Systematic Destruction Of Internet Freedom

'The ruling was the first of its kind in history and was condemned by critics as "the biggest threat to internet freedom we have seen". America's ambassador to Italy, David Throne, condemned the decision, saying that freedom of the internet was vital for democracy.

The trial centred on footage posted on Google Videos, of an autistic teenager and who was being bullied by four other boys, at a Turin school. The footage was posted in September 2006 and became the most viewed where it remained for two months before finally being removed. Prosecutors in Milan brought the case after being contacted by the charity Viva Down and argued that the boys privacy had been violated and that Google should have removed the footage quicker than it eventually did.'

Balls of Light Form Crop Circle

'One of the more interesting videos concerning crop circles may be seen in this documentary from the U.K.. The documentary showcases an extraordinary video, filmed by John Wheyleigh at Oliver's Castle in August of 1996. The video appears to show two balls of light creating a crop circle.' (Read more...)

Quotes For The Day

"If you wish to know the mind of a man, listen to his words." -- Chinese Proverb

What passes over your lips each day?

Are your words typically negative, critical, gossiping, deceptive, illusory, justifying, blaming, manipulative and argumentative? Are they more uplifting, inspirational, positive, questioning, beautiful, loving, universal, truthful, accepting and supportive?

The throat is our centre of expression. Who we are sneaks out in our attitudes and in what we say.

The Kabbalah Unveiled

There are three qabalistical veils of the negative existence, and in themselves they formulate the hidden ideas of the Sephiroth not yet called into being, and they are concentrated in Kether, which in this sense is the Malkuth of the hidden ideas of the Sephiroth. The first veil of the negative existence is the AIN, Ain=Negativity. This word consists of three letters, which thus shadow forth the first three Sephiroth or numbers. The second veil is the AIN SVP, Ain Soph=the Limitless. This title consists of six letters, and shadows forth the idea of first six Sephiroth or numbers. And the third veil is AIN SVP AVR, Ain Soph Aur=the Limitless Light.

This again consists of nine letters, and symbolizes the first nine Sephiroth, but of course in their hidden idea only. But when we reach the number nine we cannot progress farther without returning to the unity, or the number one, for the number ten is but a repetition of unity freshly derived from the negative, as is evident from a glance at its ordinary representation in Arabic numerals, where the circle 0 represents the Negative, and the 1 the Unity.

Thus, then, the limitless ocean of negative light does not proceed from a center, for it is centerless, but it concentrates a center, which is the number one of the manifested Sephiroth, Kether, the Crown, the First Sephira; which therefore may be said to be the Malkuth or number ten of the hidden Sephiroth. Thus, "Kether is in Malkuth, and Malkuth is in Kether." Or, as an alchemical author of great repute (Thomas Vaughan, better known as Eugenius Philalethes) says, ["Euphrates, or, The Waters of the East"] apparently quoting from Proclus: "That the heaven is in the earth, but after an earthly manner; and that the earth is in the heaven, but after a heavenly manner."

But inasmuch as negative existence is a subject incapable of definition it is rather considered by the Qabalists as depending back from the number of unity than as a separate consideration therefrom; wherefore they frequently apply the same terms and epithets indiscriminately to either. Such epithets are: "The Concealed of the Concealed," "The Ancient of the Ancient Ones," the "Most Holy Ancient One," &c.

Among these Sephiroth, jointly and severally, we find the development of the persons and attributes of God. Of these some are male and some are female. Now, for some reason or other best known to themselves, the translators of the Bible have carefully crowded out of existence and smothered up every reference to the fact that the Deity is both masculine and feminine. They have translated a feminine plural by a masculine singular in the case of the word Elohim. They have, however, left an inadvertent admission of their knowledge that it was plural in Gen. iv. 26; "And Elohim said: Let Us make man." Again (v. 27), how could Adam be made in the image of the Elohim, male and female, unless the Elohim were male and female also? The word Elohim is a plural formed from the feminine singular ALH, Eloh, by adding IM to the word.

But inasmuch as IM is usually the termination of the masculine plural, and is here added to a feminine noun, it gives the word Elohim the sense of a female potency united to a masculine idea, and thereby capable of producing an offspring. Now, we hear much of the Father and Son, but we hear nothing of the Mother in the ordinary religions of the day. But in the Qabalah we find that the Ancient of Days conforms Himself simultaneously into the Father and the Mother, and thus begets the Son. Now, this Mother is Elohim. Again, we are usually told that the Holy Spirit is masculine. But the word RVCh, Ruach, Spirit, is feminine, as appears from the following passage of the Sepher Yetzirah: "AChTh RVCh ALHIM ChIIM, Achath (feminine, not Achad, masculine) Ruach Elohim Chiim: One is She the Spirit of the Elohim of Life."

Kevin Rudd Says Australia Faces Major Terror Threat

'Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has warned that his country is now under a permanent and increased threat of militant attack. He also announced plans to fingerprint and face-scan visitors from 10 high-risk countries. Mr Rudd said there was a growing threat from Islamist radicals born or raised in Australia. Last week, five Australians of foreign origin received heavy sentences for conspiring to launch a jihadist attack.'

Another look at the 'natural formations' on Mars ... unfortunately this image doesn't look very natural; the imagery resembles something more of a 'built up' area of a city or town. However, I'm forgetting myself ... this is an image from Mars, so it can only be natural formations that resemble evidence of an intelligent society.

