Mpox, Project Bioshield: Everyone’s Dark Winter?

 In 2022, mpox (formerly known as monkey pox) drew worldwide attention, when more than 20 countries reported infections to the World Health Organization by May of that year. It led to WHO Director-General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, declaring the mpox outbreak involving clade IIb of the virus in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its expansion to neighbouring countries, a global health emergency.

The monkeypox virus is part of the same family of viruses (orthopoxviruses) as smallpox but is less severe. In 1980, the World Health Assembly announced that smallpox had been eradicated and recommended that all countries cease vaccination. Although labs in two countries still officially store smallpox samples (US and Russia).

Mpox was first identified in Denmark, in 1958, when two outbreaks of a pox-like disease occurred in lab monkeys, which is how it got its name – although monkeys are not considered to be reservoirs for the virus. The source of the virus is said to be unknown.

In 1970, the first human case of mpox was recorded in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This was during a time when smallpox was being eradicated. The disease is considered to be endemic to countries in central and west Africa. The outbreaks have been concentrated among men who have sex with men.

In late September 2023, the emergence of a new variant of the virus was detected in central Africa. As of August 2024, more than 21,000 cases have been reported, with over 600 fatalities, nearly all in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

On 14 August 2024, the World Health Organization declared the epidemic a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC).

A month after the WHO’s announcement, the small Danish biotech firm, Bavarian Nordic, became the first in the world to receive approval for a monkeypox vaccine, JYNNEOS (known internationally as Imvamune or Imvanex), initially developed for smallpox but was rarely used.

In the wake of the September 2001 anthrax attacks, President George W. Bush signed into law the Project BioShield Act of 2004 (Project BioShield) “as part of a broader strategy to defend America against the threat of weapons of mass destruction. The purpose of Project BioShield is to accelerate the research, development, purchase, and availability of effective medical countermeasures against biological, chemical, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats.”

Project Bioshield was a ten-year program managed by Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), part of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Malcolm Roberts, Senator for Queensland, has delivered a speech in the Australian about the World Health Organisation declaring monkeypox (now mpox) a global public health emergency.

WHO is influenced by big pharmaceutical companies, he told the Chamber, it lacks transparency in its dealings and there is conflict of interest with vaccine sales. WHO is a corrupt organisation and its director-general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has unchecked power.

In the recent past, both WHO and the Therapeutic Goods Administration have failed in their regulatory duties, serving political agendas rather than the public interest. The time of blind trust in the WHO’s narrative is over; it’s now the age of “prove it,” he said.

The World Health Organisation (“WHO”) has declared monkeypox a global public health emergency, triggering emergency powers to drive vaccine sales that benefit big pharmaceutical companies with ties to the organisation. This decision serves corporate interests rather than public health.

Regulatory agencies that are meant to protect the public fall under undue influence from the industries they regulate. The WHO is a corrupt organisation that is designed to funnel taxpayer money to its billionaire donors. Australian taxpayers gave $30 million to the WHO last year, likely as a show of loyalty.

Transparency is lacking. Major donors include GAVI, a vaccine alliance funded by corporations tied to predatory giants like BlackRock and Vanguard, who also own large shares in pharmaceutical companies.

The WHO’s monkeypox emergency, declared solely by its director-general, Tedros Ghebreyesus, highlights the unchecked power of the position. This decision created a market for four already-approved vaccines linked to companies backed by BlackRock and Vanguard, ensuring massive profits for their shareholders. WHO wants money to implement its regional plan for its PHEIC (“fake”) declaration for mpox

 The World Health Organisation’s recent declaration of a mpox (aka monkeypox) public health emergency of international concern (“PHEIC”) allows for the extension of recommendations from the previously declared mpox PHEIC in 2022 and the issuance of new ones, along with facilitating the granting of emergency use listings for monkeypox vaccines.

To implement its mpox response plan for the affected region in Africa, WHO is, initially, asking for donors and funders to provide it with US$15 million. This is in addition to direct aid from countries. For example, the US has committed hundreds of millions of dollars in aid, primarily for vaccines, to the DRC which is at the epicentre of the outbreak.

