Australia: Premier Daniel Andrews Has Been Summoned to Court

[The Expose]: Daniel Andrews, Premier of the State of Victoria, Australia, has been accused of misprison of treason and fraud at common law. On these two charges he is summoned to court on 17 December 2021.

Andrews is accused of concealing an overt act of treason for the unlawful and criminal act of removing “The Crown” and “The Monarchy” through legislation enacted on 1 January 2004 titled: “Acts Amendment and Repeal Courts and Legal Practice Act.”

The Legislation is an overt act of treason and the concealment of treason is the element for misprison of treason. The element of fraud is the deliberate attempt to conceal this material fact.

Commonwealth Public Official Jim Rech and Dezi Freeman, a photographer, have electrified many Australians who have become aware that the government has taken HM Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and the Commonwealth, out of the Constitution.

The Bloody Aussie Battler has been recording the work of “these two brave men” as they “continue to arrest those sitting on the bench without any Crown authority.” They have arrested two magistrates: one in Wonthaggi and the other in Wangaratta, both in the State of Victoria.

On 2 June 2019, Freeman arrested a magistrate and four police officers during a civil hearing at Wangaratta Magistrates Court. A few weeks later on 28 June, Rech arrested a magistrate for misprision of treason during a hearing at the Wonthaggi Magistrates Court.

In Melbourne on 28 November 2021, Rech announced to protestors that criminal charges had been laid against Premier Daniel Andrews and he had been issued summons to attend court.

“Daniel Andrews has a court date at Myrtleford Magistrates Court on 17th of December. He was charged with, but not limited to, misprison of treason and fraud. And as a result of those charges being filed and served, they were served at his electoral office, … the police have been given notice … The courts have been told to supress the listing but we put it out there, we’ve been to the court registrars. Now that means any politician on indictable criminal offences which is a life penalty but under martial law it’s a death sentence – it has to go to a grand jury,” Rech told the crowd in Melbourne.

Dr Jenny Harries, the current head of NHS Test and Trace, has told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme that people can do their bit to reduce the spread of the new omicron variant by reducing the number of social contacts they have.

She said that even if our “vaccines appear to be effective, but we find that the variant is more highly transmissible…(it) could still be a significant impact on our hospitals.”

“And of course, our behaviours in winter and particularly around Christmas we tend to socialise more so I think all of those will need to be taken into account.”

“So I think being careful, not socialising when we don’t particularly need to and particularly going and getting those booster jobs which, of course, people will now be able to have at a three-month interval from their primary course.”

There is no attempt to hide the coercion. I remain stunned that people cannot see it. It’s pretty simple. Out of the blue, they (governments and their scientific advisers) declared the existence of a new covid variant. They said it might beat the jabs and may be more transmissible.

They admitted at the same time that they really didn’t know much about omicron, but what the hell, let’s mandate masks again and reduce the time period between receiving jab 2 and jab 3. All of this occurred in 96 hours.

It is obvious to me, although I can’t prove it, that the omicron variant is pure fiction. It’s a lie and it’s designed to pressure people into rushing back to the vaccination centres for more jabs. It’s farcical. They’re claiming that the new variant might beat the jabs, while telling you to hurry up and have more jabs. Why wouldn’t they wait a few weeks to find out? What’s the rush?

This is all about the jabs. Please, if you’re reading me for the first time, or you have recently stumbled across the radio show, think hard and think fast.

Why are they so desperate to pump you full of these jabs that by their own admission do not stop infection or transmission? Why are they threatening to impose restrictions at Christmas if you don’t keep taking their medicines?

There’s still time to stop it you know and if you’re reading this and you’ve had one or even two jabs and you think “well I might as well keep taking them,” just stop. It’s never too late. It might save your life.

The Message of Pain

Physical pain is not the only kind of pain that lets us know our attention is needed. Emotional pain provides us with valuable information about the state of our psyche, letting us know that we have been affected by something and that we would do well to focus our awareness inward. Just as we tend to a cut on our arm by cleaning and bandaging it, we treat a broken heart by surrounding ourselves with love and support. In both cases, if we listen to our pain we will know what to do to heal ourselves. It's natural to want to resist pain, but once we understand that it is here to give us valuable information, we can relax a bit more, and take a moment to listen before we reach for medication. Sometimes this is enough to noticeably reduce the pain, because its message has been heard. Perhaps we seek to medicate pain because we fear that if we don't, it will never go away. It can be empowering to realize that, at least some of the time, it is just a matter of listening and responding.

