Tarot Inspiration for Today

Tarot Images for today - 'Prime Of Staves'; 'The Empress'; 'Nine of Staves' ... the simple tarot message reads "how many of us having been left reeling from the extreme effects of the vibrational changes over the last three months? The energies have been raw and unpredictable. The symptoms of this shift of perception have been the denial or acceptance of the 'truths' presented by our lives at this time. The passage through the last three months has been the emergence of 'that what holds us back' from attaining the fragments of our true self that are now within reach. The good news is ... the next segment of 2012 will be more peaceful and calm. A time to reflect and rejuvenate" - Matthew James 15/6/12

Fukushima Daiichi: From Nuclear Power Plant to Nuclear Weapon

In order to face squarely the hard truths of what is transpiring at Fukushima, it is necessary to possess some understanding of the powerful effects that many different forms of nuclear radioactivity have on life’s cyclical renewal. While radiation itself is as old as the universe, the capacity of human beings to generate this force of nature through the power of nuclear technology is something new under the sun. Humanity’s new means of unleashing energies with godlike agency to alter life’s genetic blueprints, the very DNA of existence, forms by far the most consequential of the changes that Einstein warned us about. The stunning failure of Japanese and international responses so far to Fukushima’s radioactive emissions—emissions that could skyrocket at any moment beyond the wallop of what would be emitted from a full-fledged nuclear war — constitutes a tragic confirmation of Einstein’s worst fears. More than any other crisis to date, the nuclear debacle at Fukushima illustrates the failure of our species, but especially those who put themselves forward as our leaders, to adapt old ways of thinking to the changes ushered in by the splitting of the atom...read more>>>...

Lunar Nano Soil - More Evidence of Alien Engineering?

This should add some more fuel to the artificial moon argument. Could this curious find be more proof our moon is not natural, but manufactured? Let this broaden your horizons. Any way you look it, this has some remarkable information about our amazing Universe that’s unfolding before us.A stunning discovery by Queensland University of Technology soil scientist Marek Zbik of nanoparticles inside bubbles of glass in lunar soil could solve the mystery of why the moon’s surface topsoil has many unusual properties.Dr Zbik, from Queensland University of Technology’s Science and Engineering Faculty, said scientists had long observed the strange behaviour of lunar soil but had not taken much notice of the nano and submicron particles found in the soil and their source was unknown.

Why would nanoparticles be formed inside of molten bubbles and yet be released by the same type of impact? I can understand someone assuming that and perhaps it’s true. But could it be these encased nanoparticles are engineered to cover the surface of this enigmatic orb called our moon by an alien race to generate the exact effects described above? They sure do the job. Look at the amazing insulation and reflective properties. And that lunar soil is thereby electro-statically charged, is extremely chemically active and even “hovers” over the surface, yet it’s sticky, so as not to fly around but keep a more even distribution perhaps? Is the very soil a sort of electro-magnetic amplifier as well as protective buffer for the Moon, and perhaps its cargo?...read more>>>...

UFO sighted over Mitchellville, Iowa

At least a dozen "tweeps" - Twitter users - point to Mitchellville as one more location that proves we earthlings are not alone. Last week the worldwide nonprofit group Mutual UFO Network reported an alleged UFO sighting that occurred in Mitchellville on June 5. The post describes a cone or teardrop shaped object the size of a car that appeared outside a home for several minutes around 11:30 p.m. Two witnesses said the object with windows and two antennas made no sound as it hovered, moving in a zigzag pattern, and emitted colorful strobe lights before disappearing...read more>>>...

Silent Change

We all see things about ourselves, our relationships, and our world that we want to change. Often, this desire leads us to take action toward inner work that we need to do or toward some external goal. Sometimes, without any big announcement or momentous shift, we wake up to find that change has happened, seemingly without us. This can feel like a miracle as we suddenly see that our self-esteem really does seem to be intact, or our partner actually is helping out around the house more. We may even wonder whether all of our hard work had anything to do with it, or if it just happened by way of grace.

