Lions & Gladiators!

There's one of 'The Two Old Dears' hovering around my right shoulder, whispering 'there is a need for reassurance; she's still alright ... as you know. Things are not as they are portrayed ... as you know.'

The silence is golden ... the workings of the human mind exploited. Rational minds almost always think the worst of a situation. Cast negative implications and let them fester. A perfect means to hide away the true picture.

Symbolically, a picture hangs on a wall. On first look it presents the image which the mind is told to see. Conditioned is this mind. Pre-conceived ideas dictate what the mind understands is hanging on that wall. But, a clear mind ... one which refuses to accept what it is told to see ... see the true picture. The Emperor's New Clothes is the perfect example!

The Old Dear is so matter of fact. The parents did not commit a crime. They have no right to be persecuted. But they are the fall guys with a circle of lions snarling around them. The child is alive. The child is safe. But not until the gladiators put down their flaming swords will an end be announced. That is the opinion of one free of human restraints impressed on the writer's intuition here. There is magic on the air ... and it is good. Let those who wish to despise and ridicule and damnate the parents fester in their own despite. Their anger and their venom says something else. It is the actions of one who 'protesteth too much' ... the scenario being, those at the centre have something to hide.

It is their venom which is the shield ... pointing the finger at the ones who have been 'fed to the lions' ... but, again, the foolish trample on through the undergrowth without realising what is out there stalking their every move ... those with the venom be wary. Your time is short. The rope will be pulled so very tight.
