No. 52, Keeping Still / Mountain:
"Keeping Still. Keeping his back still
So that he no longer feels his body.
He goes into his courtyard
And does not see his people.
No blame."
The Mountain is about "the problem of keeping a quiet heart." [Wilhelm]
The Yi is telling you: Do not let worries about what is past or anxiety over what will happen in the future dominate your thinking.
This message seems to specifically advise meditation: Keep your back still, and shut out all external distractions. And finally: Your task in this life is to bring your true uniqueness into _expression. There is "no blame" in not paying attention to other people's wants and needs every minute of the day.
