Your Inner Critic

 The Inner Critic is that part of yourself that criticizes everything you do, doubts what you do, doesn't think you are good enough, gives you negative thoughts, is cynical, is never satisfied, and is a perfectionist. Another term for the Inner Critic is the Inner Villain that plays a plot with yourself. Once you have disengaged from the plot with other people, you then have the task of disengaging from your own Villain that is making you a Victim to yourself.

As long as you are busy blaming other people for your feelings and circumstances... Your Inner Critic remains invisible to you. So it stands to reason, that when you cease blaming others, you will then become aware of your own self blame, and inner criticism. It is your inner criticism that has you blaming others in the first place. If you are sensitive to others blaming or criticizing you... Then you have a well developed Inner Critic. It is the Inner Critic that cares what others think about you. It is the Inner Critic that has you feeling hurt by what others say or do.

Once you have dealt with your Inner Critic, you will be less at the effect of other people, and more at cause over all areas of your life. If you have a fear of rejection... This is a fear born directly from the essence of your Inner Critic.Technically, the Inner Critic is your shadow self that is you rejecting you. It is found in the depths of your subconscious mind.

The opposite of your Inner Critic is self acceptance, or another way of saying this is your Inner Cheerleader.

When your Inner Critic is beating you up for a mistake you made, you become unsavory to other people. They feel that you are negative and perhaps toxic and therefore will be inclined to reject you. Your Inner Critic seduces the worst behavior from people as it only leaves space for a harmful act or nasty comment. You might as well have a sign on your forehead that says, beat me up, reject me.

It takes a very clear person to see this and not reject you or beat you up. This takes a lot of energy and isn't fun. So you are no fun to be around (and you can't stand yourself either.)

The 3 decks called the "Visconti Trumps" are generally regarded as the "forefathers" of the decks that are widely available today. It is in remembering this that we awaken to our personal path.

The spiritual path springs forth from a daily routine that reaffirms our personal connection with a purpose or a way of life. Practicing compassion, gratitude, appreciation, forgiveness, generosity, meditation, and taking care of one’s well-being can all be a part of one’s spiritual life. If you are new to exploring your personal spirituality, remember that this is a process. You may want to spend a few moments each day giving yourself a spiritual gift. Try a new form of meditation, visit a sanctuary, or explore a specific deity.

Accepting the importance of spirituality can be a healthy decision because a spiritual practice tends to include habits that promote healthy living. Lynn Forester de Rothschild wants to use AI to radically change economies; to “save capitalism”

The Council for Inclusive Capitalism (“CIC”) was formed at the height of the covid pandemic. It is essentially everything that conspiracy theorists have been warning about for years packaged into a single Orwellian entity.

Brandon Smith, founder of Alt-Market, has written about CIC extensively and recommends that his article that gives the best overview is: ‘What is the “Council for Inclusive Capitalism?” It’s the New World Order’.

The basic root function of the council is to centralise most or all corporations with global influence and join them with governments into a network, Smith said. Adding that CIC is a physical body representing the action arm of the environmental, social, and corporate governance (“ESG”) concept. “It is meant to create incentives and punishments for the business world based on their compliance with the values of globalism and woke socialism as well as their submission to the climate agenda.”

 Aspartate and glutamate act as neurotransmitters in the brain by facilitating the transmission of information from neuron to neuron. Too much aspartate or glutamate in the brain kills certain neurons by allowing the influx of too much calcium into the cells. This influx triggers excessive amounts of free radicals, which kill the cells. The neural cell damage that can be caused by excessive aspartate and glutamate is why they are referred to as "excitotoxins." They "excite" or stimulate the neural cells to death.Aspartic acid is an amino acid. Taken in its free form (unbound to proteins) it significantly raises the blood plasma level of aspartate and glutamate. The Golden Rule

 All over the world, there exists a simple precept that, when followed, has the power to end conflict and banish strife.

It is the Golden Rule, a key concept in many philosophies and spiritualities that admonishes us to “do unto others as we would have them do unto us.” Its meaning is clear: treat others only in ways that you would want to be treated. However, the golden rule is not always easy to follow. It can be a challenge to honour others as we wish to be honored. Yet, when we do so, we bestow a gift of loving kindness on our fellow human beings. And, in honoring others, we honor ourselves.

It is as uncomplicated a tenet as one could wish for. When we live by it, harming another person becomes nearly impossible. The Golden Rule is rooted in pure empathy and does not compel us to perform any specific act. Rather, it gently guides us to never let our actions toward others be out of harmony with our own desires. The Golden Rule asks us to be aware of the effect our words and actions may have on another person and to imagine ourselves in their place. It calls on us to ask ourselves how we would feel if what we were about to do were directed toward us. And yet this rule invites us to do more than not harm others. It suggests that we look for opportunities to behave toward others in the same ways that we would want others to act toward us. Showing compassion, being considerate of others, caring for the less fortunate, and giving generously are what can result when you follow the Golden Rule.

Adhering to the Golden Rule whenever possible can have a positive effect on the world around you because kindness begets kindness. In doing so, you generate a flow of positive energy that enfolds everyone you encounter in peace, goodwill, and harmony.

