Biden administration to let migrants skip ICE check-ins in New York City

President Joe Biden's administration is "silently" rushing to roll out new policies that would make it easier for migrants to enter the U.S. illegally.

A report in the New York Post indicated that the outgoing administration intends to launch an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) portal app starting in early December in New York City that will allow migrants to bypass in-person check-ins to their local ICE office.

Insiders raised concerns and warned that the move is a "half-baked" plan that will lead more asylum seekers to abscond.

The app, which is set to be launched soon in the form of a pilot program in select cities, will allow the millions of illegal migrants released into the U.S. to await their asylum proceedings and check in with immigration officials on a phone or computer, two sources familiar with the app revealed.

Department of Homeland Security sources told The Post that the app will make it easier for migrants to flee authorities in part because the software has proven to be glitchy and unreliable.

Even when it's working correctly, the new app doesn't check for past arrests or outstanding warrants – something the current system tied to in-person appointments does, sources said.

That's just one of a handful of initiatives being pushed through before inauguration day – including allowing migrants to contest government orders to undergo electronic tracking while they await their immigration appointments.

The Biden admin is also working to make changes that allow migrants to stay in the United States. In yet another move, while the illegal immigrants wait to plead their asylum cases in immigration courts, they will no longer be required to check in with their local ICE field office every few months.

Judge greenlights fresh evidence in Missouri v. Biden deep state censorship case

The massive Missouri v. Biden censorship case is moving forward after the Western District of Louisiana's U.S. District Court ruled in favor of the State of Missouri, which means additional discovery will now take place.

Back in June, the Supreme Court overturned an injunction against the case, then called Murthy v. Missouri, that barred the White House, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), CISA, and the Surgeon General's office from conspiring with social media companies like Facebook to suppress speech.

Many people were targeted by the kind of censorship that Missouri v. Biden aims to remediate. Plaintiffs include Drs. Jayanta Bhattacharya, Martin Kulldorff, Aaron Kheriaty, and Jill Hines, all of whom were deemed by the Supreme Court to lack sufficient standing.

Because the SCOTUS decision was made based on limited discovery at the preliminary injunction stage of the proceedings, the U.S. District Court in Louisiana's western district decided that more is needed to substantiate that injunction if it is going to remain intact.

"Initial findings from the limited discovery available at the preliminary injunction stage revealed an extensive network of censorship involving more than a dozen agencies and over a hundred government officials, possibly implicating many more yet uncovered," reports explain.

They’re going to CHEAT AGAIN: WI Supreme Court legalizes drop boxes so that Democrats can flood election with fake ballots

The left cult is obviously working towards rigging the 2024 elections as the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled 4-3 on July 5 that officials can place ballot drop boxes around their communities. The decision overturned its own ruling limiting their use in the presidential swing state.

"Our decision today does not force or require that any municipal clerks use drop boxes," the decision Friday read. "It merely acknowledges ... that clerks may lawfully utilize secure drop boxes in an exercise of their statutorily conferred discretion."

In 2022, the court limited the use of absentee drop boxes and ruled that they could be placed only in local election clerks' offices and no one other than the voter could return a ballot in person. In 2023, one new justice was elected and the new court reversed its earlier decision. "What if we just got it wrong?" Justice Jill Karofsky said of the 2022 ruling during arguments in May. "What if we made a mistake? Are we now supposed to just perpetuate that mistake into the future?"

The court heard arguments three months before the Aug. 13 primary and six months ahead of the Nov. presidential election. The move drew the ire of the court's conservatives, who accused the liberals of trying to give Democrats an advantage this fall. Misha Tseytlin, attorney for the Republican-controlled Legislature, argued that if the court overturned the ruling, it would have to revisit the issue the next time the makeup of the court changes.

But Democratic Gov. Tony Evers in April urged the court to allow drop boxes again. Democrats argue the Wisconsin SC misinterpreted the law in its 2022 ruling and wrongly concluded that absentee ballots can only be returned to a clerk in their office and not to a drop box they control that is located elsewhere. White House calls on tech giants to censor all video clips of Joe Biden behaving like a dementia patient, claiming such videos are “fakes”

 Joe Biden’s displays of mental incompetence have become so egregious that his team is now calling on Big Tech firms to censor video clips in which his confusion is on full display.