Keeping Your Energy Strong

Being a sensitive person in this world can sometimes feel very draining due to the fact that we are very receptive to the energy of the people and environment around us. Still, we want to be part of situations that involve small or large groups of people, and we would like to do it without becoming overwhelmed or exhausted. With a few simple strategies we can entertain at home and socialize in the world without running the risk of losing ourselves in someone else’s energy or giving our energy away. All this takes is a little time and practice, and the result—being part of social events without ending up depleted—is well worth the effort.
The whole purpose of this self-care ritual is to help keep yourself strong energetically when you are in a situation that could potentially be draining. For example, if you are having a party, you might take some time to prepare beforehand. Just as you spend time cleaning your home and preparing food, it is essential to prepare your inner home for the event. This can be as simple as taking a mindful walk or a cleansing bath, or engaging in any other activity that gives you energy. You can even just sit alone for a set period of time, tuning in to your energy and connecting to yourself so that you are less easily carried away by the energy outside of yourself.
You may employ a mantra such as “I am centered and safe in the home of myself.” You can also charge a crystal or gemstone or any piece of jewelry with protective energy and wear it or carry it with you. This can be helpful during the event when just seeing it or touching it can remind you that you are centered and safe. Keep in mind that it is always acceptable to excuse yourself for a bathroom break or to step outside for a moment. This can give you the time and space you need to check in with yourself and correct any energetic imbalances you detect. Whether you are at home or out in the world, taking care of yourself in this way enables you to keep your energy strong, even as you open yourself to others.

The Alchemical Vessel as Symbol of the Soul

As students of the hermetic tradition we all recognise that the alchemical work takes place on many different levels - the physical work with substances, the experience and manipulation of etheric forces, the interior work on the soul, as well as the spiritual and planetary/cosmic aspects of alchemy. These different facets of the work interpenetrate and overlap each other. Indeed, in a sense, if we are to make any progress in alchemy, we must pursue the different facets concurrently, paralleling interior development with experience of the outer work. One symbol that belongs to all these different realms of this work is that of the alchemical vessel.
The tradition of interior development in alchemy, is pursued by mirroring the transformations and processes of alchemy within our soul. As with any esoteric practice, this internalising of alchemical operations can produce disturbing patterns in the powerful psychic energies that we evoke through inner work, unless we find some means of containing these energies. In the tradition of ritual ceremonial magic the operators normally use an opening and closing ritual that acts as a structure to contain and safely dissipate the energies raised through their work. Similarly, in many traditions of meditation, an opening and closing exercise (sometimes based on breathing rhythms) helps to anchor and reconnect the meditators with their normal state of consciousness, so as not to leave them rather dissociated and dangling somewhere in between the outer and interior worlds.
In our inner work with alchemical processes we will find the symbol of the alchemical vessel an invaluable means for containing the interior energies and allowing them to unfold within us in a controlled and positive manner. So in a sense, the alchemical vessel can be a protective interior symbol, just like the circle of the ceremonial magician, or the astral temple of a working esoteric lodge, or the breathing exercises of a meditation tradition.
The energies evoked by working with alchemical processes can be powerful and disruptive forces in the psyche, and a direct inner encounter with these transformative energies is not to be had instantaneously. Only through long and repeated interior work do we come to directly experience these energies in their primal and most fundamental form. The initial encounters are usually ephemeral and overlain with emotional currents. Only if we have the patience of alchemists tirelessly repeating interior experiments, brooding over our inner flask, will we attain even a glimpse of the goal of alchemical transmutation. It is therefore important that we understand the nature of the alchemical vessel so that we have some indication of how to use this in our inner work. We should come to see that symbols are actually patterns of energy.
In an exoteric sense this is so, for obviously any symbol held in our consciousness is manifested as an electro-chemical plexus in the neuron net in our brain. However, esoterically on the deepest level, a symbol is the pattern of etheric energy underlying its various different forms. When we meditate on a symbol we will find it shape-shifting and manifesting its different appearances, and through this can come to grasp that the true nature of the symbol is its energy pattern. There are many different forms of vessel described and depicted in the alchemical literature and emblematic engravings. There are a seeming multiplicity of forms of retort, pelicans, water baths, alembics, cucurbites, stills, etc. However, in the interior work we will find that all these different outer manifestations of the apparatus reduce to three archetypal forms - which we can call the CRUCIBLE, the RETORT and the STILL ... read more ...

Echelon Computers Can't Cope With Bad Lines

'Who remembers Echelon, the top-secret telecommunications spy network said to be run by the US and allied Anglophone nations, and to be triggered as soon as certain key words or phrases are spoken on the phone?

A lot of you, we'd guess. So it's interesting to note that Pentagon boffins have now stated that perhaps the most intriguing reputed capability of Echelon - the ability to automatically pick out words of interest and flag that conversation up as important to its human masters - doesn't work. Or anyway, it only works on good, clear lines: a noisy or degraded signal frustrates it.'

Classic Robert Plant ...

Man Utd 3 - 0 West Ham

Wayne Rooney took his goal tally to 27 for the season as Manchester United saw off West Ham to move to within a point of Premier League leaders Chelsea. The in-form frontman opened the scoring with a firm header from Antonio Valencia's excellent volleyed cross.

And another Valencia cross was headed home by Rooney for the hosts' second, before substitute Michael Owen clipped a late third from Paul Scholes's pass. West Ham battled bravely, but fell away in the face of Rooney's brilliance. It was another sensational performance from the England forward, and one that rendered a Hammers display full of spirit, if lacking in final-third quality, pointless. Still, the visitors need feel no shame in failing to find a way to stop Rooney at Old Trafford - they are by no means the first this season - and how national coach Fabio Capello will be hoping his key striker maintains this form up to and through the World Cup this summer.