The next time you feel pain, either physical or emotional, you might want to try listening to your own intuition about how to relieve your pain. Maybe taking a few deep breaths will put an end to that headache. Perhaps writing in your journal about hurt feelings will ease your heart. Ultimately, the message of pain is all about healing.

Dr Rachel Clarke, or Doctor Oxford as she also likes to be known, is an NHS palliative care doctor and author of the book ‘Breathtaking’, published in January 2021, which alleges to reveal what life was really like working on NHS Covid-19 wards during the first wave of the pandemic.

On Sunday 28th November, Dr Clarke spent the day on Twitter retweeting every person who complimented the article she had authored for The Sunday Times, in which she sucks the reader in with a story about a young mother fighting for her life who has chosen not to have the Covid-19 vaccine.

You would be forgiven for thinking the woman described has succumbed to the alleged Covid-19 virus, but it turns out she has actually been treated for cancer and developed pneumonia that has no relation to Covid-19. The BBC is reporting this afternoon the two people in the UK have tested positive for the Omicron covid variant.

We really are suckers aren’t we? By we, I don’t mean you and me, but people generally. There’s no limit to what they’ll believe. Will they accept more restrictions to protect against the Moronic variant? Probably.

It might be difficult to notice what is happening to us for we may be so caught up in the whirlwind of our lives that we lose sight of the direction in which things are heading. Being gentle with ourselves doesn't mean that we don't accomplish things. Instead it means that we honor ourselves on an ongoing basis and take care of the needs of our bodies.

This means different things to different people. For instance, it could mean having a session with a healer; taking a remedy, herbs, or vitamins; or getting extra sleep. Putting our energy into ourselves in this way helps create space for a more positive, loving, and accepting view of our lives. By setting the intention to do so, we will be more cognizant of our energy levels on a daily basis and more able to replenish them as needed.

The more we are able to treat our bodies with gentleness, the more tenderness and compassion we will call forth into our lives. Learning to understand and pay attention to what our self needs will in turn allow us to fill our lives with unlimited loving and healing energy and to truly take care of the things that mean the most to us.

Fake Media Launches Another COVID ‘Scariant’ to Cover Up Wave of Vaccine Deaths

[Humans Are Free]: Important to know before you proceed: The vast majority of new cases of COVID occur in the fully vaccinated, all over the world.

As you’ve noticed over the last two days, the global corporate media psyop spell weavers have puked up another “scariant” called “Nu,” and they are now hyperventilating over it, claiming it has over “30 horrifying mutations” and might spread faster than anything in history.

The underlying message, of course, is that everybody should stop resisting and immediately obey the demands of (corrupt) government.

The thing spreading the fastest, of course, is the media hysteria. A passenger plane that departed from South Africa and landed in Amsterdam was prevented from de-boarding, stranding South African passengers on the plane, all due to mass media hysteria over the new covid “scarient.”

Part of the message being delivered in this mass media scariant panic is that all the vaccines and boosters that people already took are apparently worthless against this new variant. This means that everybody’s vaccine compliance “vaccine passport” status essentially resets to zero.

The entire thing is a rigged criminal scam rooted in fraud and evil. This will never end by complying with it. The people of the world must peacefully rise up and stand strong against the fear campaigns, the bioterrorism and government-run genocide.

The reason this “scariant” was just released in a coordinated media fear campaign, of course, is because humanity is waking up and learning to resist covid tyranny. So the globalists are doubling down on their attacks against humanity, defrosting more bioweapons from Fauci’s freezer collection while pounding the psyche of the population with relentless media fear campaigns.

The good news in all this? If you have natural immunity against covid, you’re naturally immune to all the variants, too.

Moving In Real Time

 [Daily OM]: We all go through times when we wish we could press a fast-forward button and propel ourselves into the future and out of our current circumstances. Whether the situation we are facing is minor, or major such as the loss of a loved one, it is human nature to want to move away from pain and find comfort as soon as possible. Yet we all know deep down that we need to work through these experiences in a conscious fashion rather than bury our heads in the sand, because these are the times when we access important information about ourselves and life. The learning process may not be easy, but it is full of lessons that bring us wisdom we cannot find any other way.

