Egret/Heron is one of my personal medicines; Heron has been a personal power animal and totem bird, as I've mentioned before, since I was a young child. They are part of my own psyche, and an external symbol I relate to. When I see Egret/Heron it is very much like meeting with an aspect of self. Their appearance indicates something of note or merit in the hours/days that follow .....
