Some 'Classic' Anomalies

These three negative image anomalies of areas on the Martian surface are being termed 'original artwork'. They may or may not be true representations of what is 'really there' on Mars. Tampering of the imagery is clearly evident, as the boys & girls at a department in NASA have a powerful toy which can distort and change the satellite images received from Mars (Or perhaps it is the satellite itself which has distort-the-image technology). Whatever it is, we (Joe Public) are not being shown what is really out there.

What manner of technology seems to 'cling' to a hillside in this image? Or is it a building (or pipeline perhaps)

What are the lines, lumps and blobs in this image? Signs of inhabitation perhaps?

This looks like snow and ice ... plus what is the strange band of colours on the right of the image. It seems like lifeforms ... maybe?

The Climategate E-mails & The MSM

And if you want to read those potentially incriminating emails in full, go to An Elegant Chaos org where they have all been posted in searchable form. Like the Telegraph’s MPs’ expenses scandal, this is the gift that goes on giving. It won’t, unfortunately, derail Copenhagen (too many vested interests involved) or cause any of our many political parties to start talking sense on “Climate change”. But what it does demonstrate is the growing level of public scepticism towards Al Gore’s Anthropogenic Global Warming theory. That’s why, for example, this story is the single most read item on today’s Telegraph website. What it also is the growing power of the Blogosphere and the decreasing relevance of the Mainstream Media (MSM). This is not altogether the MSM’s fault. Partly it is just the way of things that more and more readers prefer their news and opinion served up in snappier, less reverent, more digestible and instant for. But in the case of “Climate Change”, the MSM has been caught with its trousers down. The reason it has been so ill-equipped to report on this scandal is because almost all of its Environmental Correspondents and Environmental Editors are parti pris members of the Climate-Fear Promotion lobby. Most of their contacts (and information sources) work for biased lobby groups like Greenpeace and the WWF, or conspicuously pro-AGW government departments and Quangos such as the Carbon Trust. How can they bring themselves to report on skullduggery at Hadley Centre when the scientists involved are the very ones whose work they have done most to champion and whose pro-AGW views they share ... read more ...

Global Warming Meltdown: Climategate!

'For those of us “skeptics” and “deniers” who have been jumping up and down, pointing at the Sun, and saying, “See, it’s the Sun that determines how warm or cool the Earth is. See it? Up there in the sky?” The truth about some of the scientists behind the global warming hoax has finally arrived. The hoax has its roots in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), an instrument of the United Nations Environmental Program, for whom global warming was the open sesame to achieving a one-world-government by scaring nations into signing a treaty that would control their use of energy, the means of producing it, and require vast billions to be sent to less developed nations in exchange for “emitting” greenhouse gases. Energy is called “the master resource” because, if you have lots of it, you can call your own shots. If you don’t, you are condemned to live in the dark and keeping people in the dark about the global warming hoax was essential' (Read more...)

The Reciprocal Flow of Abundance

Since giving and receiving are so intimately intertwined in our lives, we often expect that we can attract abundance by simply conducting ourselves in an openhanded fashion. Yet we find ourselves wallowing in disappointment when our ample generosity is not met with the expected results. The answer to this quandary lies in the expectations that, in part, initially prompted us to give. Though our intention is likely pure, we can unintentionally mar the beautiful experience of giving by focusing on what we will eventually receive in return. When we let go of the notion that we deserve to receive gifts based on giving gifts, bounty can once again flow freely in and out of our lives.

When the gifts you give are laden down with expectations, they cease to be gifts and become units of exchange that you are, in effect, trading for some reward. Thus, the reciprocal laws of the universe err on the side of the giver who shares for the sake of sharing. You may have seen this simple truth at work in your own experience, perhaps when life’s busyness prevented you from spending too much time contemplating the results your charitable actions would ultimately have on the lives of others. It was likely then that you received the greatest gifts in return for your kindness. If you have trouble divesting yourself of your expectations, you may need to reflect upon the root of your inability to act in the true spirit of giving. Each time you make a gift, whether spiritual or tangible, ask yourself if there is something you hope to receive in return. You may be surprised to discover that you expect to be repaid with an easy life, financial windfalls, or opportunities.

To integrate this most selfless form of generosity into your life, you will have to let go of your need to be in control. Accepting that while like inevitably attracts like, it typically does so on an unobservable timetable. This can help you stop weighing the gifts you give against those you have received. Giving eventually becomes a profound joy that stands alone, separate from any and all conditions, and you will learn to appreciate the flow of reciprocal abundance as a gift in and of itself.