The thought of where Manchester United would be this term without Rooney must at times send shivers down the spines of their fans, and once again the striker was the hosts' inspiration, his touch and movement first class, and his form in front of goal simply unstoppable. It was he who almost single-handedly dragged the hosts out of a lacklustre opening to near domination as the game dragged to a close. (BBC Sport)

One in three say climate change is exaggerated

The public are becoming increasingly sceptical about the threat of climate change, it emerged last night.

Months of questions over flaws in climate change science and a lack of government action have led to a sharp decline in the number of British adults who believe it is a problem. The proportion of people, questioned in a survey by Ipsos Mori, who believe climate change is 'definitely' a reality has dropped from 44 per cent to 31 per cent in the last year. The poll of 1,000 people also found a significant drop in those who said climate change was caused by human activities. Last year, one in three people believed it was caused by people. Now just one in five hold this conviction.

Coupled with higher prices for energy and other goods, this decrease will make it harder to persuade the public to support action to curb the problem. (Daily Mail)

Does this spooky image show ghost boy watching builders demolish his old school? (A.K.A: 'Another Leg Pull Methinks')

The ghostly image of a young boy was captured on camera as builders demolished an old school building. John Fores, 47, insists the spectral figure was not present when he took the picture of the part-demolished brick building. But when he looked back at the images he spotted the boy, aged around eight with short hair and wearing a dark top, standing on the right of the picture looking into the camera. Mr Fores was carrying out demolition work on the site at Anlaby Primary School, near Hull, East Yorkshire. He took several pictures on his mobile phone to record the demolition work. He said: 'I took the pictures just after noon. I took a few and at the time didn't notice anything. When I put the pictures on the computer and I saw the figure, the hairs on the back of my neck stuck up. I couldn't believe what I had seen. I didn't believe in ghosts, but since I got this picture I am not so sure.'

The image of the young boy is exceptionally clear, but the builder insists he has not altered the picture in any way. The school, which is still in use, was built in 1936. Caretaker Gordon Bradshaw, 54, said it has a reputation for being haunted. He said: 'I've been here 29 years and the kids have always said there is a ghost at the school. I've never seen anything though.' Rob Taylor, of the Hull Paranormal Ghost Society, said: 'I have never seen anything as clear and as distinctive as the boy in the picture. 'I am aware of people using mobile phones and getting orbs and misty images. It needs further investigating. (Daily Mail)

Temple Pre-dating The Pyramids by 7000 years

Alternative Perspective article reads: - "Standing on the hill at dawn, overseeing a team of 40 Kurdish diggers, the German-born archeologist waves a hand over his discovery here, a revolution in the story of human origins. Schmidt has uncovered a vast and beautiful temple complex, a structure so ancient that it may be the very first thing human beings ever built. The site isn't just old, it redefines old: the temple was built 11,500 years ago—a staggering 7,000 years before the Great Pyramid, and more than 6,000 years before Stonehenge first took shape. The ruins are so early that they predate villages, pottery, domesticated animals, and even agriculture—the first embers of civilization. In fact, Schmidt thinks the temple itself, built after the end of the last Ice Age by hunter-gatherers, became that ember—the spark that launched mankind toward farming, urban life, and all that followed." Satanic Symbols in Modern Schoolbooks

Pictured right is the cover of the latest geometry book being used by California High Schools for classes and instruction. The astute observer will note various occult—and most decidedly—satanic symbols in use by the illustrator of this schoolbook. The book has a current publication date and is brand new.

Books have to go through several stages of review and approval before publication at all levels of the publishing process: layout, design, legal, marketing, editorial, as well as other reviews, long before a single book is printed. Once it passes through these various stages, then it is finally printed and sold to whatever school boards buy them for their teachers and classes.

Before we get started, the plausible deniability of these occult symbols will be that they are in fact, just regular geometric figures and therefore nothing more should be read into them. However, anyone who even slightly looks at the Satanist realities will notice that these are also the main symbols of every satanic order on earth and are used to dark purposes across the globe. That the publishers chose them for a book tells us many things.

  1. They are shouting out to the world that they are in control of education.
  2. They are hexing these teaching materials with satanic and luciferic energies, which affects the soul of each and every student who touches them. And every time, for that is what symbols do, direct energy.
  3. Create energetic stations of dark energy as given by every book published. Think little whirlpools of sour energy in every home.

  1. The upside-down five pointed star, or the sign of the baphomet. This is the inversion of the natural order of man, the upright symbol being most ancient and denotes human perfection guided by God. When inverting the symbol, the user denounces God and puts matter over spirit. In occult usage, it is used for channeling dark energies or energies of the lower dimensions, among other things.
  2. Masonic checkerboard. Though in use by the masons in modern times, it comes from ancient Egypt, Chaldea, and the Temple of Solomon. Many European manors and churches also use the tiled floor in such a fashion.
  3. The Masonic “G” which is the symbol for Lucifer. The cover story is that it means God, but research indicates that is a misdirect. Of course, from their point of view, it is their god: Lucifer.
  4. The 47th problem of Euclid, which indicates a Masonic rite and degree. Once the neophyte has passed this way-point, he is firmly upon the luciferic path.
  5. The 8 pointed star or as it commonly known among Satanists, the witches circle. This is also known as the quarter/cross-quarter sabbat symbol, which designates their 8 satanic sabbats that all witches, wizards, and anyone following the dark path considers dark spiritual holidays.
  6. The pyramid capstone of their unfinished work, which is to turn the planet into an unholy playground of the satanic controllers.
  7. The upside-down cross, or “witches foot” or “broken cross” which indicates that they are in opposition to true Christianity. This and the inverted five-pointed star are the two most decidedly satanic symbols on this book.
  8. Again, the 47th problem of Euclid.
  9. Yet another implied inverted pentacle.
  10. The Fibonacci spiral. In honor of Fibonacci, a black magi.
  11. Here’s another 47th problem of Euclid. They are really beating this one into the ground.
  12. Yet another G symbol for Lucifer.
  13. Another witches circle.

