Your client is obviously questioning if she is in the right job at this moment in time.

And can determine she is more than likely suffered a major trauma in recent months, more than likely the loss of a close friend or family member. However, the appearance of The Fool image (Initiation) strongly suggests this is likely to be the end of a relationship. It appears she is beginning a new life and this job opportunity was part of this new life. It is clear that she will overcome the situation she finds herself in. You can see that she is essentially a very determined and popular person in the work place.