Revisiting the last time Tedros the Terrorist declared mpox an international health emergency

 In May 2022, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus declared monkeypox, now called mpox, a PHEIC despite the majority of the expert panel advising against it. This decision raised concerns about Tedros’s objectivity and possible external influences.

At the time there are also suspicions about Tedros’s motives, especially given the upcoming Pandemic Treaty vote. Some experts believed that the necessary tools are available to control monkeypox and that the mortality rate is low, questioning the need for a public health emergency of international concern (“PHEIC”).

Additionally, there are concerns about fearmongering and an orchestrated perception of a pandemic. Furthermore, a tabletop exercise in March 2021 involving global leaders and experts discussed combating a bioterror monkeypox threat scheduled to commence in May 2022, at the very time Tedros declared mpox to be a PHEIC.

It was fun while it lasted. We actually had quite a few months without an official “global health emergency” to be concerned about, but now that streak is over. On Wednesday, the World Health Organization announced that Monkeypox has officially been classified as a “public health emergency of international concern”. Health officials have lost control of the new mutant strain that is spreading in Africa, and so that is why this move was made. Compared to the strain that caused so much chaos in 2022, this new strain has a much higher death rate and we are being told that in many cases it is spreading without any sexual contact at all. If this thing gets loose in the United States and Europe, the level of fear that we will witness will be off the charts.

For now, the only confirmed cases of this new mutant strain of Monkeypox are all in central Africa.

But it is probably only a matter of time before it spreads to more areas.

The head of the committee that determined that a “public health emergency of international concern” was warranted says that this new strain is an emergency “for the entire globe”…

The World Health Organization today declared an ultra-deadly strain of monkeypox a global public health emergency.

Officials said that an outbreak of the virus in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries posed 'international concern' - the WHO's highest level of alert.

WHO seeks “emergency use listing” for monkeypox vaccines as globalists try to launch another pandemic scare

 The World Health Organization has set the process in motion for granting an emergency use listing to a pair of vaccines targeting the monkeypox virus as globalists desperately try to launch a monkeypox pandemic scare just three months before the election.

An emergency use listing is used by the organization to support member states that have not authorized an unlicensed vaccine or therapeutic in speeding up the process so they can be administered to the population. According to WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the move will enable people in lower-income countries that still haven't approved the vaccines to access them sooner.

“Emergency Use Listing also enables partners including Gavi and UNICEF to procure vaccines for distribution,” he said.

Emergency use listing is the same designation that was used during the COVID-19 pandemic to help member states authorize and distribute the experimental vaccines to the masses.

According to Tedros, the Democratic Republic of the Congo is currently in the midst of a severe monkeypox outbreak, recording 14,000 cases and more than 500 deaths. At least 50 confirmed cases have been reported in nearby countries such as Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya and Burundi.

A new strain of monkeypox with the potential to spread and cause another pandemic has been discovered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in Central Africa, say medical experts. Be afraid. Another pandemic psyop is being initiated.

According to the Daily Mail, the strain dubbed clade 1b was found in the gold mining town of Kamituga in the DRC's South Kivu province. It evolved from the more lethal clade 1 variant of the virus, which is endemic to Central Africa. Clade 1b showed increased infectiousness and an enhanced ability to evade detection by conventional testing methods.

The Mail added that Kamituga – a poor, densely populated town sustained by its gold mining industry – could fuel the spread of clade 1b outside the DRC's borders. The local population, which often travels for work, interacts frequently with neighboring countries – exacerbating the risk of monkeypox.

Congolese scientists and international collaborators reported the discovery in a pre-print study posted April 14 on medRxiv. It highlighted clade 1b's "pandemic potential" and underscored the necessity for swift international cooperation to prevent a widespread health crisis. According to the study's authors, the town's health facilities as ill-prepared to handle a surge in cases due to the lack of resources and infrastructure needed to combat a major outbreak.

"Without intervention, this localized Kamituga outbreak harbors the potential to spread nationally and internationally," they wrote. "Given the history of [monkeypox] outbreaks in the DRC, we advocate for swift action by endemic countries and the international community to avert another global [monkeypox] outbreak."

