A Space Anomaly

What is this?? It's appeared in the night sky ... in the approx direction of Blackpool from Chorley area. It's on the move?? A star doesn't move!!!!! And it gets brighter then fades away. It changes size as if it is moving.

UPDATE: It has since changed its location .... moving to the right and dropping its altitude so it appears just on the horizon from my location. With the lockdown now in place I can't go out in the car to see it ... I could have driven to Blackpool and seen it from there!!!
