HAARP ‘The Doomsday Machine’: Once we open this Pandora’s box we are not going to be able to close it

 In 1996, before it became fully operational, the American television series Sightings aired a segment on the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (“HAARP”) warning of the danger the project presented to the world.

One of the researchers interviewed was journalist Mark Farmer who warned, “Once we open this box – and it is a veritable Pandora’s box – we’re not going to be able to close it.”

HAARP, originally developed and owned by the US Air Force, operates out of the HAARP Research Station in Gakona, Alaska. On 14 May 2014, the Air Force told the US Congress it intended to shut down HAARP. However, in August 2015, the research instruments were transferred to the University of Alaska Fairbanks (“UAF”). HAARP’s aurora switch was turned on last week to create “artificial airglows”

The Space Weather Prediction Centre’s forecast may have not been based on natural events but rather an expectation of the results of an experiment conducted by the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (“HAARP”).

Extremely rare 'rainbow clouds' light up Arctic skies for 3 days in a row

In and around the Arctic Circle, stunning multicolor clouds have been shining in the sky for days on end. It is very unusual to see so many of these vibrant clouds over such a long period.

"Spectacular" rainbow-colored clouds have been shimmering in the skies over and around the Arctic for more than three days thanks to an unusual cold snap in the upper atmosphere. And even more of these technicolor treats could appear during the next few months, experts say.

The colorful clouds, known as polar stratospheric clouds (PSCs), were spotted floating high in the sky above parts of Norway, Sweden, Finland and Alaska, and even as far south as Scotland. They began to emerge on Dec. 18 and continued to appear clearly until Dec. 20, according to Spaceweather.com. Some smaller, less distinct clouds were also spotted on Dec. 21, but in general they seem to be disappearing.

Photographer Ramunė Šapailaitė captured staggering photos of the rare phenomenon above Gran in southern Norway. Her photos revealed the rainbow hues of PSCs and their iridescent shimmer that has inspired the nickname nacreous clouds, due to their similarity with nacre — an iridescent material, also known as mother-of-pearl, that is found in the shells of some mollusks.

HAARP artificial airglow may be widely visible in Alaska

Alaskans and visitors may be able to see an artificial airglow in the sky created by the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program during a four-day research campaign that starts Saturday.

Scientists from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Cornell University, University of Colorado Denver, University of Florida and Georgia Institute of Technology will conduct a variety of experiments at the UAF-operated research site.

The experiments will focus on the ionosphere, the region of the atmosphere between about 30 and 350 miles above the Earth's surface.

Scientists will investigate ionosphere mechanisms that cause optical emissions. They'll also try to understand whether certain plasma waves — gas so hot that electrons get knocked off atoms — amplify other very low frequency waves. And they'll investigate how satellites can use plasma waves in the ionosphere for collision detection and avoidance.

Each day, the airglow could be visible up to 300 hundred miles from the HAARP facility in Gakona. The site lies about 200 miles northeast of Anchorage and 230 miles southeast of Fairbanks, or about 300 to 350 kilometers.

HAARP creates airglow by exciting electrons in Earth's ionosphere, similar to how solar energy creates natural aurora, with on and off pulses of high-frequency radio transmissions. HAARP's Ionospheric Research Instrument, a phased array of 180 high-frequency antennas spread across 33 acres, can radiate 3.6 megawatts into the upper atmosphere and ionosphere.

Are DEW and HAARP Experiments Being Ratcheted up Worldwide?

 According to Wikipedia, in “early August 2023, a series of wildfires broke out in the U.S. state of Hawaii, predominantly on the island of Maui. The wind-driven fires prompted evacuations, caused widespread damage, killing at least 115 people and leaving 388 others missing in the town of Lāhainā.”

Residents of Maui are recounting another, more fiendish account altogether. They do not agree with the official casualty toll either.

I have watched various images and commentary-laced video clips of this strange event and concede that they can be attributed to Directed Energy Weapons (DEW). I was sceptical of DEW capabilities until the Maui incident.

The US Government Accountability Office (GAO) describes DEW as “concentrated electromagnetic energy to combat enemy forces and assets. These weapons include high energy lasers and other high power electromagnetics—such as millimeter wave and high power microwave weapons…If a greater amount of force is required, DEWs can also damage or destroy enemy assets. Changing Climate, Geoengineering and Weather Modification

 It’s important to recognise that climate and weather are not the same. Weather is local while climate is global.  And, geoengineering is to change the climate globally whereas weather modification activity is to change the weather locally.

For context, Prof. Skidmore begins by talking about factors that we don’t always think about that affect climate and weather.  “Two of those things are the solar cycle and the changing magnetic field that’s occurring right now,” he said.

