Quote for the Day

"Follow the three R's: Respect for self, respect for others and responsibility for all your actions." -- Dali Lama

Quest of the Spiritual Warrior

Augur Eye: A term we see increasingly these days is spiritual warrior: and though at first it may sound heroic and noble, when you really think it over it's just another oxymoron likemilitary intelligence, & jumbo shrimp. Outwardly the spiritual warrior is one who champions the cause of spirituality by daily practicing it in a way which strengthens the soul and inspires others. On a deeper level the spiritual warrior forever walks the shadows between the darkness and the light, standing guard against those dark brothers in dark robes. Perhaps the greatest battle the spiritual warrior fights is the one within; coming to terms with the duality and dichotomy of existence itself. To some, the undertaking of spiritual practice at first seems to be all about expanding our spiritual horizons, to become a fully realized being on all levels. Because we seek to better ourselves does not mean we are better than others in any way. In fact, the whole point of spiritual practice isn't to become bigger or more, but rather to disappear all together, dissolved into the one cosmic consciousness. The "more spiritual" we become, the less likely we are to see violence as an option; and yet so very often the way of the warrior embraces it to one degree or another; that in the end we become thepeaceful warriors Dan Millman wrote about...read more>>>...

Whale Medicine

Native Americans teach us that the Great Spirit speaks to us through our animal brethren. The whale is one animal that we can learn from. Whales have existed for over 50 million years and are considered to be record-keepers who possess knowledge of the past.

It is through the vibrations of their unique sound that they release this ancient wisdom to us. At the same time, their sound carries across such great distances that whales can enter the realm of the future where they can acquire knowledge of what is to come. Every whale sings a song, and they never repeat the same pattern when they sing their song. Since whales must be conscious at all times in order to breathe, they cannot afford to fall into an unconscious state for too long. Never completely asleep, their brain has constant access to the collective unconscious where all answers lie. Whales float peacefully, secure in the ocean environment that supports and sustains them.

You can learn from the wisdom of whales by remembering to express what’s uniquely yours. Each of us has a unique “song” or gift to offer the world. Your song is meant to be sung by you and heard by others. No one else can sing this song but you, and your song is medicine for the healing of the planet. Like whales, you can choose to access information about the future when you go into a meditative state. Whales teach us to look at where we came from and where we are headed. Knowing that our past helps shape our future, we can remember to make positive choices regarding our lives, the environment, and our world. Like whales, we can remember to stay awake and actively engaged in a universe that supports and sustains us. When we express ourselves and share our unique gifts, we add our wisdom and vibration to the planet. (Daily Om)

Mystic Insight for the Day

'Life is a cyclic experience. The point we reach when we die is exactly the same point we arrive on the wheel of this life. Therefore, we carry inherent soul memory of this life through this life from the moment of birth to our last breath ... human is a linear time controlled experience from birth to death, whereas the soul is a spontaneous experience meaning it exists beyond human time and experiences the past, the present and the future simultaneously. Therefore we already know of our life experiences prior to them happening ....!" - Matthew James Medium

Gripe Of The Day

Not often I gripe ... but I had to tidy up the mess left by a so called professional 'psychic medium' today ... a lady client who'd been told by a Canberra reader that she had an evil spirit around her, and that this evil spirit was going to hurt her Dad!

I was appalled to hear what had been said to her; and had to spend time deconstructing the damage done by this chump!

NO you don't have an evil spirit around you. It was the fear of the other reader being manifest in your life. NO the evil spirit is not going to harm your father ... the 'evil spirit' was actually her DAD'S MOTHER was kind and gentle and very compassionate ...