The desire to press fast-forward can lead to escapism and denial, both of which only prolong our difficulties and in some cases make them worse. The more direct, clear, and courageous we are in the face of whatever we are dealing with, the more quickly we will move through the situation. Understanding this, we may begin to realize that trying to find the fast-forward button is really more akin to pressing pause. When we truly grasp that the only way out of any situation in which we find ourselves is to go through it, we stop looking for ways to escape and we start paying close attention to what is happening. We realize that we are exactly where we need to be. We remember that we are in this situation in order to learn something we need to know, and we can alleviate some of our pain with the awareness that there is a purpose to our suffering.

COVID-19 vaccines will kill people while making their underlying conditions appear to be the cause, prominent doctor warns

 [Natural News]: A prominent South African doctor who played a key role in developing early treatments for COVID-19 has said that the current vaccine campaigns have one purpose: to “control and kill off a large proportion of our population without anyone suspecting that we were poisoned.”

This controversial claim was made by a family doctor in South Africa, Dr. Shankara Chetty, whose website says he has successfully treated 7,000 patients with COVID-19 without a single death or hospitalization. The presser was convened to discuss the omicron variant, recently discovered in South Africa. Omicron is an anagram of moronic. I think that’s significant.

I despair. To date, 114, 304,726 jabs have been administered in the UK. You read right. It’s one hundred and fourteen million. There are 67.2 million people living in the UK.

Of the 114 million jabs, over 17 million of them are booster or third jabs.

This is fuckery, proper fuckery. Three companies announced today that they were developing jabs for the new omicron variant.

Yet, the PM said that the emergence of the new variant has shown just how important it is to get a booster jab to as many people as possible.

What the fuck? If the booster protects against omricon, why the need for a brand new jab to tackle it? Think about it.

If the booster jab works, why mandate masks again? Why threaten to introduce vaccine passports and vaccine mandates for everyone?

'The Observation Period'

 Few people would disagree with the statement 'we live in crazy times' .... for the truth is we do. Human division is the worst it has been in recent memory. But it should not come as any surprise. Not with all the dangerous cocktails that have been fed to us all in foods and in drinks. Sodium Fluoride is a deadly poison used to chemically lobotomise prisons and to dumb them down to their captor's way of thinking. This poison is in most liquids we drink. Sweeteners like Aspartame are another deadly poison - Wood Alcohol is its old name. This causes blindness and worse. Aspartame is in most drinks that are 'sugar free'. 

A huge success for those wanting to control us on both counts. They have quietly poisoned us for decades knowing what the effect would be. Create some overwhelming fear narratives and hey presto ... mankind will react like lab rats going down the corridors they want them to.

Making it seemingly easy for those who are undertaking this feat to pull off their final stage of total dominion of this planet. These 'they' people are satanists who totally hate anything to do with creation. That is ALL living things. Hence the chemtrails. Hence the 5G and other EMF radiation. They are totally intent on ridding the entire planet of life right down to the grasses, the plants, the flowers .... and then replace it all with A.I .... they cannot create anything like our creator. Its going to be very harsh and desperate times for the next decade or so. BUT ... the good news is the fact that there are those of us who have come to this existence from very high frequencies; who have still retained that high frequency. Who know how this turns out because they are the script writers of this weird place we call home. The satanists do not have the rank or power to obliterate this place; they think they have because they are outright insane. They figured there would be high ranking spirits coming into incarnation and tried to compensate for it ....

What they didn't compensate for is how highly infectious universal love is ... how it spreads like wildfire through the DNA and lifts the vibration of all humans that come in contact with it. They are compensating for this as they don't understand the concept. They are so far disconnected from the higher aeons that they can't comprehend what unconditional love is.

And that's their downfall. Their are numerous future events in the pipeline that are to put a spanner in their workings. However, this is currently the observation period. Call in judgement if you wish. There are observers and witnesses on the planet who are seeing just how evil they are And are reporting back directly to the higher aeons what is going on.

