The Alien will allow no-one to go without an implant. They simply will NOT allow it. All dictations, communications or language cannot result without the implant. The purpose of the implant is absolute control of the communication by the alien. The victim can be described as a walking camera and microphone and its 'switch' can be pulled at any time. All of the aliens - human & humanoid alike- must have implants. Without an implant no direct communication is apparently possible. If a person states they communicated by thought with an alien then the person most likely has been implanted. A person may also claim to be overly psychic and be able to prove this - again through the link transplant the person is given the information by the alien and does not realise.