When are people going to learn they are dealing with people's souls when spreading this BS???? This poor client was nearly driven to suicide as she knows her Grandmother is around her all the time and was convinced she had an evil spirit haunting her --- Matthew James

Restorative Slumber

Daily OM: As we focus on the many obligations we gladly undertake in order to create the lives we want, sleep is often the first activity that we sacrifice. We’re compelled by both external and internal pressures to be productive during many of our waking hours. While this can lead to great feats of accomplishment, it also disrupts the body’s natural cycles and leaves us craving rest. Napping represents a pleasurable remedy to this widespread sleep deprivation. Though judged by many as a pastime of little children or the lazy, the need for a nap is a trait that all mammals share and an acceptable part of the day in many countries. It is also a free and effortless way to improve our health and lift our spirits. A nap is relaxing and can improve our mood, vision, reflexes, and memory. Lack of sleep, whether ongoing or the result of a single night’s wakefulness, puts stress on the body and mind. It can negatively impact your physical and mental health. At one time, napping was considered a natural part of life. In the past hundred years, however, electricity and modern conveniences have provided us with more time to engage in personal and professional activities. Consequently there is now less time for sleep. A mere ten minutes of sleep in the middle of the day can leave you feeling more cheerful and alert. A half-hour long nap can sharpen your senses and refresh your energy reserves, and a shorter nap can even sustain you through a long day. Napping can help you make up for lost sleep and serves as a supplement to your usual sleep schedule. You may need to give yourself permission to nap by making naptime a part of your day...read more>>>...

Mom's communication with dead son's spirit will turn skeptics into believers

S.O.T.T: When I first read the headline "Physician Claims She's Communicating With Her Son's Spirit," I kind of rolled my eyes. Okay, I didn't kind of, I totally did. I tend to err on the side of skepticism when it comes to postmortem communication.

But after watching an interview with Dr. Elisa Medhus, who claims she's in frequent communication with her late son -- and we're not talking doors randomly slamming shut kind of communication here, we're talking serious communication -- I may be a bit of a believer.

Not a huge believer, but a believer.

According to Medhus, three days after her son Erik took his own life, he appeared before her husband to tell him he was okay. As she tells it, Erik, who was standing near his truck, said to his father, "Papa? This is how I felt before ..." and leaned in, exuding a "horrible sadness." He then backed away and said,

"This is how I feel now ..." and, again, leaned in, but this time, radiated "a euphoria." Since then, Erik has communicated with his parents many times, as well as Elisa's father, who's "an atheist."

Maybe it's the fact that Medhus is a physician who was raised by atheists, or the fact that she's just really convincing, that makes me tend to buy what she's selling a bit. I mean, isn't the basis of doctors' entire professions science? And the belief that nothing exists beyond it?

Sure, it's totally plausible that people believe what they want to believe after they lose someone they love, but when you take Medhus' medical background and her atheist upbringing, it's a little hard to dismiss her totally...read more>>>...

Talismans

Daily Om: For millennia, mankind has found peace and solace in objects of significance. When cleansed and consecrated through ritual, such objects – be they gems, amulets, herbs, or written words – become talismans. A talisman is any item imbued with a specific power by its bearer to serve a specific intention. Ancient Egyptians used massive stone tablets as healing talismans while the Greeks and Romans used lead talismans to communicate with the spirit realm. Traditionally, a talisman acts to anchor energy in the physical plane. That energy may be protective in nature or may be intended to draw abundance, wealth, or a wide variety of blessings to its user. Today, a talisman may be made of wood, metal, paper, stone, or natural elements such as plants. Often, talismans are small enough to be easily worn or carried, and they may be marked with words or symbols that the talisman’s owner deems meaningful. Creating and owning a talisman can reassure you and also serve to aide you in attracting what you want in life. You may use your talisman to help you attain health, security, or good luck. Or you may simply want to carry an object with you that will remind you of your search for soulful tranquility...read more>>>...

"Choices & Illusions" by Eldon Taylor

"Choices & Illusions is a powerful masterpiece. It makes you think about those things that are really important, but which have been stored away in the ‘read later’ file. This book provides you with a wonderful opportunity to contemplate those important matters, now, and in one place" …. Matthew James

'I found this to be a VERY thought provoking read. Some excellent points raised regarding consciousness and mind. Eldon has a unique and humorous writing style that I like. This is one of those books that are hard to put down once you start engaging in the inner dialogue provoked by Eldon's thoughts and images which pop up out of the book. I love his analogies and his comparisons with the everyday life - his way of explaining things are superb. He includes his own life experiences too, to further illustrate what was on his mind at the time he was writing. We also get a peak of the real person in his book. We see Eldon's sense of humour and his own inimitable view on life. In one incident, Eldon recounts the experience of having the side of his car smashed into by an old gentleman with no insurance or driver's licence. Needless to say he saw the funny side, and he used the account to illustrate his 'change of attitude' towards blame; one of the many discussion points in this fabulous book. Personally, Choices & Illusion is very much a reference book and a 'guide to life'. A book I will be revisiting again and again!  ... Matthew James

