Take some time to acknowledge your feelings (and this Processing Negative Emotions tool can help do that). What emotion is still inside your body? Where is it? What does it look/sound like? Many of us have a lot of grief from lost relationships. Yes , there may still be anger, but beneath the anger is often sadness.
Write down these feelings. Where did they come from? What message do they have for you? What might happen if you begin to let them go? Let tears flow if need be. This can be a powerful emotional release.