A Deeper Gaze?

Are those eyes still watching me? That mind deeply immersed in the hidden quarter of the great mystery. Is she still leading her double life? Still safely hidden by the loyalty within the factions of her mystic circle? In the early days the throng had moments gazing at what was written. I doubt it still is the same ... for their devious plan seems to have flowed from source to ocean, and the young children in the midst of it all ... did the scientist perfect what it was he was supposed to? Did it all go to plan ... all the links with those devious contacts, to ship in a supply of guinea pigs. Was it all worth it in the end? Rings of madness invented as a cover to hide their great design. To create the grail, I think that was the intention. To provide a means to perfect the vehicles in which a consciousness exists. I wonder if they can hold all the wheel within wheels in place. Circles within circles almost always have spies and trojan horses. Within those hidden quarters I doubt it is truly as it seems. On the outside, that inner queen is barely perceived. For she hides herself cleverly away behind her serpentine doors - MJ

Moon's phases ARE linked with epilepsy after all, say scientists

Superstitions about the influence of the Moon on the brain and, in particular, on epilepsy and seizures, have been around for centuries, but according to new research there may be something in them after all.

Researchers discovered that the number of epileptic seizures - which are related to electrical activity in the brain - goes down when the Moon is at its brightest. They examined the record of seizures in a dedicated epilepsy unit, in which every seizure in each 24-hour period is logged for all patients.

The researchers compared the timing of each seizure with the brightness of the Moon. Their results showed that during the brighter phases of the Moon's cycle there were fewer epileptic seizures in the corresponding 24-hour period. 'These findings suggest that epileptic seizures are less likely to occur on brighter nights,' says Dr Sallie Baxendale of the Institute of Neurology at University College London, who led the study.

Experts believe the effect of the hormone melatonin, which is secreted only at night and in the dark, may be implicated in triggering seizures. (Daily Mail)

Patient dies after being given swine flu vaccine

One person has died after being given the Government’s new swine flu vaccination. It is the first death to be linked to the new Pandemrix jab and comes on top of a further 1,329 reports of suspected adverse reactions in just four weeks.

But experts investigating the death say it was likely to have been caused by the patient’s ‘significant underlying health conditions’ rather than the vaccine itself

The most frequent reactions to Pandemrix are pain and swelling at the injection site, vomiting, dizziness and fever.

There have been two cases of anaphylactic shock, one child experienced arthritis and two had seizures, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency said. A link to the jab has not been established. A Department of Health spokesman said: ‘There are no concerns about these reports.’ (Daily Mail)

Another Martian Anomaly

Another of the negative images which have produced an anomaly that 'could' indicate life forms. Again, you may have to double click to see clearer. The image is blurred, however, and it is not easy to make out for sure what is in this image. It is up to you to decide for yourself ...

The Different Bodies Of Man

The same level of experience found in the universe as a whole can be found within the human Soul as well. The same levels of "Being-ness", the same divine Hierarchies found in the "immaterial" etheric, astral and higher planes of the universe as a whole can be found within the human Soul as well. This realization of being a "MIRROR" of the Macrocosm is central to unfold the mystical process. This whole process circles around the magnetic axial pole of pure Being. The principle of macrocosm and microcosm, which represents this mirroring of levels is the foundation of all the spiritual and metaphysical traditions. From the formation of stars, to the collapses of galaxies, from our humble meditation practices, to world affairs... Everything in the universe affects and resonates with everything else. In the same manner, our own spiritual practice and level of consciousness affect and resonate in all the Planes of existence in the universe... This is also a reminder that, however strange the universe may seem to us, we and it share one nature and one life.

The individual human being, then, is understood in mystical terms as a reflection of the whole universe, and the same levels we have traced in the universe as a whole can be traced in the Soul as well. This is another way of repeating what we have previously said, that our own level of consciousness projects outwardly the way we "see" and understand reality.

The universe and the spiritual Hierarchy are mirrored in us through many subtle bodies. We have, the biological or physical body - the etheric body, which is made of ether or life-energy - the astral body, which is the body of concrete consciousness shaped by the psyche (thoughts, feelings) - the mental body, which is the body of abstract consciousness perceived by pure awareness, which opens on realms of experience not bounded by space and time; and the spiritual or causal body named also the Light body, which is the root of consciousness and the innermost essence of the Soul. As with the levels of the macrocosm, each body can be seen as governing the body "below" it — that is, denser or more material than itself; thus, for example, the astral body is shaped and directed by the mental body, and in turn shapes and directs the etheric body ... read more ...