Nine Ways to Help Others Awaken to Consciousness

Daily Om: 1. Living by your values allows you to become a positive source of inspiration for others. Don’t hide – express yourself and embrace life without reservation. By simply being yourself, you can help the people in your life see how one person can make a difference by being a living example of consciousness.

2. When you communicate your views, do so casually and in a nondogmatic manner. Allow the people you speak with to ask questions. Offer only as much information as they are ready to hear.

3. Igniting the spark of consciousness can be as easy as giving someone a gift. A favorite book, a medicine bag, or a beautiful gemstone can pique your loved ones’ curiosity and prompt them to begin an exploration of the soul.

4. Teaching a friend, relative, or colleague to meditate or chant can put them on the path to consciousness while simultaneously reducing their stress levels.

5. Others may want to know more about living consciously but are unsure of how to begin. Starting a discussion group – even a virtual one – can help you reach out to individuals that are eager to learn...read more>>>...

Today's Quote

"What every man needs, regardless of his job or the kind of work he is doing, is a vision of what his place is and may be. He needs an objective and a purpose. He needs a feeling and a belief that he has some worthwhile thing to do. What this is no one can tell him. It must be his own creation." -- Joseph M. Dodge

Zapping the Brain Makes People Obey Social Norms

Live Science: From dress codes to anti-incest laws, all human societies have social norms that specify how people should behave in various situations. Scientists have now shown that a zap of electricity to the brain can influence whether people choose to comply with these norms or not. "The complexity of human interactions is so big, so independent, that our society wouldn’t function without norms, said study researcher Christian Ruff, an economics professor at the University of Zurich, in Switzerland. "Even though humans are very good at following norms, we're always tempted to break them. We need punishment threats to follow correctly," Ruff told LiveScience. A previous study using function magnetic resonance imaging showed that the right lateral prefrontal cortex (rLPFC) is activated when people follow social norms to avoid being punished. Ruff and colleagues wondered if stimulating this area could make people more or less sensitive to the threat of punishment...read more>>>...

Things We Can’t Control

Daily OM: The idea of trusting the universe is a popular one these days, but many of us don’t know what this really means and we often have a hard time doing it. This is partly because the story of humankind is most often presented as a story about struggle, control, and survival, instead of one of trust and collaboration with the universe. Yet, in truth, we need to adhere to both ideas in this life. On the one hand, there is much to be said about exerting control over our environment. We created shelter to protect ourselves from the elements. We hunted for animals and invented agriculture to feed ourselves. We built social infrastructures to protect ourselves and create community. This is how we survive and grow as a civilization. However, it is also clear that there are plenty of things that we cannot control, no matter how hard we try, and we often receive support from an unseen force – a universe that provides us with what we cannot provide for ourselves. It is a good idea to take responsibility for the things in life that we can control or create...read more>>>...

Power Animals: Wild Boar

Spirit Symbols: The totem of Wild Boar is that of truth, courage and confrontation. In some native Indian tribes Wild Boar was used as a way to teach young braves how to be honest and find their courage when they told a lie to the tribe. The lie is symbolic of your own inner deceit and weaknesses. The warrior would have to face the truth, and the Wild Boar even if that means facing his own death. Armed with only a knife, the warrior would need the courage to accept the consequences of his actions. He would face these consequences through the Boar. The Wild Boar is a message to be honest in all we do and have the courage to face the problems in our life that seem dreadful or uncomfortable.