As humans, sometimes we have relatively short attention spans, and we can easily lose track of time. We may worry about a seedling in a pot with our constant attention and watering for several weeks only to find ourselves enjoying the blooms it offers and wondering when that happened, and how we didn’t notice it. Nature, on the other hand, has infinite patience and stays with a thing all the way through its life. This doesn’t mean that our efforts play no part in the miracle of change—they do. It’s just that they are one small part of the picture that finally results in the flowering of a plant, the shifting of a relationship, the softening of our hearts.

The same laws that govern the growth of plants oversee our own internal and external changes. We observe, consider, work, and wonder, tilling the soil of our lives, planting seeds, and tending them. Sometimes the hard part is knowing when to stop and let go, handing it over to the universe. Usually this happens by way of distraction or disruption, our attention being called away to other more pressing concerns. And it is often at these times, when we are not looking, in the silence of nature’s embrace, that the miracle of change happens.

Characteristics of Psychopaths: Watch Out For These Red Flags

Sociopaths are masters at influence and deception. Very little of what they say actually checks out in terms of facts or reality, but they're extremely skillful at making the things they say sound believable, even if they're just making them up out of thin air.

~Sociopaths are charming. Sociopaths have high charisma and tend to attract a following just because people want to be around them. They have a "glow" about them that attracts people who typically seek guidance or direction.

~Sociopaths seek to dominate others and "win" at all costs. They hate to lose any argument or fight and will viciously defend their web of lies, even to the point of logical absurdity.

~Sociopaths are incapable of feeling shame, guilt or remorse. Their brains simply lack the circuitry to process such emotions. This allows them to betray people, threaten people or harm people without giving it a second thought. They pursue any action that serves their own self interest even if it seriously harms others.

~Sociopaths speak poetically. They are master wordsmiths, able to deliver a running "stream of consciousness" monologue that is both intriguing and hypnotic. They are expert storytellers and even poets

~Sociopaths are incapable of love and are entirely self-serving. They may feign love or compassion in order to get what they want, but they don't actually FEEL love in the way that you or I do.

~Sociopaths never apologize. They are never wrong. They never feel guilt. They can never apologize. Even if shown proof that they were wrong, they will refuse to apologize and instead go on the attack.

~Sociopaths are delusional and literally believe that what they say becomes truth merely because they say it! ...read more>>>....

Why meditation helps you focus: Mindfulness improves brain wiring in just a month

Just a month of meditation training alters brain wiring in ways that could open the door to new treatments for mental disorders, research has shown. Scientists looked at the effects of integrative body-mind training (IBMT) on two groups of university students. After just four weeks, or 11 hours, of training scans showed physical changes in the brains of the volunteers. Nerve fibres, known as 'white matter', became denser, providing greater numbers of brain-signalling connections. At the same time there was an expansion of myelin, the protective fatty insulation surrounding nerve fibres. The effects were seen in the anterior cingulate cortex region of the brain, which helps regulate behaviour. Poor nerve activity in this part of the brain is associated with a range of mental problems, including attention deficit disorder, dementia, depression, and schizophrenia...read more>>>...

Drug pushers: Australian three-year-olds to be targeted for bogus psychiatric disorders such as sleeping with the light on

The Australian government and the Australian Medical Association are targeting 27,000 three-year-olds for psychiatric treatment. Flame Virus, Most Sophisticated Malicious Code Ever Seen, Was Developed by U.S. Government

Anyone who has spent longer than a day on a computer knows how dangerous to your hard drive malware and other malicious code can be. Most of us have fallen victim to one or the other and have cursed the day the hacker who developed it was born. Now, according to reports, some of the most sophisticated malicious code ever developed is a product of the United States government, leaving more than a few tech experts and analysts concerned that maybe now, Washington has become a bigger info-terrorist than some of the country's worst enemies. If you've been following the so-called "shadow war" the U.S. and Israel have been waging against Iran (you didn't know about that?) then you are aware of a malicious code called Stuxnet, a computer worm reportedly developed jointly by Tel Aviv and Washington and dissected in 2009 and 2010, that created havoc among the computer systems managing Iran's nuclear facilities...read more>>>...

Doing Our Best Work

In the great symphony of life, we all have important parts to play. While some people are best suited to be conductors or soloists, their contributions would be diminished considerably without the individual musicians that lend their artistry to the fullness of an orchestra. The magical accents of the percussion section might sound random and out of place without the music they accompany. But any one member of an orchestra, doing less than their best at their particular part, can destroy the harmony of the whole piece, such is their importance. So although we may not receive the same amount or quality of attention as another, all of our contributions are valuable and integral to the success of the whole.