Amazon’s new generative AI assistant “Q” has “severe hallucinations” and leaks confidential data

Amazon’s fledgling generative AI assistant, Q, has been struggling with factual inaccuracies and privacy issues, according to leaked internal communications.

The chatbot was recently announced by Amazon’s cloud computing division and will be aimed at businesses. A company blog post says it was built to help employees write emails, troubleshoot, code, research and summarize reports and will provide users with helpful answers that relate only to the content that “each user is permitted to access.”

It was promoted as a safer and more secure offering than ChatGPT. However, leaked documents show that it is not performing up to standards, experiencing “severe hallucinations” and leaking confidential data.

According to Platformer, who obtained the leaked documents, one incident was flagged as “sev 2.” This designation is reserved for events deemed serious enough to page Amazon engineers overnight and have them work on the weekend to correct them. The publication revealed that the tool leaked unreleased features and shared the locations of Amazon Web Services data centers.

One employee wrote in the company’s Slack channel that Q could provide advice that is so bad that it could “potentially induce cardiac incidents in Legal.”

An internal document referring to the wrong answers and hallucinations of the AI assistant noted: “Amazon Q can hallucinate and return harmful or inappropriate responses. For example, Amazon Q might return out of date security information that could put customer accounts at risk.”

These are very worrying problems for a chatbot that the company is gearing toward businesses who will likely have data protection and compliance concerns. OpenAI researchers warn board that rapidly advancing AI technology threatens humanity

The recent dismissal, then reinstatement, of OpenAI CEO Sam Altman may have had something to do with rumors concerning a company breakthrough in artificial general intelligence (AGI), which some say threatens humanity.

In the days leading up to Altman getting canned, it is alleged (but not yet proven) that several staff researchers at OpenAI wrote a letter to the company board describing a major breakthrough called Q*, pronounced as Q-Star, that supposedly allows AI robots to "surpass humans in most economically valuable tasks."

Reuters reported on this alleged breakthrough, which is believed to have played a significant role in causing the board to abruptly fire Altman. There are also concerns that commercializing this advanced AI model is moving too quickly and without any consideration about the socio-economic consequences of unleashing this kind of thing on the world.

According to an inside source, Q* is able to solve mathematical problems but only "on the level of grade-school students." Even so, Q*'s perfect performance on the math problems were enough to excite the researchers, who wrote that they are "very optimistic about Q*'s future success."

Leading Russian polar scientist: Cooling begins in 2030...Climate crisis a 'Globalist Scam'

A top polar scientist interviewed by the Russian Academy of Sciences says we need to prepare for serious global cooling, to begin by 2030-2035. Cites studies of Lake Baikal and historic climate epochs.

People's Voice here reports: "One of the world's top Arctic scientist's has spoken out to debunk the 'climate crisis' narrative" and warns the public that "the Earth is actually about to enter a period of 'global cooling.'"

According to leading polar scientist Andrey Fedotov of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), "the warming is about to end" and "The Earth is about to enter an 'ice age.'"

U.S., Sweden and Switzerland now experiencing a SURGE in pneumonia cases while China deals with “white lung syndrome”

Denmark and the U.S. have also recently reported an increase in cases of a similar respiratory infection in children.

A recent study revealed that at least 145 individuals in Sweden were infected by mycoplasma pneumonia from April through September. The same report revealed that Switzerland had reported 132 cases while Singapore had seen 172.

Meanwhile, Ohio has reported a pediatric outbreak of pneumonia, including several cases of mycoplasma pneumonia, a mild version of the disease.

Ukrainian frontlines are COLLAPSING, Russian forces ADVANCING on all fronts

Russia reported on Friday, Dec. 1, that its troops have made significant advances in every section of the Ukrainian frontlines.

The frontlines in Russia's special military operation in Ukraine have barely shifted in 2023, despite a massively publicized Ukrainian counteroffensive earlier this year.

But fighting in the country has remained intense, and now Russian sources are reporting that the Russian Armed Forces have advanced into "more favorable positions."

"Our servicemen are acting competently and decisively, occupying a more favorable position and expanding their zones of control in all directions," said Russian Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu on Friday during a briefing with top Russian military personnel.

Shoigu added that Russian forces in Ukraine are "effectively and firmly inflicting fire damage on the Ukrainian Armed Forces," and noted that Ukraine's combat capabilities were "significantly reduced" following its counteroffensive earlier this year.

Ukraine's counteroffensive launched in June after months of highly publicized preparations has stalled in Ukraine's southern and southeastern fronts without significant progress. This is despite massive shipments of Western weapons and training by Western advisors for Ukrainian troops. Hopes for a breakthrough are fading as winter draws near, making significant military movements problematic.

It is aimed at people who understand that science is a process of observation and discovery, not a religion.”

The book takes a look at questions alarmist doctrines insist is settled such as: What exactly is the consensus shared by the scientific community and the state of climate science?  The creation of any kind of art can be as much a form of meditation as a vehicle for self-expression. And then there is the act of meditation that can take place when you create poetry. Sculpting your thoughts and emotions into a poem can take you on a journey into your inner universe where your conscious mind is momentarily cast adrift.