If you have the totem of Wild Boar coming into your awareness then this could be a message that you need to step up and face some confrontations in your life that you have been avoiding. Have you been truthful with yourself and others? The message here could also be that you are lying to yourself and possibly other people. You need to face the reality of your situation and have the courage to look at it in the light of truth...complete truth! Have you been procrastinating on confronting someone or something? Or procrastinating on doing something difficult? Has some dreadful bleak situation in your life been keeping you in illusion or avoiding something unpleasant that you need to face? This could very well be the message of Wild Boar. Perhaps you need to face the ugly truth within? Stop lying to yourself and others. Find your courage to deal with the people or situations that has kept you in denial and dishonesty. Wild Boar is about true integrity and it's important you live your life with this motto or the ugly truth can come back and 'Boar' you. This message is telling you it's time you face your weaknesses and turn them into strengths...read more>>>...

Memories of the Soul

Daily OM: Inside our subconscious lie our memories from past lives. Though we seldom remember even having lived these past lives, the experiences we had living them have had a hand in shaping who we are today. The effects of a past life can manifest in a later lifetime in many ways - phobias, self-limiting beliefs, physical problems, or innate creative abilities. Violence, death, and trauma in a past life may show up as fear, uncontrollable anger, or low self-esteem in this one, while positive experiences from an earlier lifetime may cause you to feel strongly drawn to certain people, places, or objects without knowing why. Many people turn to past life regression therapists to revisit their past lives. Past life regression allows you to recall the memories and emotions associated with a past life that continue to exert an influence over your present reality. You may not have even been aware that these experiences are still affecting you today. Past life regression therapy can offer you a unique opportunity to reconnect with these memories so you can understand them and free yourself...read more>>>...

Praise for Choices and Illusions
Read this book! We are living at a time when people are searching for answers to fundamental questions in their lives. This book can be, if applied, a road map to personal enlightenment and empowerment. I believe it can ‘tune in’ the frequency you are currently operating on. More important, it helps you see that you can manifest change.”
John Edward, psychic medium and author of After Life and Understanding Your Angels and Meeting Your Guides

Your mind is incredibly powerful. You have been brought to this exact moment in your life by your thoughts. In Choices and Illusions, Eldon Taylor offers clear guidelines for changing your life and your choices for the better.” — Caroline Sutherland, best-selling author of The Body Knows

In Choices and Illusions, Eldon Taylor takes us on a delightful and provocative odyssey through the corridors of consciousness. Using solid science, practical spirituality, and common sense, he shows that our perceptions can be changed—and, once different, can catalyze dramatic improvements in our health and well-being.” — Dawson Church, Ph.D., author of The Genie in Your Genes

"Perhaps consciousness is something that has to do with being conscious of consciousness. Are monkeys truly conscious of being conscious? Could they even entertain the idea of consciousness without an object? Or consciousness as a character in someone else’s dream? Does a monkey ask itself if it really exists? Is that a fair direction to take our questions regarding consciousness? After all, are we not likely to be forced to admit the notion of “devolution” if we do?" - Eldon Taylor 'Choices & Illusions'

"As I’ve already noted, our unconscious mind is actually making our decisions—at least most of them! How does it do this? The information we have input throughout our life—all of it, whether from parents, peers, games, television, or any other form of communication, including billboards, print and electronic media, and the like—is what’s in the unconscious. Add to that our experiences, good and bad, and the defense mechanisms that have been built up to protect us, our method of reasoning, our long bags, and so forth—and while adding, remember to allow in your calculations for the fact that humans are herd animals and by nature seek acceptance and operate primarily on the principle of pleasure over pain. Now you are ready to at least approximate the calculus deployed in your unconscious mind for decision making" - Eldon Taylor 'Choices & Illusions'

"Choices & Illusions is a powerful masterpiece. It makes you think about those things that are really important, but which have been stored away in the ‘read later’ file. This book provides you with a wonderful opportunity to contemplate those important matters, now, and in one place" …. Matthew James

Magick Journal: 'Strange Dream'

Wednesday 2nd October 2013

This was very profound. One of those dreams which were actually more than a dream. This experience was real.

In the dream reality/altered reality I was dealing with a very toxic fuel source. I remember distinctly the pink fragments within the fuel source and the care I had to take to fill a container with the fuel source. The fuel source was odourless but I knew it was dangerous!