When we do our tasks well, we infuse them with our unique energy, making each act a gift. Each of our personalities and talents are suited to different roles of support. Even leaders and star performers support others in their own way. We can look around us at any moment to see that while we nurture some people with our work, others are supporting us with their gifts. Doing any job from this place within us allows us to do our part with humility and gratitude, while also learning lessons that move us steadily toward our goals.

When we can be fully present in every job that we do, we bring the fullness of our bodies, minds and spirits to the moment. Our contribution is enhanced by the infusion of our talents and abilities, and when we give them willingly, they attract the right people and circumstances into our experience. Anything we do begrudgingly limits the flow of our energy and closes us off from the good that is available to us in every situation. But by giving the best in us to make the world around us better, we open ourselves to receive the best from the universe in return. (Daily Om)

Is Solar and Cosmic Radiation Playing Havoc With Life on Planet Earth?

While millions of English intellectual and emotional zombies shuffled along to the beat of the English Queen's recent 'Jubilee' celebrations, a real zombie apocalypse (of the flesh-eating kind) was taking place in the USA.

Links that Last

Since the modern Western lifestyle can isolate us from one another, it is often difficult to forge meaningful connections. Self-protection and mistrust prevent us from reaching out to neighbors and peers, and we consequently feel like we don’t truly belong anywhere. Yet creating community can be as simple as reaching out within our own neighborhoods. To form the bonds that eventually solidify into long-lasting friendships, we must first be willing to rise above the walls of suspicion and doubt dividing us from the individuals who inhabit our neighborhood, block, or our building. We are taught from childhood to fear those we do not know, but community is as much a part of survival as safety. When we take a proactive approach, we can harmoniously unite our neighbors and build a network of support that contributes to the well-being of all involved.

Your overtures of community needn’t be complicated. If you are new to your neighborhood, sending letters of introduction to your closest neighbors can ensure that their curiosity about you is partly satisfied. Consider telling them a bit about yourself and how you plan to positively contribute to your locale, even if it is something as straightforward as planting attractive flowers in your window boxes. Or if others have recently moved in nearby, schedule some time to welcome them to the area. By doing so, you can calm any misgivings they have while demonstrating that your neighborhood is a nice place to live. It is much easier to meet people while outdoors, so try to take frequent strolls or sit on your stoop or porch if you have one. Say hello to people who pass by, and you will likely get to know your neighbors speedily. And one of the easiest ways to build a sense of community is to organize neighborhood projects and events that bring people together in service or in fun.

Even if you have little in common with your neighbors, your proximity to one another can offer a wonderful opportunity to pursue new friendships and working relationships. You may not see eye to eye on matters of spirituality, politics, or lifestyle issues, but each of you understands that community helps people feel connected. As you grow to know and then to like one another, the city or town where you reside will truly become your home.

Numerology: Your Essential Life Numbers

Numerology is one of the ancient systems that were highly used for divination. Like the historical relationship between astrology and astronomy, alchemy and chemistry, numerology has gone into the realm of pseudomathematics. In earlier times, it was considered part of mathematics. Today, however, it is more associated with the occult. In essence, numerology takes into account how the numerical system represents a relationship with objects or living things. Often, numerologists would plot a person’s full name of full birth date to get the numbers essential to a person....read more>>>...

Scientists Suggest That All Food Should Be Irradiated, Pasteurized and Sterilized by 2030

University of Notre Dame network physicists in collaboration with food scientists have recently published an analysis of the international food-trade network that claims to show a vulnerability to the fast spread of contaminants as well as the correlation between known food poisoning outbreaks and the centrality of countries on the network. The study is causing a new batch of fear mongers to reiterate what many others have already stated--specifically that all food should sterilized by 2030. The primary claim by the food industry: As the world's population climbs past 7 billion, the sustainable production and distribution of food is balanced against the need to ensure its chemical and microbiological safety. The new paper maps the international agro-food trade network (IFTN) -- a highly complex and heterogeneous system formed around a core group of seven countries, each trading with more than 77 percent of the world's nations. Since any two countries in the IFTN have only two degrees of separation on the network, the fear is that the IFTN is capable of spreading a foodborne contaminant efficiently. They also claim it tends to mask the contaminant's origins once the system is compromised, since so many network paths run through the central nodes...read more>>>...

