Finding a spectacular waterfall during a walking holiday in the Yorkshire Dales, Stephen and Sue Barringer, 55 and 51, thought they had the idyllic scene to themselves. It was only later that they realised they had company - a chilling apparition of an evil horseman from the Lord of the Rings. Examining photographs from their holiday, they were shocked to see a dark, cloaked figure staring out at them. The cascading water had formed the shape of a ghoulish man - who looked identical to one of the nine ringwraiths, or Nazgul, in the Lord of the Rings. Mother-of-three Sue, from Ramsey, near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, said: 'We didn't notice anything out of the ordinary when we were at the waterfall and we even sat there for a cup of coffee. 'But when we got home and saw the dark figure of a hooded man we were just astonished. There were no rocks there so we think the shape must have been made entirely from falling water. The figure just leaps out at you and it is very spooky. I'm sure it isn't a ghost or anything like that, but it does seem very supernatural.' Lorry driver Steve and teaching assistant Sue took the shot on August 12 near the Ingleton waterfalls in the Yorkshire Dales.(Daily Mail)
