Judge greenlights fresh evidence in Missouri v. Biden deep state censorship case

The massive Missouri v. Biden censorship case is moving forward after the Western District of Louisiana's U.S. District Court ruled in favor of the State of Missouri, which means additional discovery will now take place.

Back in June, the Supreme Court overturned an injunction against the case, then called Murthy v. Missouri, that barred the White House, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), CISA, and the Surgeon General's office from conspiring with social media companies like Facebook to suppress speech.

Many people were targeted by the kind of censorship that Missouri v. Biden aims to remediate. Plaintiffs include Drs. Jayanta Bhattacharya, Martin Kulldorff, Aaron Kheriaty, and Jill Hines, all of whom were deemed by the Supreme Court to lack sufficient standing.

Because the SCOTUS decision was made based on limited discovery at the preliminary injunction stage of the proceedings, the U.S. District Court in Louisiana's western district decided that more is needed to substantiate that injunction if it is going to remain intact.

"Initial findings from the limited discovery available at the preliminary injunction stage revealed an extensive network of censorship involving more than a dozen agencies and over a hundred government officials, possibly implicating many more yet uncovered," reports explain.

 So, Donald Trump is President-Elect. Again. His female opponent refused to appear to talk to her supporters and waited almost a day to give a concession speech. Again. Democrats are rending their garments wondering what happened. Again. MAGAheads are thirstily slurping up salty liberal tears. Again.

We’re going to Make America Great Again. Again.

Remember that bit in Groundhog Day where Bill Murray is trying to use his position of being stuck reliving the same day over and over again to construct the perfect date, and he gets pretty close. He and his chosen date have this almost perfect moment…

…then, the next go through the cycle, he tries to do the same thing again, and it’s all wrong. Everything is stilted and forced and it doesn’t work. He tries too hard, grasps too tight.

That was how it felt watching the polls into the early hours of the morning – from both sides.

I’ll be honest here – waking up after Polling Day 2016 to see Clinton had lost is a great memory. I was never a Trump believer, but Clinton was unequivocally worse – than almost anything you can name – and to see the smugness of certain victory detonate into an implosion of stammering bitterness was…funny. And a relief. And funny.

A lot of people thought so.

I get the impression the organizers of (S)election 2024 are well aware of that & were trying to recreate that energy, Groundhog Day fashion.

But of course they can’t. Because this isn’t 2016. And Harris isn’t Clinton, and Trump isn’t even Trump, as he seemed to be then. Then at least there was some wild card elements to his game, now we know who he is.

Will these deranged celebrities who promised to end their lives or flee the country if Trump wins actually follow through?

Similar to what happened in 2016, a host of celebrities and influencers made wild claims that they would leave the country or even end their lives if Donald Trump won another term in the White House. Will any of them actually follow through?

Take Rob Reiner, for instance. He promised to "set himself on fire" if Trump wins. Then there is author Stephen King who said he would throw himself in a "woodchipper" if Trump was reelected.

In King's case, there is speculation that perhaps he has some kind of untoward predilection for children, so perhaps his mention of going in the woodchipper is based on that.

"I can't help but wonder if there were an underlying message there," remarked American Thinker's Olivia Murray.

"I mean, the woodchipper is the cliché execution method of choice for pedophiles and child molesters, finding its way into countless memes, like the one where the man wonders why his neighbor is putting logs into the 'pedo machine.' Of all the ways to off yourself, why did King settle on that one? Did King just expose himself and signal guilt?"

Bette Midler is another Hollywood darling who shared a picture to social media of a bottle of champagne sitting next to a bottle of drain cleaner. Midler affixed sticky notes to both bottles indicating which one should be drunk depending on who won the election.

Bono, a highly political musician, promised that if Trump won, he would drive himself off a "cliff."

Here's why Trump won the election, and what he may do now

Like him or not, the controversial Republican's return to office marks a crucial turning point - it remains to be seen in which direction.

Donald Trump has won the US election. After serving as the 45th president between 2017 and 2021, he will now be the 47th. Trump has not merely defeated but trounced his opponent Kamala Harris. She was crushed so badly, she even failed to address her supporters at the traditional election party and instead - there's really no nicer word for it - slunk away.

Claiming his victory, meanwhile, Trump told his voters that they - and he, of course - had "made history." He is very likely to be right about that.

