I only had a split second to photograph this amazing looking native Australian bird. It is a Rainbow Bee Eater that was photographed at the Cuppacumbalong Homestead in South Canberra. I'd seen something moving in the bush ahead of me; I pointed and clicked, hoping for the best. The image quality is not the best. But ... it needs to be added to the collection.
