Here's the thing ... and it's quite an extraordinary thing ... chances are if you find yourself recalling a 'dream' with vivid colours; a sense of being in a body "just like during the waking day" with its own thoughts, feelings, five senses ... it wasn't a dream at all!!! It was you as part of your interdimensional self .... it was probably you recalling the access to another aspect of yourself. Think about those 'scarily real' dreams that you spend the entire day trying to shake off. Dreams where you find yourself in a different life all together ... where you fight off the confusion on waking in this reality, like there are two parts of you battling for access to your brain. It's true ... the chances of that being a dream in the conventional sense is highly unlikely. We have been drawn into the neatly packaged reality of everything that goes on at night is 'just a dream'. We spend millions on dream analysis books, dream therapists ... without taking the experience for what it is .... an experience, an actual memory from another part of yourself. Remember we use about 2% brain capacity ... that's how little is known about the mind, the consciousness and the brain. So next time you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night after coming from a 'very real' dream ... just think, you are being 'brought down' from a different level of consciousness of yourself.
Our consciousness can phase itself up and down from one reality level to another; from one dimensional vibrational level to another. When our physical body in this reality 'sleeps' and its hard drive goes on stand by ... our consciousness which is hard wired to that body is free to roam ... free to explore the myriad of dimensional vibrations out there. Each one of those vibrations can be explored by our consciousness ...the likelihood is that each one of those vibrations has a corresponding 'physical body' in which our consciousness can explore that vibration.
How can I perceive this you might ask? I have a degree of 'dream control' ... an ability to be consciously aware in many of 'the dreams' ... and a consciousness awareness in those states to ask questions and to explore ... plus through my work as a shamanic medium I actually venture between and within dimensions when I communicate with discarnate souls - Matthew James