Like other forms of meditation, writing poetry requires that you stay fully present during the process, rather than focusing on any outcome. In doing so, you release any inhibitions or ideas of “what needs to happen,” so that your thoughts can flow freely through you. When you write poetry, you are able to see the reflections of your innermost self imprinted on a page.

If you’d like to experience poetry as a meditation practice, you might want to try this exercise: Set aside twenty minutes where you can be alone in a quiet space. You may want to look at poems other people have written to see if there is a style of poetry you would like to try. You can also try writing in freeform. The structure of the poem will then organically reveal itself to you. When you are ready, sit down with pen and paper and let the words flow. Don’t think about what you are going to say next, and don’t worry about spelling, grammar, or logic. Instead, be as descriptive, visually precise, rhythmic, or lyrical as you want to be. When you feel complete, put the pen down, and read over what you’ve written. Appreciate this work of art you have created. You may even find that thoughts and emotions you had repressed before are now making themselves known so you can process and release them. New Zealand Whistleblower Reveals Shocking Number of Covid Vaccine Deaths

 An administrator overseeing New Zealand’s Covid vaccine database has come forward as a whistleblower and is disclosing that a concerning proportion of individuals who received the Covid vaccine died shortly afterward.

A breakdown of the data based on vaccine batches was provided by the whistleblower. He claims that in the first batch, consisting of 711 vaccinated individuals, 152, or 21 percent, died soon after. Notably, the majority of the vaccine batches were Pfizer doses, he says.

Further analysis by the whistleblower extended to those administering the shots and the recipients, revealing alarming figures.

One vaccinator administered shots to 621 individuals, and of those, 104, or 17 percent, died, as per the whistleblower’s information.

Politicians have created a multicultural monster beyond control

 Back in July, around the time of my birthday, I happened to clock a protest by women my age in south Dublin. Several splendid Irish mammies with crossly-crossed arms and don’t-mess-with-me-mister expressions were blocking roads in their neighbourhood after rumours circulated on social media that 60 undocumented male asylum seekers were to be housed there. “We come out and stand here and protest to keep our children and grandchildren safe and we are called ‘racist,’” one woman said defiantly. “People are afraid. There is no one coming to speak to us. All the political parties do is use Facebook to call frightened women racists and bullies.” What struck me about those women in their 40s, 50s and 60s – women with daughters and granddaughters to worry about – was that a major part of their anger arose from the fact that, not only were they not being heard, they were being treated as the problem. They weren’t the problem, and they knew they weren’t.

The problem was that their government was allowing men from God-knows-where into their community. Mainly young men who would want sex (how rarely that basic fact is mentioned) and who came from countries where girls with their heads uncovered, their flesh exposed, are viewed by some as fair game. It was perfectly clear to the Irish women that the safety of their children should come first, above any other consideration. In any previous generation, it would have. But Western governments like theirs are so wedded to a multicultural experiment that they have failed to prevent a large number of illegal migrants (and far too many legal immigrants in the UK’s case) into their countries, often without adequate checks.

This is such a vast, epochal mistake, the consequences so volatile and hard to control, that governments are now running scared and cannot own up to their mistake. Instead, the people must be blamed for their “hateful” reaction to the mistake....<<<Read More>>>...

Anonymous airline pilot exposes chemtrail operation in the U.K.

In a recent interview with Drake Michigan host Ant Critchley, an anonymous airline pilot of 34 years spoke about a government chemtrail operation in the United Kingdom. He claims the operation imports transporter aircraft from the U.S. and utilizes multiple shell companies to profit from clandestine experiments in the skies.

The anonymous pilot has flown more than 26 different aircraft types and has worked for the military and on commercial airlines. He once considered chemtrails to be conspiracy theory, but recent experiences have changed his views.

After a detailed investigation, he claims the chemtrailing aircraft operate out of Newquay, Southampton, Stansted, Teesside, Prestwick and Liverpool airports, and spray chemtrails across Cornwall, a county in South West England, as well as the cities of London, Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester.

The anonymous pilot was first made aware of chemtrails years ago when a first officer brought the matter of geoengineering and weather modification to his attention. At the time, chemtrails sounded like conspiracy theory, but about three years ago, those theories became reality when he took a closer look into a low-flying plane that was leaving behind suspect trails that couldn't scientifically be contrails. At a meeting with friends in the country, the pilot noticed lines in the sky that ran north to south. The lines were approximately 10 miles long, with 13 shorter two- or three-mile-long lines that traversed one another. The lines stayed for about 40 minutes, creating a squiggly grid of sorts.

The now suspicious pilot contacted one of his colleagues at the local airport. The colleague had access to a surveillance/tracking software called an Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B). This system relies on aircraft and airport vehicles to broadcast their identity, position and other relevant information from their onboard system. The pilot asked his colleague to identify a potential aeroplane that was flying over the airport at around 12,000 – 13,000 feet, while “doing squiggly lines.” The colleague could not confirm an aeroplane at that altitude, but did identify one at 10,000 feet.