Oceans to Fall, Not Rise, Over Millions of Years

'Sea levels are set to fall over millions of years, making the current rise blamed on climate change a brief interruption of an ancient geological trend, scientists said on Thursday. They said oceans were getting deeper and sea levels had fallen by about 170 meters (560 ft) since the Cretaceous period 80 million years ago when dinosaurs lived. Previously, the little-understood fall had been estimated at 40 to 250 metres.'

And he says he's planning to appoint private militias financed by rightsholder groups who will have the power to kick you off the internet, spy on your use of the network, demand the removal of files or the blocking of websites, and Mandelson will have the power to invent any penalty, including jail time, for any transgression he deems you are guilty of. And of course, Mandelson's successor in the next government would also have this power.'

Man Utd 3 - 0 Everton

Manchester United's Darren Fletcher produced a superb strike as he helped his side ease to a win over Everton.

Fletcher converted United's dominance into a goal when he got over a hip-high ball and sent a shot into the top corner from the edge of the box. Michael Carrick swept in the second after being picked out by Ryan Giggs. Antonio Valencia completed Everton's misery when his angled far post shot went in via a deflection as the champions ran out comfortable winners. It was an improved performance from United following two defeats in three Premier League games and came after leaders Chelsea had temporarily moved eight points clear of them by hammering 4-0 Wolves. Everton had knocked United out at the FA Cup semi-final stage last season but, without a win at Old Trafford in the league since 1992, anything but a United win seemed unlikely - and so it proved. German Doctor Accuses Health Ministry of 'Massive Lies' Concerning Adjuvant Squalene

'The head of the Health Net of Alzey und Framersheimer, GP Dr Friedel Rohr, has accused the German Health Ministry of deceiving the general public about the risks associated with the swine flu jab. In a report in the local newspaper, Allgemine Zeitung, Alzey, Rohr said that there had been "massive lies" on the part of the German government concerning the jab and the adjuvant squalene.

He said it was not true to say that the adjuvant was needed by the pharmaceutical industry because there was too little vaccine to go round. "There is sufficient vaccine without adjuvants in the whole world," he said.'

Martian Anomaly

Another anomaly derived from reverse imaging of Google Mars 'material'. At first observation the band of parallel lines appears to be some evidence of deliberate tampering; indeed there are numerous sites on the Martian surface with similar anomalies. However, that would be too obvious. The boys & girls at NASA wouldn't surely have the images tampered with so obviously would they? Unless of course it was something so major that needed hiding? But what would be so major ... life on Mars? Water on Mars? Evidence of such would be a valid reason. However, I'm not thinking on those lines with these anomaly sites. Long deliberation over these parallel lines has made me re-think the obvious and arrive at another conclusion. Something has been left in plain view that we armchair humans don't know what we are looking at ... perhaps the boys & girls at NASA think we will come to the conclusion it is an alien world and so what we are looking at is undeterminable. Perhaps. But looking at the anomalies closely .... I still have other ideas. Double click the image and come to your own conclusions. More of this type of anomaly will be featured in the near future.

A Word On 'Lycanthropy'

Lycanthropy is the transformation of a human being into a wolf. Lycanthropy may be thought similar to metamorphosis. There are two types: the first type is exhibited as a mania in which the person imagines himself as being a wolf, and has a craving for blood. The second type is the magical-ecstatic transformation of a person into a werewolf which is usually accomplished through the use of ointments or charms.

The lore of werewolves has existed in many countries and civilizations since antiquity. Traditionally the belief in lycanthropy was first mentioned by Plato. Piny the Elder mentions it in his "Natural History", asserting that a certain member of a family in each generation becomes a wolf for nine years.

Other ancients including the poet Vergil, the novelist Petronius, and the geographer Strabo have written about the act of lycanthropy. In many legends the werewolf is a person born under a curse, and during the time of a full moon is unable to stop or control his hellish metamorphosis.

The term werewolf or "man-wolf" is derived from the Old English wer or man, plus wolf. The werewolf is usually a man, but occasionally can be a woman or child, who roams the countryside killing and eating its victims. Often the werewolf is wounded and the wound sympathetically carries over to the human form and reveal the identity of the werewolf.