After the observation period comes the true awakening. It is not that long off.  And when it does, the 'they' will find it difficult to confuse and subdue humans as easily as they are doing now. Yes, sadly, human numbers will have depleted ... but down to the levels the 'they' had hoped for. Their plan to eradicate the bloodlines that are the observers will have failed ... this is the theory behind the madness they have to remove certain races from the face of the earth. They will fail in their attempts to bring forth the even horizon they have tried so hard to get mankind to manifest for them, for so long. 

There is only one future horizon and that is their defeat.

Crafting 3D Mind as Your Friend and Ally in the 5D Ascension Shift

 [Wake Up World]: There’s a tendency not to speak too much of the 3D mind in terms of alignment with the 5D shift, other than letting go of identification with it. But the energy on earth and in society is terraforming strongly through the field, and we can craft the mind as a powerful ally within our creative endeavors. We must also guard against it becoming a surreptitious prison that unconsciously limits our progression.

It’s clear the mind is an invisible prison cell for many. Plenty are completely unaware of its incredible power to weave 3D reality. Motivational gurus, the world over, speak of focussing and visioning to get the outcomes in life that “you”, seek (all too often the “you” is the ego!). Athletes envision the victory they want; business leaders summon the steps to success in the marketplace. And even intentional manifestors in the spiritual mainstream vision the outcome they desire. In many cases it seems to work – if the proponent is committed and disciplined enough, the desired outcomes are materialised – this is often expressed as the “Law of Attraction” – you’re intentioning what you want to attract in life.

Of course, there’s a big problem with this: who is setting the agenda – where are the impulses coming from? Usually, it’s the ego, with shadowy Opposing Consciousness in the field that seeks to lock the soul into a prison, which is interrelated with the matrix itself. You’re unwittingly bound into the 3D/4D construct. But likewise, simply “letting go” of the mind completely, can leave you listless and also at the whims and machinations of 3D living.

Gates, as we reported a few years back, came up with a plan to inject sulfur particles into the atmosphere to try to block out the sun’s rays from reaching earth. This, he said, would help to “cool” the planet and reduce the presence of carbon dioxide (CO2).

This is a terrible idea because, for one, humans, plants and all living things need sunlight in order to live.

Secondly, it is a certainty that Gates is not smarter than God when it comes to knowing how the universe is supposed to work, sunlight, climate and all....

The idea behind sulfur is that this is the same substance emitted during a volcanic eruption, often blocking out the sun and making everything dark for a period of time. If Gates and other geoengineers get their way, this darkness would be “permanent” in order to “fix” global warming.

Australians furious over mask mandates for the holiday season

 [Natural News]: Wearing face masks may remain mandatory in New South Wales in indoor settings for even longer despite the state hitting 95 percent vaccination rates and low daily case numbers.

The proposal by health bureaucrats to extend the mask mandates through Christmas sparked a furious backlash from citizens. Ben Fordham, host of “2GB breakfast,” led the growing outrage over the proposal. He slammed the government for being “over-cautious.”

“It’s becoming exhausting I’ve got to stay. It’s supposed to end mid-December. So what’s changed? We stopped worrying about case numbers a while ago, remember? That’s why we got vaccinated! How long is this going to go on? If we’re worried about Christmas shopping, then presumably we’re worried about Boxing Day and New Year’s sales and on and on it goes,” Fordham told his listeners Wednesday, Nov. 24.

NSW government officials are looking at extending the mask mandates beyond mid-December amidst fears of the virus spreading and resulting in new spikes of infections. Health Minister Brad Hazzard pledged his support for the extension, and the government is expected to make an announcement in the next few days.

Masks will be compulsory on public transport, in rideshare vehicles and common areas of apartment buildings.

Fordham said that he lasted only one hour on a shopping trip with his kids over the weekend before going home because he was fed up with wearing masks.

He issued a public plea for NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet to show some sense by not bowing to the demands of unelected bureaucrats. “The government has bowed to these health officials too many times,” he said.

“All restrictions were supposed to end at 80 percent double dose. Then it changed to 95 percent. Every decision is based on the cautious health advice. Premier please, prove once and for all unelected bureaucrats are not running the show. From December 15, people deserve a choice.”
