Scientists want to use self-amplifying mRNA to vaccinate those who do not want to be vaccinated

A research paper published earlier this month states that one of the researchers’ aims is to develop a vaccine to overcome vaccine hesitancy.

The method chosen to spread the vaccine among the population is a self-replicating RNA (srRNA) or self-amplifying mRNA (saRNA or sa-mRNA, samRNA), also referred to as replicon vaccines.

This gain-of-function research is being supported by the US military.

Newly published research papers demonstrate that gain-of-function research designed to investigate the effects of deadly pathogens is still continuing. In the course of research, live mice are being exposed to deadly doses of laboratory-built recombinant synthetic H5N1 viruses with codon optimisation, which boosts expression in human cells and cleavage site enhancement linked to viral virulence. Lethal doses of synthetic viral material containing artificial DNA sequences are being forced into animals using lipid nanoparticles (“LNPs”) and electrical pulses. The aim of the research is to develop replicon mRNA vaccines and treatment strategies but alarmingly, the work is being partially funded by the US defence establishment and there are ties to multinational pharmaceutical companies. ...<<<Read More>>>...

Japan to introduce self-amplifying mRNA COVID-19 vaccine with a 90% adverse event rate, and the U.S. is next in line

ARCT-154 became the world’s first self-amplifying mRNA COVID-19 vaccine after receiving approval from Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare in November 2023. It was developed by biotechnology firm CSL in collaboration with Arcturus Therapeutics.

Unlike mRNA vaccines — which only produce the spike protein necessary for immune response as long as the mRNA persists — saRNA vaccines are engineered to create copies of themselves and the proteins they encode. This "biological printing press" could theoretically amplify the vaccine’s presence and multiply its effects within the body indefinitely.

According to CSL, the vaccine demonstrated higher immunogenicity and a favorable safety profile compared to original mRNA vaccines during clinical trials. However, independent vaccine researchers are voicing serious concerns regarding the safety and efficacy of this untested technology.

Dr. Nicolas Hulscher stated, “These products are completely new. There is absolutely no long-term safety data on them.” In trials for ARCT-154, he noted a near 90 percent adverse event rate after the first dose, with clinicians observing significant systemic reactions in participants. Serious and medically-attended adverse events were only recorded from Day 1 to Day 92.

Karina Acevedo Whitehouse, a microbiology professor, emphasized the lack of comprehensive studies on the long-term effects of self-amplifying mRNA technology. She pointed out that there are no assessments of potential cellular transformations, including the risks of cancerous mutations or inflammatory responses. “We simply do not know what the consequences could be,” she warned.

“There have also been no studies conducted on trans-generational effects — for instance, teratogenicity [birth defects] — of self-amplifying mRNA injections,” she said. “We simply do not know what the consequences could be.”...<<<Read More>>>...

Self-Amplifying RNA Shots Are Coming: The Untold Danger

The next generation of RNA-based injections will contain self-amplifying RNA (saRNA). If the term “self-amplifying RNA” sounds frightening, it should. It likely brings to mind images of scientific experiments run amok.

As discussed in a previous article, “mRNA vaccines” are not made with messenger RNA but with modified RNA (modRNA). These so-called vaccines are actually gene therapy products (GTPs), as modRNA hijacks our cells’ software.

We have no possibility at all to gain influence on modRNA (or saRNA) after it has been injected. The term “self-amplifying” is self-explanatory: saRNA replicates itself repeatedly, which is not natural, as natural mRNA is always (without exception) transcribed from DNA (this is called the “central dogma of molecular biology”)....<<<Read More>>>...