One theory, presented by P. E. I (Issac) Boneits in "Real Magic" (1971), explains that sympathetic wounding actually is a cellular psychokinesis brought on by an extreme telepathic rapport between the human and the animal. In such case the human identifies with the animal so much that he actually takes over the animal's body. So any wounding the person receives while controlling the werewolf will carry over through cellular psychokinesis to the human body.

Other legends claim the person deliberately transforms himself into a werewolf. A sorcerer will do this to do evil to or kill his enemy. In South America sorcerers are said to kill and drink the blood of their enemies.

It is claimed sorcerers can turn into other were-animals (man-animals) such as serpents, leopards, panthers, jackals, bears, coyotes, owls, foxes and other feared creatures. Although, it seems it is the wolf that elicits the most fear, and, therefore, is feared the most of all.

It is a Navajo Indian belief that witches change into werewolves and other were-animals by donning animal skins. As were-animals they travel at great speeds. The meet in caves at nights to initiate new members, to plan ritual killings-at-a-distance, practice necrophilia with female corpses and eat their victims.

During medieval times European and Baltic countries were entrenched with werewolf beliefs. Later in the 15th. and 16th. centuries werewolves, like witches, were thought to be servants of the Devil. They made pacts with the Devil and sold their souls to him for his help... read more ...

Lightning causes house blazes as fires burn across NSW

Coastal NSW looks set to get a dose of the record-breaking hot temperatures seen throughout the state's inland, as lightning storms and winds spark numerous bushfires. Temperatures at some centres in western NSW continued to climb late on Friday afternoon, while a lightning storm passed over the Blue Mountains starting an unknown number of new fires. Those storms also knocked out power supply to homes and businesses. About 9000 addresses on Sydney's northern beaches and some on the Central Coast were without power because of the storms, Energy Australia said in a statement. Meanwhile, the Rural Fire Service (RFS) is battling numerous blazes, fanned by winds up to 60km/h, while metropolitan fire crews fight house fires believed started by lightning at Castle Cove and Campbelltown in Sydney.(Sydney Morning Herald)

Ancient Nuclear Warfare

During the first Egyptian “pyramid war”, between Horus and Seth, Horus strikes: “…(and he) let loose against them a storm which they could neither see with their eyes, nor hear with their ears. It brought death to all of them in a single moment…” (Sitchin, 1985) This sounds like the gamma-ray and neutron pulse from a sub-kiloton nuclear weapon, which has no fireball and the nuclear radiation extends far beyond the blast wave.

Zeus battles the Titans: “The hot vapor lapped around the Titans, of Gaea born, flame unspeakable rose bright to the upper air. The Flashing glare of the Thunder-Stone, its lightning, blinded their eyes-so strong it was. Astounding heat seized Chaos…It seemed as if Earth and wide Heaven above had come together, a mighty crash, as though Earth was hurled to ruin. Also were the winds brought rumbling, earthquake and dust storm, thunder and lightning.” (Sitchin, 1985). This appears to describe a large nuclear weapon which was detonated on or close to the ground, thus producing a large mushroom cloud.

Zeus conquering Thyphon: “A flame shot forth from the stricken lord in the dim, rugged, secluded valley of the Mount, when he was smitten. A great part of huge earth was scorched by the terrible vapor, melting as tin melts when heated by man’s art…in the glow of a blazing fire did the earth melt down.” (Sitchin, 1985). (Read More ...)

Images Of The Day - More Martian Anomalies

This first reversed image shows a number of interesting structures which appear not to be natural. A recent 'expedition' to the Martian surface realised this imagery. It was only when the image was tilted to this final position that the structures contained in the image appear to make more sense.

This second negative image may require double clicking for more clarity. There seems to be water or liquid within the larger crater. The darker area of the crater appears to herald something of interest (Either evidence of technology or life forms). This is again a more recent expedition to the surface of Mars.

Australian Government Wants Right to Detain Sick People

'Health authorities want the power to detain people for up to three months if they refuse testing or treatment for infectious diseases. Under draft legislation proposed by the State Government, someone with swine flu, measles or meningococcal disease could be forcibly held, examined and treated. It is one of several wide-ranging powers sought to protect the public.

The Public Health Bill also would, for the first time, give authorities the power to override parents who refused treatment for their children with infectious conditions. Other diseases that could be controlled include AIDS, polio, rabies, salmonella and cholera.