Link Between Touch And Emotion Discovered

Sight. Sound. Touch. These are just a few of the senses that the body has. This theme of senses was the subject of a recent study by neuroscientists from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) who reported a relationship between touch and emotion via the brain's primary somatosensory cortex. The findings, described in a recent issue of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS), were discovered by researchers Valeria Gazzola and Christian Keysers, who were visiting Caltech from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. "Intuitively, we all believe that when we are touched by someone, we first objectively perceive the physical properties of the touch - its speed, its gentleness, the roughness of the skin," noted researcher Gazzola in the statement. "Only thereafter, in a separable second step based on who touched us, do we believe we value this touch more or less."...read more>>>...

UFO caught on camera over Epping Forest

An 11-year-old boy has sparked debate between sky-gazers after snapping a UFO hovering over Epping Forest. On Sunday, May 27, Jack Brody was playing in the garden of his family home in Manor Road, Loughton, when he noticed a tiny silver object glittering in the clear blue sky far above. Jack ran inside, grabbed a camera and took a photograph of the object. Jack's father Simon, 39, said: "I got back from a walk and Jack ran up to me and said 'you will not believe what I got a picture of. He pointed at this thing that was so small that you could barely see it. It was up there glimmering in the sun. When we zoomed in and looked at the picture closer I said to my friend, who was visiting, 'you have to come and see this. We just could not work out what it was. Giant cosmic explosion of 774AD has left absolutely no trace - except deep within the bark of two cedar trees

It is a mystery which is truly beyond even Sherlockian scale - a cosmic explosion which left no trace behind except deep within the bark of two cedar trees. Fusa Miyake, of the Nagoya University in Japan, studied the growth rings of two trees dating back 1,200 years - and discovered that an explosion of epic proportions occurred between 774 and 775AD. But there is no record of something happening in our skies in that period - except perhaps for one tiny, obscure account by a 13th-century historian. The problem - and this is where we need to call in Mr Holmes of Baker Street - is that there should be a record. Buddhist Inspiration - "Mindfulness"

Mindfulness is not just a word or a discourse by the Buddha, but a meaningful state of mind. It means we have to be here now, in this very moment, and we have to know what is happening internally and externally. It means being alert to our motives and learning to change unwholesome thoughts and emotions into wholesome ones. Mindfulness is a mental activity that in due course eliminates all suffering- Ayya Khema, 'Be an Island'

The Heart of Humanity

The last thing most of us want to hear or think about when we are dealing with profound feelings of sadness is that deep learning can be found in this place. In the midst of our pain, we often feel picked on by life, or overwhelmed by the enormity of some loss, or simply too exhausted to try and examine the situation. We may feel far too disappointed and angry to look for anything resembling a bright side to our suffering. Still, somewhere in our hearts, we know that we will eventually emerge from the depths into the light of greater awareness. Remembering this truth, no matter how elusive it seems, can help.

The other thing we often would rather not hear when we are dealing with intense sadness is that the only way out of it is through it. Sitting with our sadness takes the courage to believe that we can bear the pain and the faith that we will come out the other side. With courage, we can allow ourselves to cycle through the grieving process with full inner permission to experience it. This is a powerful teaching that sadness has to offer us—the ability to surrender and the acceptance of change go hand in hand.

Another teaching of sadness is compassion for others who are in pain, because it is only in feeling our own pain that we can really understand and allow for someone else’s. Sadness is something we all go through, and we all learn from it and are deepened by its presence in our lives. While our own individual experiences of sadness carry with them unique lessons, the implications of what we learn are universal. The wisdom we gain from going through the process of feeling loss, heartbreak, or deep disappointment gives us access to the heart of humanity. (Daily Om)

Sequencing the Unborn

What if you could read much of your child's medical future while it was still in the womb? Taking a major step toward that goal, one fraught with therapeutic potential and ethical questions, scientists have now accurately predicted almost the whole genome of an unborn child by sequencing DNA from the mother's blood and DNA from the father's saliva. At the moment, prenatal diagnosis for a small number of genetic conditions is usually done from fetal cells that doctors capture from fluid in the womb (amniocentesis) or a snippet of placental tissue (chorionic villus sampling). But these methods, which require the insertion of a needle or tube into the womb or placenta, can cause miscarriages in about 1% of all cases...read more>>>...

