe is a computer simulation, with someone (perhaps an advanced alien species) fine-tuning the conditions.

The latter option is supported by a branch of science called information physics, which suggests that space-time and matter are not fundamental phenomena.

Instead, the physical reality is fundamentally made up of bits of information, from which our experience of space-time emerges. By comparison, temperature “emerges” from the collective movement of atoms. No single atom fundamentally has temperature.

Are We Living in a Computer Simulation? An Experimental Test

 In anticipation for my next public lecture, the organizer requested the title of my lecture. I suggested: “Hunting for Aliens.” The organizer expressed concern that some members of the audience might confuse me for a U.S. government employee in search of illegal aliens near the southern border wall. I explained that no two-dimensional wall erected on Earth would protect us from extraterrestrials because they will arrive from above.

It is just a matter of time until we notice interstellar travelers arriving without a proper visa. A policy of deporting them back to their home exoplanet will be expensive — over a billion dollars per flight. The trip will also take a long time — over a billion years with conventional chemical propulsion. We will have to learn how to live with these aliens, and promote diversity and inclusion in a Galactic context.

The Sun formed in the last third of cosmic history, so we are relatively late to the party of interstellar travelers. Experienced travelers might have been engaged in their interstellar journeys for billions of years. The Observer Effect suggests it's likely we're living in a simulation.

 So I’ve been thinking about the observer effect in quantum mechanics, and the more I look into it, the more it seems like reality isn’t as solid as we think and it almost acts like a simulation.

Basically, in quantum mechanics particles exist in a blurry state of possibilities until they’re observed. The best example is the double-slit experiment:

When we don’t measure which slit a particle goes through, it behaves like a wave, going through both slits at once and creating an interference pattern.

But the moment we observe it, the particle "chooses" a path and acts like a solid object. The interference pattern disappears.

This means that just looking at something on a quantum level changes how it behaves. If reality were truly independent of us, things should exist the same way whether we observe them or not. But instead, the universe seems to "decide" on an outcome only when it’s being watched, kind of like how a video game only renders what’s in front of the player to save processing power.

Reality isn’t “fully loaded” until it’s observed, just like how video games don’t generate unnecessary details in the background. The universe is suspiciously mathematical, almost as if it’s following coded rules. Everything is weirdly fine-tuned, as if someone set the conditions perfectly for life to exist.

It’s Pretty Suspicious!!

If the universe is really just physical matter, why does it act like it’s "waiting" for someone to observe it before making up its mind? That sounds less like a solid reality and more like a computational system responding to input.

I’m not saying we’re definitely in a simulation, but if we were wouldn’t the observer effect be exactly the kind of glitch you’d expect to see? (Link)

Are we living in a simulation? Scientist claims we're simply characters in an advanced AI world

If you feel like you're living in a convincing virtual reality akin to The Matrix, a scientist thinks you may well be right.

Melvin Vopson, an associate professor in physics at the University of Portsmouth, claims our entire universe may be an advanced computer simulation.

And the proof that this so-called simulation hypothesis is correct may be hiding in plain sight in the Bible.

Professor Vopson told MailOnline: 'The bible itself tells us that we are in a simulation and it also tells us who is doing it.

'It is done by an AI – an artificial intelligence.'

Professor Vopson points to the Gospel of John, one of the first four books of the New Testament, the second part of the Christian Bible.

Gospel of John opens with the powerful statement: 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.'

The professor says this verse has 'deep theological significance in Christian doctrine', but it also carries 'intriguing implications' when considered in the context of the universe as a simulation.

He argues that 'the Word' in this famous sentence refers to the underlying computer code that governs and controls the simulation.

Hyperreality, Synchromysticism & Simulation

 We are the first digital inhabitants of a universe of pure symbolic media exchange, living in an empty space of virtuality, where subjectivity and objective truth have intertwined together.

At the core of this collective experience, we find a fabricated system of meaning that limits human participation to that of mindless spectator, while a digital hyperreality is slowly born.

Images serve as a symbolic system through which people communicate and culture is transmitted. Some images contain a system of symbols and are used for various types of communication.

Societies often share common symbols, and many symbols contain the same basic elements. Taken together, these symbols convey specific meanings.

For example, we are all born into a society with a written system of some kind, made of symbolic shapes called language which refer to spoken sound. None of us were the engineers of this system to begin with.

A study of synchromysticism and numerological exploration can help uncover secret languages encoded inside the realm of reality, and which can be used to decipher meaning in unique ways.

A feature that makes synchromysticism unique to other forms of synchronicity is its focus on esoteric mystical symbolism and the use of communications technology to document, share and compare synchronicities related to such symbols – from ancient traditions to mass media.

By utilising cryptic understandings of symbols, we can decode, map, and predict future world events. How? Symbols channel a form of collective mass unconscious in the human species in which the subconscious realm can be influenced and dictated, hence altering the conscious sphere.

Not only are symbols used to pre-program major world events on our television screens, but they are in fact a present reality in every single element of everyday life. We are living a fairy-tale dream.

We have become so overwhelmed with symbols (translated as ‘information’) in the modern world that objective truth has been blanketed to the point it cannot be identified authentically.

Analyses of objectivation, institutionalisation and legitimation are directly applicable to the problems of the sociology of language, the theory of social action and institutions, and of religion. ‘Digital Twin’ Of Earth Being Created To Predict The Future, Micro-Manage Everything (A simulation within a simulation)

 You can run, but you can not hide. The humongous new AI data centers, satellite networks, ground sensors, cell phones, and all the data on earth will combine to create a “Skynet” scenario to control everything, and all life forms. Driven by a lust to get to “net-zero”, this will far exceed anything related to climate change.

How do you know when a small-scale farmer in Africa, Latin America or Asia has sufficiently adapted to longer droughts or shifts in traditional monsoon seasons?

The complexity of this question means it is often left unanswered, with funding for such adaptation in developing countries dropping to around just a quarter of total climate finance provided by developed countries.

Delegates gathering at the Bonn Climate Change Conference to prepare for this year’s UN climate talks will be anticipating such questions, with COP29 already dubbed the “finance COP”.

In Baku, Azerbaijan, later this year, countries are expected to discuss a new climate finance deal after reaching the target of $100 billion (€93.2bn) a year in finance for developing countries two years later than agreed.

Historically low-emitting countries across much of the Global South desperately need more financial support to improve their climate defences across key sectors such as agriculture.

Less than 1% of international climate finance was spent helping smallholder farmers adapt to climate change in 2021, with many forced to spend up to 40% of their own incomes to cope with floods, droughts and crop pests.

Humanity’s Crisis of Imagination

 Many seem to believe that our existing systems and ways of living are not only good enough to solve the many challenges we face but that they are also the best we can do.

Sure, maybe people scoff at wealth inequalities and the levels of corruption in politics and big business in every country, but the belief I’m referring to tends to state that government, politics, economies, and what we’ve flashed out generally beats all other ways of living and we should accept that.

As a result, not very many people are looking deeper at what else is possible for our local and global social design. Part of this is because there isn’t much ‘viral content’ out there doing so. After all, not many of today’s influencers focus on this discussion, but it’s also because people seem to lack the motivation to do so.

Our globally wicked problems seem unsolvable and too big to wrap our heads around, new ideas are probably bad and a scam anyway, so why not just stick to what we know and hope it solves things, right?...<<<Read More>>>...