The tougher enforcement powers would come with a substantial increase in fines - up from $60,000 to $1 million and 10 years' jail - and relate to any serious risk caused to public health. SA Health public health director Kevin Buckett said the new legislation would give authorities wider powers to act more quickly.'

Shake Your Tail Feathers

Most of us express our distinctiveness in many ways throughout our lives. Although, as we proudly share our offbeat traits and preferences with the world, we take great pains to downplay those eccentricities we ourselves deem odd. Instead of living lives coloured by these quirky impulses, we seek out socially acceptable outlets for our peculiarities. We may not realize that we are editing ourselves in this way because our individual societal awareness is unintentionally attuned to the attitudes of the people we encounter each day. Over time, we have learned to suppress some of the most fun aspects of individuality. To rediscover and embrace these buried traits, we need only ask ourselves what we would do if we knew for certain that no one would judge our choices.

Visualizing this day without judgment can help you better understand the idiosyncrasies that are an important part of who you are but seldom manifest themselves in your existence. Perhaps you secretly dream of replacing grown-up, conservative clothing in favour of a changing array of costumes. You may envision yourself painting your car electric-green, hugging the trees in a crowded local park, singing joyous songs as you skip through your community, or taking up an exciting hobby like fire spinning. Try not to be surprised, however, if your imagination takes you in unexpectedly simple directions. In your musings, you may see yourself doing things such as breaking out in dance or dying your hair a fun colour. Regardless of the nature of your suppressed peculiarities, ask yourself what is really stopping you from making them a part of your life, and then resolve to incorporate at least one into your everyday existence.

Life as we know it is so short. Making the most of years we are granted is a matter of being ourselves even though we know that we will inevitably encounter people who disapprove of our choices. When you shake your tail feathers like no one is watching, you will discover that there are many others who appreciate you because you are willing to let go of any inhibition. By doing this you help others know it is okay. No one else in the world is precisely like you and, each time you revel in this simple fact, you rededicate yourself to the celebration of individuality.

The Images:
4 Of Swords - Recuperation
The Tower - The Tor
9 Of Staffs - Strength

Intuitive
Madeleine is nicknamed 'The Tower Of Strength' by her parents. In this set of images is the tower and the strength ... combined is the tower of strength. Atop the tower can be seen the phoenix rising out of the ashes. The search has been rekindled ... and in the strength image a man is seen standing bearing one of the staffs (staffs are linked to journeys and travels) ... the staff is representative of the fruits of labour in the search for Madeleine. The sun can be seen shining behind him ... lighting up the dark hidden (occult) aspects of the case ... news which is favourable to the family. It will not necessarily make the news, so Joe Public will not get wind of this information that will lead to a breakthrough. It is a good portend for Gerry & Kate ... as the 4 of Swords is the card of recuperation for their Tower Of Strength, who will be found in a location that is part of the fruits of the labour indicated in the strength card. Madeleine will be found safe and well; needing time to recuperate. For Gerry & Kate this will be the phoenix rising out of the ashes. The man in wearing a green jumper appears significant as does the apparent boundary/perimeter of four swords where Madeleine will be found.

A Word On 'The Green Man'

The Green Man is the ever-returning energy of vegetation (Spring rebirth) and wild Nature. His magic is celebrated throughout the world, but he is most often associated with northern Europe and Celtic cultures.

The deity we know as the Green Man has a long worldwide history. In the Indus religion he is the ‘Green Thing’, in ancient Babylon myth he bears the name, Tammuz. Elsewhere in the Islamic faith he is Ilyas, in Greece, Dionysus; in Sweden, the Pfingstl; ‘Green George’ is his European name and locally, in the British Isles, he is known variously as Green George, Jack-in-the-Green or Jack-in-the-Bush; the Green Man, Lord of the Forest and Robin Hood. He also has strong connections with Herne the Hunter, Cernunnos, and also in the stories of King Arthur as the fearsome Green Knight who Gawain encounters. In the late Iron Age this deity was known to the Celtic population of Britain as Erriapus and on the continent of Europe as Esus. Under both names, images of this deity have been found on Celtic stone and metalwork as a head emerging from foliage.

His face stares down at us from the roofs, pillars and doorways of the great cathedrals and churches of Europe, he appears on second century Roman columns in Turkey and in Jain temples in Rajasthan. He is found all over England, some parts of Wales and Scotland and a few rare places in Ireland. On the continent he has been seen and noted in Germany, France, Italy, Holland and is said to be found in Spain, Hungary and Poland. India and Malaysia have their own Green Man.