However I did not anticipate just how long this particular procedure would take. I had no special breathing apparatus, so very soon I was beginning to retch and experienced having breathing difficulties in the dream reality/altered reality. I began to cough violently in the dream reality/altered reality.

Immediately I was awake. Back in the physical world. I was unable to breathe. I was coughing with a real tightness around my throat and neck. It was a very violent coughing fit. Something I had not experienced before ...

Points to note:

1.  I had not suffered any bad coughing fits prior to the dream scenario or since.
2. The violent coughing fit began WITHIN the dream and extended into this reality.
3. The dream reality/altered reality was extremely vivid and as real as the physical world including fall awareness and mind thoughts.

Conclusion:

This was not a dream. I'd been on a parallel reality. And this 'dream' had been the latest in a sequence of experiences over the last few nights that imply I am actively involved in some kind of 'project' on another reality that is VERY real. Three nights ago I was 'secreted' to some kind of underground base or chamber and introduced to others just like me. Two nights ago I was aware of undertaking certain tasks and procedures ... this latest 'dream' appearing to be part of some adjustment or reprogramming of some significant structure ...

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said, "My son, the battle is between 2 "wolves" inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith
."

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?"

The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."

Spiritual Warfare and the Pineal Gland

Above Top Secret: Our pineal glands are targeted through a variety of means in order to keep us in the dark so to speak. Flouride, stress, abnormal sleeping cycles, electromagnetic smog, and aluminum all have a negative effect on our pineal gland.

Environmental stresses affect pineal function, impacting overall body alertness, temperature levels, and hormone operation. Stresses that affect pineal function include unusual light and dark rhythms, radiation, magnetic fields, nutritional imbalances, temperature swings, high altitude, and overall daily stress patterns.

Melatonin (produced from the pineal gland) has been shown to inhibit the growth and metastasis of some tumors in experimental animals, and may therefore play a role in cancer inhibition. Removal of the pineal gland and/or reduction in melatonin output have been implicated in the increased incidence of breast cancer in laboratory animals. Patients who have breast cancer have lower levels of melatonin in the blood. The hormone has also been shown to be protective against genetic damage, and it has a stimulatory effect on the immune system.

How we use and develop our brain builds the structure with which we use to define and interpret reality. By experiencing a wide spectrum of stimulation we develop our perceptions in greater variety. A limited exposure develops a more restricted understanding of what we experience and how we understand the world. For example a person who hiked through a variety of terrain such as deserts, plains, forests and towns would have a broader experience and way of seeing the world than someone who has experienced all their memories and stimulation from living in a city....read more>>>....

Despite Thimerosal (Mercury) Ban Imposed By The FDA, 60 Percent of All Flu Vaccines Still Contain This Deadly Neurotoxin

Waking Times: Although the FDA gave a two year deadline to remove thimerosal from vaccines after the deadly neurotoxin was banned in 1999, they continue to appear in vaccine formulations to this day. The FDA now supports thimerosal in up to 60 percent of flu vaccines, many which are approved for children for the 2013/2014 flu season. The public is still so propagandized by mainstream medicine and the media, that they are blind to the facts relating to the FDA’s reversal on their decision of allowing thimerosal into vaccines. Factually, Thimerosal is a mercury-containing compound that is a known human carcinogen, mutagen, teratogen and immune-system disruptor at levels below 1 part-per-million, and a compound to which some humans can have an anaphylactic shock reaction. It is also a recognized reproductive and fetal toxin with no established toxicologically safe level of exposure for humans. In November, 1997, the U.S. Congress passed the Food and Drug Administration Modernization Act, requiring the study of mercury content in FDA-approved products. The review disclosed the hitherto-unrecognized levels of ethylmercury in vaccines...read more>>>...