Last month's solar flare created a mysterious pulse on Earth that seemed to 'answer' sun's blast

After an unusually long quiet period, the sun unleashed a solar flare on May 17 this year - but scientists are now puzzling over what happened on Earth. Neutron monitors all round the world lit up in response to the blast for the first time in six years, despite the fact it was an M-Class, or moderate, flare. The 'answering' pulse shouldn't have happened at all. Now scientists are trying to unravel what happened - and why our planet 'pulsed' in response.James Ryan, an astrophysicist at the UNH Space Science Center said, ‘This solar flare was most unimpressive and the associated CME was only slightly more energetic. Another interesting martian landscape ...

Dematerialization

Physical dematerialization is a Morph phenomenon that has been witnessed by thousands of people over the past ten years at our events and workshops. The Morph is a phenomenon, whereby everything takes on a hazy wave state, speckled ambience, and/or soapy appearance. The Morph is essentially the etheric energy field of the earth and serves as a lens for peering into other dimensional levels. You don’t really need any training to see it. All you need to do is empty your mind and look at everything with a soft eye. If you’ve ever noticed “the Velvet of the Darkness”, where the blackness of the night looks like speckles of purples and blues, then you’ve seen the Morph before. It is entirely natural.

Seeing energy is easiest in darkness or dim light, because subtracting the distraction of reflective light allows a person to perceive the projective light of the etheric force, rather than perceiving the reflective light bouncing off of things from another source. It simply helps disengage the mind from locking onto the solidity of things, to where you can learn to perceive the non-solid nature of reality—energy.

Dematerialization occurs from a combination of both the Morph setting in, as well as the person letting go of the rigidity of their mind. You have to bring your mind into a silence and stillness, and then expand your subtle feelings. All you have to do is feel everything, rather than think about anything. The moment you start to think or engage the world with your mind—is the moment that you pop back into the solid...read more>>>...

A Word on the 'Dantian'

The Dantian is the energy centre of the body has some properties that make it important for handling energy and feelings. This centre is recognized in various traditions. In Chinese Qigong it is known as the Dantian, the Japanese name is Hara, and in the Sufi tradition and the Diamond Approach it is known as the Kath. The location of the Dantian is in the lower belly, 11½ thumb widths below the navel, 2 to 3 thumb widths inward. When you focus with your attention on the Dantian, you can simultaneously sense your entire body, from top to toe. It is this property that makes this the center of the body. Because of this, it is also easy to direct energy to a particular part of your body, when you have your attention at the Dantian. This is one of the reasons why in martial arts (like Taichi) the practitioner keeps his attention there. Tarot Card of the Day

The Aeon is another of those cards which indicate that we have reached a turning point - from this moment forward everything changes. There will often be big decisions to be made (which will later be executed with the Universe, the Arcanum which naturally follows this one). Sometimes we'll find ourselves weary after struggling through a tough patch, but at the same time, now we see light at the end of the tunnel. When we make life-changing decisions, we will often spend quite a long time thinking before we make up our minds. And during that period, we often berate ourselves for our indecisiveness and uncertainty. When we do that, we are missing something so simple, and yet vitally important - that every decision we take has its moment. And if we are not sure now, perhaps that's because we have not yet reached this particular decision's moment in time. There will come a moment, if we are true to ourselves, when we know exactly what we need to do. And when that moment comes there will be no further prevarication, no doubt, no fear. This is because time itself has enormous power. To find the right time for anything is a really useful life skill. When a choice comes to its own moment, it becomes empowered by its own momentum, and at that moment we can move forward with confidence. Sometimes, then, just of itself, this card will bring about changes on the day that it rules...read more>>>...