NIH official caught developing new version of monkeypox that’s 1,000 times more lethal than the last one

Several members of Congress are trying to get answers from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) about a researcher there who is tampering with multiple different strains of monkeypox in order to produce a super-monkeypox virus that is 1,000 times more deadly than the last one.

House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wa.), Subcommittee on Health Chair Brett Guthrie (R-Ky.), and Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations Chair Morgan Griffith (R-Va.) recently sent a second letter to Lawrence Tabak, a senior official at the NIH who is currently performing the duties of director, requesting details about the project. They sent an initial letter back on Oct. 31, 2022, but never received any response.

In this second letter, the three members of Congress also included a formal notice asking the NIH to preserve all existing and future records and materials related to the new monkeypox project so it can be reviewed and scrutinized at some point in the future...<<<Read More>>>...

On 9 August, STAT News reported that the US health secretary recently declared monkeypox as a public health emergency, paving the way for emergency use authorisations of additional vaccines or vaccine regimens to fight the disease.

The same day, Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) Commissioner Robert Califf said that the US government is seriously considering stretching the very limited supply of Bavarian Nordic’s Jynneos vaccine – the only vaccine licensed against monkeypox in the US – by changing the way it is given. Instead of giving a full dose subcutaneously (into the fat layer under the skin), a lower dose of the vaccine could be given intradermally (injecting the vaccine within the skin). Without Clinical Trials, FDA Authorizes Modified Monkeypox Vaccine, Expands Eligibility to ‘High-Risk’ Children

 Bypassing normal clinical trial guidance, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Tuesday expanded the Emergency Use Authorization for the Jynneos monkeypox vaccine to allow for an alternative method of injection and for “high-risk” children under 18 to get the vaccine.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Tuesday expanded the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the Jynneos monkeypox vaccine to allow for an alternative method of injection the agency said would help conserve low supplies.

The expanded EUA also allows the vaccine to be used in children under age 18 who are at “high risk” of infection.

Prior to issuing the expanded EUA, the FDA confirmed that “numerous” children were granted access to the vaccine on a “case-by-case basis” through a special permission process — even though the vaccine was not approved or authorized for emergency use in that age group — ABC News reported on Aug. 4.

News of the potential dose-sparing recommendations prompted some congressional staff — including from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services — to question federal health officials about whether using the alternative injection method could affect the efficacy of the shot.

“They seemed to have no good answers for us, other than denying that it would impact things,” an individual who attended a briefing on the matter told Politico. “But they didn’t present any data.”

The Monkeypox Puzzle

It was inevitable that the World Health Organisation (WHO) would up the pandemic ante regarding monkeypox. All the signs were there such as the possibility of more dangerous variants, airborne spread and asymptomatic spread; mandatory isolation for cases, and those old chestnuts: test and trace and mass vaccination. It is reported that any reluctance on behalf of the WHO members to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern over monkeypox was overruled by Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

So, what are the facts to date regarding monkeypox? The latest estimate from the WHO is that there are now around 15,000 cases of monkeypox across the globe, a mere 0.0001% of the world population (one in a million) and a grand total of five deaths. If these deaths were evenly spread across the globe, then the case fatality rate would be 0.03% (three in 10,000). Since these are estimates and with such a disparity between cases and deaths this is also a reasonable estimate of the infection fatality rate which is the risk an individual infected person has of dying of the infection. To reiterate, the present figures indicate that you have a one in a million chance of being infected with monkeypox and if you are infected you have a three in 10,000 chance of dying.

However, mortality is not evenly distributed across the globe. The recently recorded deaths are all in Africa, which is where deaths from monkeypox always occur. The disease is endemic in West Africa and the Congo Basin where general levels of health are poor and people have access to a healthcare system described as one of the worst in sub-Saharan Africa. HIV/AIDS is also endemic which, along with malnutrition and dehydration, means that even a mild virus such as monkeypox may kill. It is estimated in Africa that the mortality rate ranges from one in a hundred to one in ten but the risk outside of Africa where people tend to have a much better level of general health and access to much better healthcare is negligible.