While rhetoric about "the most important election in our lifetime" has been badly overused for campaigning purposes, in this case, Trump's second victory really is special. The fact that he is the first president since the 1880s to win a second term after being out of office is the least of it. Such trivia will make for good game-show questions. But what turns the return of the Donald - as he used to be called semi-affectionately when still generally mistaken for a buffoon - into a historic event is that it is occurring at a very peculiar moment.

We are witnessing the decline and fall of, at least, American supremacy, and, possibly, of the American polity as we know it. At the same time, a multipolar world order is emerging. RFK Jr. says a Trump White House would immediately push to remove fluoride from water

 Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said Saturday that a Trump administration would, on its first day, "advise all U.S​. water systems to remove fluoride from public water."

Kennedy linked fluoride to various illnesses, despite major medical associations supporting water fluoridation, which they say is safe and a benefit to public health.

"President ​@realDonaldTrump and First Lady @MELANIATRUMP want to Make America Healthy Again," the former Democratic presidential hopeful wrote in a post to X, tagging Michael Connett, an attorney who has led litigation that opposes the fluoridation of public drinking water. 

Kennedy, a vaccine skeptic who has a history of pushing conspiracy theories, is primed to play a key role in a future Trump administration's health policy. Since dropping out of the presidential race and endorsing Trump, Kennedy has frequently appeared on the campaign stumping for the former president, and Trump said at a rally this week that if he is elected, Kennedy is "going to work on health and women's health."

Major election forecasters predict a decisive victory for Trump

 Several prominent election forecasters have predicted a decisive victory for former President Donald Trump over Vice President Kamala Harris as his lead is clearly widening in key swing states.

According to The Telegraph's election forecast, Trump is projected to surpass the 270-electoral vote threshold needed to win by securing 289 Electoral College votes. Meanwhile, Harris is only predicted to receive 249 votes. The model, which uses extensive historical election trends, demographic analysis and polling data, indicates the strong position of Trump especially in crucial battleground states, including Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina and Wisconsin.

"The model suggests that the Republicans are the most likely to win tightly fought races in Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina and Wisconsin," The Telegraph reported. "As of October 30, Trump is also predicted to win Pennsylvania with its 19 Electoral College votes." The former president is also expected to win Florida and Ohio.

Harris, on the other hand, is forecasted to secure Michigan and Nevada among the battleground states, but these wins alone may not be enough to close the gap.

AtlasIntel, a forecasting model known for its accuracy in the 2020 election, has gone a step further. The forecasting model predicts that Trump will win in all seven key battleground states, a scenario that would yield him 312 electoral votes. Such a result would mark a significant Republican advantage – a major shift in voter sentiment since the previous election.

If Kamala wins, prepare for climate change authoritarianism and the destruction of America’s economy

 When it comes to "green" energy policies, California is often looked at as the model and example for other states. Did you know, though, that California ranks barely above the world average for so-called "fossil fuel" usage, even as it sits on large reserves full of crude oil and natural gas?

With Election Day right around the corner, one of the issues voters are voting on this election cycle is energy policy. Donald Trump talks a big game about reinvigorating America's energy independence through the expanded use of native fossil fuels while Kamala Harris wants more climate authoritarianism, which in the end will only lead to the destruction of America's economy.

California's Kern County – Kamala used to be attorney general in California – is a gold mine for fossil fuels. It boasts some of the world's largest oil fields with an estimated reserve of somewhere around 27 billion barrels. Since that oil is considered "heavy" oil, making it more difficult to extract and refine, California developed some of the cleanest and most advanced methods of purifying that oil without destroying the environment – a win-win, right?

The problem is that, thanks to the climate policies of Democrats, California currently imports around 75 percent of its oil and 90 percent of its natural gas. On top of that, Democrats in California are also forcing the state's residents to subsidize expensive "renewable" energy programs based on wind and solar.

Quiet before the storm

Enjoy these last nasty days of the presidential election - they are the quiet before the storm. As long as the race continues, each side's anger is reined in by the hope of victory. Once a winner is declared, the loser's rage will erupt. This political Vesuvius promises to inflame the land as events unfold in these final days to maximize furious disappointment.