As we can see, both the front and back covers have the same symbols given over in slightly different fashion and are the MAIN symbols of Satanists everywhere the world over. That says a great deal, doesn’t it?

It also tells us that they consider the use of symbols to be potent and energetic realities or they simply wouldn’t bother using them. If anything, the dark side only expends energies in directions that yield results. It’s a matter of simple pragmatism.

Take a look at your text books and those of your children. It doesn’t begin or end with geometry books. These satanic symbols are hidden in plain site on ALL text books, one way or another, even layered in the background of images so they often appear in the shadows, or in clouds, or whatever ... read more ...

Our World May Be a Giant Hologram ....

For the past seven years, the German GEO600 set-up, near Hannover, has been looking for gravitational waves - ripples in space-time thrown off by super-dense astronomical objects such as neutron stars and black holes. GEO600 has not detected any gravitational waves so far, but it might inadvertently have made the most important discovery in physics for half a century.

For many months, the GEO600 team-members had been scratching their heads over inexplicable noise that is plaguing their giant detector. Then, out of the blue, a researcher approached them with an explanation. In fact, he had even predicted the noise before he knew they were detecting it. According to Craig Hogan, a physicist at the Fermilab particle physics lab in Batavia, Illinois, GEO600 has stumbled upon the fundamental limit of space-time - the point where space-time stops behaving like the smooth continuum Einstein described and instead dissolves into "grains", just as a newspaper photograph dissolves into dots as you zoom in. "It looks like GEO600 is being buffeted by the microscopic quantum convulsions of space-time," says Hogan.

If this doesn't blow your socks off, then Hogan, who has just been appointed director of Fermilab's Center for Particle Astrophysics, has an even bigger shock in store: "If the GEO600 result is what I suspect it is, then we are all living in a giant cosmic hologram."

The idea that we live in a hologram probably sounds absurd, but it is a natural extension of our best understanding of black holes, and something with a pretty firm theoretical footing. It has also been surprisingly helpful for physicists wrestling with theories of how the universe works at its most fundamental level.

The holograms you find on credit cards and banknotes are etched on two-dimensional plastic films. When light bounces off them, it recreates the appearance of a 3D image. In the 1990s physicists Leonard Susskind and Nobel prizewinner Gerard 't Hooft suggested that the same principle might apply to the universe as a whole. Our everyday experience might itself be a holographic projection of physical processes that take place on a distant, 2D surface. The "holographic principle" challenges our sensibilities. It seems hard to believe that you woke up, brushed your teeth and are reading this article because of something happening on the boundary of the universe. No one knows what it would mean for us if we really do live in a hologram, yet theorists have good reasons to believe that many aspects of the holographic principle are true ... read more ...

Is Jupiter Protecting Earth from Massive Comet & Asteroid Impacts? "Maybe Not" Experts Say

On 1994 July 16-22, over twenty fragments of comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 collided with the planet Jupiter. The comet, discovered the previous year by astronomers Carolyn and Eugene Shoemaker and David Levy, was observed by astronomers at hundreds of observatories around the world as it crashed into Jupiter's southern hemisphere. This past July, a comet or asteroid ripped another Pacific-Ocean sized hole in Jupiter. Is Jupiter a giant protective magnet for Earth, or are these events wake-up calls?

As Stephen Hawking says, the general consensus is that any comet or asteroid greater than 20 kilometers in diameter that strikes the Earth will result in the complete annihilation of complex life - animals and higher plants. (The asteroid Vesta, for example, one of the destinations of the Dawn Mission, is the size of Arizona). Since 1941 many astronomers have thought of Jupiter as a protective big brother for planet Earth -a celestial shield, deflecting asteroids and comets away from the inner Solar System. This long-standing belief that Jupiter acts as a celestial shield, deflecting asteroids and comets away from the inner Solar System, has been challenged by the first in a series of studies evaluating the impact risk to the Earth posed by different groups of object ... read more ...

Quotes For The Day

"It is not by your actions that you will be saved, but by your being." -- Meister Eckhart

Past Life Healing

Exploring our past lives is a valuable way to understand ourselves better and often leads to healing and the resolution of issues plaguing us in this life. However, the key to working with past lives is maintaining an awareness of the current reality in which the present always takes priority. Past lives can be fascinating and entertaining, or emotionally seductive, and we can get lost in them, losing touch with the most important thing—the life we are living right now.
Of course, there is a deep connection between our past lives and our current life, so it’s sometimes hard to say where one begins and the other one ends. For example, we may be aware that one of our closest friends or partners is someone we knew from a past life, and that connection feels like an unbroken chord reaching into the past, reminding us of the vast nature of the soul. We may have issues with this person that stem from the past, or we may just be blessed with a deep love that we are fortunate to have with us in this life. Either way, the issues must be resolved in this life, in the present moment. The love is our gift to experience in this life, not in the past.
In many ways, the gift of dealing with our past lives is the profound revelation of how truly eternal we all are. Once we comprehend this, we can let go of focusing on the details of the past and simply allow our awareness of the eternal to positively influence our ability to be in the present moment. You will know you have received the full fruits of past-life exploration when you find yourself even more powerfully present in the eternal now. The past becomes less distinct as it resolves itself, merging with the present and the future in the nexus of consciousness that holds all time and space. We realize that this moment holds everything within it, the resolved and the unresolved, the past and the future, and that it is from this moment that we must live our lives.