During a parachute display and skydiving demonstration at the G7 summit in Southern Italy last week, he can be seen wandering off from a group of world leaders during a planned photo opportunity, appearing to completely miss the presentation taking place in front of him and turning in the other direction to talk to an officer who was packing up a parachute. He had to be guided back to his place by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, who had to walk toward him backward so she could continue to face her fellow leaders.

Video footage of this “senior moment” quickly circulated online as people wonder how someone who is so mentally unfit could run our country for another four years. This prompted a number of “fact check” labels and accusations from the media that the clip is being shared without providing context and that somehow the aging president isn’t nearly as senile as the clip would imply.

As usual, the censor-happy Biden administration has taken this one step further, with Biden campaign spokeswoman Adrienne Elrod calling the footage “disinformation” despite being legitimate and calling on social media platforms to remove it or limit its distribution.

Biden amps up war on coal in bid to turn America “green” … but energy infrastructure collapse will plunge America’s economy into disarray

Outrage: Biden holds America HOSTAGE while demanding ransom in form of BILLIONS more in “aid” for Ukraine, Israel

The Biden regime says it will only "secure" America's southern border if Congress agrees to pass a bipartisan bill to send more cash to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.

The reason why the word "secure" is in quotes above is because, under Biden's concession plan, as many as 150,000 illegals will still be allowed to cross into the United States per month, which is hardly the sealed border that Republicans, especially in Texas, are demanding.

"If that bill were the law today, I'd shut down the border right now and fix it quickly and bring a bipartisan bill that would be good for America and help fix our broken immigration system and allow speedy access for those who deserve to be here," Biden mumbled in a statement.

Joe Biden cuts off LNG exports in latest act of economic sabotage against Texas and Western European countries

 This is a truly incredible development. Joe Biden has just halted all new LNG exports from the United States.

and this comes after the US Navy destroyed the Nord Stream pipelines feeding energy to Europe. In addition, Qatar has just announced a halting of LNG exports due to the risk of ships being damaged in the conflict between the Yemen rebels and the US Navy in the Red Sea.

As a result, Europe has lost THREE sources of LNG (Liquid Natural Gas), while at the same time Europe has largely destroyed or mothballed its own energy infrastructure in order to appease whiny Greta Thunderpants and her cry bullying over climate cultism nonsense. With no energy imports and very little in the way of domestic production of energy, Western Europe is headed into a total economic collapse (which has already begun).

The USA is clearly at war with Western Europe and Biden's latest move is essentially the latest chapter of an energy embargo against European countries, all of whom still bizarrely consider the USA to be an "ally." The real ally that can help Western Europe is Russia, but the USA continues to drive a wedge between Germany and Russia in order to try to make Western Europe dependent on USA LNG exports... and then Biden cuts those off too!

Obama fears Trump 2024 win and is working to “move the needle” in Biden’s favor, close friends say

 Close friends of former President Barack Obama say the erstwhile leader fears that his successor, former President Donald Trump, will win the 2024 presidential election.

Former Attorney General Eric Holder, one of Obama's close friends, said the 44th president was beginning to panic at the possibility of Trump returning to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Obama wasn't alone in this fear, he added, as even he himself and other key persons in the Democratic Party dread the possibility of a Trump victory.

"I think that's what motivates him [Obama]. I think that's what will continue to motivate him," said Holder.

Even Michelle Obama, Barack's wife, revealed that she is "terrified" about the 2024 election's possible outcome. "I am terrified about what could possibly happen," the former first lady said during a Jan. 8 appearance on Jay Shetty's "On Purpose" podcast. While she did not name Trump outright, Michelle referenced political candidates who continue to "divide the nation with their divisive rhetoric."

But according to senior Obama advisor Eric Schultz, the former president's strategy is reportedly based on "driving impact" and being deliberate in "picking moments" – with an overarching objective to "move the needle." He continued that in public, this strategy translates to "finding creative ways to reach new audiences," with tools directly tied to mobilizing voters.