Riding the Wave of life

Daily Om: Our lives are continually in motion, buoyed by the wave that is the universe’s flow. As the wave rises and falls, we are carried forward, through life’s high and low points. The universe’s flow may take us to a place in life where we would rather not be. As tempting as it can be to fight the direction and size of this wave that propels us, riding the wave is intended to make life easier. When you ride the wave, your life can evolve naturally and with minimal effort. Riding the wave, however, is not a passive experience. It is an active process that requires you to be attentive, centered, and awake. You must also practice stillness so you can flow with, rather than resist the wave’s motion. Because life is dynamic and always changing, it is when we try to make the wave stand still or resist its direction that we are likely to get pulled under by its weight. If you try to move against the wave, you may feel as if you are trapped by it and have no control over your destiny. When you reach a low point while riding the wave and find your feet touching bottom, remember to stay standing so that you can leap forward along with the wave the next time it rises. Trying to resist life’s flow is a losing proposition and costly because you waste energy...read more>>>...

From 'Hiding the Decline' to 'Burying the Pause': Man-made Global Warming is still a lie

S.O.T.T: Humour me for a moment and pretend that the biblical hell exists. The Global Warming proponents among the world's climate scientists are going there. It's a fitting place for people who prostitute their skills and energy to serve the despicable agenda of the global elite; people who use their positions of influence and authority to bamboozle the world and try to convince us that black is white, up is down and that humans are causing global warming on the planet when the Northern Hemisphere has experienced an unprecedented five successive bitterly cold winters. Perhaps if their transition to hell is sufficiently seamless, and, unaware that anything has changed, they'll be able to convince themselves that they were right all along. Gifted with minds pre-disposed to scientific investigation and given access to data and instrumentation with which they are supposed to objectively explore our reality, these men and women are, more than anyone else, in a position to influence the course of human destiny towards positive or negative ends.

Sadly, many of them have chosen the road to hell...read more>>>...

Purpose

Daily OM: Most living things belong to a particular soul group and are born knowing their purpose in life. An animal will spend its day foraging for food, taking care of itself and its young, and creating a home. No one tells an animal to do this, yet it instinctively knows how. Humans, for the most part, are not born consciously knowing what their purpose is. Purpose gives our life meaning. When you discover your purpose, you can live your life with intention and make choices that serve your objective for why you are here on the planet. Finding your purpose is not always easy. You must embrace life wholeheartedly, explore many different pathways, and allow yourself to grow...read more>>>...

Psychic Development Exercise - ESP Cards - Test #1

Ok, everyone ... this is the warm up exercise.

What ESP cards are in the envelope???

1. How many cards are in the envelope?

2. What is the colour or the shape ?

To undertake this exercise, first clear your mind and focus on the five ESP cards images above the envelope. Let all stray thoughts and inner dialogue fade away as you focus on the cards.

Now concentrate on the envelope and permit one or more of the ESP card images seemingly superimpose themselves onto the envelope ... keep trying this method until you instinctively get a sense of what cards ARE in the envelope.

Write down your FIRST IMPRESSIONS as this is what you are looking for ... restart the exercise if you have your thought process disturbed,

Good Luck!

The Most Fulfilling Road

Daily OM: Our lives are made up of a complex network of pathways that we can use to move from one phase of life to the next. For some of us, our paths are wide, smooth, and clearly marked. Many people, however, find that they have a difficult time figuring out where they need to go next. Determining which “next step” will land you on the most direct route to fulfillment and the realization of your life purpose may not seem easy. There are many ways to discover what the next step on your life path should be. If you are someone who seeks to satisfy your soul, it is vital that you make this inquiry. Often, your inner voice will counsel you that it’s time for a change, and it is very important to trust yourself because only you know what is best for you. Personal growth always results when you let yourself expand beyond the farthest borders of what your life has been so far. When figuring out what your next step will be, you may want to review your life experiences...read more>>>...

The big lie of genetics exposed: human DNA incapable of storing complete blueprint of the human form

Natural News: Genetics is an attempt by materialistic scientists to offer a purely materialist view of inheritance and development of not just physical bodies but non-physical inherited attributes such as instinctive behaviors and cellular function. According to the theory of genetics, physical gene sequences contained in chromosomes found in each cell in your body are a "blueprint" for all your body's physical structures, biochemical functions and inherited behavioral patterns. This blueprint, the theory goes, contains ALL the instructions needed to create a complete human form with all its physical structures, physiological functions and inherited behaviours fully represented and complete. Because of the enormous complexity of the human body, organ function, cell structures and instinctive behaviors, it was once believed that humans must possess somewhere around 2 million protein-coding genes. The Human Genome Project was launched in 1990 with the widespread belief that when it was finished, it would "unlock" all the mysteries of the origins of disease in humans. It was also believed that when the human genome fully mapped, scientists would be able to create humans in any form they wanted, including humans with extra arms or legs, humans free of all disease, humans with "enhanced" physical powers, and so on...read more>>>..