Now The Dead Must Pay Council Tax

'Gordon Brown will clobber the elderly with a savage pay-as-you-die tax bombshell that could force people to give up their home on their death, it can be revealed today. Millions of householders will be encouraged to sign away their estate to foot the bill for soaring council tax demands.

Under the scheme ratepayers can defer inflation-busting council tax payments until they die. Town hall chiefs will then be able claw back the cash, with interest, from the value of their estate. Over 20 years, for a couple with a typical home, that could amount to more than £73,000.'

Intuition: Delusion or Perception? Toward a Scientific Explanation of the Akashic Experience

The intuitions reported by mystics, poets, artists, ordinary people, even scientists, often go beyond the range of sensory perception. In the reductionist culture inspired by classical science, they are dismissed as mere delusion – classical empiricism claims that there is nothing in the mind that was not first in the eye. However, the classical tenet is not universally upheld. It is exceptional in the annals of history, and even in the context of contemporary cultures. In history intuitions were embedded in the conceptual framework through which a given culture interpreted the nature of reality.

In indigenous societies shamans and medicine-men (and women) tuned themselves to spontaneous apprehension through rigorous initiation and training; they derived their mystical vision from them. In mythically oriented societies the world was seen as a cosmic realm of spirits, and in classical cultures it was believed to be governed by a panoply of unseen gods. The Abrahamic monotheistic religions recognised the intuitions of their prophets as conveying fundamental truths about God and the nature of His creation.

Eastern cultures have always held that reality extends far beyond the domain of the senses. On the other hand Western culture takes as real only that which is manifest – literally “to hand.” Because what people see is constrained by what they believe they can see, everything that is not conveyed to consciousness by eye and ear is dismissed from the modern view of the world. But are the intuitions that occasionally surface in consciousness mere delusion? Or can there be intuitions that are as real and fundamental as sensory perception? This question calls for a deeper look at the possibility that spontaneous insights and apprehensions may have a physical basis.

There are findings at the cutting-edge of scientific research that affirm this possibility ... read more ...

Secret Labour plan to increase immigration for social reasons dismissed public's opposition as 'racist'

Labour encouraged mass immigration even though it knew that voters opposed it, Whitehall documents confirmed yesterday.

The Government said the public disagreed with immigration because of 'racism' and ministers were told to try to alter public attitudes. The thinking on immigration among Labour leaders was set down in 2000 in a document prepared for the Cabinet Office and the Home Office, but the key passages were suppressed before it was published.

The paper was finally disclosed under freedom of information rules yesterday. It showed that ministers were advised that only the ill-educated and those who had never met a migrant were opposed to immigration. They were also told that large-scale immigration would bring increases in crime, but they concealed these concerns from the public.

Sections of the paper, which underpinned Labour policies that admitted between two and three million immigrants to Britain in less than a decade, have already been made public. These have showed that Labour aimed to use immigration not only for economic reasons but also to change the social make-up of the country.

Fuller details released yesterday showed that Tony Blair's ministers opened the doors to mass migration in knowledge of public opposition and with the view that those who disagreed with them were racists. (Daily Mail)

Homoeopathy remedies are no better than Smarties and should not be prescribed on NHS, say MPs

Patients should no longer get homoeopathic treatment on the NHS because there is no evidence it works and is little better than 'active deception', claims an influential committee of MPs.

They dismissed the remedies as 'sugar pills' which should not be allowed to carry medical claims.

The Commons Science and Technology Committee said homoeopathic pills were simply a placebo - a non-active treatment that makes patients feel better.

There are four NHS hospitals and clinics offering homoeopathy, which has a 200-year-old tradition and been funded on the NHS since its inception in 1948. The Prince of Wales and his mother the Queen are known supporters of homoeopathy.

But it has come under increasing attack from the scientific establishment as a waste of public money - although it is unclear how much the NHS is spending on it. Estimates of the annual cost range from £157,000 on remedies to £4 million in total.

Homoeopathy treats 'like with like' by using highly diluted substances which if taken in larger doses would bring on the symptoms of the illness being treated.

The Committee said it was not sitting in judgement about whether it worked, but its report said the mode of action was 'scientifically implausible' and no further research was necessary.

'In our view, the systematic reviews and meta-analyses conclusively demonstrate that homoeopathic products perform no better than placebos' it said.

Liberal Democrat MP Phil Willis, who is chairman of the cross-party committee, said giving placebos to NHS patients was asking doctors to participate in 'active deception. (Daily Mail)

What are the prerequisites for inducing an OBE?

Many of the inducing methods use as a starting point techniques designed to improve the novice's powers of relaxation, imagery, and concentration. The ideal state appears to be one of physical relaxation, or even catalepsy, combined with mental alertness.

One of the easiest ways to relax is to use progressive muscular relaxation. In outline this technique consists of starting with the muscles of the feet and ankles and alternately tensing and relaxing them, then going on up the muscles of the calves and thighs, the torso, arms, neck and face, until all the muscles have been contracted and relaxed. Done carefully this procedure leads to fairly deep relaxation within a few minutes, and with practice it becomes easier.

Relaxation usually leads to state of paralysis or catalepsy. When you go to sleep, your brain deactivates the mechanism by which you are able to use your limbs, so that you become incapable of physical activity corresponding to your dream images when you dream. Quite a few people have found themselves in this paralysis state as soon as they have gotten up after sleeping.