His roots may go back to the shadow hunters who painted the caves of Lascaux and Altimira and may climb through history, in one of his manifestations through Robin Hood and the Morris Dances of Old England to be chiselled in wood and stone even to this day by men and women who no longer know his story but sense that something old and strong and tremendously important lies behind his leafy mask. Unexpected Enlightenment

Our individual journeys take us into many unexpected situations where we encounter a wide variety of people—some quite like ourselves and some very different. We cannot anticipate these meetings, but we can make the most of them when they take place. When we are courteous as a matter of course and open-minded in our assessment of the individuals whose lives briefly touch our own, we are more apt to stumble upon surprising gems of wisdom that open our eyes to new worlds of possibility. Every person we meet can affect us profoundly, just as every situation we find ourselves in can teach us something new.

To fully embrace this fact, it is essential that we acknowledge that everyone is valuable in their own way and capable of expanding our horizons. Since we never know when we will happen upon those individuals who will unveil truths before us, we should extend to all people the same generous level of kindness, care, compassion, and understanding. When we assume everyone we meet is special and treat them as such, we can develop a strong rapport quickly. By making an effort to adopt a positive attitude toward others at all times, we ensure that our emotions do not blind us to wisdom that may be lurking in difficult or distressing situations. We are accordingly receptive to knowledge that comes to us in the form of examples, advice, and direct teaching.

These brief relationships ultimately have the potential to enrich our lives in a very concrete way. But the wisdom we gain is proportional to the attention we pay to the world around us. The responsibility is on us to maintain a state of awareness that allows us to recognize when we are in the presence of someone consciously or unconsciously in possession of knowledge that will change us significantly. When we are cognizant of the potential for unexpected enlightenment, we make a habit of turning strangers into friends, thus ensuring that we are never without a font of wisdom from which to draw.

Over the many months, since Google Mars & Google Moon was launched on Google Earth, hundreds of 'anomaly expeditions' have been undertaken on the surface of both planetary surfaces (as well as on Mother Earth) .... many of the 'findings' have been featured on A Light In The Darkness ... after a process of 'negative imaging & adaptation' of the original images obtained from the expeditions has been undertaken. A new category has therefore been added to A Light In The Darkness ....called 'Anomaly Gallery' .... there are literally hundreds of 'anomaly' pictures on file ... too many to be all featured on A Light In The Darkness (some others can be found on Lights Down Under) so only a small portion of them have been featured to date.... maybe they deserve a blog in their own right! Another good example of martian anomaly is the image shown right, which is as a result of an expedition to the southern polar region of Mars. In the foreground there appears to be some kind of craft with signs of some type of propulsion indicated by the white flashes seen in the foreground?

Click here for ANOMALY GALLERY or find it on the Index list located down the right hand side of the blog page.

Another Martian Anomaly ...

Another in the series of 'anomalies' created by the negative imaging of Google Mars images. Look closely at the areas within the red circles (you may have to double click the image to see clearer). There appears to be evidence of 'active transportation technology' in this image. Plus evidence of 'light flashes' which seem to be created by sunlight on a reflective surface. Also, the central area of the image (forget the colouration) appears to be a waterway.

Inspiration Beckons!

... the inspirational 'urge' has returned. Positive thinking and the need to 'draw' is back ...
More hours spent before a blank white canvas (or white rectangle on the computer screen).
Something not undertaken for a while is about to be revisited,
and this mage will be reconnected to the artist within again after such a long time ....

Inspiration For The Day

"Embrace the positive and negative in wholeness'

'Only when we can love hell will we find heaven.' -- Unknown source

People often view the spiritual path as a search for the light. In truth, spirituality asks us to bring light and darkness together in wholeness. And in fact, this is the only possible solution. In our world of duality, any effort to focus all attention on the light only serves to increase the power of the darkness. Our aim is not to deny or reject anything but to embrace it all.