Space News Suppressed – Comet ISON Approaches

Before Its News: This is something to keep an eye on. The press has been playing it down which always makes one sit up and pay attention. Notice we never really get detailed analysis from any of these mega observatory installations. Maybe a Hubble pic here and there but always superficial information, as if we’re not supposed to know about the full realities of what’s going on out there. That certainly fits their strangulating, elitist, eons old “need to know basis” meme. That ISON will be its closest to the earth near the winter solstice is significant in itself, never mind the sun being in a magnetic shut down in this general time due to its magnetic pole shift now under way. Perhaps even more importantly is the fact that we could easily pass through its debris field. That in itself is clearly something that is worth paying attention to. Researchers have discovered that major pandemics have taken place on the planet during solar magnetic shut downs since ions are not deflected from earth by the sun’s magnetic field, and they’ve proven they arrive with alien microbes from outer space. Our planet’s magnetic field is also at a low ebb, compounding our vulnerability...read more>>>...

A Cure For Depression - Liquorice

Eco Habits: This little-known treatment for depression is actually quite effective – it has more antidepressant compounds than St. John’s Wort, but it has not enjoyed the same press. Many of its compounds are, in fact, MAO inhibitors. Better known for its role in candy flavoring, the root contains glycyrrhizin, which stimulates the adrenal glands to produce hydrocortisone in the body. Interestingly, adrenal gland dysfunction has been linked to depression and related disorders.

Licorice root can be drunk as a tea, up to three cups a day, or taken in capsule form. But be cautious about taking licorice for prolonged periods of time (more than 4 weeks) as it can cause water retention and high blood pressure...read more>>>...

The Matrix: Pentagon wants ALL data to recreate 'parallel virtual Earth' for testing and conditioning human responses to psy-ops in real time

S.O.T.T: Perhaps your real life is so rich you don't have time for another. Even so, the US Department of Defense (DOD) may already be creating a copy of you in an alternate reality to see how long you can go without food or water, or how you will respond to televised propaganda. The DOD is developing a parallel to Planet Earth, with billions of individual "nodes" to reflect every man, woman, and child this side of the dividing line between reality and AR.  Called the Sentient World Simulation (SWS), it will be a "synthetic mirror of the real world with automated continuous calibration with respect to current real-world information", according to a concept paper for the project...read more>>>...

Clearing a Space for Change

Daily Om: In life, we tend to have an easier time acquiring possessions than we do getting rid of them. Just as we harbor emotional baggage that is difficult to let go of, our lives can tend to be filled with material objects that we may feel compelled to hold on to. Most people are not conscious of how much they own and how many of their possessions are no longer adding value to their life. They fiercely hold on to material objects because this makes them feel secure or comfortable. While it’s true that the ownership of “stuff” can make you feel good for awhile, it seldom satisfies the deep inner longings that nearly everyone has for fulfillment and satisfaction. It is only when we are ready to let go of our baggage and be vulnerable that it becomes possible to recognize the emotional hold that our possessions can have on us. It’s not uncommon to hold on to material objects because we are attached to them or fear the empty spaces that will remain if we get rid of them. Giving away the souvenirs from a beloved voyage may feel like we are erasing the memory of that time in our life. We may also worry that our loved ones will feel hurt if we don’t keep the gifts they’ve given us. It’s easy to convince ourselves that unused possessions might come in handy someday or that parting with them will cause you emotional pain. However, when your personal space is filled with objects, there is no room for anything new to enter and stay in your life. Your collection of belongings may “protect” you from the uncertainties of an unknown future while keeping you stuck in the past. Holding on to unnecessary possessions often goes hand in hand with holding on to pain, anger, and resentment, and letting go of your material possessions may help you release emotional baggage...read more>>>...