Many astral travellers have stressed the importance of clear imagery or visualization for inducing OBEs and of course imagery training forms an important part of magical development. Progressive methods of imagery training are often described in magical and occult books, and helpful guidance can be found in Conway's occult primer [Con72], and in Brennan's 'Astral doorways' [Bre71]. Most involve starting with regular practice at visualizing simple geometrical shapes and then progressing to harder tasks such as imagining complex three-dimensional forms, whole rooms and open scenery.

Practice 1: Read the description slowly and then try to imagine each stage as you go along:

Imagine an orange. It is resting on a blue plate and you want to eat it. You dig your nail into the peel and tear some of it away. You keep pulling on the peel until all of it, and most of the pith, is lying in a heap on the plate. Now separate the orange into segments, lay them on the plate as well, and then eat one. If this task doesn't make your mouth water, and if you cannot feel the juice which squirts from the orange, and smell its tang then you do not have vivid or trained imagery. Try it again, the colors should be bright and vivid and the shapes and forms clear and stable. With practice at this and similar tasks your imagery will improve until you may wonder how it could ever have been so poor.

Practice 2: This is a rather harder one:

Visualize a disc, half white and half black. Next imagine it spinning about its center, speeding up and then slowing down, and stopping. Next imagine the same disc in red, but as it spins it changes through orange, yellow, green, blue and violet. Finally you may care to try two discs side by side spinning in opposite directions and changing color in opposition too. Other useful skills are concentration and control. Not only do you need to be able to produce vivid imagery, but also to abolish all imagery from your mind, to hold images as long as you want and to change them as you want, both quickly and slowly.

Imagery Techniques

It is possible to use imagery alone but it requires considerable skill.

a) Lie on your back in a comfortable position and relax. Imagine that you are floating up off the bed. Hold that position, slightly lifted, for some time until you lose all sensation of touching the bed or floor. Once this state is achieved move slowly into an upright position and begin to travel away from your body and around the room. Pay attention to the objects and details of the room. Only when you have gained some proficiency should you try to turn round and look at your own body. Note that each stage may take months of practice and it can be too difficult for any but a practiced OBEer.

b) In any comfortable position close your eyes and imagine that there is a duplicate of yourself standing in front of you. You will find that it is very hard to imagine your own face, so it is easier to imagine this double with its back to you. You should try to observe all the details of its posture, dress (if any) and so on. As this imaginary double becomes more and more solid and realistic you may experience some uncertainty about your physical position. You can encourage this feeling by contemplating the question 'Where am I?', or even other similar questions 'Who am I?' and so on. Once the double is clear and stable and you are relaxed, transfer your consciousness into it. You should then be able to 'project' in this phantom created by your own imagination. Again, each stage may take long practice. .... read more ...

The Triangle Hand Signal

Here's a small compilation of politicians/celebrities making the Masonic-Eastern Star-Illuminati triangle hand-sign. I have dozens more with this one sign alone. Look at their eyes. See their souls? What do their eyes tell you? Do you think maybe they have a secret little club with secret signs, symbols, and hand-shakes? Maybe this club has over 5 million members and exists in every country on the planet behind the locked doors of windowless Masonic lodges? Maybe this organization picks and places members in key positions of society to advance a global agenda? ..... read more ...

Climate Scientists Withdraw Journal Claims of Rising Sea Levels

'Scientists have been forced to withdraw a study on projected sea level rise due to global warming after finding mistakes that undermined the findings. The study, published in 2009 in Nature Geoscience, one of the top journals in its field, confirmed the conclusions of the 2007 report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). It used data over the last 22,000 years to predict that sea level would rise by between 7cm and 82cm by the end of the century.' (Read more...)

Big Brother Not Just Spying On Schoolchildren Through Their Laptops

'The scandal surrounding kids being spied on at home via webcams in laptops provided by schools extends further than just schoolchildren – four years ago Google admitted that it was implementing similar invasive surveillance technologies that would target all Americans.
In 2006, Google announced that they would use in-built microphones to listen in on user’s background noise, be it television, music or radio – and then direct advertising at them based on their preferences.

“The idea is to use the existing PC microphone to listen to whatever is heard in the background, be it music, your phone going off or the TV turned down. The PC then identifies it, using fingerprinting, and then shows you relevant content, whether that’s adverts or search results, or a chat room on the subject,” reported the Register.'

A Whole New World

Every book has the potential to touch the human soul deeply, arousing patterns of thought that might otherwise have lain dormant. The pleasure we derive from the written word is unique in that we must labor for it. Other forms of art provide us with stimulus and ask nothing more than our emotional response. Reading is an active pastime that requires an investment of emotion as well as our concentration and imagination. The words we read are merely a starting point for a process that takes place largely within our minds and hearts. There are few activities as comforting, relaxing, and healthy as perusing the pages of a good piece of fiction or nonfiction.
Curling up with a book and a cup of tea is one of the simplest ways we can remove ourselves from the confines of reality in order to immerse ourselves in the drama and intrigue of the unfamiliar. The pleasure of transcending reality is only one aspect of the reading experience, however. Each time we read for enjoyment, whether we prefer the fantastic nature of fiction, the empathy awakened within us by memoir, or the instructive passion of nonfiction, we create entire landscapes in our mind’s eye. The books we choose provide us with the inspiration we need to accomplish such a feat, but it is our own creative reserves that empower us to use our imaginations for this unique and beautiful purpose.
The tales you lose yourself in can lead you on paths of discovery that take you out of your own life and help you see that existence can unfold in an infinite number of ways. You can learn so much from the characters and mentors who guide you from page to page. Your emotions are awakened each time you read, allowing you to become vessels of the passion that pours forth from line after line of print. Ultimately, the books you absorb—those that touch you deeply—will become a part of who you are, providing you with a rich and thrilling world within that you can revisit anytime you wish by simply closing your eyes. If you haven’t read a book for pleasure lately, try and allow yourself the time—you deserve it.

