Search A Light In The Darkness

It's the moment of a lifetime: So what will you be doing at 12:34:56 on the 7/8/9?

It's a once-in-a-lifetime event, but make the most of it, as it will only last a second. Just remember to look at the clock at 12:34:56 tomorrow, the seventh day of the eight month of the ninth year of the century, and enjoy the unique mathematical phenomenon of the nine digits we know and love lining up in order.

The perfect order occurs just once in every hundred years - always on August 7, always on the tenth year. But there's always a spoilsport, in this case the nitpickers who say say the actual date is 7/08/2009, so the true 7/08/09 was 2,000 years ago.

Others point out the time comes twice today, in the AM and in the PM. (though, if you're on military time, 12:34am would be 00:34am). Others note serial dates aren't all that unusual - a few years ago we had 1/02/03 4:56, and last year we had 1:23:45 on 6/07/08.(Daily Mail)
