Research into remotely controlling our brains and behaviour using electromagnetic waves has been going on for decades

 Takuma Ishizuka has conducted a review of over 400 scientific studies exploring how emotional states and motor responses can be affected through stimulation of specific neural structures using electromagnetic waves, electric currents and ultrasonic waves.

His review covers various methods of remotely manipulating the nervous system, including brainwave entrainment, temporal interference stimulation and the use of microwave beams to stimulate or suppress brain activity.

UK’s Nudge Unit is still busy, so what are they up to now?

Do you ever wonder what the Behavioural Insight Team (aka, the Nudge Unit) are getting up to these days?

Since its advent in 2010, the Behavioural Insight Team (“BIT”) has acted as an ongoing source of expert advice to the government to help enhance the power and effectiveness of its communication campaigns. Utilising a range of behavioural science strategies (‘nudges’) – psychological methods of persuasion that often operate below people’s conscious awareness – these approaches strive to shape the behaviour of their target population. Throughout the covid event, the BIT (together with other prominent behavioural scientists such as Susan Michie, who now occupies a senior position at the World Health Organisation) operated as a source of such guidance to strengthen public health messaging to maximise people’s compliance with “pandemic” restrictions and the vaccine rollout.

Although initially a core component of government, BIT has evolved into a private company, reliant on contractual arrangements for its funding. During the covid era, the BIT was awarded two lucrative contracts with the UK administration: £4 million from the Cabinet Office to provide “frictionless access to behavioural insights to match central priorities” and £1 million from the Department of Health and Social Care for “various work for test, trace, contain and enable agenda.”

The Government’s use of behavioural science strategies on its own citizens has evoked significant ethical concerns, mainly deriving from their often covert-mode of operation and the fact that nudges typically rely on inflating emotional discomfort (inducing fear, shame and scapegoating) to change behaviour. Further criticism of the way that BIT operates relates to its uncritical promotion of technocratic goals, where the assumption is that the government of the day always knows what is best for us all, and that it is therefore legitimate for a “social purpose company” to manipulate people into complying with these decrees.

Menticide: Don’t Fall Victim to Mind Control Technologies & Techniques

 The US Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) mind control experiments, dating back to the 1950s, are well-known. Their MK-ULTRA experiments in sensory deprivation continue to be used on Guantánamo Bay captives. But until Ian Cobain’s book Cruel Britannia, few people knew that British psychologists had pioneered the use of sensory deprivation for mind control.

During WWII, Lord Swinton “pressed the Home Office for permission to open an MI5 interrogation centre,” codenamed Camp 020. Brightly lit for 24 hours, a resident doctor reportedly said that the Camp induced “mental atrophy and extreme loquacity” in its victims. A resident medical officer named Harold Dearden “dreamed up the regimes of starvation and of sleep and sensory deprivation.” The Camp was one of a number, including the MI19-run Combined Services Detailed Interrogation Centre, later renamed A19.

After the War, several individuals convened to share intelligence on mind control. They represented the Defence Research Policy Committee, the Joint Intelligence Bureau, the Canadian Defence Research Board, the CIA’s Research and Development Board, and the Psychology Unit at McGill University (Montreal). The latter was led by Donald Hebb.

The scientists referred to their psychological devastation techniques as “menticide.” Hebb subjected terrier puppies to prolonged isolation before trying it on consenting postgraduate students. The British and American governments and the CIA funded Hebb’s successors, including his former student Dr Maitland Baldwin. Are Governments across the “Five Eyes” using Hypnosis against Citizens?

 Early on in his January 6th speech commemorating the supposed “insurrection” in the US capitol, President Joe Biden made the following remarks:

“The Bible tells us that we shall know the truth and the truth shall make us free. We shall know the truth. Close your eyes. Go back to that day. What do you see? Rioters rampaging, waving for the first time inside this Capitol, the confederate flag that symbolized the cause to destroy America, to rip us apart. Even during the Civil War, that never, ever happened. But it happened here in 2021.” – President Joe Biden, January 6th, 2022

Despite the appearance of a seemingly simple set of vague but violent platitudes, in the few brief sentences above and those that follow we can identify the use of various subtle but very targeted behavioral science and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques. These include “re-framing,” hypnotic “trance-formations,” “priming,” “anchors,” and “visualizations.” However, this example is no exception.

As has been extensively demonstrated and documented, under the auspices of their COVID-19 pandemic response, governments and senior public policy makers across the “Five Eyes” have been making aggressive use of NLP, hypnosis, and “behavioral nudging” in all their public messaging. Using the latest insights from the fields of social psychology and behavioural science, governments and policy makers over the last two have run a series of public messaging campaigns designed to drastically change the thoughts and behaviors of citizens without their conscious knowledge or consent. Audible enclaves, voice-to-skull and the Voice of God

 A recent article from Science Alert discussed a new technology that can create “audible enclaves,” which are localised pockets of sound that can be directed to a specific listener.

Although the technology appears to use sounds that are captured by ears, it reminds us of technology that has been used to experiment on people for decades: voice-to-skull and the Voice of God.

Voice-to-skull is not the only technology that has been around for a long time, members of the public have also been experimented on with brain-computer interfaces for years.

The article described newly published research that introduces a technology that can create “audible enclaves,” which are localised pockets of sound that are isolated from their surroundings, allowing people to listen to music or have private conversations in public without disturbing others.

The technology uses self-bending ultrasound beams and a concept called non-linear acoustics to send sound to a specific listener. The technique uses two ultrasound beams at different frequencies that are completely silent on their own, but when they intersect in space, non-linear effects cause them to generate a new sound wave at an audible frequency that would be heard only in that specific region.

The technology has many potential applications, including enabling personalised audio in public spaces, such as museums and libraries, and creating quiet zones to improve focus in workplaces or reduce noise pollution in cities. It could also be used in cars, offices and military settings to provide localised speech zones for confidential conversations. 

Although the technology appears to rely on functioning ears to receive the directed sound and so works differently, it is reminiscent of voice-to-skull technology and gives us occasion to raise a discussion about voice-to-skull and other experimental mind control technologies....<<<Read More>>>...