“Another thing that’s happening, if you go back 40 or 50 years, we had a much more stable air [jet] stream.  And now we have a wavier air [jet] stream … I tend to think it may be associated with a change in magnetic field and change in solar activity.

“I would make a distinction between changes in the overall global temperature [and] this wavy [jet] stream where you can get more [temperature] extremes in the mid-latitude areas.”

Another factor Prof. Skidmore discussed was pole shifts. A lot of people may not realise that the Earth has had physical pole shifts that have occurred many times in Earth’s history, Prof. Skidmore said. “The most recent one occurred about 12,000 years ago.  The previous physical location of the North Pole used to be in Hudson Bay, Canada.”  Prof. Skidmore is referring to the physical, not the magnetic North Pole.  Using work done by Mark Carlotto, Prof. Skidmore explained how it can be demonstrated that the physical North Pole has shifted.

Prof. Skidmore then moved on to discuss geoengineering and weather modification: the involvement of the public and private sector, overt and covert activities, the history, the type of interventions and whether it is effective.

Geoengineering involves solar radiation management through the injection of aerosols into the stratosphere, and carbon capture and storage.  The dominant form of weather modification is cloud seeding but other approaches to influencing the weather include the use of ultrashort lasers, satellite systems, electrical charges and sound waves....<<<Read More>>>....

HAARP Upgrade: National Science Foundation Funds Observatory At HAARP Facility To Study Upper Atmosphere

[David Icke]: A five-year, $9.3 million National Science Foundation grant will allow the University of Alaska Fairbanks Geophysical Institute to establish a new research observatory dedicated to exploring Earth’s upper atmosphere and geospace environment.

The Subauroral Geophysical Observatory for Space Physics and Radio Science will be housed at the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program site in Gakona, Alaska.

The facility’s 33-acre Ionospheric Research Instrument will be the centerpiece of the new observatory.

A second NSF-funded project will add a lidar at the site, which will allow the study of other regions of the upper atmosphere. A lidar sends pulses of laser light to determine the composition, temperature and structure of regions of the upper atmosphere from 90 to 150 kilometers.

No new construction is expected under the NSF funding to create the observatory, which will be a station at which researchers can monitor and receive data from instruments. The university hopes to add additional instruments over time at the $290 million Gakona research site.

The five-year NSF grant will allow scientists to investigate how the sun affects Earth’s ionosphere and magnetosphere to produce changes in space weather. If mankind was to somehow attain the fabled 'Carbon Zero' by 2050; meaning mankind no longer produced any CO2; thus eliminating the human contribution of 3% of the 0.04% Carbon Dioxide in the earth's atmosphere ... what then?

Removing that 3% of the 0.04% will do NOTHING! What will the psychotic Global Elite hatch then when nothing has changed?

For nothing will change; as we have NO direct impact on the earth's climate. Yet we are being constantly BRAINWASHED by MSM propaganda that our use of fossil fuels, and the consumption of meat, is changing the climate. It's everywhere. It's a total malicious agenda by the elite to get us to comply to their will.

The weather extremes we see are NOT down to natural climate changes. In many instances they are manufactured by advanced technological means. It is like the school yard bully who can't win a game of cards, who provides a marked deck of cards and then wins every game he plays. They are getting the MSM to say 'look at the undenial evidence of climate change' and they put their 'climate scientists' before the camera quoting the propaganda lines ... to fool and deceive people.

What's more people, in their millions, are falling for the whole package!

So, in 2030 or 2040 or 2045, when there is no change in the climate; and weather extremes continue to go crazy .... what then? Will they then decide to remove the 0.04% of CO2 in the atmosphere ... killing all vegetation and all life? Is that their plan?

150ppm CO2 in the atmosphere is the minimum survival level for vegetation. We are roughly at 180-200ppm. So by removing say 0.02% of the CO2, life on this planet will probably perish! Many of the human sheep who believe the MSM propaganda probably don't realise that millions of years ago the CO2 level was at 4000ppm! Which would have meant the CO2 level in the atmosphere would have been just under 1%!!! The CO2 levels have been in steep decline ever since. The CO2 became the extensive limestone  (CaCO3) deposits around the planet ...

We are in a dire situation; and for the Australian bush fires, which were deliberately started by at least 390 people, to be blamed on climate change is a little excessive. No annual burn off and deliberately re-directed water systems are contributory factors. And its also likely that HAARP towers littered around the coast lines of Australia also contributed. Not forgetting also the constant chemtrails in the skies of Australia ... the highly flammable chemicals of which falling to earth, and acting as accelerants in many of the fires.

No, its not 'conspiracy theory' and its not 'climate change denial' ... its just presenting the theories so others can reach their own conclusions.