Inspiration For The Day

"We are all powerless as children, and money looms so powerfully... we don't grow up to claim our financial power until we look money directly in the eye, face our fears, and claim that power back." -- Suze Orman

"In all realms of life it takes courage to stretch your limits, express your power, and fulfill your potential; it’s no different in the financial realm. In a buy-now, consume-now culture like ours, it takes courage to make the decisions today that may make us rich tomorrow. It takes courage to face up to the facts of old age and mortality and to prepare for them. It also takes courage to live generously, regardless of your financial state of affairs. ...It takes courage to ask for what you want. And it takes courage to live honestly, wisely, true to yourself ...and true to your desire for more." -- Suze Orman

Anomaly Gallery

An interesting image which shows what appears to be Martian polar terrain. The biggest interest in this image are bridges .... yes bridges. Construction by intelligent life can surely be seen in this image, along with other structures. Look closely at the arrows ... their are longitudinal structures which can be seen to span across ravines and dark areas in the picture. There are also life forms in the picture too ... animals and 'humanoids' ... now that is truly controversial.

An Enlivening Force

We all know inspiration when we feel it. It is a force that enlivens us and activates us to do something-we might dance, sing, paint the house, or envision a new career. We might call an old friend or plan a trip abroad. Whatever the case, doing what we do from a place of inspiration makes all things seem possible. Inspiration sometimes comes out of nowhere, landing unexpectedly in the midst of your life and lifting you out of your habitual mind and into a higher level of seeing.

However, we can be more intentional with our relationship with inspiration than just waiting for it to come to us. There are many ways to cultivate its presence, from journaling to scrap booking to visiting with a particularly interesting friend. Finding what inspires you and consciously cultivating it will give you access to new ways of thinking and energy you didn't know you had. Some people find that frequent trips into nature inspire them. Others have a box full of objects-a seashell, an old photograph, or even a collection of rocks-that does the trick. There are as many ways to find inspiration as there are people looking for it.

If you already know what inspires you, find a way to incorporate it into your life on a regular basis. If you aren't sure what inspires you, or if it has changed, take some time to think about it. When was the last time you felt the spark of your imagination? When was the last time you acted on an impulse that felt totally right? When we are in the presence of what inspires us, we hear our inner guidance more clearly and we have the energy to follow its cues. If it has been a while since you have been touched by inspiration, you may feel listless and dissatisfied. Know that you can turn things around by remembering what lights you up and bringing that into your life.

The Sound of Silence

'It overviews a secret Pentagon psychotronics technology known as Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) that has been fully operational since the early 1990s. I first found out about the use of this technology from Al Bielek in a 1992 video he made with Vladimir Terziski. This technology was used against battle-hardened Iraqi troops fortified in deep underground bunkers in Kuwait and Iraq in the first Gulf War in January of 1991.

The physical, emotional, and psychological effects of this technology were so severe that hundreds of thousands of Iraqi troops surrended en masse without firing even a single shot against U.S. led coalition forces. The numbers reported in the news were staggering: 75,000 and then annother 125,000 (or more) Iraqi troops would come out of their deep desert bunkers waving white flags and falling to their knees before approaching U.S. troops and literally kiss their captor's boots or hands if given the opportunity. Why would eight year veterans of Middle Eastern warfare (with Iran 1980-1988) behave this way? Simple. They were subjected to a technology that was so extreme and incomprehensible that they were suddenly reduced to the level of compliant children and felt grateful to still be alive in the wake of their mind-wrenching experience. This technology is about to be used, albeit in a more subtle fashion, against American citizens in a highly classified and covert operation to mind control and manipulate the entire population into 'compliance' with our New World order overlords. The technology will utilize a combination of HAARP transmitters, GWEN towers, microwave cell phone towers, and the soon-to-be-mandatory High Definition DIGITAL TV that will enter your home via A) Cable, B) Satellite, C) HD TVs, or D) those oh-so-easy -to-obtain "Digital Converter boxes" that the government is so anxious to help you obtain and underwrite most of the cost on your behalf.' A Word on 'Magical Names'

Craft names are a relatively recent innovation, in the occult world it seems, and are symbolic of the initiates rebirth into the craft. The craft name is chosen by the prospective initiate after much thought and meditation, and conferred upon them at their self dedication or initiation. It's purpose is not to conceal their true identity, but to reveal it.

As for choosing a magical name, this is where most of the difficulty occurs. There is no one right way to arrive at your craft name. It may be taken from the names of deities, crystals, herbs, animals, trees, virtues, mythic heroes, common names in other languages, magical goals.... The possibilities are virtually without limit. The name may be anything that you feel is representative of your inner spirit, your magical goals, your deepest dreams. It should be something that you feel attuned with. Generally, when the correct name is found you will feel an instant attraction to it and simply know that it is right. It is possible as well that this name may be correct at this time, but that at some future point in your development you will find that a different name calls to you.

Unlike given names, magical names can evolve and change with the person they belong to. So the name you choose today may or may not be your name for life, it will depend upon where your path leads you.