Inspiration for the Day

A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty

UFO morphs into three lights (Video)

Life Packaging

We have all had the experience of encountering someone whose life seems so completely different from ours that we can almost imagine we have nothing in common. However, if we go deeper into observing, we will see that we all have the same things going on in our lives. It is as if our different lives are in essence the same gift, wrapped in an infinite variety of containers, wrapping paper, ribbons, and bows. Everybody experiences loss, grief, happiness, excitement, anger, and fear. Everyone can have money issues of one kind or another, and everyone struggles with difficult choices.
Our lives show up differently for each one of us because we each learn in different ways. One person may need to learn the value of money by having too little of it, while another may need to learn by having more than enough. We each learn about work and love, with experiences that are tailored to our particular perspective. Even as it appears that some people have it easy while others are in a continual state of struggle, the truth is that we are all learning, and it is very difficult to tell, when looking only at the exterior of a person, what’s going on inside.
This is one of the many things that can be so valuable about cultivating relationships with people from all walks of life. As we get to know those who seem so different from us, we get to really see how much of life’s challenges and joys are universal. We begin to look beyond the packaging of skin color, clothing preferences, and socioeconomic differences, hairstyles, and the cars we drive to the heart of the human experience. It is important to honor and value the differences in our packaging, but it is just as important to honor the gift of life inside each one of us, and the fact that, no matter how different the packaging, the gift inside is the same. Once in a lifetime: Transit of Venus puts on spectacular show for the last time until 2117

Stargazers from across the globe gathered together to watch one of the rarest astronomical spectacles today. From the U.S. and UK to South Korea, people around the world turned their attention to the daytime sky to make sure they caught the planet Venus passing directly between the sun and Earth - a transit that won't occur again for another 105 years. Transits of Venus happen in pairs eight years apart, with more than a century between cycles. During the pass, Venus appears as a small, dark round spot moving across the face of the sun, like a bug on a dinner plate...read more>>>..

Releasing Guilt

Learning to accept the things that we perceive as wrong can be a difficult task for many of us. Often we have been brought up to accept that it is normal to feel guilty about our actions and that by doing so we will make everything seem alright within ourselves. Even though we might feel that we have a reason to make up for the choices we have made, it is much more important for us to learn how to deal with them in a healthy and positive way, such as through forgiveness and understanding.

When we can look back at our past and really assess what has happened, we begin to realize that there are many dimensions to our actions. While feeling guilty might assuage our feelings at first, it is really only a short-term solution. It is all too ironic that being hard on ourselves is the easy way out. If we truly are able to gaze upon our lives through the lens of compassion, however, we will be able to see that there is much more to what we do and have done than we realize. Perhaps we were simply trying to protect ourselves or others and did the best we could at the time, or maybe we thought we had no other recourse and chose a solution in the heat of the moment. Once we can understand that dwelling in our negative feelings will only make us feel worse, we will come to recognize that it is really only through forgiving ourselves that we can transform our feelings and truly heal any resentment we have about our past.

Giving ourselves permission to feel at peace with our past actions is one of the most positive steps we can take toward living a life free from regrets, disappointments, and guilt. The more we are able to remind ourselves that the true path to a peaceful mind and heart is through acceptance of every part of our lives and actions, the more harmony and inner joy we will experience in all aspects of our lives.

The Mysterious Stone Spheres of Costa Rica

Thousands of years before the arrival of Columbus, civilization existed in Costa Rica. Evidence of human occupation, dates 10,000 years back. Perfectly spherical granite bolas, (balls) found near the west coast are among the cultural mysteries, left by the pre Columbian inhabitants. Some are small as a baseball, ranging in size, to that of a Volkswagen bus. Parque Nacional Guayabo, has  ruins of an ancient city, with aqueducts and some marvellous gold and jade work, of about 1000 years ago, have been found in the southwest.

Evidence of the Olmec and Nahuatl Mexican civilizations influence, are found in archeological sites in the central highlands and Guanacaste. By the time that Columbus arrived, there were four major native tribes: the Caribs (East Coast), the Chibchas, Borucas, and Diquis (southwest)...read more>>>...

Inspiration for Today

People are so entrenched in their mental movies, that they rarely ever live in the present moment. They are so engrossed by the soap opera in their minds that they are literally drowning in negative emotion.

Whenever you are drowning and cant take it anymore, just remember that all you have to do is bring yourself back to the present moment for a breath of fresh air and if you want more air, just keep yourself there for as long as possible-- The Daily Guru
