A thousand and one apologies ... we were unable to broadcast our anticipated Facebook live program with Matthew James.
Our broadband quality is very erratic, and proved to be too slow at the critical times ... even though it is advertised as superfast fibre ... it is not the case when it comes to providing a reliable service for live broadcasts.
We considered attempting a live broadcast via Iphone but opted for a postponement until a later date so we can broadcast a far more professional show via our studio facilities. So watch this space. Virgin Media you should be ashamed of yourselves for providing such an inconsistent service to your customers.
