Tropical Storm Felix has strengthened into a hurricane as it sweeps through the Caribbean toward a group of small islands off Venezuela.The category one hurricane was forecast to pass near Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao early today. A tropical storm warning was issued for all three islands.It is expected to pass b y Honduran resort islands before hitting Belize on Wednesday. By about midnight UK time the hurricane was centred roughly 270 miles east of Aruba, according to the US National Hurricane Centre in Miami. It had top sustained winds of 75mph, with higher gusts.