It is also possible to never choose or use a magical name. It depends upon your tradition how much emphasis is placed upon having one. If you are solitary and do not feel the need for one, then don't force yourself into it. If at some future point your feelings change you can always select a name at that time

These can be sources of name inspiration. Even other's craft names can inspire you in your choice, perhaps part of someone else's name strikes you as particularly 'you'. This can be a jumping off point for arriving at a name of your own. Books can also be good sources. Works of fiction, collections of myths, and other writing may contain just what you are looking for. It generally works best to simply keep an open mind rather than searching strenuously. The name will come when the time is right, you can't force it. (Spiritual.com.au)

U.S. Attempts to Erase Haitian Nationhood

'Proud Haiti has been reduced to a de facto "protectorate" of the United States – a grotesque form of non-sovereignty in which the subjugated nation is "protected" by its worst enemy. Namibia under white-ruled South African administration comes to mind, although in Haiti’s case the United Nations does not even pretend to be on the side of the oppressed, acting instead as agent and enforcer for the superpower.' Clinics are Now Practically Begging People to Get Vaccinated Against Swine Flu

'Local health officials launched the human billboard campaign at a time when health departments around the country are going to great lengths to spread the word that swine flu vaccines are in abundant supply and available for free to anyone who wants one.

Their advertising tactics include horseback banners at rodeos and wristbands handed out at nightclubs. Maine officials set up a flu clinic at the high school basketball playoffs this week, while other health departments are giving patients shots at airports, malls and even a trade show. The fact that clinics are practically begging people to get vaccinated is a dramatic shift from just a few months ago when people stood in long lines and waited -- sometimes for hours -- to get the scarce vaccine.'

Sumerians, Aliens and Voyager 2

In August of 1986, Voyager Two, a U.S. interstellar probe launched in 1977, began sending to Earth the first close-ups of planet Neptune. Scientists at a laboratory of jet propulsion in Pasadena, California, found a lot of amazing data while studying the pictures. First, a color scheme of Neptune surprised the researchers. It was bright blue with a few spots of white clouds. Second, a wide inclination angle of the rotation axis of the planet, which indicated a strong magnetic field, ample resources of internal heat, and a liquid core. Given the data and pictures sent by Voyager from the vicinity of Uranus in 1986, and information on Jupiter and Saturn sent by the probe some time earlier, the latest achievements of the spacecraft enabled us to take a closer look at the solar system the way we never did before.

Were we the first ones who managed to observe most distant planets of our solar system?

Linguist and historian Zecharia Sitchin believes that data from Voyager merely confirms his predictions first published in a book titled The 12th Planet. The book was published in 1976.

Sitchin also believes that data obtained by the probe agree with the writings of the ancient Sumerians, the writings made 6,000 years ago. The civilization of the Sumerians emerged in Mesopotamia (now a part of Iraq) around 4000 B.C. According to Sitchin, the Sumerians invented a wheel, a furnace for roasting earthenware, and an irrigation system. More importantly, they invented the basic concepts of astrology. They used cuneiform writing for putting down their discoveries on clay tablets, statuettes and stone cylinders with mirror engravings of the symbols and drawings. Positive images were produced by rolling the cylinders over the soft clay.

Sitchin had been studying articles of the Sumerian civilization for more than 30 years. One day he found a rare stone cylinder in a museum of West Berlin. Apart from the image of a god giving a plough to humankind, the cylinder also had a startling chart of the heavens showing the planets with the Sun in the centre. In total, the chart contained 12 planets, the Sun and Moon inclusive.

The researcher was astounded when he saw the image of Uranus transmitted by Voyager Two in the January of 1986. The Sumerian description of the planet - mash.sig - meaning "bright greenish"- almost matched the greenish blue picture of Uranus on his TV screen. Sitchin's translation of the Sumerian expression "hum.ba" read: "marsh plants." He believes it indicates the presence of hot semi-liquid material that was discovered on Neptune three years later. The Sumerian regarded Uranus as Neptune's twin brother. Data gathered by the probe seemed to confirm the point. Not unlike Uranus, Neptune's colour is bright blue, the planet has a strong magnetic field, a hot semi-liquid core and plenty of water.

The question is: how could the Sumerians know about the above things in days of old when there were neither telescopes nor satellites? Sitchin claims he can answer the question. According to him, the Sumerians received secret tips from the aliens who the planet Nibiru, The 12th Planet sitting between Jupiter and Mars on that Berlin cylinder. The aliens allegedly visited Earth repeatedly every 3000 years. "It is all in the texts including the myth about Anki and Earth," says Sitchin. Andy Cheng, a researcher from the Voyager Two mission liaison team, admits that many similarities between the two planets do exist, the planets might as well be called "the twins." As regards the all the other statements by Sitchin, they "just astonish me," as Mr. Cheng put it. "Finding water on Uranus and Neptune was not a mind-blowing experience. And all the planets but Mars and Venus have liquid cores. We also expected to find a magnetic field. The colour of the planets ceased to be a mystery years ago," said Mr. Cheng. Moreover, he believes that a planet X would be devoid of any life forms if it really existed in the solar system because of it would be located too faraway from the Sun.

Mr. Cheng believes that the cylinder probably contained only the stylized images of random stars which by no means should be interpreted as a precise chart of the heavens. Francesca Roshberg-Halton, a leading expert in Sumerology at the University of Notre Dame, used a stronger word for her comment: "rubbish." "The cuneiform characters can be interpreted in a most outrageous way. In particular, some inexperienced deciphers can mess things up. There is no such thing as the Sumerian astrology," said Dr. Roshberg-Halton. She also believed that Sitchin made several blunders. "The Sumerians were aware of only seven planets including the Sun and the Moon. Therefore, the twelve planets are out of the question. The radiant star in the centre of the picture is not the Sun, it is Venus (UFO Digest)