'When you are able to contain both the light and dark together, that is a very enlightening state. It means that you no longer have to choose one experience over another. You do not have to choose love OR hate, blame OR forgiveness, sadness OR joy, anger OR openheartedness. You are no longer polarized; no particular feeling boxes you in and keeps you from the light of true self. You then have access to the full range of human experiences you came into this life to embrace.' -- Martia Nelson"

Images:
The Hermit (St.Collen)
10 Of Swords (Rebirth)
Ace Of Swords (Excalibur)
3 of Swords (Grief)

These four images represent the initial cards chosen during the working on the evening of Tuesday 17th November 2009. The first card chosen was 'the grief' card ... which immediately sprung to mind the images of the claims that Madeleine McCann was dead and that she'd sustained some kind of trauma etc etc (we won't go in that misleading direction here. Needless to say that was the first imagery unearthed). Something significant portrayed by the reversed yellow triangle. Symbolic of everything having an opposite meaning. Classic occultic secrecy ... something portrayed is in actual fact saying the opposite. Hence then the image of 'rebirth' being unearthed not long after. The 'death to life' aspect of the mystery ... the photograph in Morocco of the little girl on the back of a Moroccan woman. The mismatched 'little girl' that was found in a nearby village to dismiss the claims the girl in the photo was Madeleine. The video footage in Belgium which was quickly dismissed as not being Madeleine. Another part of the symbolic meaning of this mystery. The Ace Of Swords (Excalibur - the fabled magic sword) ... interest here as it is a parallel to 'the flaming sword' which Madeleine has been signified as in other insights ... too much like coincidence. Madeleine is Excalibur in some ways. The fabled sword used by a young king to gain thralldom over a nation. Symbolic of Madeleine's cause and what she represents perhaps? The Hermit (St.Collen) ... a brief history here of this card, quoting L.T-D 'St Collen was a Welsh saint thought to be an abbot at Glastonbury Abbey. He retired to a cave on the Tor. He was said to be visited by a mysterious messenger to meet with Gwyn Ap Nudd (Lord Of The Underworld). Finally he agreed, and on climbing the tor for the meeting came upon a magnificent castle on the summit. He refused all the visions around him and scattered holy water on the tor. The castle disappeared ... and because of this St Collen is attributed with banishing Gwyn Ap Nudd and abling Christianity to take over from the old religions which had the tor as sacred ground.' Thus The Hermit represents some kind of 'changing of the guard' or 'hijacking' perhaps of Madeleine due to a religious belief system ... ?? The images do not reveal new information but they confirm that the 'trail' has been recovered with a fresh set of keys --- Matthew James

Simple Luxury

You may feel expansive and have a desire to bring more luxury and abundance into your surroundings today. You might be thinking about redecorating your living space or creating a more peaceful atmosphere in your work space. One good way to do this is by minimizing and simplifying your surroundings. If you have crowded areas of clutter that make you feel overwhelmed or sluggish, ask yourself if these items are adding value to your life or taking up your space. Consider each item carefully and determine whether it’s worth holding onto or you can easily let it go. Once you’ve cleared out the unnecessary today, consider investing in some closed cabinets or organizers that will store your treasured items away neatly and discreetly.

By removing clutter and excess from our surroundings, we invite a calm flow of energy that encourages feelings of serenity and luxury. Our desire for luxurious surroundings can often urge us to purchase expensive items, but too many of them can create the opposite effect. If we instead let go of items that no longer serve us and become more organized with the items we want to keep, we clear our surroundings of stagnant energy. This encourages an unobstructed flow of abundant energy that improves our mental, emotional, and physical states, as well as attracts a greater sense of abundance, which is what we initially sought with our desire for luxury. The luxurious sense of expansion you crave today can be created by instead clearing your surroundings of chaos and clutter.

Health and Safety Police to Enter Family Homes

'Health and safety inspectors are to be given unprecedented access to family homes to ensure that parents are protecting their children from household accidents.

New guidance drawn up at the request of the Department of Health urges councils and other public sector bodies to “collect data” on properties where children are thought to be at “greatest risk of unintentional injury”. Council staff will then be tasked with overseeing the installation of safety devices in homes, including smoke alarms, stair gates, hot water temperature restrictors, oven guards and window and door locks. The draft guidance by a committee at the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (Nice) has been criticised as intrusive and further evidence of the “creeping nanny state”.(Read more...)

"Although most people cannot alter the structure of their lives, they feel they also cannot change the quality of their experience of this structure. Life has its ups, but also lots of downs, and it is all very stressful. They feel they are a tiny part of some solid, giant mechanism they can do nothing about. They therefore go through life in a mechanical, passive manner, like a passenger on a life-long speeding roller coaster going up and down and round and round, assuming that not only the track, but also the tension and stress experienced while circling on it are an inevitable part of the never-ending ride"