Moreover, the risk of catching monkeypox is even less evenly distributed across the population because the present spread of monkeypox is almost completely restricted to a single high-risk group, men who have sex with men, who constitute 95% of cases. CDC guidance is careful to state that monkeypox can be spread by any kind of penetrative sex (anal, vaginal or oral) without any specific warnings about anal sex. But if this is the case then less than 5% of cases are likely to be spread by vaginal sex which, if WHO estimates are correct, means that internationally fewer than 750 people have contracted monkeypox through vaginal sex. Clearly, the carnal act that defines 'the love that dares not speak its name' is a prime route of transmission but our public health officials are too woke to be so specific and careful to avoid stigmatising gay men. This seems like very poor public health advice given, as described in one case of monkeypox, the infected person had "excruciating internal and external lesions around his anus". WHO’s Tedros Has Overruled His Panel of Experts and Declared Monkeypox a Public Health Emergency of International Concern – Why?

 In a move that is sure to trigger widespread discussion concerning the independence, objectivity and wisdom of granting authority to the WHO to manage global infectious diseases responses, the monkeypox outbreak has been declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (“PHEIC”) by the World Health Organisation (“WHO”).

The declaration was made unilaterally, in direct contradiction to independent review panel advice, by WHO director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. Tedros made the declaration despite a lack of consensus among members of the WHO’s emergency committee on the monkeypox outbreak, and in so doing overruled his own review panel, who had voted 9 against, and 6 for declaring the PHEIC.

Tedros asserted that this committee of experts (who met on Thursday) was unable to reach a consensus, so it fell on him to decide whether to trigger the highest alert possible. Any objective outside observer would conclude that the committee failed to endorse moving to a PHEIC.

Though the committee does not formally vote, a survey of the members revealed that 9 thought a PHEIC should not be declared and 6 supported a declaration. “Nine and six is very, very close,” Tedros said in a news conference called to announce the decision. “Since the role of the committee is to advise, I then had to act as a tie-breaker.”

Every person who takes the “vaccine” for monkeypox is being automatically enrolled in a clinical trial to gauge its effectiveness, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

Tim Nguyen, WHO’s chief of infectious hazards preparedness agency, says nobody really knows what the monkeypox injections will do to people, meaning it is all just another big experiment similar to Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccines” and Operation Warp Speed.

Monkeypox injections, just like COVID injections, are new to the scene and have never before been used on a large scale. Thus, it is unknown how people with the disease will react post-injection.

“I would like to underline one thing that is very important to WHO: We do have uncertainty around the effectiveness of these vaccines because they haven’t been used in this context and in this scale before,” Nguyen is quoted as saying.

“When these vaccines are being delivered … they are delivered in the context of clinical trial studies and prospectively collecting this data to increase our understanding of the effectiveness of these vaccines.”

In other words, humans are once again being used as guinea pigs for Big Pharma to gauge the safety and effectiveness of experimental shots that otherwise never would have been allowed for public release apart from a “global health emergency.”...<<<Read More>>>...

World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has decided to declare monkeypox, aka PridePox, a “global health emergency” even though less than half a dozen people have supposedly died worldwide, not to mention the fact that nearly every “case” of the diseases involve homosexual behavior.

Rather than simply tell men who prefer sexual relations with other men to stop engaging in their perversions, Ghebreyesus appears to instead be laying the foundation for the implementation of yet another global plandemic – assuming people fall for it a second time, that is.

While Ghebreyesus admits that PridePox primarily spreads “among men who have sex with men, especially those with multiple sexual partners,” he is urging governments not to “discriminate” against them when creating the groundwork for more medical fascism.

“Stigma and discrimination can be as dangerous as any virus,” Ghebreyesus stated nonsensically.

Since the so-called “Omicron” (Moronic) variant of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) was not successful at scaring enough people into more lockdowns and mask mandates, WHO seems to have moved on to PridePox in the hopes that it will scare enough people into more mindless compliance with tyranny.