Donald Trump's side is becoming ever more confident of victory. In recent weeks, RealClearPolitics Polling Averages show Harris' national lead evaporating while Trump has moved slightly ahead in all six battleground states. Betting markets are now giving Trump the edge.

Still, the polls are very close, and Harris may win. If Trump could insist that he won the 2020 race when all the polls predicted his defeat, just imagine his response if he fails when he appeared to be succeeding. He will not go quietly into the good night.

Kamala Harris, meanwhile, has settled on a closing argument that focuses on Trump's alleged unsuitability for office. As the candidate herself describes her opponent as an unstable threat to the Constitution, her surrogates are once again comparing him to Hitler, Stalin, and Mussolini. They honestly believe this rhetoric, which will make it impossible for them to bow to his ascension.

We have seen this movie before. The Democrats refused to accept Trump's victory in 2016; he still won't concede that President Biden won in 2020. As before, neither side will blame themselves for defeat; they will lash out at their perceived enemies. How To Not Get Sucked Into The Stress of The US Election

 How we feel about our current moment is much more in our control than we think. Below I will share an exercise to help with this.

Sure, our environment and how much chaos there is can produce a destabilizing and disorienting feeling within us.

Palestinians walking about as the threat of a bomb that could end their life is an immediate threat. They are in a true war zone and it makes sense that their body reacts as such.

But the cultural “warzone” we drum up around politics and long-term policy decisions is not the same thing. Yet if we are not careful, our biology will react as if the cultural warzone is as serious as the daily life of Palestinians right now.

This is the richness of the human experience and the reality that indeed our current situation does affect our biological entity and our mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Welcome to Earth.

But as the world does indeed become more chaotic, our ability to regulate our stress physiology and not have it become our baseline becomes very important.

Kamala Harris doubles down on “climate crisis” narrative, says Americans need to accept “net-zero” and other economy-destroying carbon policies

 Center for Energy & Conservation Director Gabriella Hoffman is warning her followers that Kamala Harris, despite claims to the contrary, has not "moderated" on climate issues.

Kamala is still the same far-left "climate crisis" promoter that she has been for years, Hoffman says. Only now, just weeks before the election, is Kamala trying to pivot more to the center to garner more support.

The Kamala Harris for President campaign claims that while installed as attorney general of California, Kamala "won tens of millions in settlements against Big Oil and held polluters accountable." This, we are told, makes Kamala a winner against the climate crisis.

While in the office of vice president under Joe Biden, Kamala "cast the tie-breaking vote to pass the Inflation Reduction Act," which supposedly means that Kamala is qualified to make everyday life more affordable for Americans.

The Kamala campaign goes on to boast about how she supposedly performed "historic work in lowering household energy costs, creating hundreds of thousands of high-quality, clean energy jobs, and building a thriving clean energy economy, all while ensuring America's energy security and independence with record energy production."

Nancy Pelosi literally says her “reptilian, cold-blooded” strategies will help Kamala Harris win election, flip House back to Democrats

 In an interview with PBS at the Democratic National Convention (DNC), Nancy Pelosi revealed that she plans to secure a White House win for Kamala Harris and turn the House of Representatives back to Democrat control using her own "discreet, reptilian, cold-blooded" strategies.

The 84-year-old career politician made headlines for stating that she is still a major force to be reckoned with in holding the country hostage to her own far-left brand of leadership, which is fighting tooth and nail to hold onto power no matter the cost.

Echoing the sentiments of Rep. Footage resurfaces to show that Kamala Harris wants to defund the police: “it’s about upending the system”

 During the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) "pandemic," Kamala Harris participated in a virtual chat with several others to discuss the defund the police movement that erupted around that time due to the George Floyd incident. In the interview, which many people missed, Kamala explained why she supports defunding the police.

"We're trying to, look, part of this movement – and it's not just a moment; it's a movement standing on the shoulders of the movements before – part of this has to be about changing the system, rehauling the system, upending the system," Kamala said about why she wants less public funding to go towards policing.

"And, and, so that piece of it, you're right: this attorney general, I have no hope for it being implemented, but God-willing he will be out of that office shortly," she added, referring to then-Attorney General Bill Barr. "And then we need to have a requirement that that office do the right thing going forward."

When one of the conversation participants then asked Kamala point blank how she feels about defunding the police, here is what she had to say:
