Over Newcastle airspace, an RAF fighter nearly collides with a UFO

 A report by the UK Airprox Board has come to light, describing an incident in Newcastle’s airspace in November of last year involving an airplane and a “unknown object.”

The crew of a four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft, the RAF Atlas, noticed a moving object down the right side of their aircraft at 1 p.m. on November 16. In Tyne and Wear, they were flying over Currock Hill, reports thenorthernecho.co.uk.
